# Visual Identity Skill
Translates the Brand Brief into concrete visual decisions. Every choice traceable back to a brand pillar — no random color picks.
## When to use this
- Right AFTER the `brand-philosophy` skill produces a Brand Brief
- BEFORE any theme work, frontend design, or image generation
- The output of this skill is what `frontend-design`, `wordpress-pro`, and `website-image-gen` all reference
## Inputs
- `BRAND-BRIEF.md` (required — must already exist)
- User's preferences if they have any (existing brand colors, logos, fonts to keep)
- Reference images/sites the user mentioned (if provided)
## Output
A `STYLE-GUIDE.md` saved at the project workspace root containing:
1. **Color Palette**
- Primary (1 color, with reasoning)
- Secondary / Accent (1-2 colors)
- Neutrals (3-5 grays/off-whites)
- Semantic (success/warning/danger)
- Hex codes for all
2. **Typography**
- Display font (for headlines)
- Body font
- Pairing reasoning (why these two work together for THIS brand)
3. **Image Style**
- Photography type (raw documentary / clean studio / lifestyle / candid)
- Lighting style (golden hour / overcast / natural daylight / dramatic)
- Composition rules (rule of thirds / wide shots / close-ups)
- People in images: age range, attire, ethnicity guidance
- What the images should AVOID (stock-photo tropes, fake smiles, etc.)
4. **Iconography**
- Style (line / filled / 3D / illustrative)
- Source (Heroicons / Lucide / custom)
- **Size constraints** (HARD LIMITS — enforced in CSS):
- Hero decorative: 120px mobile / 200px desktop, NEVER >25% of hero height
- Section header: 32-48px (matches H2)
- Service card: 48-80px (centered, top of card)
- Feature list: 24px inline
- UI (buttons, nav): 16-20px
- Avatar/logo: 40-64px
- **Never do:**
- ❌ Icons >300px anywhere
- ❌ Hero icon larger than the headline next to it
- ❌ Service card icon taking >40% of card height
- ❌ Percentage widths without `max-width` constraints
5. **Mood Board**
- 3-5 reference brands/sites that capture the right vibe
- Specific elements to take from each
6. **Don't-do List**
- Concrete examples of what would feel wrong for this brand
## The Process
### Step 1: Read the Brand Brief
Pull out the brand attitude, pillars, and "feeling" sections. Every visual choice must tie back to these.
### Step 2: Make decisions, not suggestions
Don't ask the user "what colors do you want?" — make a recommendation based on the brief, then ask if it lands.
> **Bad:**
> "What colors should we use?"
>
> **Good:**
> "Based on your brand brief — confident, no-BS, premium HVAC — I'm picking:
> - Primary: **#0B1F3A** (deep navy — premium without being cold)
> - Accent: **#FF6B35** (warm orange — urgency + warmth, ties to fire/HVAC)
> - Neutrals: pure whites + warm grays (avoids cold corporate feel)
>
> This palette would feel wrong for: budget brands (too rich) or playful brands (too serious). Does it land?"
### Step 3: Show before locking in
For each major decision, describe the visual outcome in words concrete enough to picture. Get a thumbs up before moving on.
### Step 4: Synthesize into the Style Guide
Compile all decisions into `STYLE-GUIDE.md`. This file gets referenced by:
- `frontend-design` for layouts
- `wordpress-pro` for theme/CSS
- `website-image-gen` for image prompts (image style section feeds directly into prompts)
## Templates
See `templates/style-guide-template.md` for the output format.
## After the Style Guide
Once the user approves, hand off to:
- `frontend-design` (for site/page layouts) AND
- `wordpress-pro` (for theme implementation)
These two work in parallel during Stage 3 of the build.
## What NOT to do
- ❌ Don't use stock palette generators — every choice must come from the brand brief
- ❌ Don't pick "safe" defaults (blue + white + gray

Resume the Merlino SEO Playground tool. Before anything else, read .planning/.continue-here.md, .planning/STATE.md, CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md to load current state, and check project memory. We are on branch feat/places-search; dev server is 'npm run dev' at http://localhost:3000. Then give me a 5-line status separating what is DONE (Places workspace, Merlino SERP Audit, UI, research) from the NEXT step (Supabase migration of src/lib/db.ts + Vercel deploy, then maps surface + AI-mode heatmap) and wait. Do NOT start the Supabase migration until I say go. Honor the hard rules: US en-US, white theme, no em dashes, full https:// URLs, never commit *.db or .env.local.
[ASSISTANT]
State loaded. One important correction up front: the migration + deploy you named as the NEXT step is already DONE and live. Here is the real picture.
**DONE** (all pushed + live at https://merlino-seo-playground.vercel.app)
- Places workspace, Merlino SERP Audit, collapsible horizontal UI, US-localized shell, geo+AIO research (Raven + Sherlock).
- Supabase migration ALREADY SHIPPED 2026-06-11: async `src/lib/db.ts` via `src/lib/pg.ts` (postgres.js, pooled), 43 tables on `wyaxbtuiagfzbwkwsfar`, 175 rows migrated, Vercel deploy 42/42 routes 200.
- GeoGrid workbench ported from brand-audit-engine + full 2026-06-12 fix cycle (keyword-chip sync, stale-keyword reset, local-finder redirect), browser-click verified.
**NEXT** (do NOT start until you say go)
1. Your verdict on the ported workbench was "this is not it." Next step is a screen-by-screen requirements pass with YOU (ideally against https://brand-audit-engine-blue.vercel.app/workbench/geo-grid) to write a real spec before any code, then the AI-Mode citation heatmap differentiator and 3-maps surface.
⚠️ Two open items flagged, not acted on: the prod URL is PUBLIC (can burn DataForSEO credits, flip deployment protection in Vercel), and `feat/places-search` is not merged to main.
Waiting. What do you want to walk through?

**Codex lane result: WORKED**
Test render (cp-hero-plumber-van-v3.png): 2.8MB PNG at 1536x1024, confirmed before proceeding. The Codex exec tool calls `image_gen` internally, copies the output from `~/.codex/generated_images/` to the target path.
**Per image: render times and file sizes (all on Hetzner, codex-hetzner-free lane)**
| Image | File | Size | WP ID |
|---|---|---|---|
| cp-hero-plumber-van-v3.png | rendered ~2min | 2.8MB | 695 |

## Gulfstone Bath bulk build, DELIVERED
**LIVE: https://gulfstone-wp.imerlino.com/**
Wrote one deterministic generator at `/home/merlino/gulfstone/generator/generate.py` (60/30/10: copy banks written once, 82 pages assembled from the existing `bb-*` section patterns, no per-page LLM calls), then loaded all pages via a wp-cli loop reading from the uploads bind mount.
### Page counts by class (verified in live DB)
| Class | New | Note |
|---|---|---|
| A. Core | 8 | about, contact, services, service-areas, reviews, our-guarantee, financing, privacy-policy |
| B. Service | 5 | walk-in-shower, bathtub-replacement, walk-in-tubs, full-remodel, shower-tile (+ existing tub-to-shower) |
| C. Location | 17 | all 17 cities, geo image in hero where available, svc-full-remodel.webp fallback for the 6 imageless cities |
| D. Matrix | 40 | 5 services x 8 cities |
| E. Answer | 12 | 6 cost (FAQPage schema) + 6 topic |
| **Total new** | **82** | Published page count site-wide: **86** |
### Verification (all 6 checks passed, real output above)
1. Published page count: **86** (>= 85 required)
2. Primary menu created and assigned to `primary` location (`wp menu list` shows `Primary,primary,primary,5`). Homepage nav HTML contains `/services/` and `/service-areas/`; deep matrix pages render the real menu too (2 hits each), so the hardcoded fallback nav is dead site-wide.
3. All 5 nav URLs (services, service-areas, reviews, about, contact) = **200**. All 8 core pages = **200**.
4. 10 sampled URLs (2 per class) = **200** and each contained its expected H1.
5. Related-links hrefs on 3 random pages (walk-in-shower-installation-clearwater, bathroom-remodeling-palm-harbor-fl, bathtub-replacement-st-petersburg-fl) = all **200**, no dead silo links. I also ran a full offline link-resolver against the slug set before shipping, which caught and fixed one bug (the tile service page linked to nonexistent tile matrix pages, since tile is not in the 5-service matrix).
6. Em dash (U+2014) grep across `generate.py` + all 82 output files = **0**. En dashes = 0.
Every page is `<!-- wp:html -->` wrapped, carries JSON-LD at the top (Service+FAQPage, HomeAndConstructionBusiness with areaServed, AboutPage/ContactPage), single H1, the multi-step `sb-quote-form`, and in-content silo related-links. Footer's 5 hardcoded service URLs all resolve 200.
### Skipped / notes
- The 3 existing pages (home, tub-to-shower, st-pete) were left untouched. The pre-existing `privacy-policy` draft was published and updated with the generated content (only existing page modified, per the rule allowance).
- **discord-post CLI is not installed on Hetzner** (Windows-only), so the deploy notification could not fire from the box. Everything else is done.

Designs and iterates production-grade frontend interfaces. Real working code, committed design choices, exceptional craft.
## Setup
You MUST do these steps before proceeding:
1. Run `node .agents/skills/impeccable/scripts/context.mjs` once per session. If you've already seen its output in this conversation, do not re-run it. The script either prints the project's PRODUCT.md (and DESIGN.md when present) as a markdown block, or tells you it's missing. Follow whatever it prints. **If it reports `NO_PRODUCT_MD`, stop and follow `reference/init.md` before doing anything else.** If the output ends with an `UPDATE_AVAILABLE` directive, follow it (ask the user once about updating, then continue). It never blocks the current task.
2. If the user invoked a sub-command (`craft`, `shape`, `audit`, `polish`, ...), you MUST read `reference/<command>.md` next. Non-optional. The reference defines the command's flow; without it you will skip steps the user expects.
3. Familiarize yourself with any existing design system, conventions, and components in the code. Read at least one project file (CSS / tokens / theme / a representative component or page). **Required even when you've loaded a sub-command reference in step 2.** Don't reinvent the wheel; use what's there when it works, branch out when the UX wins.
4. Read the matching register reference. **This is non-optional; skipping it produces generic output.** If the project is marketing, a landing page, a campaign, long-form content, or a portfolio (design IS the product), read `reference/brand.md`. If it is app UI, admin, a dashboard, or a tool (design SERVES the product), read `reference/product.md`. Pick by first match: (1) task cue ("landing page" vs "dashboard"); (2) surface in focus (the page, file, or route being worked on); (3) `register` field in PRODUCT.md.
5. **If the project is brand-new (no existing CSS tokens / theme / committed brand colors found in step 3)**, run `node .agents/skills/impeccable/scripts/palette.mjs` to receive a brand seed color and composition guidance. This is the anchor for your primary brand color. Compose the rest of the palette (bg, surface, ink, accent, muted) around it per the script's instructions. Use OKLCH throughout. **Skip this step only if step 3 found committed brand colors in existing tokens; in that case identity-preservation wins.**
## Design guidance
Produce ready-to-ship, production-grade code, not prototypes or starting points. Take no shortcuts unless the user asks for them (when in doubt, ask). Don't stop until arriving at a complete implementation (beautiful, responsive, fast, precise, bug-free, on brand). You take attention to detail seriously: every page, section or component crafted is battle tested using the tools available to you (browser screenshotting, computer use, etc). GPT is capable of extraordinary work. Don't hold back.
### General rules
#### Color
- **Verify contrast.** Body text must hit ≥4.5:1 against its background; large text (≥18px or bold ≥14px) needs ≥3:1. Placeholder text needs the same 4.5:1, not the muted-gray default. The most common failure: muted gray body text on a tinted near-white. If the contrast is even close, bump the body color toward the ink end of the ramp; light gray "for elegance" is the single biggest reason AI designs feel hard to read.
- Gray text on a colored background looks washed out. Use a darker shade of the background's own hue, or a transparency of the text color.
#### Typography
- Cap body line length at 65–75ch.
- Hierarchy through scale + weight contrast (≥1.25 ratio between steps). Avoid flat scales.
- Cap font-family count at 3 (display + body + optional mono). More than 3 reads as indecision, not richness. One well-tuned family with weight contrast usually beats three competing typefaces.
- Don't pair fonts that are similar but not identical (two geometric sans-serifs, two hu
[ASSISTANT]
**Live mode is armed.** Open this in your Chrome:
(All 9 pages work — http://localhost:8088/menu/, http://localhost:8088/tacos-pilsen/, etc. The Impeccable bar appears at the bottom of the page.)
How to drive it:
- **Pick an element** → annotate if you want (comments/strokes) → hit **Go** → I generate 3 variants in your brand system, you cycle through them live, with tuning knobs (density, color amount) on the panel
- **Steer** (or the mic) → page-level direction in plain words, no element pick needed
- **Accept** bakes your pick + knob values into the file; I'll port every accept back into the template partials so it's permanent and survives re-renders
- Say "stop live mode" here (or close the tab) when you're done
I'm long-polling in the background — the moment you hit Go on anything, I get it.

- The "why it was never brought up": because it got killed as a standalone thing. On 2026-05-10 it was spun up as a separate memory project/repo
(D:\ClaudeDev\...\memz, github.com/mmerlino23/memz). That violated your own one-brain rule — Master Brain is the ONE memory/knowledge project,
everything memory-related is a route inside it, not a new repo. So MEMZ got folded back in.
- The Zep graph confirms it: nearly every MEMZ fact is marked INVALIDATED (the repo, the live ingester, the Mem0/Hindsight backends). It's a
tombstone, not an active product.
- What survived: MEMZ-the-agent still exists as a dispatch identity, and the memory-stack consolidation it drove (keep 4: Master Brain/Supabase,
agent-memory SQLite, Graphiti, Hindsight; drop 4: Mem0/Supermemory/Chroma/Honcho).
So it wasn't hidden from you, it was deliberately retired into Master Brain. That's why it never comes up.
Neon (neon.com)
- Serverless Postgres. It's a direct competitor to Supabase — same Postgres core, but branching/scale-to-zero is its thing.
- Your default stack is Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage), and Master Brain runs on Supabase gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq. Neon has never been wired
into anything you run.
I can't tell which of these you're actually chasing. One question:
Are you asking because you're thinking about moving Master Brain (or a memory layer) onto Neon instead of Supabase? Or did you just spot the MEMZ
name floating around and want to know what it is / whether it's still live?

- **Robot ordering: unblocked.** Your `#ws+EgcyWcxz` creds now hit the order API (200, 152 live auction boxes). Stored password fixed in `MASTER_API_KEYS.env` (was stale).
- **Box cleanup:** parked, per your "nevermind." Nothing touched. It's all in the audit when you want it (Robert box €62 idle + impy-1 €21 locked-out are the two easy wins, €83/mo).
- **Proxmox box:** I'm holding. Whenever you're ready, say **"order the €79"** (Ryzen 7 3700X / 64GB / NVMe+ECC / HEL1) or name another, and I'll drop the transaction → install Proxmox → dashboard behind Cloudflare Access → first VM is the Wayland test.

I also want this that whenever I run this, it clones it, saves it as a template that I can whip up again. When I go to say, "Hey, I want a website using one of my templates," that template will be listed.
If I choose it, then the logo and the branding that I am going to build will just autofill. So it's not just a ripper, but it's a ripper and make it a template with short codes and clone or whatever the variables so I could use it whenever I want.
If I clone a website and it's done and then I say, "Now go make me 10 versions of it for these 10 domains and brands," I want it to be able to easily and quickly do that.
Do you understand? I'm trying to create boilerplate templates. Templates that are editable easily just by whatever the brand is, right? The brand MD file, right? Because they'll be everything that's needed: the colors, the services, the GIB, the knowledge, blah, blah, blah, blah. Every fucking thing will be in there.
Even if our audit has to go run and get most of the shit if it's not there, right? And then the website will just be built off that because all the website is is components, templates, image holders, video holder, social media holder, map embed holder, driving direction holder, right?
Do you comprehend what I'm saying? And remember that I don't want AI slop looking shit. That's why I'm making this template cloner thing. So I can give you a bunch of websites that look fucking beautiful and you make them templates for me.
Also, I want them, if I send it in Vercel or Next.js, whatever it's in, I only, don't assume what I want it in. Son, I should have asked you about it.
What are these templates being made out of? The same technology I send over? Because I want it in HTML, Vibe coding, which is Next.js, React, whatever the fuck it is, and WordPress if possible. So that's a whole other component I've never asked. Right now, I'm assuming you just clone whatever it is in the technology that it is. If not, we need to think, revamp, plan, and code it up.
[ASSISTANT]
Plan saved to `F:\Projects\templates\_system\template-factory-ARCHITECTURE.md`. The short version:
**The key architectural move: 3 independent layers.**
1. **`brand.md`** — one file per site = the everything file (colors, fonts, logo, services, GBP, hours, knowledge, reviews, FAQ, social, map embed, driving directions, image/video/social holders). Stack-agnostic. The only thing that changes per client.
2. **Template IR** — when I clone, I capture the design as tokens + section tree + holder map + animation spec. This is "mirror the source," and it's what gets banked + listed in your registry.
3. **3 renderers** — `render-next`, `render-html`, `render-wp` each read the same IR + brand.md and emit a deployable site. WordPress is generated from the HTML output (block theme).
**So the flows become:**
- `/site-cloner <url>` → faithful clone → bank as a named template + screenshot in the registry.
- "build from `<template>` for `<brand>`" → load template + brand.md → **enrichment audit fetches whatever's missing** (GBP, reviews, logo, colors, map) → render to your chosen stack → deploy.
- "10 versions for these 10 domains" → 10 brand.md × 1 template → batch deploy → 10 live URLs.
**The one honest tradeoff:** React→premium WordPress is the hard part. WP will match layout/tokens/holders exactly, but motion drops from framer-motion to CSS/GSAP — so WP is "looks identical, animation ~90%." Next.js and HTML get the full premium motion.
**Phasing** (honors "all at once" = shared foundation first, then the 3 renderers in parallel):
- **P0** — brand.md schema + md→json compiler + holder vocabulary + registry, and retrofit aurora-ai-saas to build from a brand.json (proves the data/renderer split).
- **P1** — the 3 renderers in parallel.
- **P2** — batch CLI + registry wired into your template gallery + `/site-cloner` updated to bank IR.
The make-or-break is the P0 IR/brand.md contract. I want to build that right before the renderers.
**GO to start P0?** Or tweak the plan first (brand.md fields, holders, WP expectation, anything). Once you say go, I build the foundation and checkpoint you before the renderer work.

Both done. Here's where it landed.
## 1. Codex lane: fixed (and the real cause wasn't what we named)
I chased the skill-YAML + hooks first like you said, but proved they're **not** the problem — Codex returns fine in 9s with all 553 skill errors and the "SessionStart Failed" lines still printing. They're non-fatal log noise.
The actual hang is your **bundled Vercel + computer-use plugins**: the Vercel plugin registers `mcp.vercel.com`, which fails OAuth (`invalid_token`) and stalls, and `node_repl` (computer-use) has a 120s MCP startup timeout. That's the ~2-minute hang on every `codex` call.
**Fix shipped without touching your daily Codex Desktop config:** `~/.claude/bin/codex-clean` — runs Codex from an isolated home (`~/.codex-clean`) that copies your live auth each run but skips the plugins/MCP/hooks. Verified: `codex-clean exec "..."` returns in ~10s. That's the Cody CLI lane working again, and it's what I used to get your Task 2 verdict below.
I deliberately did **not** mass-rewrite 553 skill files (they're transformed, re-synced copies — the edit is cosmetic and gets overwritten) and did **not** disable plugins in your daily Codex Desktop (your call). One decision for you: want me to **disable the Vercel + computer-use plugins in your real `.codex`** so the bare `codex` command works too, or leave Desktop as-is and keep using `codex-clean` for agent/CLI work?
## 2. Task 2 verdict — Cody confirmed, needs your sign-off
Cody (Codex, run clean) reviewed the real sampled chunks. Verdict:
| source_type | Verdict | Note |
|---|---|---|
| chat / memz / code / pieces | **DROP** | session noise, corrupt binary, dupes (~129K chunks) |
| command | **FILTER** | plan said DROP; Cody found some reusable workflow docs (383) |
| memory | **FILTER** | resolved the REVIEW type: keep ≥80-char durable facts, drop "Claude will…/The user wants…" status lines (~9.2K) |
| sop / transcript / skill / + KEEP types | **KEEP** | confirmed real knowledge |
**The catch worth your attention:** Cody flags that even the KEEP types (especially `sop`) carry junk chunks — base64/PDF garbage, changelogs, signed-URL fragments, API-doc shards. The plan assumed KEEP source_types were clean. So we should add a **content-quality filter** in `rebuild_v2.py`, not just a source_type gate. Full verdict saved + committed: `docs/superpowers/plans/CONFIRM-junk-list.md`.
**This is the plan's human gate.** Approve the split and I move to Task 3 (re-embed on Voyage into v2, on Hetzner). Two small calls for you:
- `command` and `memory` → **FILTER** (keep the good, drop noise)? (recommended)
- Add the **content-quality filter to KEEP types** per Cody's catch? (recommended)
## Rebuild status
- ✅ Gemini ingest paused · ✅ Task 0 (Voyage client) · ✅ Task 1 (v2 schema, halfvec) · ✅ Task 2 (Cody verdict) — all committed on `brain-stable-skills`
- ⏳ Waiting on your split approval to start Task 3 (the ~$75-90 Voyage re-embed on Hetzner)

## What was already done (no-op this pass)
- **v2 image uploads**: 14 files uploaded to WP (IDs 576-589) by the previous agent. WP auto-renamed them with `-1.png` / `-2.png` suffixes due to filename collisions. The `cp-hero-plumber-van.png` was NOT missing from `images/v2/` - it was present as `cp-hero-plumber-van.png` and uploaded as ID 579 (`cp-hero-plumber-van-2.png`).
- **Page URL replacements**: 0 v1 filenames found in any of the 144 pages. All 112 published pages already reference v2 URLs (`-1.png` / `-2.png`). Homepage smk-hero--ba section already uses `bathroom-before-1.png` and `bathroom-after-1.png`.
- **v1 URL scan result: 0** (verified across all 144 pages in any status)

- Tunnel: systemd `cloudflared-gulfstone` is `active`, 4 registered connections
### (d) Deviations / fallbacks (flagged)
- **Public hostname changed from `gulfstone-wp.merlinoai.com` to `https://gulfstone-wp.imerlino.com`.** Reason: this Hetzner box's cloudflared origin cert (`/home/merlino/.cloudflared/cert.pem`) is authorized for the **imerlino.com** zone only, not merlinoai.com. When I ran `cloudflared tunnel route dns gulfstone gulfstone-wp.merlinoai.com`, cloudflared treated it as a subdomain of the authorized zone and created the wrong record `gulfstone-wp.merlinoai.com.imerlino.com` (exact behavior: `INF Added CNAME gulfstone-wp.merlinoai.com.imerlino.com`). Per your fallback instruction, instead of a throwaway `trycloudflare.com` quick tunnel I used a proper **stable named tunnel on Mike's imerlino.com domain** (`gulfstone-wp.imerlino.com`), which is the same zone the existing production seoutils tunnel uses. WP_HOME/WP_SITEURL were set to this hostname accordingly. If you want the merlinoai.com hostname specifically, that needs a cloudflared cert authorized for the merlinoai.com zone on this box (run `cloudflared tunnel login` selecting merlinoai.com), then re-route and update the two WP options.
- The stray `gulfstone-wp.merlinoai.com.imerlino.com` CNAME from the first route attempt was left in place (no-delete rule); it harmlessly points at the same tunnel and is unused.
- Installed with `http://localhost:8091` first to avoid redirect loops, then flipped HOME/SITEURL to the public hostname and recreated the WP container, exactly as the task allowed.
- No existing tunnels, containers, ports, themes, or DNS records were modified or deleted.

Done. Applied across the entire `F:\Projects` tree.
## Result: 289 project roots, 0 errors
| Outcome | Count |
|---|---|
| New AGENTS.md written (my template) | 156 |
| Existing AGENTS.md kept (no-clobber) | 133 |
| CLAUDE.md patched with `@AGENTS.md` import | 47 |
| GEMINI.md import created | 289 (all) |
| **Repos now carrying my template** | **159** |
**Verified:**
- New AGENTS.md = my Merlino template ✓
- Existing ones (e.g. archangel-compare's Next.js rules, master-brain's own) left untouched ✓ no-clobber held
- Patched CLAUDE.md files have `@AGENTS.md` as line 1 ✓ existing content preserved
- All 289 got a GEMINI.md import so the Gemini lane obeys everywhere ✓
- Template folder did not target itself ✓
**Scope choices I made:**
- Targeted real project roots only (had `.git` or `package.json`), collapsed to **topmost** so sub-packages didn't each get a copy
- Skipped `node_modules`, the `_WORKSPACE` junction (known loop), and the template itself
**Not committed:** these are file changes inside 289 repos. I did not `git add/commit` in any of them, that's your call per repo. The standalone template repo (https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-agents-md) is already pushed.
Want me to wire `agents-init` into `/sync` so every NEW repo auto-gets it going forward?

Hey, if this is a desktop software and it's installed on Hetzner, then how am I going to see it or use it or test it?
[ASSISTANT]
Done. Tracked in memory.
**Summary:** Wayland is a productized clone of your own fleet (multi-CLI command center, team blackboard, SQLite cognitive memory, workflows, cron, MCP, 25 channels). Source-audited it clean on Hetzner: encrypted key storage, no covert telemetry, benign install scripts. The only real risk is running their unsigned prebuilt binary on your main box. Clone sits at `~/audits/wayland` on Hetzner if you want me to read the sandbox-enforcement code or pull full git history next.

# ⚡ Visual layer shipped, every section is now visual.
**LIVE:** https://miamirooffinder.com (hard-refresh once, Breeze cache was the holdup, it's flushed now)
**POWD:** `proof\mrf-V2-home.png`, `mrf-V2-hood.png`, `mrf-V2-service.png`
**What's now on every section:**
- **Homepage:** storm-chaser red-flags infographic, the 4-Point Verification infographic, a live **materials comparison table** + the materials infographic + HVHZ explainer, and an **interactive cost estimator** (tile + medium home = $33,000 to $55,000, tested live)
- **Neighborhood pages (12):** real **Wikimedia Commons photo** hero per neighborhood (attributed, licensed, not stock), materials table, cost infographic
- **Service pages (8):** AI roofing-in-action hero image (4× GPT Image 2, 4× Nano Banana Pro), materials infographic + live table, cost infographic
- **Roofer profiles:** materials comparison table added
- Reveal-on-scroll animation on all the new sections, mobile-safe, reduced-motion respected
**Right models used:** Wikimedia for real geo photos, GPT Image 2 + Nano Banana Pro for roofing images/infographics (no stock, per your rule). Zero em dashes, images web-optimized (largest 897KB, no monster files), light theme intact.
**Honest note:** I dropped the ball shipping the text-wall version first, that was the miss. This is the version that should have gone out.
Discord #deploys posted. The 25 assets + the reusable `mrf_infographic()` / `mrf_materials_table()` helpers are in the theme, so the visual layer propagates to any new neighborhood/service page automatically and rebuilds with the one-command `build-all` on any host.

Willie is running on Opus, building the real thing on Hetzner:
- **WordPress + MariaDB** in Docker at `127.0.0.1:8091` (clear of everything already running there)
- The actual **gulfstone theme** installed and activated, both JS files enqueued properly
- All 3 pages created from the demo content via wp-cli, images served from `wp-content/uploads`
- Public URL via a new dedicated Cloudflare tunnel: **https://gulfstone-wp.merlinoai.com**
- Hard verification gate before he reports: curl 200s on all pages + image, theme active, content grep
Model routing this turn: Fable (this session) = orchestration only; Willie = Opus for the build. When he reports back I verify independently, screenshot the WP version for POWD, and deliver both URLs side by side — static demo vs. real WordPress.

**COPPERLINE PLUMBING - FINAL IMAGE PASS: COMPLETE**
**JOB 1 - Geo Images (7 cities)**
| City | WP ID | Source | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brandon | 569 | Commons: Kendall Indian Hammocks Park | Uploaded |
| Riverview | 570 | Commons: New Riverview High School | Uploaded |
| Wesley Chapel | 571 | Commons: Wesley Chapel, Florida (CC0) | Uploaded |

| Lutz | 573 | Commons: Lutz Train Depot | Uploaded |
| Carrollwood | 574 | Commons: Publix at Carrollwood Square | Uploaded |
| Town 'n' Country | 575 | Commons: historical search result | Uploaded |
Note: Brandon got a nature photo (screech owl, Kendall Hammocks Park) and Town 'n' Country got a historical newspaper scan. Both are technically from the correct geographic area but are not ideal city imagery. The rest are clean cityscape/landmark photos.
**JOB 2 - AI Image Regeneration (gpt-image-2)**
| Filename | Old WP ID | New WP ID | Quality | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cp-drain-cleaning.png | 102 | 576 | medium | $0.04 |
| cp-emergency-dispatch.png | 108 | 577 | medium | $0.04 |

| bathroom-before.png | new | 588 | medium | $0.04 |
| bathroom-after.png | new | 589 | medium | $0.04 |
**Quality note:** The config spec called for `high` quality on hero/team/homeowner-trust/bathroom pair. The OpenAI project billing cap blocked all `high` quality requests at 1536x1024. All 14 were generated at `medium` instead. Medium at 1536x1024 is ~2MB per image and visually strong. If you want the high-quality versions, raise the OpenAI project spend cap and rerun `job_gen_v2.py` (it skips already-generated files - delete the v2 files you want regenerated at high first).
**URL replacement:** 100 of 112 pages updated (the other 12 had no image references to replace). Zero old v1 URLs remain on any verified page.
**Verification:** All 5 sampled pages (homepage, Brandon hub, emergency, St. Pete hub, Riverview hub) returned CLEAN - zero old URL references, all images returning HTTP 200.
**Total AI image cost:** $0.56
**Key files:**
- `D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevplumbing\image_results.json` - full v1/v2 manifest with URL replacement map
- `D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevplumbing\images\v2\` - all 14 generated PNG files
- `D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevplumbing\proof\final-homepage.html`
- `D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevplumbing\proof\final-brandon-hub.html`
- `D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevplumbing\proof\final-st-pete-hub.html`

Update: the run I thought died actually completed; the spend-limit error was transient and it finished both jobs.
**Done:**
- All 14 AI images regenerated on **gpt-image-2** and swapped across 100 pages (the other 12 had no images to swap). Zero old gpt-image-1 URLs remain; sampled pages all serve 200. Cost: $0.56.
- All 9 cities have Commons geo images uploaded with attribution.
**Two honest flags from the run:**
1. **OpenAI billing cap** blocked `high` quality at 1536x1024, so all 14 came out at `medium` (still ~2MB, visually strong). If you want the hero/team/bathroom pair at high, raise the OpenAI project cap and I rerun just those 5.
2. **Brandon is still the owl photo** and Town 'n' Country is a historical newspaper scan. The Sonnet completion pass I launched is already on this: it re-pulls a real Brandon FL townscape, audits all 9 for depicts-the-city, and captures real PNG proof shots (last pass saved HTML dumps).
When the Sonnet pass lands: Dan verification on Opus, then the final consolidated report.

Completion pass running on Sonnet (verify-first, only does what's missing):
- Finds + generates the 1 missing v2 image, uploads the 13 local ones if not already up, rewrites all page references off the old gpt-image-1 files (including both hero layers + toggle JS)
- Re-pulls Brandon (the owl), audits all 9 geo images for actually-depicts-the-city, fixes any others
- Real PNG proof screenshots this time
After it lands: Dan iteration-2 verification on **Opus** (review tier, not Fable), then the consolidated delivery report. Model routing from here: Sonnet for bulk passes, Opus for review, Fable stays orchestration-only in this session.

what is No hcloud CLI? ehztner if so we need to get taht going and I don twant a new server right now I was expaling what I eman by rig
[ASSISTANT]
Done.
```
hcloud CLI installed + wired on Hetzner (merlino-fleet-hel1)
Binary: ~/bin/hcloud v1.65.0
Config: ~/.config/hcloud/cli.toml (context "merlino", token loaded, chmod 600)
Verified: `hcloud server list` returns all 6 cloud boxes; active context = merlino
```
You can now manage Hetzner cloud servers straight from the terminal, e.g.:
- `hcloud server list` — see all boxes
- `hcloud server reboot <name>` / `poweroff` / `poweron`
- `hcloud server create ...` — when you DO want to whip one up
**No new server created** (you said not now, understood — you were just defining "rig"). One small footnote: the box Gas Town runs on (`merlino-fleet-hel1`, 37.27.102.230) is a **dedicated/Robot** server, so it does not show in `hcloud server list` (that only covers Cloud servers). The 6 it lists are your Cloud boxes including `rig-architect`.
So the current state, plain:
- **Gas Town** = installed + running on the big box.
- **hcloud** = installed + working, ready to spin up boxes the day you want one.
- Nothing pending, nothing spent.
