DELIVERED: Supabase migration + first production deploy of the Merlino SEO Playground, plus the mastermind-skills audit.
```
LIVE URL: https://merlino-seo-playground.vercel.app
POWD: https://merlino-seo-playground.vercel.app/proof/2026-06-11/places-search.png
COMMITS: 621f4f6 (migration) -> 9a1004d (state), pushed to feat/places-search
VERIFICATION: VISUAL (42/42 dashboard routes return 200 on prod, live page renders
migrated Supabase data, real screenshots of the deployed URL captured)
DISCORD: posted to #deploys and #powd on Merlino server
```
**What shipped:** async data layer (`src/lib/pg.ts` + rewritten `db.ts`, 491 caller errors fixed via codemod across 54 files), 43-table Postgres schema on Supabase `wyaxbtuiagfzbwkwsfar`, all 175 rows of local data migrated (DataForSEO creds, Places companies/keywords/rank history, SERP audits, geo-grid), Next bumped to 15.5.19 to clear Vercel's CVE gate. Your local `seo-playground.db` stays as a backup; the app now runs fully on the cloud DB, so the Voltron-piece API layer is unblocked.
**One flag needing you:** the prod URL is currently PUBLIC and the app can spend your DataForSEO balance. The API refused to enable deployment protection on this plan; flip it manually at https://vercel.com/mmerlino23s-projects/merlino-seo-playground/settings/deployment-protection (or we front it with Cloudflare Access once a domain is on it).
**Mastermind skills audit** (https://mastermind-skills.vercel.app/ = your `mastermind-member-skills` repo; tested = skill present and loadable in `~/.claude/skills`):
| Mastermind skill | In our library? | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| 1. PAA Content Strategy | YES | paa-content-writer, paa-question-generator, geo-blog-post, merlino-magic-blog |
| 2. Blog to GMB to Social | YES | merlino-magic-blog-framework (15-platform), blog-post-to-socials, paa-distribution-sop |
| 3. SEO Neo Campaign Setup | **MISSING** | No seo-neo skill (you have seo-neo Vercel deploys, but no SOP skill) |
| 4. Content Buckets | PARTIAL | koray-topical-map, silo-structure cover the theory; no buckets-specific skill |
| 5. GMB + Video Citations | PARTIAL | gmb-* family + video-seo-sop + citation-link-building; no combined workflow |
| 6. Schema Markup Generator | YES | schema-generator, schema-spider, auto-schema-from-template, knowsabout-schema-generator |
| 7. Blog to Podcast (NotebookLM) | PARTIAL | video-seo-sop has Podbean/SoundCloud distribution; no NotebookLM conversion skill |
| 8. Tiered Link Building (DAS) | YES | cloud-stack, link-building-router, expired-domain-pbn-builder |
| 9. Client Upsell + Revenue | PARTIAL | pricing + proposal; no upsell/retention playbook skill |
Gap summary: 1 missing (SEO Neo setup), 4 partial. Say the word and I'll t2s the missing/partial ones from the mastermind site content into proper skills, or run a full Ralph content-test loop over the 9 like the 62-skill pass you did before.

Status while the workflow runs:
**Already landed and committed** (4 commits to merlino-skills, mirrored to runtime):
1. `f9320a3` Security: stripped the hardcoded DataForSEO credential from all 9 dataforseo skills, now runtime env. You still need to rotate the DataForSEO password since the old value is in git history.
2. `1924395` geo-llmo installed (full 7-file GEO pack, SEOBANK branding stripped)
3. `f429be7` 5 merges: cro Scored Audit Mode (82-criterion checklist), eeat-audit `--phase technical` (51 machine-readable factors), fact-check triangulation mode, ai-visibility-audit-pro reference data, cartoon-mascot rewritten for GPT Image 2 + Nano Banana Pro
**Now running** (`wf_136eb636-b33`): the remaining ~22 merges across 6 groups + 3 builds (Koray/entity/schema, dataforseo content fixes, local+content skills, the rules/soul patches you approved, agentic skills, SEOBANK/dan-sop distribution, seo-image-renamer CLI, assembly-line template). Guarded so it cannot re-touch the 7 done items.
The two earlier "failures" were misleading: the first run actually wrote 5 merges to disk before the spend cap hit, and I just audited, wired the orphaned reference files, and committed them. The second was a transient Anthropic 429 (not your cap). I'll commit + sync + give you the full per-merge table when this run finishes, or re-fire if it trips the 429 again.

```
Score docked 5 points because the skill itself relies on Supabase MCP (not available in this session) rather than direct REST calls. The smoke test routed around that gap using the REST API directly, which is the correct fallback. The underlying data and auth are fully healthy.
result: supabase-data-explorer skill passes smoke test - auth live on gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq, 102 tables discovered, 8 row-count queries confirmed (agent_memories=237,154; skill_resources=12,122; process_catalog=7,531); score 95/100</result>
https://skill-autoresearch-dashboard.vercel.app/ is this runnign right now? why is nothing being rporting to discord
[ASSISTANT]
RUNNING NOW. Status:
**Is the dashboard running?** The website yes, always was. The TESTING was not, it was waiting on your GO. It's running as of this minute.
**Why Discord was quiet:** no tests were executing, so nothing to report. The earlier posts from today are in **#audits** (triage digest) and **#deploys** (ship notices), they did land (exit 0 confirmed each time).
**What just happened (last 2 minutes):**
1. **Static validation sweep DONE**: all 582 remaining active skills just got scored (440 pass / 52 warn / 90 fail on structure, missing files, missing API keys). Posted to **#audits** just now. Refresh https://skill-autoresearch-dashboard.vercel.app/ and the Score column is filled for every skill instead of "not run". These summaries honestly say "static validation only", they prove the skill isn't broken on disk, not that it executes.
2. **First batch of 10 REAL execution tests launched in parallel** (each one actually invokes the skill and does a tiny live task): dataforseo-serp, dataforseo-gmb, dataforseo-backlinks, scrapecreators-api, supabase-data-explorer, youtube-fetch, perplexity-research, gemini-cli, local-fetch, pdf-to-md. All read-only, pennies of spend, running on Sonnet not the expensive model. When they finish (~3-5 min) I'll write their verdicts to the dashboard and post the batch results to **#audits**.
From here every batch posts to Discord as it completes, and the dashboard updates live. I'll keep launching batches through the safe-to-run list and flag anything dangerous (deploy/email/DNS/spend skills) as manual-only rather than auto-running it.
Hey, I have no idea what I'm looking at here and with all the stuff that I gave you, I don't know.
[ASSISTANT]
DELIVERED: The autoresearch dashboard is revived as your white Skill Atlas cockpit, live and verified
**Open it once with this link (sets a 90-day cookie):**
https://skill-autoresearch-dashboard.vercel.app/?key=atlas-9c575c47cb7f85d8
POWD: Live screenshot above (`powd-atlas-white.png` in the project), pure white, big fonts, all data real
VERIFICATION: FULL (deployed, gate tested 401-without-key / 200-with-key, authed screenshot of production data)
What it is now:
- **White only.** The dark GitHub-style theme is gone; the whole thing runs on the light palette (the screenshot shows white cards, colored scores, status pills).
- **Real data, fast.** Convex (dead since March) is retired. It reads Master Brain Supabase directly: **1,035 unique skills** deduped, 15 tested, 80/100 avg, 33 in Work on, with status pills, folder + domain filters, sortable score/updated columns.
- **Same brain, two windows.** The Keep / Save / Work on / Archive buttons on each skill's detail page write to the exact same `skill_catalog` table the brain tab uses, so changes in either UI show up in both.
- **Score history per skill**: the detail page keeps the original Recharts line chart, now fed by `skill_test_runs`, with every run's checks listed.
- **Shareable with workers/partners**: send them the URL with `?key=`, they're in for 90 days; without the key it's a 401. Key lives in MASTER_API_KEYS.env as `SKILL_DASH_KEY`.
- Deploys: any push to `master` on https://github.com/mmerlino23/skill-autoresearch-dashboard auto-ships. Local clone at `F:\Projects\tools\skill-autoresearch-dashboard`.
Why this one feels faster than the brain tab: it's a single lightweight table reading two Supabase queries, no 8k-row sync layer, no disk scanning, no heavy shell.
Still open from earlier (parked, say the word): the master-brain app-shell white flip + Galaxy/Graph dark pages + double-menu cleanup, and the big overnight smoke-test run of the remaining ~460 skills whose verdicts would land right on this cockpit.
Both questions answered. Here's the straight read.
## Does it work? Yes. Proven end-to-end just now.
I ran the full lifecycle against the live Chaser API with your real key:
| Step | Result |
|------|--------|
| `list` | ok: true, returned your real tasks (including the SignalWire port task) |
| `create` | ok: true, made task `6a2b49ee...` in your Slack |
| `info` | ok: true, read it back, status "Acknowledged" |
| `delete` | ok: true |
| `info` again | HTTP 404 `task_not_found` (confirms it's really gone) |
268 lines, one dependency (`requests`), 12 subcommands, JSON in/JSON out, single bearer token. It does exactly what it claims. No bugs found.
## Does it bring value to people? Split answer, and I'll be blunt.
**For a human end-user: thin.** Anyone who has Chaser already has the Slack UI and now the new web dashboard. Typing `chaser create "..."` is marginally faster only for terminal-native devs. That's a narrow slice. If someone just wants a task app, the Slack UI beats your CLI for them. Don't oversell this audience.
**For AI agents: genuinely useful, and this is your real wedge.** Any agent or script (Claude Code, Codex, a cron job, your Hermes/OpenClaw runtimes) can shell out `chaser create` with one env var. No MCP server to run, no OAuth dance, works on any LLM, not just Claude. It's the thinnest possible glue between an autonomous agent and a Slack task board. Your own fleet can use it today to file and close Slack tasks, that's a real, demoable story.
**One honest tension you should know:** Chaser's 6/11 release shipped their OWN "Claude delegates tasks" integration, which I just put on your landing page. That partially competes with your CLI's pitch. Your edge that survives: yours is vendor-neutral (any agent/script, zero hosted dependency, one Python file + key). Theirs is Claude-specific and runs through their hosted path. Lean into "works with any agent, anywhere, no install" because that's the part they can't take.
**The actual business model isn't selling the CLI.** It's the affiliate funnel: the CLI is a lead magnet to get signups through MERLINO15OFF. So "does it bring value" for you = "does it convert signups," which is a distribution question, not a product-quality one. The product is solid. Whether it earns is about getting it in front of the right terminal/agent crowd (Indie Hackers, r/devtools, AI-agent communities), not in front of general PM-tool shoppers.
Net: the tool is real and works. Pitch it to builders and agents, not to people shopping for a to-do app.
Done. Bidirectional sync is fully live and verified (commit `1eacef3`, deployed to `grand-greyhound-113`):
- **Create a task on the dashboard** → now inserts into Supabase too, and tags the Convex copy so it stays linked. Verified: created one, it landed in Supabase as High / To Do.
- **Change priority** (and the Eisenhower quadrant) → mirrors back to Supabase. Verified: P0→P2 flipped Supabase to "Low."
- Plus the status moves from before. The board is now consistent both directions: move, create, reprioritize, it all persists everywhere and won't revert.
---
## Should you remove Convex?
Straight answer: **not now, and not by ripping it out, but your instinct is right for the long term.**
Here's the reality you might not have in view: Convex isn't "just the board." It runs your **entire** Mission Control dashboard, ~40 tables and ~70 endpoints: agents, sessions, team chat, executor jobs, blueprints, deliverables, work ledger, heartbeats. The board is one slice. Removing Convex means rewriting the whole app's data layer, not flipping a setting.
**But the deeper point is correct:** the staleness bug you just hit *only exists because you have two databases*. That's the real cost of Convex here, not money (this scale is free tier), it's the drift and the sync glue I just had to write.
So the clean end-states are:
- **Keep Convex** (today's state): you get its zero-config live reactivity, and the sync now works. Cost: two DBs forever, sync code to maintain.
- **Consolidate to Supabase-only** (your idea): merlinoai.com runs directly on Supabase, which is *already* your Master Brain source of truth. This **deletes the entire sync layer I just built** and kills the drift bug class permanently. One DB, one bill, one mental model, which fits how you like to build. Cost: a focused migration, mainly swapping the Convex `useQuery` calls to Supabase queries and adding Supabase Realtime so the board still updates live. Call it one solid build session, not a rewrite-from-scratch.
**My recommendation:** since you only use Convex for this one dashboard and you value simplicity, plan the move to Supabase-only, but do it as a deliberate, scoped build, not an impulse rip-out that breaks a working app. You're not blocked in the meantime, the board works correctly right now.
Want me to scope that migration (have Merlin map every Convex call in the app and produce a concrete plan + effort estimate)? I won't start tearing anything down without that plan in front of you first.
Reload merlinoai.com and try create + move + reprioritize, it should all stick now.
CONFIRMED: White theme is live, verified with a real authed screenshot
LIVE URL: https://brain.merlinoai.com/skills
POWD: Screenshot above (logged-in view of production), saved as `scripts/powd-skills-white.png` in master-brain
VERIFICATION: FULL (authed browser render of the live page)
What the screenshot proves:
- **White everywhere**: white background, white cards, light gray panels. The dark/green radial background is gone from the page.
- **1,035 unique skills** (deduped), stats bar showing Tested/Work on/Archived counts
- **Folder bar** at top with "+ Folder" create, **"Tested - verified working"** group rendering first with the smoke-tested skills (dataforseo-keywords, paa-researcher, maps-lead-scraper, skool-archive, steel-browser visible with their pass/warn badges and dates)
- **Collapsible filter sidebar** with the "« Hide filters" button
What happened under the hood (why your earlier look was still dark): the white commit deployed fine but `brain.merlinoai.com` is a **manually-aliased domain**, it was still pointed at a June 2 build. When I re-aliased to master, master's broken Clerk auth 404'd everything (the known open issue). Fix: grafted the Skill Atlas onto the last-known-good base as branch `brain-stable-skills`, deployed that, aliased the domain to it. Auth is the old email-OTP login (working), not Clerk.
Two honest notes:
1. The thin left app nav (Master Brain shell, visible far left) is still dark graphite. That's the global nav shared by every brain page, not the skills tab. Say the word and I'll flip the whole app shell white too.
2. Same trap documented in memory: git pushes do NOT reach brain.merlinoai.com on their own; the domain needs a manual re-alias per deploy (or we move the domain to auto-attach once master's Clerk mess is reconciled).
Also done this turn: session model switched to `claude-opus-4-8` in settings, and the Fable plan-only routing rule is in `~/.claude/CLAUDE.md` + `~/.claude/rules/fable-model-routing.md`.
Done. Bidirectional sync is fully live and verified (commit `1eacef3`, deployed to `grand-greyhound-113`):
- **Create a task on the dashboard** → now inserts into Supabase too, and tags the Convex copy so it stays linked. Verified: created one, it landed in Supabase as High / To Do.
- **Change priority** (and the Eisenhower quadrant) → mirrors back to Supabase. Verified: P0→P2 flipped Supabase to "Low."
- Plus the status moves from before. The board is now consistent both directions: move, create, reprioritize, it all persists everywhere and won't revert.
What's on the page:
- Zero IP names. ClawControl, HawkeyePanel, BirdsEyeROI, merlino-sops, Graphify, RankingReels, PrintingPress all translated to buyer language
("command dashboard", "call analytics", "ROI tracking", "video ad engine"). Agent names stay, they're the product.
- 6 department showcases, each with a rendered deliverable mockup built in pure HTML/CSS so nothing client-identifying can leak: Ava gets a triaged
Gmail inbox + Calendar/Zoom prep cards, the SEO bench gets an audit scorecard with geogrid, Picasso a style-locked image set, Spielberg a captioned
video frame with storyboard, Dan/Merlin/Frankie/Willie a landing-page comp + SaaS ROI dashboard, Hawkeye/Vox/Gino a call log with missed-call
automation flow.
- Receipts section: 6 real outcomes anonymized (med-spa AI audit in 1 day, 6-piece infographic system, 501-topic SOP base, 149-article docs portal,
1,000-keyword law-firm report, maps lead engine). No names, real numbers.
- Full 25-agent roster grouped by department, 489-skills band, what-you-get grid, 3-tier pricing ($297 / $997 / $2,500+) with the Land-Run-Resell
Done. Two things from your messages handled.
**On the model:** your `/model claude-opus-4-8` already switched this session to Opus 4.8 and set it as your default for new sessions, so Fable is off. Nothing more needed on my end.
**On the count:** you were right, it's **30 agents**, not 25. I checked the canonical roster (`~/.claude/agents/*.md` = 30) instead of trusting the old explainer. The 5 the old page was missing: **Freddy** (Meta ads), **Impy** (Impeccable design polish), **Schemabrain** (structured data), **Architect** (infra), **Automa** (browser automation).
Updated and redeployed:
- Hero, fleet panel, proofline, and roster all read **30** now ("+17 more on the roster")
- Freddy added to a renamed **Content, Design & Paid Media** department
- Schemabrain added to the SEO bench (now 7 agents)
- Impy added to Engineering
- Architect + Automa added to the Ops department
- All 30 listed in the full roster section
One thing to watch: if your Mission Control board UI writes task updates directly with the anon key (not via task-handler.py), those mutations will
now fail. If you see board edits break from the web UI, the fix is to route those writes through the service role, not to re-grant anon. Tell me if it
breaks and I'll wire an API route for it. fix it
# Super App Power Features (2026 Q2 snapshot)
Quick reference for power features across the current "super app" agent platforms: Codex Desktop, Claude Code/Desktop, Cursor. Source: Riley Brown weekly AI super app update, 2026-05.
## What is a Super App
AI platform that combines chat + knowledge work + coding + integrations + automations + a full embedded browser. Codex Desktop and Claude Desktop are the current leaders. Cursor is converging on the same form factor. Google's offering (Gemini, Spark, Anti-gravity, AI Studio) is fragmented and none of it is state-of-the-art.
## Claude Code
### Parallel Agents in Terminal
- Command: type `/agents` inside `claude`
- Fires off multiple parallel agent tasks, each can use a different sub-agent (e.g. web-research-specialist)
- Navigation: right arrow opens that task's chat, left arrow returns to list
- Use when: multiple independent research or coding tasks should run concurrently instead of sequentially
### Skill Sync Gap (known limitation)
- Skills built in Claude co-work do NOT show up in Claude Code, and vice versa
- The author migrated to Codex because of this fragmentation
## Codex Desktop (OpenAI)
### `/goal` Long-Horizon Mode
- Type `/goal`, then the objective
- Tells Codex to stay aligned to outcome rather than current command, do more planning, and not stop until the goal is reached
- Verified durations: 4 hours common, one user reported 1 day 14 hours
- Use when: multi-step build, research, or any task that would otherwise stall halfway
### AppShots (Cmd+Cmd)
- Press both Command keys simultaneously
- Codex captures a screenshot of whatever desktop app is focused and adds it as context
- Works in any desktop app: Chrome, Superhuman, Google Docs, etc.
- Combined with computer-use skills, Codex can act inside that app (e.g. type a draft directly into a Google Doc in the background)
- Use when: you want Codex to operate on what is currently on your screen without copy/paste setup
### Design Mode (Annotations)
- Comments button at the top of the in-app browser
- Click an element, leave an annotation like "make this bigger"
- Settings button opens a panel for text color, font size, font weight: these edits queue as annotations, they do NOT live-edit code
- Workflow: screenshot, annotate, prompt, run. Codex then executes the queued annotations against the source
- Different from Cursor's design mode, which mutates code directly
- Use when: iterating UI on a deployed page or HTML preview without opening the source files
### Plugin Sharing
- Plugins are bundles of apps + skills + files that codify a workflow
- Plugins directory: browse, install, `@mention` (e.g. `@vercel`)
- Share button: send a plugin to a teammate or the whole workspace, copy a share link
- "Shared with you" tab lists plugins teammates published to you
- `/plugin-creator` slash command walks you through building a new plugin
- Use when: a repeatable workflow is worth codifying, or worth sharing with the team
## Cursor
### Composer 2.5 Model
- Released after the XAI/SpaceX $60B Cursor acquisition ($10B opt-out clause)
- Fast and very cheap (author: roughly per hour heavy use)
- Strong on front-end work, close to frontier in that lane
- Composer 3 is training, expected to be stronger
### In-App Browser + Marketplace + Automations
- Full browser inside Cursor workspace, parity with Codex
- Marketplace and automations now match Codex plugins and Claude Code connections
- Gap: cannot yet open docs, slides, or sheets natively in a side panel (expected to ship)
## Google (Gemini / Spark)
Skim only, not a primary lane:
- Gemini 3.5 Flash shipped, 3.5 Pro did NOT ship
- Behind OpenAI and Anthropic for agentic work, fast but expensive, worse than Composer 2.5 for code
- Gemini Omni video gen worse than ByteDance Seedance
- Gemini Spark (chat-vs-spark in
DELIVERED: "New Diamond SOW" is live on your desktop, Magister Digital AI is the alpha tester
**The shortcut**: `New Diamond SOW.lnk` on your desktop, built on the exact New Clief Project pattern (Git Bash direct, never `where bash`). Double-click it and it asks three things:
1. Client name (e.g. "LSB Ball Academy")
2. Slug (e.g. "lsba", becomes the URL)
3. Optional path to the source proposal PDF
Then it scaffolds `F:\Projects\clients\magister-digital\<slug>-sow\` from the proven reference, opens the folder, and launches Claude Code inside it. You say "build the SOW from source-proposal.pdf per CLAUDE.md" and the agent runs the whole runbook: rewrite content for the client, pull their site imagery, create the `<slug>_signatures` table in the Magister Supabase, deploy to `https://<slug>.magisterdigitalai.com`, set the SOW_* env vars, run the browser e2e sign test, and deliver with LIVE URL + POWD. Signed submissions email the full signed PDF to mike@merlinomarketing.com from sow@magisterdigitalai.com, same as LSBA.
**What's in the repo** (https://github.com/mmerlino23/diamond-label-sow, pushed):
- `scaffold/`: the reference page + `api/sign.js` fully parameterized to `SOW_*` env vars (no LSBA hardcoding left), the e2e test, and the agent runbook CLAUDE.md with `{{CLIENT_NAME}}`/`{{SLUG}}` tokens
- `init-sow.sh` + `new-diamond-sow.cmd`: the launcher pair, refuses to overwrite an existing folder, git-inits each instance
- Smoke-tested: tokens fill correctly ("Acme Roofing" -> `acme_roofing_signatures`, `https://acme-roofing.magisterdigitalai.com`)
LSBA itself is effectively instance #1 of the alpha. Next client that needs a proposal, hit the shortcut and you're live the same day.
## What shipped
**5 new skills installed** (canonical + runtime, committed `0688684`, synced to all 5 fleet hosts SYNC_OK):
- `ghl-conversion-tracking` - production-ready GHL iframe to GA4 tracking via GTM postMessage (Gino's lane)
- `seo-image-renamer` - build recipe from the member docx
- `claude-code-sandbox-hooks` - bubblewrap isolation + PreToolUse permission hooks (new capability)
- `reddit-quora-threads` + `seobank-meta-updater-plugin` - member .skill packages, no overlap found
**Knowledge stored:** 83 converted MDs + 15 batch analyses + 3 voice-memo transcripts (AssemblyAI) at `D:\Ecosystem\inbox\dgs-mastermind\deduplicat-ingest-2026-06-11\` (this desktop). 16 memories in Master Brain via agent-memory.py (tags `dgs-mastermind`), wiki page + log updated, board task Done.
**Top finds:** the 8-stage AI-citation audit method (direct upgrade to your live GEO audit service), raw TAC + Agent Hour transcripts (IndyDevDan $599 course material, for Dan's SOP base), the 82-criterion weighted CRO rubric, Assembly Line loop mechanics (convergence detection + severity-cost gates for Carlos/Queen/Ralph), the build-ready 21-tab SEOBANK client dashboard spec (BirdsEyeROI roadmap), and the Agentic Design Patterns book chapter index.
## Needs your call
**32 merge recommendations into existing skills are documented but NOT executed** in `INTEGRATION-PLAN.md` (I won't rewrite 30+ working skills unsupervised). Say "execute the merges" and I'll fan that out. 6 member skills skipped as dupes with merge notes, including cartoon-mascot-logo-prompt which is Midjourney-based and needs a rewrite for GPT Image 2 / Nano Banana Pro before use.
## Security (your manual action, nothing deleted per your rule)
1. **LIVE ISSUE:** `~/.claude/skills/dataforseo-serp/SKILL.md` embeds a decodable Base64 login:password that propagates fleet-wide via /sync. Rotate the DataForSEO password + move auth to MASTER_API_KEYS.env. Want Knox on it?
2. Rotate then delete: `env.master`, `MASTER_API_KEYS_UPDATED.env`, and `full-backup-2026-04-28\.claude\.credentials.json` in that desktop folder
3. `free-code` is banned fleet-wide (strips guardrails, ToS risk on your Max OAuth); docs archived as knowledge only
4. Claude Certified Architect exam guide = Anthropic Confidential NTK, internal only. Aether meningioma PDF has real patient PII, never publish.
**PROOF:** `MASTER-SYNTHESIS.md` / `INTEGRATION-PLAN.md` / `SKILL-INSTALL-REPORT.md` in staging, commit at https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-skills, Supabase memories verified by retrieval. **VERIFICATION: CODE** (file-level, every claim spot-checked). No public POWD page on this one deliberately: the content is member IP + confidential + PII-flagged, publishing it would violate the security flags above.
- `/sync --vault`
- `/sync --docs`
- `/sync --status`
## What Claude Should Do
Run the bash engine `scripts/eco-sync.sh` with the matching mode using the **Bash tool**, show the output, and report any FAIL rows.
### Flag to Mode mapping
| User input | Mode arg | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `/sync` | `full` | Mirror skills, commit+push all source repos to GitHub, pull-sync every remote |
| `/sync --dry` | `dry` | Show what would change (git status + host reachability), touch nothing |
| `/sync --skills` | `skills` | Mirror + commit+push skills/agents/rules, pull-sync remotes |
| `/sync --vault` | `vault` | Commit+push agent-memory-vault, pull-sync remotes |
| `/sync --docs` | `docs` | Commit+push llm-wiki, pull-sync remotes |
| `/sync --status` | `status` | Local git status + runtime counts only, no ssh, no push |
## How to Invoke
```bash
bash "D:/ClaudeDev/00_GITHUB/merlino-skills/sync/scripts/eco-sync.sh" full
```
Replace `full` with the mode from the table above. Use a Bash-tool timeout of 300000 (5 min) for `full`/`skills`/`vault`/`docs` since they SSH to five hosts; `dry`/`status` finish in seconds.
## How it works
1. **Save (durable):** commits and pushes the three source repos to the GitHub hub:
- `ecosystem-ops` (`D:/Ecosystem/ops`) - agents, rules, and the distributed skills tree
- `merlino-skills` (`D:/ClaudeDev/00_GITHUB/merlino-skills`) - canonical skills (mirrored into ecosystem-ops first so new skills propagate)
- `agent-memory-vault` (`C:/Users/mikem/ObsidianVaults/AgentMemory`)
- Non-fast-forward pushes auto-rebase and retry. Secrets are protected by each repo's `.gitignore` (`*.env`, `*.json` state).
2. **Sync (fan-out):** each reachable host (`hetzner`, `mac`, `vps1`, `vps2`, `vps3`) pulls both repos from GitHub and copies agents/rules/skills/reference into `~/.claude`, `~/.codex`, and the active `~/.hermes` profile. Pull auth for the private repos uses `GITHUB_PAT_LEGACY` from the secrets file as a per-command `http.extraHeader` (never written into any repo).
## Expected Output
Each host prints a block ending in `SYNC_OK` plus agent/skill counts. `[SKIP]` = host unreachable. `[FAIL]` = transfer or push failed. The run ends with `[done] /sync <mode> complete.`
## Notes
- No PowerShell anywhere. The legacy `scripts/run-sync.ps1` is kept only as a fallback and is not used by this skill.
- The Windows remotes (`server`, `hp-big`, `hp-small`) are intentionally not pushed to here; they pull from the GitHub hub on their own schedule.
- No em dashes are used in any output from this skill.
# PRD Generator
Create a structured Product Requirements Document through guided conversation before writing a single line of code. This is the planning phase that happens BEFORE entering Claude Code.
## When to Use
- You have an app idea but have not defined the technical specifications
- You want to turn a stream-of-consciousness description into a structured build plan
- You are about to use GSD, Ralph, or vanilla Claude Code for a complex build
- You need to make decisions about frontend, backend, auth, database, and payments before building
- You want to avoid the "throw a giant prompt and pray" approach
## How It Differs from Ralph PRD Executor
| This Skill (PRD Generator) | Ralph PRD Executor |
|---|---|
| CREATES the PRD document | EXECUTES an existing PRD |
| Conversation-based planning | Automated story-by-story implementation |
| Output: structured text document | Output: working code |
| Use FIRST, before building | Use AFTER you have a PRD |
| Works in any LLM chat | Requires Conductor + Claude Code |
## Process
### Step 1: Stream of Consciousness Input
Just talk (or type). Do not worry about structure. Include whatever comes to mind:
- What the app does and who it is for
- How users interact with it
- What pages or screens you imagine
- Any design inspiration or screenshots
- Revenue model (free tier, paid tiers, one-time purchase)
- Integrations needed (Stripe, n8n, APIs, etc.)
- What you do NOT want
Voice input works great here. Open a microphone and ramble for 3-5 minutes about your vision.
### Step 2: Use the Planning Prompt
Paste the following system prompt into Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any LLM chatbot. Then follow it with your stream-of-consciousness input.
---
#### PRD Planning Prompt
```
You are a senior product architect and technical consultant. Your job is to help me create a complete Product Requirements Document (PRD) for a SaaS application I want to build.
I'm going to describe what I want to build in my own words -- it might be messy, stream-of-consciousness, or incomplete. Your job is to:
1. Listen to my description and extract the core concept
2. Ask me targeted questions about areas I haven't covered
3. Make sensible default recommendations where I don't have preferences
4. Output a complete, structured build prompt I can hand to Claude Code
## Technical Stack Defaults (use these unless I specify otherwise)
- Frontend: Next.js 15 + Tailwind CSS + shadcn/UI
- Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth + RLS)
- Payments: Stripe (sandbox for dev, live for prod)
- Deployment: Vercel (from GitHub)
- Package manager: pnpm
## Areas to Cover (ask about each if I don't mention them)
### Frontend
- Pages needed (landing, dashboard, settings, etc.)
- Key UI components and interactions
- Design preferences (dark mode, light mode, style references)
- Responsive requirements
- Any specific UI libraries or design systems
### Backend
- API routes needed
- Data flow (how does data move through the app?)
- External service integrations (n8n, webhooks, third-party APIs)
- File storage needs
- Background jobs or automation
### Authentication
- Login methods (email/password, Google OAuth, magic links, etc.)
- User roles (admin, free user, pro user, etc.)
- Session management preferences
### Database
- Core data entities and relationships
- Row Level Security requirements (which data is user-private?)
- Migration strategy
- Seed data needs
### Payments
- Pricing tiers (free, pro, enterprise, etc.)
- What each tier includes/restricts
- Billing model (monthly, yearly, one-time)
- Trial period?
- Usage limits per tier
### Security
- Input validation requirements
- Rate limiting needs
- Data privacy considerations
- CORS and API security
- Environment variable management
### Deployment
- Domain preferences
- Environment strategy (dev, staging, prod)
- CI/CD requirements
- Monitoring and logging

Mapped the whole cluster. You have **four** SEO-tool projects, and they fall into two distinct families. Nothing is an accidental duplicate, but two of them do overlap in features:
**Family 1: the paulmassen/seo-playground fork lineage (same root commit, true siblings)**
| Project | Local | GitHub | Vercel | Last work |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| **merlino-seo-playground** (THIS one) | `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\seo-playground` | https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-seo-playground | NOT deployed | 2026-06-07 |
| **merlino-geogrid** (old standalone) | `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\merlino-geogrid` | https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-geogrid | https://merlino-geogrid.vercel.app | 2026-06-06 |
**Family 2: the Magister agency stack (different codebase entirely, scaffolded from a WowDash shell, NOT forks of this)**
| Project | Local | GitHub | Vercel | Last work |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| **brand-audit-engine** | `E:\Magister Digital AI\_agency-ops\brand-audit-engine` | https://github.com/mmerlino23/brand-audit-engine | https://brand-audit-engine-blue.vercel.app | 2026-06-10 |
| **magister-audit-engine** | `E:\Magister Digital AI\_agency-ops\magister-audit-engine` | https://github.com/mmerlino23/magister-audit-engine | https://magister-audit-engine.vercel.app | 2026-06-10 |
The one "you were pushing to Vercel from this local" is **brand-audit-engine**: it's Vercel-linked from this machine and its shortcut "Audit Engine - GeoGrid LIVE" points at https://brand-audit-engine-blue.vercel.app/workbench/geo-grid. That's why it feels similar; it has its own geo-grid workbench, but it is NOT this codebase. All four are fully pushed to GitHub (magister has one untracked `AGENTS.md`, trivial).
**The real overlap and my recommendation:**
- **merlino-geogrid is the only true redundancy.** It's the old janky sibling of THIS repo, kept alive only as the feature-port source (geo-grid layers, AI panels). Once we finish porting onto this shell, retire it: keep the GitHub repo as archive, take down the Vercel deploy. Until then, leave it.
- **brand-audit-engine vs magister-audit-engine vs this** are three different products (agency brand tool, multi-client audit engine, your personal maps-intel tool). Different roots, different purposes. The risk isn't duplication of code; it's duplicated geo-grid *effort* across this repo and brand-audit-engine. Worth deciding once which one owns geo-grid/maps long-term so you build it once.
No deletions made; everything is safe on GitHub. Want me to add this map to `.planning/STATE.md` so it's tracked?
