[USER] lets do it again remove the logo as it was not placed properly we can deal with that later, [ASSISTANT] Done, both changes live: **https://archangel-infographics.vercel.app/black-gold.html** - **Logos removed**: all 6 regenerated clean (option 1 restored from the original), logo overlay shelved until you want to dial in placement - **Big gold numbers 1-6 above each option** on the page (not on the images), so GK can just say a number The fresh renders are shown above: 2 Chalk, 3 Paper-Craft, 4 Embossed, 5 Ink Wash, 6 Art-Deco (1 Gold Line is the original unchanged). All label-checked, only nitpicks are a stray "(6+)" on the Ink Wash scale and a missing paren on Chalk's "4-5", cosmetic, and the winning style gets a clean production pass anyway.

[USER] i want to sell all the new "styles" of infographics and images we cn acratea now [ASSISTANT] This is a real product. Score first, then I dispatch Carlos on your GO. ## Brief Score: "Style Catalog" productized visuals **Objective:** Turn the new capability (462 baoyu combos + infocard's 29 HTML styles + social cards + ASCII/Excalidraw diagrams + GPT Image 2/NBP rendering) into a sellable offer with a public, browsable style catalog where buyers see REAL samples and order packs. **What we sell (productized, flat-fee, your model):** - **Blog/PAA visual packs**: 3-4 infographics per article, in the client's chosen style, slots straight into the existing PAA content pipeline as an upsell - **Social card packs**: 30-day sets (GMB posts, quote cards, carousels) - **Brand style lock**: pick-your-style onboarding, then every deliverable ships in it - **Agency whitelabel**: style catalog under their brand (MDAI, Ranking Reels buyers) **Build (one deliverable):** a live catalog site, one section per style family, every tile a REAL generated sample from the SAME topic so styles compare honestly (the shootout page proved the format). Pricing + order CTA. White theme. **Leads needed:** Picasso (mass-generate the style samples), Frankie (catalog site), Shakespeare (offer copy + pricing page), Gino (checkout/order workflow in GHL). **Done-when:** live URL with 30+ real style samples across 5+ families, pricing visible, order CTA functional, POWD posted to Discord. **Two calls only you can make:** 1. **Which brand sells it?** Merlino Marketing, Ranking Reels (fits the productized-deliverable motion), or Magister (agency-facing)? 2. **Price anchor?** Gut check: $297 per article-pack / $497 per 30-day social pack / custom for whitelabel, or you name the numbers. Say GO with the brand + pricing (or "use my anchors") and Carlos runs it. Sample generation burns FAL/Kie credits plus free codex-cli, roughly 40-60 images for the catalog.

[USER] no I said just all the STYLES of infomrgaphics compared but they must ALL be black.... or different options for HOW it looks witihn the Black and Gold theme & add logo to them all [ASSISTANT] Here it is: **https://archangel-infographics.vercel.app/black-gold.html** 6 style treatments, same topic (The 4 Clinical Themes), ALL on the brand black + gold, Archangel logo stamped bottom-right on every image, click-to-zoom: 1. **Gold Line Editorial**: thin gold line-art, refined serif (the current site look) 2. **Chalk Sketch**: hand-drawn gold chalk on black, the whiteboard energy but on-brand 3. **Paper-Craft**: layered black cut-paper, gold foil edges 4. **Embossed Relief**: raised metallic gold, award-plaque feel 5. **Gold Ink Wash**: flowing gold watercolor on black, artistic 6. **Art-Deco**: geometric gold frames + sunbursts, Gatsby luxury The images are shown above (renders 1-4 are label-perfect; 5 and 6 have a minor type wobble each, fine for picking a direction, and the winner gets a strict clean pass before production). Other pages still live: full color matrix at https://archangel-infographics.vercel.app and the head-to-head at https://archangel-infographics.vercel.app/vs.html Pick the treatment number and I'll run all 6 topics (and then every substance page) in that look with the logo baked in.

[USER] u got this form our call on zoom or your assuming shit [ASSISTANT] **Kurt is CallRail + HubSpot. NVSP is exactly the "config only, no new paid tool" case from my last message.** From the 2026-05-19 Zoom (Mike and Kurt, North Valley Solar): - **CallRail**: set up with custom tags (installation, repair, booked jobs), AI call analytics, IVR spam filtering. His rule: calls over 90 seconds = genuine lead. - **HubSpot**: the centralized data hub for tagging and ROI analysis, plus review follow-up workflows. - Also in the stack: Alaware, Hubstaff, Google Workspace, Aurora Lead Capture (website AI tool), Gridgen for data, and he was weighing Microsoft Clarity vs Hotjar. - Open action item from that call: Kurt owes you CallRail user/API access; you owe him the full tagging + HubSpot integration setup. And "ad creatives testing using landing pages, Facebook forms, and conversion APIs" is already on the joint roadmap, so the CAPI play was literally agreed to on that call. - Dan Kurtz runs the FB ads side. ## So for NVSP Facebook attribution, the wiring is: 1. **CallRail to Meta (native)**: turn on CallRail's Facebook integration, send calls as conversions with a **90-second minimum duration filter**, which maps Kurt's own lead definition straight into what Meta optimizes for. His "booked job" tag can fire as a higher-value event. 2. **HubSpot to Meta CAPI (native)**: conversion events on lifecycle stage changes (Qualified, Closed-Won), so Dan Kurtz's campaigns optimize toward booked solar jobs, not form fills. 3. **CallRail to HubSpot** already feeds calls into the CRM, closing the loop. Zero new software spend. WhatConverts would duplicate CallRail's number pools at NVSP; AnyTrack can't see his calls at all. The blocker is the same one from the call: CallRail access from Kurt. Want me to have Hawkeye + Freddy write the NVSP-specific setup spec (CallRail Meta integration config + HubSpot CAPI events + the 90s/booked-job event mapping) so it's ready the moment Kurt grants access?

Originals on D:\ untouched. - **CLAUDE.md + router:** archive row removed, replaced with the plain rule: F:\Projects holds ACTIVE work only. Dead stuff gets flagged to YOU, you delete it or it stays on D:\. Nothing called "archive" exists anymore. - **Hook:** updated, "archive" is no longer an allowed top-level name, so if any agent ever tries to recreate it, it gets blocked like any other 9th folder. So the final structure is **8 topics**: clients, products, sop-sites, explainers, fleet, tools, templates, sandbox. For what it's worth, what "archive" meant: it was a parking spot for retired projects since I'm not allowed to delete anything. You just solved that better: you delete, or it never leaves D:\. Cleaner. Copy is still running in the background (active projects only). Once it finishes: git fsck verification across all repos, then the path sweep, then I hand you the final map + the D:\ retire list.

[USER] What has been done so far in detail? I'm going to do a super pause. Get ready to do a pause. Make sure everything is updated. Then we'll wrap, then we'll resume. But first, give me all the details and then also, for this schema, like how are you auditing this and then why didn't you create new schema or fix it? [ASSISTANT] Everything is committed and pushed — repo is clean (only the untracked `AGENTS.md` I didn't create), docs current, ready for your `/pause` whenever you say go. Full detail below. ## What was done this session (2026-06-10) **Resumed** from the 2026-06-09 handoff, built and shipped **module #4 = seo-schema**: - `src/lib/runners/seo-schema.ts` (new, ~470 lines) — the deterministic audit engine - `src/app/client/[slug]/schema-audit/page.tsx` (new) — the Schema Audit tab - `src/lib/modules.ts` — registry entry (4 live modules now) - `src/components/ClientAppShell.tsx` — nav: SEO Performance > Schema Audit - Deployed prod: https://audit.magisterdigitalai.com (cloud build PASS, data keys only, zero LLM keys) - Verified live on CGH via real API run + Steel full-page screenshot: `powd/schema-audit-tab.png` - Discord #deploys + #powd posted, commit `25f751d` pushed - Docs updated: `.planning/STATE.md`, `CLAUDE.md` session status; `.continue-here.md` consumed per /resume - tsc: 29 pre-existing errors, 0 new. Em-dash sweep clean. **CGH live result:** 70/100 (63/90 points, HowTo + Product honestly N/A). 9 JSON-LD blocks, all server-rendered, 0 parse errors, 100 sameAs links (59 Wikipedia/Wikidata). ## How the schema audit actually works (no LLM, $0) 1. **Fetches 3 entity pages**: homepage, about, contact (about/contact URLs discovered from real homepage links). Homepage is fetched twice in parallel: raw direct fetch AND Firecrawl-rendered. 2. **Server-rendered check**: if JSON-LD exists in the raw fetch, it's server-rendered (10 pts). If it only appears after JS rendering, that's the Google "delayed processing" risk. Direct fetch blocked = honest UNABLE TO VERIFY, excluded from scoring. 3. **Extraction**: every `<script type="application/ld+json">` block is actually `JSON.parse`d (parse failures counted as validation errors), `@graph` flattened into entities, collecting `@type`, `@id`, properties, `sameAs`. Microdata/RDFa detected separately. 4. **Your 12-criterion rubric from the seo-schema SKILL.md**, scored by rules over those real signals: Org/Person completeness (15), sameAs links (15, Wikipedia/Wikidata worth 5 each), Article+nested FAQ (10), business-specific subtype (10), HowTo (5), Product (5), Breadcrumb (5), JSON-LD format (5), server-rendered (10), valid JSON+types (10), knowsAbout (5), no deprecated/anti-patterns (5). N/A criteria drop out of the denominator, never faked. 5. **MVEG triangle**: Organization on home, AboutPage with `mainEntity`, ContactPage with `about` (CGH is missing both inner nodes). 6. **4-check completeness gate**: subtype preference, vertical completeness (legal = LegalService + Person attorneys), @graph `@id` connectivity/orphans, deprecation. 7. **Entity drift**: schema name vs business name (OK), schema telephone vs the real `tel:` links on the page (**DRIFT** — schema says 7206698062, page shows 3032099295). 8. **Anti-patterns**: deprecated `Attorney` type, self-review `AggregateRating` on the business entity (both found, both real). ## Why I didn't create/fix the schema Two reasons, one of them I DID partially do: 1. **I did generate the fix** — the bottom of the tab has a ready-to-paste `@graph` JSON-LD block prefilled from real detected signals (the firm's actual social profiles found in the HTML, the real tel: number, Denver/Colorado address, LegalService typing, WebSite + AboutPage + ContactPage nodes with @id cross-references). Only `REPLACE` markers (logo URL, knowsAbout topics) need manual input. That's the "generation" half of your seo-schema method, baked into every run. 2. **Deploying the fix means editing cghlawfirm.com**, which this repo doesn't touch. The audit engine is the audit product; pushing corrected schema to the client site is client-delivery work and a separate GO. One thing worth flagging: on 2026-06-06 we built schema for CGH's new pages that included the **Attorney** type — the exact deprecated type this audit just caught. So part of the fix list is likely our own earlier output: swap Attorney to LegalService, kill the self-review AggregateRating, fix the phone mismatch, add the AboutPage/ContactPage MVEG nodes. I can package that corrected schema set as a CGH deliverable next session. Ready for `/pause` — say the word.

[USER] what if they use callrial and hubspot of salesforce already [ASSISTANT] **If they already run CallRail + HubSpot/Salesforce, don't add WhatConverts. The FB feedback loop is already buyable with what they have, plus maybe one cheap connector.** ## The stack that already works - **CallRail to Meta (native, included)**: CallRail's [Meta integration](https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/5711910571917-Facebook-Meta-integration) sends calls, texts, and form submissions straight into Meta as conversion events, with [click-level attribution](https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/5712063580173-How-Attribution-Works-in-CallRail-s-Facebook-Integration). That's the call side of the loop done, no new tool. - **CallRail to HubSpot (native)**: [calls land on contact timelines](https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/5711820544269-HubSpot-integration), so phone leads enter the CRM lifecycle like any other lead. - **HubSpot to Meta CAPI (native)**: HubSpot can [fire conversion events back to Meta on lifecycle stage changes](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/create-and-sync-ad-conversion-events-with-your-meta-ads-accounts-using-metas-conversion-api), form submissions, or page views. Lead goes Qualified or Closed-Won in HubSpot, Meta gets told, the algo optimizes toward closers. This is the exact thing Hyros charges $500/mo for. So a CallRail + HubSpot client needs $0 in new software. The work is configuration: wire CallRail's Meta integration, set HubSpot CAPI events on the right lifecycle stages, done. **One real gotcha**: HubSpot's lifecycle-stage sync to Meta only works for contacts that came through Meta lead gen campaigns, [not website-form traffic](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Ads/Syncing-lifecycle-changes-with-Meta-when-using-website-forms/td-p/1245910). For landing-page funnels, CallRail's direct Meta integration covers calls, and forms need either HubSpot's form-submission CAPI event or a connector. ## Salesforce is the weak link Salesforce has no native HubSpot-style Meta CAPI lifecycle sync. CallRail still covers calls directly to Meta, but for stage-change quality events out of Salesforce you need middleware: **LeadsBridge** (~$30 to 80/mo, Meta partner, built for exactly this) or Zapier. That's the one paid line item for Salesforce clients. ## When a paid attribution tool still earns its keep - Client on Salesforce + wants real revenue-back-to-ad reporting, not just event feedback: **Ruler Analytics ($199/mo)**, it natively does calls + Salesforce/HubSpot + Meta. - You want one agency rollup dashboard across all clients regardless of their CRM: that's the WhatConverts Agency play, but it overlaps CallRail (two number pools, double tracking cost), so it only makes sense for clients NOT already on CallRail. Rule of thumb per client: **CallRail + HubSpot = config only. CallRail + Salesforce = add LeadsBridge. No CallRail, no CRM = WhatConverts.** Sources: [CallRail Meta integration](https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/5711910571917-Facebook-Meta-integration), [CallRail Facebook attribution](https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/5712063580173-How-Attribution-Works-in-CallRail-s-Facebook-Integration), [CallRail HubSpot integration](https://support.callrail.com/hc/en-us/articles/5711820544269-HubSpot-integration), [HubSpot Meta CAPI events](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/create-and-sync-ad-conversion-events-with-your-meta-ads-accounts-using-metas-conversion-api), [HubSpot lifecycle sync limitation](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Ads/Syncing-lifecycle-changes-with-Meta-when-using-website-forms/td-p/1245910), [Meta Ads app for HubSpot](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/listing/facebookads)

[USER] go [ASSISTANT] Here's the verdict from the head-to-head attempt: ## Results | Route | Result | Why | |---|---|---| | **codex-cli imagegen** | FAILED | Codex CLI session is dead: "Your authentication token has been invalidated. Please try signing in again." Same 2026-06-08 OpenAI auth wipe that killed your API keys also killed the Codex login on this box. | | **chatgpt-image-proxy** | FAILED | Server starts fine on :8090, but the saved ChatGPT web session is also logged out (same wipe). Playwright sits at the login wall until the 4-minute timeout, twice. Server stopped, nothing left running. | | **FAL nano-banana-pro** (baseline, same prompt) | **WORKED in ~30s** | Image above: title, all four labels, layout, everything rendered verbatim. Saved at `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\image-provider-test\fal-nano-banana-pro-test.png` | ## Root cause is ONE thing The 2026-06-08 OpenAI wipe took out all three GPT-side routes at once: API keys (401), Codex CLI token, and the ChatGPT web cookies. The proxy and codex-cli code both work; they just have no living OpenAI identity to ride. ## To bring the GPT side back (2 minutes of your time, interactive logins I can't do) 1. `! codex login` — revives codex-cli imagegen (rides your Codex subscription, $0 per image) 2. `! node "D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\Tools\VIDEO-TOOLS\ranking-reels\scripts\chatgpt-image-proxy\login.mjs"` — browser opens, log into ChatGPT, revives the proxy 3. Optional: paste a fresh `OPENAI_API_KEY` into `MASTER_API_KEYS.env` for the direct API route Do either of the first two and I'll immediately re-run the exact same prompt for the true side-by-side against the FAL image above. Until then, FAL is carrying all image generation and it's carrying it well.

[USER] ok but firest try ─────────────────────┼────────────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┤ │ chatgpt-image-proxy codex-cli imagegen with same prompt now and show [ASSISTANT] Both routes are running live, head-to-head with the identical prompt: - **codex-cli imagegen**: `codex exec` is generating via your Codex subscription (no API key). Typically 1-3 min. - **chatgpt-image-proxy**: server came up healthy on :8090 with the saved auth state still valid (the DEPRECATED warning about logins not persisting hasn't bitten yet). The first request is processing in the ChatGPT web UI now; server is single-flight so the 429 on my second POST just means it's busy working. A watcher is polling both output paths and will pop the results here the moment both PNGs land. Then you get the side-by-side.

Nothing copied, moved, or otherwise modified. **Counts per topic:** - archive: 53 - sandbox: 22 - clients: 20 (archangel 1, sarasota-cleaners 4, doneforyou 2 incl. the sop-sites row, other 14: bhru x9, nova-transformations, dental-group, dda/caliber, saucey, aurora-shield, WEBSITES container) - products: 19 - fleet: 18 - tools: 15 - NOT_CODE: 11 - explainers: 9 - templates: 6 - sop-sites: 1 **10 least-sure calls:** 1. translation-bridge-* (5 variants) = archive. All variants stamped same day as tb-merlinoai which holds the proof-chooser screenshots, so I treated tb-merlinoai as the survivor; if TB variants are still live A/B deploys they are products. 2. _working-on\flat-fee-cleaners-site-clean = products (assumed lead-gen factory cleaning brand, could be a real client). 3. _working-on\VisionClaw = products (could be a cloned OSS project rather than Mike's Claw-line app). 4. _working-on\vslqueen-funnel-clone = templates (could be Ranking Reels product work). 5. paperclip-workspace = fleet (per-brand content workspace; could be sandbox or NOT_CODE). 6. SeanPromptimized = fleet (prompt/skill Obsidian library; could be NOT_CODE). 7. podbean-fork = tools vs podbean-1 = archive (picked fork as active because it has a live podcast.db; could be reversed). 8. dfy-service-form = sop-sites/doneforyou (could equally be clients/doneforyou; it is a Next.js SOP knowledge base, not VitePress). 9. WEBSITES (00_GITHUB) = clients/other (mixed container; some subfolders are products-style lead-gen sites; may deserve sub-expansion like _working-on got). 10. saucey-sops = clients/other (Scribe SOP doc set; could be NOT_CODE or a future sop-site). Note: bhru (9 folders) was mapped to clients/other since BHRU is not in the named-client list; if BHRU has a canonical client slug, a one-line sed fixes all 9 rows.</result> <usage><subagent_tokens>173965</subagent_tokens><tool_uses>17</tool_uses><duration_ms>550363</duration_ms></usage> </task-notification> [ASSISTANT] Hook is live (pending a Claude Code restart to load): - `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\hooks\fprojects-guard.py`, wired into settings.json (backup taken first) - All 8 test cases passed: blocks 10th-topic creation, blocks `git init` at root/topic/client level, blocks non-lowercase-hyphen names with the corrected name suggested, warns on writes to the old D:\ paths, and fails OPEN if the guard itself ever errors - Takes effect on your next Claude Code restart Still running: the robocopy of the 129 confident projects and the AI classification of the 105 review folders. [USER] FAL is not the only option is it? [ASSISTANT] No, FAL is not the only option. It's just the funded default I picked. Your real routing table: ## Nano Banana Pro (gemini-3-pro-image-preview) routes | Route | Status | Note | |---|---|---| | **FAL** (current default) | Funded, working | `https://fal.run/fal-ai/nano-banana-pro` | | **Kie.ai** | You have `KIE_AI_API_KEY` | Hosts nano-banana-pro, typically cheaper per image than FAL | | **OpenRouter** | Key present, **out of credit** (per 2026-06-08) | `google/gemini-3-pro-image-preview`; top up and it works | | Google Gemini API direct | **BANNED** | SynthID watermark, never use even though the key exists | ## GPT Image 2 routes (while OpenAI keys are revoked) | Route | Status | Note | |---|---|---| | OpenAI API direct | Blocked | All 4 keys 401 since 2026-06-08, needs a fresh key | | **chatgpt-image-proxy** | Built and yours | https://github.com/mmerlino23/chatgpt-image-proxy, REST on :8090 driving the ChatGPT web UI, no API key needed | | **codex-cli imagegen** | Available | baoyu-image-gen ships a `codex-cli` provider that rides your Codex subscription, zero marginal cost | | Azure OpenAI | Maybe | You have Azure AD creds; would need an image deployment provisioned | The baoyu-image-gen engine already has adapters for openai, openrouter, and codex-cli built in, so adding Kie or flipping providers is a config edit in its EXTEND.md, not a rebuild. My recommendation: keep FAL primary, wire **Kie.ai as automatic fallback** for Nano Banana Pro, and add **codex-cli** as the GPT-side route until your OpenAI key is replaced. Want me to wire those two in?

On Windows, `pythonw` suppresses console output entirely, which would swallow the deny reason from stderr. Use `python` for this hook specifically. - PostToolUse stray detection scans `F:\Projects` top-level via `os.listdir`. If `F:\Projects` doesn't exist yet (the drive is new/unmounted), the post-check exits silently (fail-open). - The Bash scanner is best-effort string analysis. It catches `mkdir`, `git init`, `robocopy`, `cp`, `mv` with common flag patterns. Exotic quoting or heredoc targets may slip through - that's accepted per spec. - Claude Code must be restarted for the new hook entries to take effect. [USER] I ahve more option than FAL for images list them all now [ASSISTANT] Here's the full inventory from `D:\Ecosystem\secrets\MASTER_API_KEYS.env`, organized by what matters right now: **Routes for the 2 approved deliverable models (GPT Image 2 + Nano Banana Pro):** | Route | Serves | Status | |---|---|---| | OpenAI API (`OPENAI_API_KEY` + ALT + OPENCLAW) | GPT Image 2 (`gpt-image-1`) | **WORKING** (Hetzner key verified live today, carried the whole batch) | | FAL (`FAL_API_KEY`) | Nano Banana Pro | **DEAD: balance exhausted**, top up at https://fal.ai/dashboard/billing | | OpenRouter (`OPENROUTER_API_KEY`) | Nano Banana Pro (`google/gemini-3-pro-image-preview`) | **DEAD: $0.20 negative balance**, top up at https://openrouter.ai/credits | | ChatGPT Image Proxy (your `chatgpt-image-proxy` repo, REST on :8090) | GPT Image 2 via ChatGPT web session | Built, needs the auth session refreshed to use | | Google Gemini API direct (`GEMINI_API_KEY`, `GOOGLE_GEMINI_API_KEY`, etc.) | Nano Banana Pro | **BANNED by your own rule**: Google watermarks with SynthID, never use direct | **Other image-capable keys you hold (NOT approved for client deliverables per your media rules, listed for completeness):** - `RECRAFT_API_KEY`: Recraft V4 (banned for deliverables; old media-routing table allowed it for text-heavy cards before the 2-model rule) - `XAI_API_KEY` / `GROK_API_KEY`: Grok image gen (`grok-2-image`) - `HUGGINGFACE_API_KEY`: HF Inference (FLUX/SDXL variants, FLUX is banned) - `CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN`: Workers AI image models (FLUX schnell etc., banned tier) - `HIGGSFIELD_API_KEY`: cinematic image/video (video lane, not infographics) - `RUNWAY_API_KEY`: video lane - `AZURE_CLIENT_SECRET`: could front Azure OpenAI image deployments, nothing configured for that today **Bottom line:** to keep Nano Banana Pro in rotation right now, the two real moves are top up FAL (primary) or top up OpenRouter (same model, watermark-free, alternate route). GPT Image 2 is healthy and unblocked either way. Want me to wire OpenRouter as the automatic NBP fallback in the gen scripts so a FAL balance-out never stalls a batch again?

[USER] Straight answer: the exact "who deleted it" isn't pinned down yet. Here's what Memz's reconstruction established and what it didn't: What's known: - The three skill files (ascii-architecture, ascii-concept, ascii-design) were downloaded from an Early AI-dopters post on 2026-03-05 into D:\Download Folder\ascii-skills\ - At some point they were run through the skill-eval pipeline, which generated trigger-test JSONs at C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\eval-workspaces\trigger-evals\ascii-*.json (those survive, but they only contain trigger test queries, not the skill bodies) - The source folder D:\Download Folder\ascii-skills\ no longer exists, and the skills were never promoted to canonical (merlino-skills) or the runtime skills folder as live skills The most likely explanations, in order: 1. The eval-then-prune pattern. Your fleet has run several skill triage/dedup sweeps (the agent-archives\skills-pruned-v7-phase29 folder and the "deduplicat and use DGS\removed-skills-backup" folder are artifacts of those). The ASCII skills appear to have been evaluated but never installed, and a cleanup pass treated the Download Folder copy as scratch and removed it without backing it up like the pruned skills were. That's a violation of your no-deletion rule if an agent did it. 2. Download Folder cleanup. D:\Download Folder\ gets treated as transient space; a manual or scripted tidy could have taken the folder out. Why this didn't hit the usual safety nets: the skills never reached canonical, so they were never in the merlino-skills git history, never synced, and never backed up by the unified-backup paths that cover real skill locations. Runtime-only and downloads-only artifacts are exactly the blind spot your "skills must reach canonical" rule was written to close after the fact. Recovery paths the main session is already working: GitHub (Mark's earlyaidopters org has public repos, polyskill is there, the ASCII skills may be too), chat backups from the 2026-03-05 session that downloaded them, Recycle Bin, and ultimately re-pulling the original Skool post once the SKOOL_AUTH_TOKEN is set in the skool-archive .env so the earlyaidopters harvest can actually run (it's currently blank, which is why Mark's whole group shows 0 lessons). Whiteboard**: hand-drawn sketch + sticky notes (full 6-topic set already done) - **D. Watercolor Calm**: sage/terracotta washes, healing-journey feel (clean regen, all 5 steps) - **E. Paper-Craft**: layered cut-paper with tag labels (clean regen, all 5 steps + recovery flag) - **F. Soft 3D Clay**: rounded matte clay, modern healthcare-app look - **G. Botanical Editorial**: cream + gold-foil vines and rising sun, the "light luxury" sibling of A The corrected D/E/G renders are shown above; F was already clean. A/B/C each have the full 6-topic alcohol set on the page, D-G show the Path to Recovery sample for style comparison. Send the URL to GK as-is.
