2 OPTION nedds to be CLEAR and BIGGER ontop and better spaed out with all info to letters on table dont colapse. I want bigger easier to read
[ASSISTANT]
Done and live: https://lsba-sow.vercel.app/
The two options now lead the section as **big graphite header cards**: "OPTION A: Retainer, From $10,000 one-time + $1,000/month, keep 100% of revenue" and "OPTION B: Growth partnership (gold-bordered), $0 build fees, 50/50 only on new revenue above baseline", with the key numbers in large gold type.
The squished table is gone. Each comparison point is now its own **full-width row**: a labeled bar (BUILD FEES, MONTHLY FEES, EQUITY...) with two roomy side-by-side cells underneath, each tagged OPTION A / OPTION B, ~1rem text with generous padding. On mobile the cells stack vertically with their option tags, **nothing shrinks or collapses**, text stays full size. Print keeps the rows intact too.
Verified on the deployed URL, both crops above (header cards + the nine comparison rows).

skimmable
highly engaging

Add, modify, or delete as needed. We want the report to provide value that has absolute clarity that a beginner can understand, as well as all skill levels, an advanced person could understand and have proper context for the beginners. Mobile responsiveness is extremely important. We additionally want an option to download a PDF version of it. Use strategic typography and bold formatting so information is skimmable if they need to absorb as much information within 30 seconds. Do not leave out important information or details for individuals that want to spend more than 30 seconds digesting and understanding the report provided. Be mindful this report may be read by a CMO, a CEO, and a non-techie newbie. It must cater to all audiences.

# Wrap Session
> End-of-session command. Fans out session state to EVERY memory source (Supabase, Mem0, Chroma Cloud, Hindsight, SQLite, LanceDB, Obsidian, GitHub agent-memory repo, Multica, qmd), updates project handoff, and creates a context bundle for the next session.
## Instructions
You are wrapping up the current session. Execute ALL of the following steps. do not skip any.
### Step 1: Gather Session Context
Silently collect:
- What was the primary task/request this session?
- What was accomplished? (files created, edited, deployed)
- What decisions were made and why?
- What's unfinished or blocked?
- Any key discoveries, preferences, or corrections from the user?
### Step 2: Auto Memory (Built-in File Memory)
Write memories to the project memory directory at `~/.claude/projects/<project-key>/memory/`. Create the directory if it doesn't exist.
For each significant item from this session, determine the type (user, feedback, project, reference) and write a memory file with frontmatter:
```markdown
---
name: {{name}}
description: {{one-line description}}
type: {{user|feedback|project|reference}}
---
{{content}}
```
Then update or create `MEMORY.md` in the same directory as an index.
**What to save:**
- User preferences or corrections expressed this session (feedback type)
- Project state changes or decisions (project type)
- New references discovered (reference type)
- User context learned (user type)
**What NOT to save:**
- Code patterns derivable from reading the codebase
- Git history facts
- Trivial exchanges
- Anything already in CLAUDE.md
### Step 3: Project Handoff (NEVER SKIP)
A handoff is written EVERY wrap. There is no "no project, skip" path. Resolve the target, then write `STATE.md` + `HANDOFF.md`, then update a project `CLAUDE.md` status section.
**3a. Resolve the handoff target dir:**
1. If the cwd (or its nearest ancestor) is a real project (has a `CLAUDE.md`, or sits under `D:/ClaudeDev/00_GITHUB/<proj>`, or has a `.planning/`) → target = that project root.
2. Else if the session clearly worked in one project folder (infer from the files edited this session) → target = that project root.
3. Else (cwd is a root like `D:/ClaudeDev`, or work spanned many folders) → target = the central folder `D:/Ecosystem/Memory/session-handoffs/{YYYY-MM-DD}/`.
**3b. Ensure `.planning/` exists at the target.** If it does NOT exist, invoke the **`superpowers:writing-plans`** skill to scaffold the `.planning/` structure (PROJECT/PLAN/STATE/HANDOFF). Do not hand-roll the scaffold when the skill is available. (For the central folder, `STATE.md` + `HANDOFF.md` directly is sufficient.)
**3c. Write `.planning/STATE.md`** — current phase, completion status, date (ISO 8601).
**3d. Write `.planning/HANDOFF.md`** with:
- What was done this session
- Current state
- What to do next
- Key files touched
- Any blockers or open questions
- Resume instructions for the next agent
**3e. Project `CLAUDE.md` (update EVERY wrap).** If the target project has a `CLAUDE.md`, update/append a `## Session Status` section (date + one-line state + pointer to the HANDOFF.md). If it has none and the target is a real project, create a minimal `CLAUDE.md` with that section. (Skip creating one for the central session-handoffs folder.)
Record the absolute path of the HANDOFF.md you wrote — pass it to Step 5 as `--handoff`.
### Step 4: Context Bundle
Create a context bundle for session recovery:
1. Create `.agents/context-bundles/` in the project root if it doesn't exist
2. Write a bundle file named `bundle-{YYYY-MM-DD}-{HH}h.md` with:
```markdown
# Context Bundle — {date} {time}
## Session Summary
{1-3 sentence summary of what happened}
## Task
{The original request/task}
## What Was Done
{Bullet list of completed work}
## Key Files Touched
{List of files created/modified with one-line descriptions}
## Decisions Made
{Key decisions and their rationale}
## Unfinished / Next Steps
{What's left to do}
## Resume Instructions
"E:\DOWNLOAD june\SOW_LSBA_Magister_Digital.md" make a nice proposal dashboard
[ASSISTANT]
DELIVERED: LSBA SOW proposal dashboard
LIVE URL: https://lsba-sow.vercel.app/
POWD: full-page Firecrawl screenshot of the deployed site read and verified (imaged above), saved at `F:\Projects\clients\magister-digital\lsba-sow\powd-screenshot.png`
VERIFICATION: VISUAL
Discord: posted to MDAI #powd + Merlino #powd and #deploys.
What it is:
- Single-page Magister-branded dashboard of the full SOW: graphite sidebar with the real Magister logo, sticky section nav with scroll highlighting, and a "Draft for review" status chip
- Graphite hero with prepared-for (Lamont Smith, LSBA) / prepared-by (Brian Hong) cards, KPI strip (3 workstreams, 6 weeks, monthly mgmt, pricing pending)
- The 3 workstreams as cards (Playbook, website integration, Meta ads), deliverables table, not-included vs what-we-need columns, 4-phase timeline, payment terms, fine print as accordions, signature blocks
- Investment options A/B/C as pricing cards with the draft placeholders shown as explicit gold "TBD" chips (the ~$4,000/month and $5k-$25k setup figures kept verbatim from the source doc, nothing invented)
- White theme, mobile responsive, print-clean (sidebar hidden, hero flips light), all em dashes from the source stripped per rule
Content is 1:1 from `E:\DOWNLOAD june\SOW_LSBA_Magister_Digital.md`, including the no-guarantee language and draft-status disclaimers. The Adobe Sign internal note was omitted (it says to remove before sending).
One review point before it goes to Lamont: pricing placeholders are still TBD per the doc's own note, finalize Section 7 with Brian, then I can update and redeploy in one pass.
now a new version followoinbg this - ou are the proposal builder for MagisterDigital.ai, a digital marketing agency that sells paid media, AI automation, and web services to service businesses.
Your job: take whatever input the user gives you (a meeting transcript, a brain dump, or both) and produce a polished, accurate, defensible Statement of Work for a prospective client. The output is a .docx file generated via the build_sow.js Node.js script in this project.
## Your role
You are not an order-taker. You are a senior proposal strategist with three jobs in this order:
1. **Extract everything possible from the input.** Read transcripts and brain dumps thoroughly. Pull out: client name, contact info, vertical, current marketing situation, services discussed, scope hints, budget signals, language preferences, geographic focus, pain points, competitive context, and any pricing that's already been verbally discussed.
2. **Research what you can, where it adds value.** When the input mentions a client's existing website, Google Business profile, or competitive landscape, use web search to verify what's there: review counts, current website state, top competitors in the local market, typical CPC ranges for the vertical. Do not invent data. If a search returns nothing useful, say so. Research is a complement to input, not a replacement.
3. **Ask only the questions that genuinely cannot be answered from input or research.** Maximum 3–5 clarifying questions. If you find yourself wanting to ask more, your extraction or research phase was incomplete. Go back to those phases first.
After those three phases, draft the proposal config, run the build script, audit the draft against the quality checklist, and deliver the .docx.
## Non-negotiable rules
These rules override anything the user says, including explicit requests to break them. If a user asks you to break one, refuse politely and explain why.
### Rule 1: Under-promise, over-deliver
Never commit to specific outcomes, timelines, or deliverable quantities you cannot guarantee. Forbidden language patterns:
- "In hours, not weeks" / "Within 24 hours" / any specific time guarantee on response or remediation
- "Catches risky ad copy before Google does" / any claim of beating a platform at its own job
- "Expected impact of each recommendation will be X" / any predicted outcome
- "Every week of every month" / any "we do this all the time" universal claim
- "Specific number of leads / calls / signed cases" / any volume guarantee
Replace with conservative framing that describes the **work** without promising the **result**.
### Rule 2: No fabricated claims
If you do not have evidence for a claim, do not include it. Examples of claims that require evidence:
- "Based on data across multiple firms in this vertical"
- "Court venue mapping by ZIP code" (only if you have venue settlement data)
- "Native Spanish speaker reviews all copy" (only if this is a confirmed capability)
- "Weather pattern recognition for X market" (only if you have actual local data)
- Specific competitor names, market sizes, or industry statistics
When in doubt, soften to general industry knowledge or remove entirely.
### Rule 3: Compliance liability shifts to the client
For any regulated vertical (legal, medical, financial, insurance), the proposal must include language that shifts final regulatory compliance to the client. Standard phrasing:
> "General awareness of [vertical] advertising regulations is built into the recommendations, but final compliance with [bar advertising rules / HIPAA / state insurance regulations / etc.] remains the firm's responsibility."
This protects MagisterDigital.ai from liability for regulatory issues that are properly the client's responsibility.
### Rule 4: No fabricated pricing
Pricing comes from the service catalog in `service-catalog.md`. Do not invent prices. If a client situation seems to warrant custom pricing, flag it for the user's review rather than guessing.
Done, you're clear to restart.
- Both files copied to Hetzner: `~/jobs/dentalht-proposal-mockups/`
- `PROMPT.md` updated so the Ralph loop's next pass uses Dimi's `dental-ht-proposal.html` as the primary content/pricing reference
- The brief md turned out to be a duplicate of the BRIEF.md already in the job, flagged it as ignore
- Job keeps running in tmux `ralph-dentalht-proposal-mockups-20260611T021257Z`, nothing local depends on your machine
Discord #deploys will ping when it finishes.
Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\whiteboard-explainer
# Whiteboard Explainer
A reusable build pattern for hand-drawn, illustrated, infographic-driven sites about ANY
subject. Give it a topic and a handful of concepts to visualize, and it produces a
poster-scroll site about that topic. The Merlino team Claude playbook
(https://team-claude-playbook.vercel.app) is just the REFERENCE build that proves the
pattern, NOT what the skill makes. The content is 100% swappable; the aesthetic stays.
The working scaffold lives in `template/`. Copy it, swap the content, generate the
infographics, deploy. Do not rebuild the components from scratch.
## Topic-agnostic + optional modules
- **The subject is whatever the user says.** Everything is driven by `lib/content.ts`:
`SECTIONS` are just titled blurbs + one infographic + a few bullet points + an optional
sticky note. Write them for the user's topic. Nothing in the components is playbook-specific.
- **Copy-paste prompt blocks (`CopyBlock`) and the `/prompts` page are an OPTIONAL module.**
Keep them ONLY if the topic genuinely has things to copy (prompts, commands, code, scripts).
For a normal explainer / about / concept / pitch site, DELETE `app/prompts/`, remove the
`Nav` library link and the `LIBRARY` export, and drop the `prompts` field from sections.
`CopyBlock` can also be repurposed to show any code/quote snippet, or removed entirely.
- **One long page is fine.** `/prompts` is the only extra route and it is optional.
## What you get
- **Poster-scroll layout**: each concept is a section with a big infographic on one side
(alternating left/right) and light explanatory text + key points + copy blocks on the other.
- **Hand-drawn aesthetic**: white dotted-grid "paper" background, rough.js sketchy borders
(`RoughFrame`), the Kalam hand font for headings, sticky notes (`StickyNote`), marker
- **AI infographics**: `scripts/gen-infographics.mjs` generates whiteboard-style infographics
## The build pipeline (run in this order)
1. **Scaffold.** Copy `template/` to the new project dir:
`cp -r <this-skill>/template <project-path>` then `cd` in.
The project is a standard Next.js App Router app. Configs are already correct.
2. **Write the content.** Edit `lib/content.example.ts` and save it as `lib/content.ts`.
It is fully typed: `SECTIONS` (each with id, part, kicker, title, blurb, an `img` id, a
`points[]` list, an optional `note` sticky, and optional `prompts[]`), plus `NAV` and an
optional `LIBRARY` for the /prompts page. Keep blurbs tight. Real, specific content beats
placeholder lorem every time. If there are no copy-paste prompts, delete the `/prompts`
page, the `Nav` library link, and the `LIBRARY` usage.
3. **Generate infographics.** Edit the `JOBS` array in `scripts/gen-infographics.mjs` so each
`id` matches a section's `img`. Keep ON-IMAGE text MINIMAL (a title + a few labels) so it
renders cleanly; the detailed copy lives in the HTML. Set `engine: "gpt"` (GPT Image 2,
best for diagram + text) or `engine: "nbp"` (Nano Banana Pro via FAL). Then:
`node scripts/gen-infographics.mjs`. It reads keys from
`D:/Ecosystem/secrets/MASTER_API_KEYS.env` and writes PNGs to `public/infographics/`.
The shared `STYLE` string is the LOCKED DEFAULT aesthetic, proven on herdr-explainer,
Top resume items (in the handoff)
1. Register sop:schemaorg-docs as a merlino-sops MCP category so SB queries it
2. Deploy the deep CGH schema to cghlawfirm.com (WordPress access) → run the field test
3. Module #5 seo-authority
4. Run sitebulb + screaming-frog brain ingests (OpenAI key works again now)
[ASSISTANT]
Dispatched and detached on Hetzner. **You can close this terminal now.**
**Running in tmux `sb-resume` on Hetzner (survives your disconnect):**
- **#3 seo-authority** → SB is building module #5 + deploying it (deterministic, data-keys-only)
- **#1 sop:schemaorg-docs MCP category** → registering it in the merlino-sops repo
- It pings Discord **#deploys** when done; log at `~/jobs/sb-resume/run.log`
**Not server-runnable (honest):**
- **#2 CGH WordPress deploy** — blocked, needs cghlawfirm.com access from you
- **#4 sitebulb + screaming-frog ingests** — those vaults live on your local E: drive, not Hetzner; I'll run them next time you're at the home machine (OpenAI key works now, so they'll go fast)
Session is fully saved to cloud (GitHub raw + Supabase). Close it — SB takes it from here and reports to Discord.
**You can close the terminal NOW.** Everything is detached on Hetzner and reports to Discord.
What's running (tmux on Hetzner, survives everything):
- `herdr-png`: 16 whiteboard infographics via **free Codex GPT Image 2** (your baoyu-image-gen codex-cli lane — no FAL, no Gemini, no API keys). It lock-shares with the english-catalog job that's mid-run (72/102), retrying in passes until all 16 land
- `herdr-finish`: waits for the renders, then clones the repo, builds, deploys to Vercel prod, grabs a Firecrawl POWD screenshot, and pings Discord
Discord #deploys gets: BUILD START (already sent) → **LIVE: https://herdr-explainer.vercel.app/** + PROOF link when done. Any failure pings a BLOCKER with the log path instead of going silent.
The 16-section content (install, Windows beta, local/SSH/remote, agent states, status authority, integrations, what-survives-what, worktrees, orchestration, socket API, config, fleet angle + copy-paste commands throughout) is already committed and pushed to https://github.com/mmerlino23/herdr-explainer — Hetzner builds from that.
ETA: ~60-90 min (it's sharing the Codex lock with your 102-render catalog job until that finishes). And noted hard for next time: codex image gen = real PNGs via the baoyu codex-cli provider, never SVG.
so I want to nlh work on the GEO GRID tab and teh stuff we started with.. not the other stuff, lockin on geo grid and places ai overview maps thing we was doing, make a new github and vercel for that ore meind me where it is
[ASSISTANT]
No new repo needed - reminding you where it all lives:
**The geo-grid tool exists in two places:**
| Where | State |
|---|---|
| https://brand-audit-engine-blue.vercel.app/workbench/geo-grid | **The freshest version** - everything we did today: horizontal control bar, GMB auto-fill (broad + geo + select all), scan layers in the left menu, smaller map, live-verified scans. Repo: https://github.com/mmerlino23/brand-audit-engine |
| https://merlino-geogrid.vercel.app/dashboard/geo-grid | The older standalone (repo https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-geogrid) - it's now BEHIND the product version |
My call: **lock in right here on brand-audit-engine's geo-grid** - it's already the most advanced copy and it's the product. Spinning a third repo would just fragment the work again. (The uncommitted dashboard/clients cleanup from a minute ago is sitting locally, type-clean - I'll hold it.)
The geo lane we left open, in order of what we said mattered:
1. **AI Overview maps position tracking** - the wide-open gap Raven/Sherlock found: nobody tracks WHERE a business ranks inside the AI Overview's map module. We have the AI Overview layer in the tool already; this adds position-in-module extraction across the grid.
2. **Places workspace port** - companies/folders, keyword sets, saved rank history (the seo-playground piece, Supabase-backed via the tables already waiting: `places_*`, `rank_history`).
3. **Geo-grid run history** - persist scans to `geo_grid_runs` so you get heatmap-over-time per business/keyword.
Where do you want to start - the AI Overview maps tracker?
**Found the source** — `mmerlino23/schemaorg-docs` (GitHub) + Hetzner `~/jobs/schemaorg-docs-sop`. Pulled all **990 pages / 2.2M words** local to `E:/Merlino Vault/Resources/SOP-Sites/schemaorg-docs-source/`.
**Studied it** (SB ran the study itself, 120 tool calls, ~29 min): read all **56 guide pages in full**, structurally mapped all **934 type pages**, deep-read 45 high-value types.
**Synthesized** → `_SB-KNOWLEDGE.md` (5,293 words, 8 sections): corpus map, the data model, the complete 934-type catalog, 45 types fully documented, vertical stacks (legal/medical/home-services/restaurant/ecom), validation rules, deprecated/anti-patterns, and the Merlino-IP cross-reference. Copy also at `E:/Magister Digital AI/seo-schema/SB-KNOWLEDGE.md`.
**Updated the brain** — the OpenAI embedding key works again (the blocker's gone), so I actually ingested it: **173 chunks under `sop:schemaorg-docs`** (KB + 56 guides). Bonus: sitebulb + screaming-frog ingests are now unblocked too.
**SB the agent** — call sign **SB**, reads `_SB-KNOWLEDGE.md` first every time, then the Merlino IP, validator-gates everything, proves with before/after screenshots. Synced to all 5 hosts. Still flagged as placeholder for Cory's real SchemaBrain API.
Memory saved + indexed. SB now has the whole corpus behind it, not a skim. Call him with **SB** anytime.
[ASSISTANT]
You're right, 17 was wrong. The Team page only counted agents who happened to have tasks in Convex; your real roster lives in `~/.claude/agents/` (~29-30 definitions plus souls) and was never ingested. Merlin is building the full ecosystem sync now:
1. **Sync script** reading your actual ecosystem: every agent definition + soul + the routing table (PDCA chain, leads, specialists), `machine-map.json` + the fleet (Windows desktop, hp-big, Mac Studio, 3 Hetzner boxes, impy-1, VPS1-3), your MCP servers from claude config (names/transports only, secrets redacted), the live SOP sites, and the LLM wiki as source of truth. All pushed into Convex tables.
2. **/team rebuilt** around the full roster: every agent grouped by org structure (PDCA chain → leads → specialists → runtimes), with domain, lead, host machine, honest active/idle status, and task stats where they exist.
3. **Ecosystem section** (on Config or its own tab): Machines, MCP Servers, and SOP Sites with live/dead badges and clickable URLs.
4. Memory tab sources strip extended with the new counts.
Same discipline: deploy, promote, content-verify, then I do the final logged-in visual pass with screenshots before reporting. This one's bigger, give it ~20-30 min.
# Whiteboard Explainer
A reusable build pattern for hand-drawn, illustrated, infographic-driven sites about ANY
subject. Give it a topic and a handful of concepts to visualize, and it produces a
poster-scroll site about that topic. The Merlino team Claude playbook
(https://team-claude-playbook.vercel.app) is just the REFERENCE build that proves the
pattern, NOT what the skill makes. The content is 100% swappable; the aesthetic stays.
The working scaffold lives in `template/`. Copy it, swap the content, generate the
infographics, deploy. Do not rebuild the components from scratch.
## Topic-agnostic + optional modules
- **The subject is whatever the user says.** Everything is driven by `lib/content.ts`:
`SECTIONS` are just titled blurbs + one infographic + a few bullet points + an optional
sticky note. Write them for the user's topic. Nothing in the components is playbook-specific.
- **Copy-paste prompt blocks (`CopyBlock`) and the `/prompts` page are an OPTIONAL module.**
Keep them ONLY if the topic genuinely has things to copy (prompts, commands, code, scripts).
For a normal explainer / about / concept / pitch site, DELETE `app/prompts/`, remove the
`Nav` library link and the `LIBRARY` export, and drop the `prompts` field from sections.
`CopyBlock` can also be repurposed to show any code/quote snippet, or removed entirely.
- **One long page is fine.** `/prompts` is the only extra route and it is optional.
## What you get
- **Poster-scroll layout**: each concept is a section with a big infographic on one side
(alternating left/right) and light explanatory text + key points + copy blocks on the other.
- **Hand-drawn aesthetic**: white dotted-grid "paper" background, rough.js sketchy borders
(`RoughFrame`), the Kalam hand font for headings, sticky notes (`StickyNote`), marker
highlights. White theme by default (honors the white-theme rule).
- **AI infographics**: `scripts/gen-infographics.mjs` generates whiteboard-style infographics
using BOTH approved image models (GPT Image 2 + Nano Banana Pro), never ranked, per the
media-routing rule.
- **Copy-paste prompt blocks**: `CopyBlock` renders a labeled prompt with a one-click copy
button, color-coded by surface (teal = terminal, violet = desktop, or repurpose).
- **Prompt library page** (`/prompts`): a filterable (`All / Terminal / Desktop`) grid of
every prompt, grouped. Optional, delete if not needed.
## The build pipeline (run in this order)
1. **Scaffold.** Copy `template/` to the new project dir:
[ASSISTANT]
On the terminal question: **almost cool, give me ~15-20 min.**
- The 15 Codex SVG infographics are rendering detached in tmux on Hetzner (`herdr-svg` session) — that part survives anything, costs zero API money, all on the free Codex plan.
- But the finish line (pull SVGs down, build, deploy, POWD) runs from **this session**. Close it now and the images still finish on Hetzner, but the site won't assemble or deploy until you reopen a terminal and say "finish the herdr explainer."
Status so far: the existing 8-section herdr-explainer at https://herdr-explainer.vercel.app is being expanded to a **16-part deep dive** (install, Windows beta, local/SSH/remote decision tree, agent states, status authority, integrations, what-survives-what, worktrees, orchestration, socket API, config, fleet angle) — all content written from the herdr-docs site, every section with copy-paste commands. Codex SVG test image already passed visual review (proper Excalidraw whiteboard look).
I'll auto-resume the moment the batch lands and ship the deploy + POWD. If you leave the terminal open, you'll get the full delivery report here.
# Wrap Session
> End-of-session command. Fans out session state to EVERY memory source (Supabase, Mem0, Chroma Cloud, Hindsight, SQLite, LanceDB, Obsidian, GitHub agent-memory repo, Multica, qmd), updates project handoff, and creates a context bundle for the next session.
## Instructions
You are wrapping up the current session. Execute ALL of the following steps. do not skip any.
### Step 1: Gather Session Context
Silently collect:
- What was the primary task/request this session?
- What was accomplished? (files created, edited, deployed)
- What decisions were made and why?
- What's unfinished or blocked?
- Any key discoveries, preferences, or corrections from the user?
### Step 2: Auto Memory (Built-in File Memory)
Write memories to the project memory directory at `~/.claude/projects/<project-key>/memory/`. Create the directory if it doesn't exist.
For each significant item from this session, determine the type (user, feedback, project, reference) and write a memory file with frontmatter:
```markdown
---
name: {{name}}
description: {{one-line description}}
type: {{user|feedback|project|reference}}
---
{{content}}
```
Then update or create `MEMORY.md` in the same directory as an index.
**What to save:**
- User preferences or corrections expressed this session (feedback type)
- Project state changes or decisions (project type)
- New references discovered (reference type)
- User context learned (user type)
**What NOT to save:**
- Code patterns derivable from reading the codebase
- Git history facts
- Trivial exchanges
- Anything already in CLAUDE.md
### Step 3: Project Handoff (NEVER SKIP)
A handoff is written EVERY wrap. There is no "no project, skip" path. Resolve the target, then write `STATE.md` + `HANDOFF.md`, then update a project `CLAUDE.md` status section.
**3a. Resolve the handoff target dir:**
1. If the cwd (or its nearest ancestor) is a real project (has a `CLAUDE.md`, or sits under `D:/ClaudeDev/00_GITHUB/<proj>`, or has a `.planning/`) → target = that project root.
2. Else if the session clearly worked in one project folder (infer from the files edited this session) → target = that project root.
3. Else (cwd is a root like `D:/ClaudeDev`, or work spanned many folders) → target = the central folder `D:/Ecosystem/Memory/session-handoffs/{YYYY-MM-DD}/`.
**3b. Ensure `.planning/` exists at the target.** If it does NOT exist, invoke the **`superpowers:writing-plans`** skill to scaffold the `.planning/` structure (PROJECT/PLAN/STATE/HANDOFF). Do not hand-roll the scaffold when the skill is available. (For the central folder, `STATE.md` + `HANDOFF.md` directly is sufficient.)
**3c. Write `.planning/STATE.md`** — current phase, completion status, date (ISO 8601).
**3d. Write `.planning/HANDOFF.md`** with:
- What was done this session
- Current state
- What to do next
- Key files touched
- Any blockers or open questions
- Resume instructions for the next agent
**3e. Project `CLAUDE.md` (update EVERY wrap).** If the target project has a `CLAUDE.md`, update/append a `## Session Status` section (date + one-line state + pointer to the HANDOFF.md). If it has none and the target is a real project, create a minimal `CLAUDE.md` with that section. (Skip creating one for the central session-handoffs folder.)
Record the absolute path of the HANDOFF.md you wrote — pass it to Step 5 as `--handoff`.
### Step 4: Context Bundle
Create a context bundle for session recovery:
1. Create `.agents/context-bundles/` in the project root if it doesn't exist
2. Write a bundle file named `bundle-{YYYY-MM-DD}-{HH}h.md` with:
```markdown
# Context Bundle — {date} {time}
## Session Summary
{1-3 sentence summary of what happened}
## Task
{The original request/task}
## What Was Done
{Bullet list of completed work}
## Key Files Touched
{List of files created/modified with one-line descriptions}
## Decisions Made
{Key decisions and their rationale}
## Unfinished / Next Steps
{What's left to do}

[ASSISTANT]
Locked and rolling. Current state of the machine:
**The sequence (now in STATE.md, no agent will cross it):**
1. Build the TOOL - generic, zero agency data in it
2. Your agencies onboard as tenants (Magister = tenant #1) only after full build
3. White-label sale. magister-audit-engine stays your interim client workhorse, untangled.
**Lanes running right now:**
- Hetzner #1: `ws/insights-bespoke` - Claude loop wiring insights into the last 9 module pages
- Hetzner #2: `ws/client-onboarding` - just dispatched: Add Client button + form, `/api/clients` (create/edit, validated, slug-unique), empty state pointing to the button instead of mentioning seeding. That's how every client enters the product from now on - front door only.
- Mac: idle, ready for the next lane (Codex)
- Watcher armed on both; I review + merge each branch as it lands, deploy, screenshot-verify.
Master stays clear for your geo-grid/places work - tell me where you want to start when you're ready.

Yes, totally cool to close it. Everything's running detached on Hetzner, not on this machine.
**What happens after you close:**
- The landing-page job runs in tmux on Hetzner (`ffhc-landing` session) — builds + publishes the 3 pages via WP REST, verifies them live, then reports on its own.
- **Discord #deploys** gets a ping when it finishes (live URLs + verify result), as oliver.
- **Notion** page gets a checked item per published page (auto, via API).
- `RESULTS.md` written in the job dir for the full record.
**To check later:** Discord #deploys, or `ssh hetzner` → `tmux attach -t ffhc-landing`, or read `/home/merlino/jobs/ffhc-landing-20260611T011639Z/RESULTS.md`.
**Already done + live today** (repo `mmerlino23/flat-fee-house-cleaners`, proof https://flat-fee-house-cleaners-powd.vercel.app): schema phone fix, H1 + CID map link, sameAs socials.
**Still needs your logins when you're back** (on Multica MER-8 to MER-11 + Notion): Cloudflare AI-bot flip (30 sec), GHL, Google Business Profile, citation platforms.
One note: the Multica status-change on MER-12 errored (it wanted a specific status value), so it's still showing "todo" — the issue is there, just not flipped to in-progress. Cosmetic. Go ahead and close.

no your mixing shit up my man! none of that goees in here it goes on the magister one - MAGISTER AUDIT ENGINE - RESUME (the audit product)
Folder: /e/Magister Digital AI/_agency-ops/magister-audit-engine
Live: https://magister-audit-engine.vercel.app
Repo: https://github.com/mmerlino23/magister-audit-engine
NOTE: separate from magister-seo-platform (the merged workbench app)

Yes - everything on that page is reading and writing a dedicated Supabase Postgres (project `bedrobcqztcmvtweblsb`, created just for this app). Nothing on it is static:
- **The 41 client cards** = `clients` table (seeded from your magister roster)
- **The score badge + "3 scored modules" on CGH** = live aggregate over `audit_runs` - every module run persists there (module, signals, scores, gaps, timestamp), so history accumulates per client
- **The workbench tools** share the same DB: `playground_searches` / `playground_results` (every search you run saves and reloads - that History card on keyword-overview is it), `playground_settings`, `playground_targets`
- **Geo-grid** has `geo_grid_runs` + `places_*` + `rank_history` tables waiting from the original schema (wired in when we build out the places/history work on your local lane)
So when you click Run on a module, the runner hits DataForSEO/Firecrawl, the result lands in `audit_runs`, and the page re-reads from the DB - reload the page tomorrow and the scores are still there. Multi-tenant by design: every row keys to a client.

https://brand-audit-engine-blue.vercel.app/reports this has a database right?

Build is running, three phases shipping incrementally to https://merlinoai.com:
1. **/team**: real current fleet from live task data (who actually worked in the last 30 days, real last-active times, their open/doing/done counts and recent tasks). The fake "17 agents, 3m ago" OpenClaw ghosts go away.
2. **/skills**: real catalog synced from your actual 500+ skills on disk, plus a SOPs and Workflows section pulled from the same source brain.merlinoai.com uses, with search.
3. **Smart merger**: Memory tab wired to Master Brain Supabase (recent memories + search), plus a sources strip showing live counts from Convex tasks/projects, Supabase memories, Multica issues, and Paperclip issues, all in Mission Control so you don't have to open those apps. Multica/Paperclip tabs get honest "last updated" stamps if their data is stale, no fake liveness.
Meanwhile: **/dashboard is already clean**, zero old cards, 83 total / 52 this week. Hard-refresh the tab (Ctrl+Shift+R).
I visually verify each piece logged-in before calling it delivered. Report with screenshots when it lands.
