Every Friday, me, Rabih Riz, and another close friend hop on the same Zoom. 🔁
Same three of us.
Week after week.
That's how tight we are.
And that's how I've watched Sonic grow from the very first idea.
I remember when Rabih told us how he wanted to sell it.
He wasn't sure how he felt about it.
But he liked it.
We told him straight.
Nah bro, that sounds amazing.
You're going to do it. 💯
And he did.
Then I was right there at SEO Spring Training when it happened.
I said, "Rabih, send me that link so I get in at the Founders price."
He goes, "Don't worry, I got you. Give me a minute."
Five minutes later he finds me.
Lit up.
Tells me he sold it out. 🚀
Sharing that moment with him as a friend was special.
Then life got busy.
An event.
Then a week away at a private mastermind.
I even missed our last couple Friday Zooms.
Got back on this week.
Found out he quietly ran cohort two.
And sold that out too. 🙌
So proud of him.
This is what I look up to about him.
He gets an idea.
He puts up the offer.

what else is being done
[ASSISTANT]
**Running right now** (Sonic fix pass, background, single agent):
1. Hero CSS pushed into the served stylesheet + live re-screenshot (the crossfade hero currently renders unstyled, Dan's critical #1)
2. Title repair: strip doubled "| Copperline Plumbing", separator filter, all titles to 70 chars max
3. En dash purge sitewide (title separator + body copy on reviews/tips/privacy pages)
4. 29 duplicate pages to draft + 301s to canonicals (no hard deletes)
5. Re-templating 93 pages to the full 6-section Sonic Boom spine (Hook/Problem/Proof/Solution/Evidence/Action) with verifiable section markers, preserving the internal-link architecture Dan confirmed correct
6. sample-page drafted, /privacy-policy/ fixed, dead /blog/ footer link removed
7. AggregateRating schema scoped to homepage only
8. **Images everywhere**: Wikidata/Commons geo photos for all 9 cities (with CC attribution) onto every location + matrix page; dedicated image per all 8 services; script-verified 1+ image with alt text on 100% of published pages
9. Sitemap regenerated for published pages only
**Queued after it lands:**
1. Image regeneration pass on `gpt-image-2` for all AI images (12 site + hero pair + any new service images), since the running pass started before your correction
2. Dan re-verification (iteration 2): full independent re-check against the served site, numeric score, PASS needs 0.98+
**Already done this session:** 141-page site live on sandbox http://127.0.0.1:9401, custom copperline theme, before/after hero HTML/JS working (toggle tested), Dan's first audit (caught 5 criticals Sonic's own QA missed), global image-model rule fixed to `gpt-image-2`, images-everywhere rule saved to memory.
You'll get the consolidated delivery report with proof screenshots after Dan passes it.

Yeah, I like this. I want to mention also that I remember when he told us about the idea on how he was selling it and he, you know, wasn't sure how he felt about it, but he liked it. And we were like, no, it sounds amazing. You're going to do it.
So I had that in and then being with him at spring training when it happened. And I remember telling him, "Hey, Robbie, bro, don't forget, man, send me that link so I can get in at that founders price." And he was like, "Hey, you know, don't worry, I got you. Just give me a minute," right? Or whatever it was.
And then five minutes later, I think I saw him and he was like all happy and told me, "I sold it out!" Right? And then life's been busy and then we talked and so the rest you have, right? But that's how it was. I've been trying to get in from the beginning.
But because he got that, we were at the event, and then I got back and was busy, then went to Private Mastermind, got back, been busy. But we just got off our Friday call, which I missed last week and maybe even the week before. So it's been a minute. Anyway, I had that type of twist into the post, but I like the way this is looking, and then I wanted to say that I'm proud of him and that I look up to how he ships. Right? He has an idea. He puts up the offer and he ships it. He goes to market. He's probably the best or one of the best people I've ever seen do that, especially in our industry.

This looks like a cartoon website, Frankie. Please, bro, you know I don't like shit like this.
From the logo, which looks like a fucking joke, that little water drop, right? Then as soon as I roll down, I see the vanishing contractor with these ugly white cards. Text looks horrible.
Scroll down. Big, bold blue. Looking fucking disgusting. Scroll down more. That part looks kind of okay, right? When I scroll down, "One trade done exceptionally well." That part doesn't look too bad. So actually, the lower part of the site looks fine. It's the top part I do not like on the home page.

So I don't want the post to be super long, but I want it to be clarified that me and Robbie meet once a week. I've watched Sonic, you know, from when it started to now.
And I was with him at SEO Spring Training when he sold out the first cohort, the first batch, the Founders Batch. I remember how excited he was and what a moment. It was great as a friend to be able to share that with him.
Then I got back from that event, been busy, then ended up going away for a week to a private mastermind, came back, and just got off our weekly Friday call. I found out that he did part two, cohort two, and sold it out already. So happy and proud for him. He showed me some of the updates and I finally got access myself.
And I have about seven terminals open and I was like, "Hey Robbie, you know I don't promote much, but bro, I gotta promote this. Let's get it." So I'm putting the post out there. He doesn't know when he's going to open up the third cohort, but because I asked him to, if I get enough people to comment and send me a DM, then he'll open it up. So I want you to craft this Facebook post like that, right? Like, yo, not only do I work with him, I know him, you know, and it's not Robbie, R-O-B-B-I-E. It's Rabih, the way you have it, R-A-B-I-H, Rabih Riz, R-I-Z, like I call him, right? So this is a friend of mine, someone I like and I look up to, does good work, and he's. They need to comment and then send me a DM, or just send me a DM, but I prefer if they comment as well.

Hey, you know all images, especially hero images, are not supposed to have any orange gradient. I like clear backgrounds.
I'm not going to say again that I want images everywhere. I see you did the city images. Thank you.
The green border, black border on the bottom, I don't like that, right? You know this. And then up above, right where it says the Orlando Roof Finder Standard Vet Match Compare Higher, that should be an infographic, right? Real roofers, real reviews. All in one place.
Let me see some emojis, some logos. It just looks boring. Hiring a roofer, Orlando is a minefield. Storm chasers at the door, vague verbal quotes. I want images, images, images, images, images. Do you understand when I say images what I want? And the inner pages like roofing Orlando needs to have content. There's no content on here. This is like so thin and please man, take pride in your work.
[ASSISTANT]
On it — full team running (Workflow `wf_c7f05348-466`), every item mapped:
- **Orange hero/image overlay** → removed. Clear photo backgrounds, legibility handled with a neutral scrim, not an orange wash. Sweeping all image overlays.
- **Black footer + green bottom slab** → redesigned to a lighter, refined footer (light-theme, your default), bottom CTA no longer a heavy green band. Same on inner pages.
- **"Vet / Match / Compare / Hire"** → rebuilt as a real **infographic** (numbered nodes, connectors, icons), not 4 plain cards.
- **Emojis + logos** → added (Google "G" on the reviews stat, licensed/insured shield, Florida Building Code badge, emojis on pain points + process). You asked for them, so they're in.
- **"Images, images, images" on the problem section** → Picasso is generating 4 real photos (storm chaser at the door, vague quote, ceiling leak, insurance runaround), one per pain point. Image-heavy homepage.
- **Thin inner pages** → Shakespeare is writing real depth into every service / city / service-by-city page (local detail, cost ranges, materials, permits, process, FAQ), unique per page.
Then re-seed → QA checks all 7 items on mobile + desktop → Discord report. I'll verify it myself with screenshots and report back when it lands. Not pinging you until it's actually right.

Done. Your desktop **Hawkeye** shortcut now wears a custom BirdsEye eye icon, navy rounded tile, cyan almond eye, blue iris (matches the brand). Verified it's wired into `Hawkeye.lnk` and committed `hawkeye.ico` into the repo.
If Windows still shows the old git-bash icon, just press **F5** on the desktop (or it'll refresh on its own), the icon cache sometimes lags a second.

Make a shortcut on the desktop for Hawkeye. Put Hawkeye and like to Hawkeye Outreach. This is specifically about creating those websites and what we're doing to be able to then actually start the outreach.
This should be within the project folder and GitHub folder of birdsiroy.com. Hawkeye always had its own GitHub and its own folder. I want it all nice and neat in one place. There are separate things, but I'm positive they can be in one folder with subfolders, with everything needed within each subfolder.
Please get this together because I have it all locally, but it's a mess. I've been trying to get everything over to the F drive. All neat, but in one project. I don't want a ton of folders that I got to be clicking into to find where I code. All code, one folder, and subfolders within that one folder.
[ASSISTANT]
Done. Everything's in one neat place now.
**One folder, subfolders, one GitHub:** `F:\Projects\products\birdseye-roi\hawkeye-outreach\`
```
hawkeye-outreach/
├── README.md (maps every piece to its live URL + how to deploy)
├── Start-Hawkeye.cmd (opens this folder in Git Bash + Claude)
├── leads-teaser/ → https://leads-teaser.vercel.app
├── outreach-gallery/ → https://outreach-gallery.vercel.app
├── graphics-picker/ → https://images.merlinoai.com/hawkeye
├── proposal-birdseye/ → https://interactive-proposal-birdseye.vercel.app
└── proposal-lawfirm/ → https://interactive-proposal-one.vercel.app
```
Each subfolder is fully self-contained (its own `index.html`, `vercel.json`, README). It lives inside the **birdseyeroi.com** project and is committed to the **Birdseye-ROI** GitHub repo, so it's one place, one repo, no clicking through scattered folders.
**Desktop shortcut:** `Hawkeye` is on your desktop now → opens the `hawkeye-outreach` folder straight into a Git Bash + Claude session.
Pushed to the `feat/leads-pitch-outreach` branch (same branch as the "Send leads pitch" app change, since they're the same Hawkeye outreach effort). Merge it when you're ready and both land together.
Two cleanup notes, your call:
1. The originals are still under `F:\Projects\templates\` (leads-teaser, outreach-gallery, interactive-proposal-birdseye, interactive-proposal) and as their own GitHub repos. I **copied** rather than moved so nothing broke. Want me to delete those duplicates so the consolidated folder is the only copy? (I won't delete without your yes.)
2. There are older stray Hawkeye/BirdsEye folders too (`F:\Projects\products\hawkeye`, `birdseye-roi-eco`, `sandbox/temp/hawkeye-vercel-link`, `D:\...\Tools\hawkeye`). Want me to look through those and fold anything real into `hawkeye-outreach/` too, then flag the rest for deletion?

# /pause — Full Session Save + Resume-Ready Handoff
When invoked, save EVERYTHING — memories, handoff, context bundle, Hindsight, Honcho — and write a .continue-here.md so the next session picks up cold.
Execute ALL steps. Do not skip any. Do not ask for confirmation.
## Step 1: Gather Session Context
Silently collect:
- What was the primary task/request this session?
- What was accomplished? (files created, edited, deployed)
- What decisions were made and why?
- What's unfinished or blocked?
- Any key discoveries, preferences, or corrections from the user?
- Which agents were dispatched and their last status?
- Running processes (dev servers, tunnels, background tasks)?
## Step 2: Auto Memory (File Memory)
Write memories to the project memory directory at `~/.claude/projects/<project-key>/memory/`.
For each significant item from this session, determine the type (user, feedback, project, reference) and write a memory file with frontmatter:
```markdown
---
name: {{name}}
description: {{one-line description}}
type: {{user|feedback|project|reference}}
---
{{content}}
```
Then update MEMORY.md in the same directory as an index.
**Save:** user preferences/corrections (feedback), project state changes (project), new references (reference), user context (user).
**Skip:** code patterns from codebase, git history facts, trivial exchanges, anything in CLAUDE.md.
## Step 3: Write .continue-here.md
Write to `.planning/.continue-here.md` in the current project directory (create `.planning/` if needed):
```markdown
---
paused_at: {ISO 8601 timestamp}
project: {project name}
status: paused
---
# Continue Here
## Objective
{What we're working on — one sentence}
## Completed This Session
{Bullet list of what got done}
## Next Steps
{Numbered list of what's next, in priority order}
## Active Agents
{Which leads were involved and their last status}
## Key Decisions
{Choices made and why — so next session doesn't re-debate}
## Blockers
{Anything waiting on Mike or external}
## Uncommitted Changes
{Output of git status, or "all committed"}
## Running Processes
{Dev servers, tunnels, background tasks — with ports and PIDs}
## Resume With
{The exact first thing to do when picking back up — be specific}
```
## Step 4: Project Handoff
If `.planning/` exists, update STATE.md and HANDOFF.md with current state.
If no `.planning/` but project has CLAUDE.md, update the status section there.
## Step 5: Context Bundle
Create `.agents/context-bundles/bundle-{YYYY-MM-DD}-{HH}h.md` with session summary, task, completed work, key files, decisions, and resume instructions.
## Step 6: Hindsight Memory
Push to Hindsight if reachable (http://merlino-fleet-hel1.tail9fd706.ts.net:8888):
- Session summary to the oliver bank
- Key decisions tagged with project name
- User feedback tagged with user
If not reachable, log it and continue.
## Step 7: Honcho Memory
If Honcho is available:
- Store conclusions for any significant user preferences or project state
- Use `create_conclusion` for durable facts
If not reachable, log it and continue.
## Step 8: WIP Commit
```bash
git add .planning/.continue-here.md
git commit -m "wip: paused — {one-line description}"
```
## Step 9: Report
```
PAUSED: {project name} — {date}
TASK: {one-line summary}
DONE: {what was accomplished}
NEXT: {what's next}
SAVED TO:
{✓|✗} Auto memory ({count} memories)
{✓|✗} Context bundle ({filename})
{✓|✗} .continue-here.md
{✓|✗} Hindsight ({status})
{✓|✗} Honcho ({status})
To resume: /resume
```
## Rules
- Execute the full save autonomously — do NOT ask for confirmation at any step
- Be specific enough that a fresh Claude session with zero context can pick up immediately
- Include file paths, not just descriptions
- Include the WHY behind decisions, not just the WHAT
- If agents were running, note what they were working on and whether results came back

<summary>Agent "QA images render on every surface" completed</summary>
<result>Homepage 1440: hero photo renders, "Browse by service" cards each show a different roofing photo, and the city section has real photos. Cities 320 mobile: every city card shows a distinct real city photo, no horizontal overflow, clean single-column stack. Everything confirmed visually and via DOM.
VERDICT: PASS
Real images render on every surface, zero broken (naturalWidth==0) content images, no horizontal overflow at 320 anywhere. The only non-loading image on each page is an external Gravatar author avatar (gravatar.com, `?s=64&d=mm&r=g`) that does not resolve on the offline localhost sandbox. It is not a site content image and not part of the "images everywhere" requirement, so it does not count as a broken site image.
Per-surface (img total / loaded / broken; pending = the 1 external gravatar):
| Surface | total | loaded | broken | distinct | 320 scrollWidth |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| / (home) | 37 | 36 | 0 | 36 | 320 (no overflow) |
| /roofing-services/ | 16 | 15 | 0 | 16 | 320 (no overflow) |

| /orlando-roofing-answers/ | 24 | 23 | 0 | 12* | 320 (no overflow) |
| /how-much-does-a-new-roof-cost-in-orlando/ | 3 | 2 | 0 | 3 | 320 (no overflow) |
| /roof-financing/ | 3 | 2 | 0 | 3 | 320 (no overflow) |
\* Answers hub: every question card has an image and all load; 12 unique photos reused across the 24 cards (the spec only required "every question card has an image," which is met).
Specific confirmations:
- Services hub 14 service cards: 14 images, all 14 filenames DISTINCT (svc-replacement, svc-repair, svc-inspection, svc-leak, svc-storm, svc-emergency, svc-shingle, svc-tile, svc-metal, svc-flat-commercial, svc-gutter, svc-skylight, svc-maintenance, svc-financing), all 14 loaded. Visually distinct in screenshot.
- Cities hub + homepage: 18 city cards each with a DISTINCT real city photo (city-orlando, city-winter-park, city-kissimmee, ... city-deltona), not the generic Orlando fallback on every one. Visually confirmed distinct buildings/landmarks per city.
- Answers hub + answer page: all images load; cost answer page has a hero image (svc-financing.jpg, naturalWidth 1024).
- Roof-financing page: svc-financing.jpg present and loaded (naturalWidth 1024).
- 320 overflow: scrollWidth == 320 on all six surfaces. No horizontal overflow.
- Console: no errors on any surface.

That background task was just the earlier project-location search finishing (it already found `F:/Projects/image-style-lab`, which I used). Nothing new to act on, no impact on the reactions work.
Everything's shipped and live: **https://images.merlinoai.com/hawkeye** now has the picker (9 graphic types × 3 options) plus per-tile **Love / Like / Hate + Note**, live counts, and a **Copy** export, committed and pushed (2c5d02e).
Go react and note your way through it, hit **Copy**, and paste it back, then I'll build your winners as real per-prospect assets. Want me to add more option types (Facebook/Google ad, flyer, banner), bump any type to 5 options, or wire the reactions to the shared Supabase board so the team sees the same tallies?

Got it now (the connect details were in your article, just JS-buried). Here are the URLs you asked for:
**Your article (has the full setup):**
https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/14654372-how-to-use-cloudways-mcp-server-for-ai-based-server-management
**Where the API key comes from (Cloudways platform):**
https://platform.cloudways.com/ → **API Integration** (bottom-left menu)
**API key help doc:**
https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/5136065-how-to-use-the-cloudways-api
**And the actual connect config I pulled from it:**
- MCP endpoint: `https://mcp.cloudways.com/mcp/`
- Auth headers: `X-CW-Email: <your-cloudways-email>` and `X-CW-Api-Key: <your-api-key>`
- Needs Node.js; it also asks for a Server ID during setup
So to wire it into Claude Code you need two things from your Cloudways account: your **email** + an **API key** (generated at https://platform.cloudways.com/ under API Integration). Once you grab that key, I can add the MCP server here in ~2 minutes.
Do you have a Cloudways account? If yes, generate the key and paste it, I'll wire it up.

Status:
- 7/7 succeeded on the first API attempt, zero failures, no retries needed.
- All confirmed true JPEG (FFD8FF magic bytes verified post-ffmpeg, not just renamed PNG).
- Each service now has its own unique photo, fixing the shared-image problem. Tonal direction (warm golden-hour, desaturated clay/evergreen palette, documentary realism, no text) applied to every prompt.
- Temp working files and the generation script were cleaned up.
Note: these are new `svc-replacement / svc-leak / svc-emergency / svc-gutter / svc-skylight / svc-maintenance / svc-financing` filenames. The existing img dir uses different service slugs (`svc-shingle`, `svc-repair`, `svc-storm`, `svc-tile`, `svc-metal`, `svc-flat-commercial`, `svc-inspection`), so the site templates may need their `<img>` references pointed at these new filenames to actually display the dedicated photos.</result>

# Frontend Build (the assembly line)
You are running Mike's frontend assembly line. The goal: every site ships on-brand and never generic. This command chains existing skills in a fixed order and enforces the hard gates. Do not skip steps. Do not build from scratch when a template fits.
Full reference SOP: `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\template-gallery\FRONTEND-ASSEMBLY-LINE-SOP.md`
Target for this run: apply the assembly-line gates to the live TROMPO Tacos template build (existing DESIGN.md + committed brand system): light-first background pass, header spacing fix, geo + service imagery, then deployed-URL screenshot proof
Work through the 7 steps below in order. Announce each step as you enter it with its tag, for example `[1 PICK]`.
## [1 PICK] Choose a premium source (three sources)
Default to paid premium assets. There are THREE premium sources. Pick the right one, and combine them: full template for the page bones, blocks and registry components to fill it in. Decision rule:
- **Full template (gallery)** when you need a whole-page scaffold (complete dashboard, landing, or marketing site with layout and routing). Start here for any new site.
- **Tailwind Plus blocks** when assembling a page section by section, or the template is missing a section (hero, pricing, bento, footer, FAQ, CTA, testimonials, stats, logo cloud).
- **ShadcnUIKit registry** when you are already in a shadcn/ui project and need a specific premium shadcn component via the shadcn CLI.
Practical default: pick a full gallery template for the scaffold, assemble missing sections from Tailwind Plus blocks, pull individual shadcn components from the ShadcnUIKit registry. PURGE (step 3) strips every source's stock palette regardless.
Source 1 (full template, gallery):
- Read the catalog at `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\template-gallery\src\data\templates.ts` (90 templates). Live gallery: https://templates.merlinoai.com
- Physical files at `D:\Ecosystem\TEMPLATES\`.
- Match to the register: dashboard/admin tool picks an Admin Dashboard template; landing/marketing picks a SaaS Marketing template.
- Only fall back to `D:\Ecosystem\TEMPLATES\merlino-starter` when no gallery template fits and you need a clean Next.js 15 + ShadCN + Supabase skeleton.
Source 2 (Tailwind Plus blocks, section assembly):
- Skill `/tailwind-plus-ui`. Read `~/.claude/skills/tailwind-plus-ui/SKILL.md` for the full 23-category map.
- 179 React/JSX section blocks at `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\Templates\ui-blocks\tailwind-plus\`. Each category folder has an `index.json`. Each `.jsx` is a self-contained component. Deps: `@headlessui/react`, `@heroicons/react`, `tailwindcss`.
Source 3 (ShadcnUIKit registry, shadcn components):
- Paid shadcn registry (shadcnuikit.com) via the shadcn CLI: `npx shadcn add @shadcnuikit/<name>`. Requires one-time per-project wiring, see the registry-setup sub-step below.
- Use `/ui-ux-pro-max` if you need palette/font intelligence to pick.
- BANNED: scaffolding a fresh Tailwind/ShadCN card grid from scratch for client work. With three premium sources wired there is no reason to hand-roll a section. State which source(s) you picked and why before moving on.
### [1b] ShadcnUIKit registry setup (one-time per project, token by reference only)
If you will pull from the ShadcnUIKit registry, wire it once. The token is referenced by env var NAME only, never printed, never committed.
1. Add the registry to the project's `components.json` (safe to commit, holds only the env var reference, not the secret):
```json
{
"registries": {
"@shadcnuikit": {
"url": "https://shadcnuikit.com/r/{name}.json",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer ${REGISTRY_TOKEN}" }
}
}
}
```
2. Put the token in the project's local `.env` as `REGISTRY_TOKEN`, sourced from the master key `SHADCNUIKIT_REGISTRY_TOKEN` in `D:\Ecosystem\secrets\MASTER_API_KEYS.env`. Reference the master key by NAME. Never paste the value anywhere.

So I want it to be tighter and I want it to be more that this is closed. No one could get it unless they get it through me right now. So basically like this shit, yo, Sonic is Merlino solidified. I watched Robbie build it from the ground up.
I've been busy. I was at an event. Then I got back, went to a private mastermind. I was with him when he sold out the original founders. And I was supposed to get my spot then, but we were busy at the event. Then he got back and been busy, did round two, I didn't even know and it sold out. Now I got my hands on it. I'm ripping and running it. Got about seven terminals open at the moment. And I want to let people that follow me know that they should definitely grab their hands on this. I don't promote shit much, but I am going to promote this.
Also, when you mentioned Willie, you mentioned that's my WordPress agent, right? Who is now being adapted and or using Sonic.
[ASSISTANT]
Yes, Willie's your WordPress agent, now running on Sonic. Worked that in.
**Sonic post**
Sonic is Merlino, solidified.
I watched Rabih build this from the ground up. I was right there when he sold out the original founders. My spot was supposed to come then, but I was deep in an event. Came back, went straight into a private mastermind. He ran round two and it sold out again before I even surfaced.
Now I've got my hands on it. And I'm not putting it down.
Seven terminals open right now, ripping and running. My WordPress agent Willie is already adapted to it. The quality is there, it bends to whatever I'm building, and it drops right into the system I already run. No new stack, no hoops, no compromise.
I don't promote much. You know that. I'm promoting this.
It's closed. Sold out twice. Right now the only way in is through me. If you follow me and you build, get your hands on this before the next door opens.
DM me. I'll get you on the list.

## Impeccable polish + animate pass: Orlando Roof Finder (live sandbox)
**Verdict: PASS.** Established design system preserved (roof-clay + live-oak on warm white, light default, zero blue). Craft refined, no slop remaining, all hard constraints honored.
### Impeccable issues found and how I rewrote them
- **Side-stripe borders (BANNED) - 2 components killed.** `.pain` cards used `border-left:3px solid var(--clay)`; `.city-card` used `border-left:3px solid var(--sand)` with a hover stripe-color shift. Rewrote both as full-hairline-border cards. The `.pain` card already carries a strong leading clay icon tile (the Impeccable-sanctioned alternative to a stripe), so the hover now shifts the whole border to clay and lifts on Y instead of sliding on X. `.city-card` hover shifts the full border to clay. Confirmed live: zero `border-left` in theme CSS.
- **Over-rounding pulled back.** `--radius-lg` was 24px and applied to svc-cards, split images, and listing media. Dropped to 18px (the cap); `--radius` 18px to 16px. Pills, eyebrows, badges, chips stay 999px. The seeded 2-col content uses the same token so it auto-corrected.
- **Ghost-card pattern removed at rest.** Resting shadows were a single wide soft blur (`0 2px 12px`+) on top of a 1px border. Re-authored the shadow scale as tight layered shadows (`0 1px 3px, 0 4px 10px`) so resting cards read as bordered, not floating; the heavier `--shadow-xl` is now hover-only and lighter (`0 18px 44px` vs the old `0 24px 60px`).
- **Contrast fix (was failing AA).** `--slate-light:#8a837c` measured 3.53:1 on warm-white / 3.18:1 on mist (FAIL). Changed to `#6f675f` = 5.25:1 on warm-white, 4.73:1 on mist (PASS). Verified live as computed `#6f675f`. `--slate` (6.86:1) and clay (5.05:1) already passed.
- **Typography.** Added `text-wrap:balance` to h1-h4 and `text-wrap:pretty` to all `p`. Display letter-spacing already within the -0.04em floor; hero clamp max 3.75rem is under the 6rem cap; prose stays 68ch. No change needed there.
- **Missing focus state added.** Buttons had no visible keyboard focus indicator. Added `.btn:focus-visible{outline:3px solid var(--clay)}` plus a tactile active press (`scale(.98)`, 80ms).
### Motion (animate)
- **Bounce easing (BANNED by animate.md) eliminated.** `--trans-bounce` was the literal dated bounce curve `cubic-bezier(.34,1.56,.64,1)`, used on every button, the brand mark, and city chips. Repointed the token to ease-out-expo `cubic-bezier(.16,1,.3,1)` (kept the name so all references updated at once). Added `--ease-out-quart/quint/expo` tokens; retargeted `--trans-std`/`--trans-fast` and all `.5s ease` media-zoom transitions to brand curves. Verified live: `--trans-bounce` now resolves to the expo curve.
- **Reveal de-slopped and made headless-safe (the burn Mike flagged).** Old system gated content with `opacity:0` by default, which blanks in headless renderers. Rewrote so content is **visible by default**; JS adds `.js-anim` to `<html>` only when motion is allowed, and only then do reveals start hidden. Added a load+timeout safety net (`forceAll` at load+1.5s and a 4s hard backstop) so no reveal can ever stay stuck hidden. Sibling stagger is now capped at 6 items x 70ms (420ms ceiling) p

**DELIVERED:** Impeccable polish + animate + real images pass, live.
**LIVE URL:** https://gulfstone-bath-demo.vercel.app
**POWD:** https://gulfstone-bath-demo.vercel.app/proof/2026-06-12/
**VERIFICATION:** VISUAL (full-page Firecrawl capture at 1920px reviewed section by section; every image confirmed rendering)
**Real images, every service, every section:**
- 6 new service-card photos (tub-to-shower, walk-in shower, bathtub, walk-in tub, full remodel, tile detail) — GPT Image 2, WebP'd to 22-50KB each. Service grids on home + St Pete are now proper media cards with a subtle hover-zoom.
- Karen's testimonial now has a real portrait instead of the monogram circle.
- Every section now carries photography: hero (before/after pair), solution (worksite), services (6), evidence (3 cases), proof (portrait). Problem cards keep their brand-tinted icons deliberately — photos there would fight the pain-point copy.
**Motion system (animate.md compliant):**
- Easing tokens (ease-out-quint/expo, no bounce), sibling stagger on every card grid (60ms steps, auto-indexed), button press feedback, quote-form step entrances, FAQ answer fade-in, hero chip delayed entrance. The BA hero crossfade stays the one signature moment. Everything zeroes out under `prefers-reduced-motion`.
**Two fixes worth knowing about:**
- Dropped `loading="lazy"` site-wide (now `decoding="async"`) — the page is ~900KB total after WebP, so lazy bought nothing and was causing blank images in headless captures.
- The earlier "blank service cards" scare was a Hyperbrowser full-page capture artifact (it skips decoding out-of-viewport WebP imgs). Verified by switching POWD capture to Firecrawl with scroll actions — the live site was always fine in real browsers.
Also wrote `PRODUCT.md` (brand register) per the impeccable init flow, so future `/impeccable` commands on this project skip setup. Discord posted to #deploys and #powd.

## Setup
You MUST do these steps before proceeding:
1. Run `node .agents/skills/impeccable/scripts/context.mjs` once per session. If you've already seen its output in this conversation, do not re-run it. The script either prints the project's PRODUCT.md (and DESIGN.md when present) as a markdown block, or tells you it's missing. Follow whatever it prints. **If it reports `NO_PRODUCT_MD`, stop and follow `reference/init.md` before doing anything else.** If the output ends with an `UPDATE_AVAILABLE` directive, follow it (ask the user once about updating, then continue). It never blocks the current task.
2. If the user invoked a sub-command (`craft`, `shape`, `audit`, `polish`, ...), you MUST read `reference/<command>.md` next. Non-optional. The reference defines the command's flow; without it you will skip steps the user expects.
3. Familiarize yourself with any existing design system, conventions, and components in the code. Read at least one project file (CSS / tokens / theme / a representative component or page). **Required even when you've loaded a sub-command reference in step 2.** Don't reinvent the wheel; use what's there when it works, branch out when the UX wins.
4. Read the matching register reference. **This is non-optional; skipping it produces generic output.** If the project is marketing, a landing page, a campaign, long-form content, or a portfolio (design IS the product), read `reference/brand.md`. If it is app UI, admin, a dashboard, or a tool (design SERVES the product), read `reference/product.md`. Pick by first match: (1) task cue ("landing page" vs "dashboard"); (2) surface in focus (the page, file, or route being worked on); (3) `register` field in PRODUCT.md.
5. **If the project is brand-new (no existing CSS tokens / theme / committed brand colors found in step 3)**, run `node .agents/skills/impeccable/scripts/palette.mjs` to receive a brand seed color and composition guidance. This is the anchor for your primary brand color. Compose the rest of the palette (bg, surface, ink, accent, muted) around it per the script's instructions. Use OKLCH throughout. **Skip this step only if step 3 found committed brand colors in existing tokens; in that case identity-preservation wins.**
## Design guidance
Produce ready-to-ship, production-grade code, not prototypes or starting points. Take no shortcuts unless the user asks for them (when in doubt, ask). Don't stop until arriving at a complete implementation (beautiful, responsive, fast, precise, bug-free, on brand). You take attention to detail seriously: every page, section or component crafted is battle tested using the tools available to you (browser screenshotting, computer use, etc). GPT is capable of extraordinary work. Don't hold back.
### General rules
#### Color
- **Verify contrast.** Body text must hit ≥4.5:1 against its background; large text (≥18px or bold ≥14px) needs ≥3:1. Placeholder text needs the same 4.5:1, not the muted-gray default. The most common failure: muted gray body text on a tinted near-white. If the contrast is even close, bump the body color toward the ink end of the ramp; light gray "for elegance" is the single biggest reason AI designs feel hard to read.
- Gray text on a colored background looks washed out. Use a darker shade of the background's own hue, or a transparency of the text color.
#### Typography
- Cap body line length at 65–75ch.
- Hierarchy through scale + weight contrast (≥1.25 ratio between steps). Avoid flat scales.
- Cap font-family count at 3 (display + body + optional mono). More than 3 reads as indecision, not richness. One well-tuned family with weight contrast usually beats three competing typefaces.
- Don't pair fonts that are similar but not identical (two geometric sans-serifs, two hu

Impy is on it — running the Impeccable polish + animate pass against the live sandbox theme.
He'll hit the real Impeccable targets (the `.pain` side-stripe borders get rewritten, ghost-card border+shadow pairs, any over-rounding, contrast checks, display letter-spacing/clamp ceilings) and layer in purposeful motion with reduced-motion fallbacks — while preserving the mobile view, today's 2-column + overflow + wpautop fixes, the real city photos, and the data wiring.
I'll confirm with his `impy-` screenshots when he's done, commit, and report. Won't ping you until it's verified.

<summary>Agent "Verify grid 2-col fix" completed</summary>
<result>Both city pages confirmed: two-column prose+image split with real city photos (Winter Park leafy neighborhood aerial, Kissimmee building/cityscape), FAQ accordions present, no raw HTML, clean render. The grid is exactly 2 columns side by side, not 3 cramped columns.
All checks pass. Here is the verification report.
---
**FINAL VERIFICATION REPORT** (local sandbox http://127.0.0.1:9410/, /browse skill)
**Per-page (first `.grid.grid--2` in page content, at 1440):**
| Page | Children | Columns |
|---|---|---|
| /roof-repair/ | 2 (`div.prose` + `div` image) | 544px + 544px (third track collapsed to 0px) |
| /roofing-winter-park/ | 2 | 544px + 544px (0px collapsed) |
| /roof-replacement-kissimmee/ | 2 | 544px + 544px (0px collapsed) |
- 2 children each (NO stray empty `<p>`), 2 visible columns of 544px (in the 520-560 target band). NOT 3 columns of 352px.
- CSS rule is `repeat(auto-fit, minmax(min(100%,20rem),1fr))`. The trailing `0px` in computed `grid-template-columns` is auto-fit's collapsed empty third track, not a content column. Render is exactly 2 columns.
**scrollWidth at 320:**
- /roof-repair/ = 320 ✓
- /roofing-winter-park/ = 320 ✓
- /roof-replacement-kissimmee/ = 320 ✓
**Render OK: YES** — prose paragraphs intact, zero raw HTML leak, FAQ accordions present (3-4 `details` per page), real city images loaded (svc-repair.jpg 1024x1024; city-winter-park.jpg 1024x768 aerial; city-kissimmee.jpg 1024x768), all `complete=true`, displayed 544x340 in the right column. Visually confirmed via screenshots.
**POWD overwritten** in `D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevtesttt\.sonic\autopilot\powd\` (timestamp 16:50): redesign-roof-repair-1440.png, redesign-roof-repair-320.png, redesign-roofing-winter-park-1440.png, redesign-roof-replacement-kissimmee-1440.png. (Note: browse path validator rejected the `.sonic` dotfile dir, so I captured to TEMP and copied in.)
**OVERALL VERDICT: PASS** — 2 children + 2 columns of 544px (~520-560) on all three pages, all scrollWidth==320, render OK on all three.</result>

<summary>Agent "Verify overflow fix at 320" completed</summary>
<result>Both render real images. The 320 mobile is clean single-column with no horizontal overflow. The 1440 desktop confirms the prose+image split renders as a 2-column block visually (prose left, image card right), but the underlying grid still computes 3 columns (352px each) because of the stray empty third `<p>` child — the image card just happens to occupy column 2 and column 3 sits empty, so it looks 2-up but the grid is wrong.
TASK 2 result (1440, first `.grid.grid--2` = the prose+image split):
- Direct children: 3 (prose div, image div, stray empty `<p>`)
- Computed grid-template-columns: `352px 352px 352px` = 3 columns of 352px each
- This is the 3-column failure mode, NOT 2 columns of ~530-560px.
TASK 1 scrollWidths at 320 (zero overflow target = 320):
- /roof-repair/ = 320
- /roofing-winter-park/ = 320
- /roof-replacement-kissimmee/ = 320
GRID: 3 children, renders as 3 columns of 352px (FAIL the 2-column expectation).
OVERALL: FAIL. Overflow==0 PASSES on all three URLs, but the grid renders as 3 columns (352px x3) with a stray empty `<p>` as a third grid child, not 2 columns of ~530-560px. The PASS condition (overflow==0 AND grid renders as 2 columns) is not met.</result>

# Sonic Boom, High-Conversion Design Layer
You're running Sonic Boom, the layer that makes Sonic-built sites convert. Most agency sites are "fine." Sonic Boom sites win calls and form submissions.
This skill operates in **two modes**:
1. **Stage 3.5 mode**, invoked after the homepage is built in `sonic-build`. Apply patterns to homepage + downstream templates.
2. **Standalone retrofit mode**, invoked on existing WordPress sites (no rebuild). Audit the current site, apply Sonic Boom patches, deliver a change log.
**Always read first:**
- `BRAND-BRIEF.md` (voice, positioning, pillars)
- `STYLE-GUIDE.md` (palette, typography, image direction)
- If retrofit mode: scrape the existing site (homepage + 3 service pages) to baseline current state
---
## The 6-section scroll-telling architecture
Every high-converting page tells a story across the scroll. This is the structural skeleton, fill it with brand-aware content from the BRAND-BRIEF.
```
[1. HOOK] Above fold, 5 seconds to win
↓
[2. PROBLEM] "Here's the pain you're feeling"
↓
[3. PROOF] "Here's why people trust us"
↓
[4. SOLUTION] "Here's how we solve it"
↓
[5. EVIDENCE] "Here's what success looks like"
↓
[6. ACTION] "Here's the next step, multiple ways to take it"
```
**Hard rule:** Every page (homepage AND service templates) follows this skeleton. Content varies; structure does not.
---
## Section 1, The Hook (above fold)
### MUST include:
1. **H1 with specific outcome**, not the feature, the result
- BAD: "Mold Remediation Services" (feature)
- GOOD: "Get Your Home Mold-Free in 3 Days, Without the Hassle" (outcome + benefit)
2. **Subhead with proof element**
- "Trusted by 1,200+ homeowners across [city]"
- "Licensed, insured, and EPA-certified, 24-hour emergency response"
- "[X] years serving [region], [Y] families and counting"
3. **Primary + secondary CTA**
- Primary: action-oriented, brand-yellow ("Get Free Inspection" / "Book Consult")
- Secondary: lower commitment ("See Our Process" / "Read Reviews")
4. **Trust badge row**, directly under the CTA pair
- Review aggregator: "4.9 from 247 Google reviews"
- Certifications/licenses (industry-specific badges)
- Years in business or "Family-owned since [year]"
5. **Visual**, choose ONE based on niche:
- **Healthcare/legal:** real practitioner photo (warmth + credibility)
- **Home services:** before/after split or service-in-action photo
- **Restaurants/hospitality:** signature dish or atmosphere photo
- **B2B services:** workflow visualization or dashboard mockup
- **Never:** generic stock illustration, AI art that looks AI, gradient with floating shapes
### Anti-pattern bans (NEVER do these):
- Gradient hero with no real subject
- Generic stock photo of "diverse smiling team in office"
- Hero copy that's about the company ("Welcome to ABC Plumbing!")
- "Learn More" as the only CTA
- Hero takes up 100% of viewport (always show 10-20% of next section to invite scroll)
---
## Section 2, Problem awareness (1-2 sections)
The visitor doesn't know they have a problem yet, show them you understand it.
### Pattern: "You're not alone if..."
```
You're tired of:
- Mold smells you can't trace
- Patches that come back in 3 months
- Insurance arguments that drag on for weeks
- Contractors who disappear after the deposit
```
Use the BRAND-BRIEF's **pain points** section to source these. Lead with emotional pain, not features.
### Layout pattern:
- 3-4 pain points in a vertical or 2x2 grid
- Each pain point has an icon (custom, NOT Lucide defaults, use brand color)
- Each pain ends with a contrast: "We do it differently."
---
## Section 3, Proof (social + credibility)
Place proof BEFORE you describe the solution. Reverse the usual order.
### MUST include 3 of these 5:
1. **Customer logos** (if B2B) or **review aggregator widget**
