| vps1 | SYNC_OK | 6b3cbd6 |

- **Pushed:** ecosystem-ops → `6b3cbd6`, merlino-skills → `10bccc8`, agent-memory-vault → `435960b`
- **0 FAIL, 0 SKIP** — every remote pulled clean and is on the same commit
- Local deploy: claude=30 / codex=30 / gemini=30 agents, backup taken at `20260612-230753`
Note on scope: `/sync` propagates the `.claude` ecosystem (skills, agents, rules, vault). The `agents-md` template and the `fprojects-guard` hook change I made this session live under `F:\Projects` and `~/.claude/hooks` respectively, which this sync does **not** carry. The hook is correctly machine-local (F:\Projects is Windows-only). The standalone template repo is already on GitHub. Nothing else to push.

The big visual timeline is live, built exactly the way you picked.
**LIVE:** https://gulfstone-wp.imerlino.com/walk-in-tubs-clearwater/ (scroll to "How the work gets done")
**POWD:** https://gulfstone-bath-demo.vercel.app/proof/2026-06-12/
**VERIFICATION:** FULL — screenshot above is from the deployed page.
What it is now: a premium case-study timeline, not a card grid.
- **Alternating image/text rows** (zigzag) with generous whitespace between each
- **Big clay number badges** 01 → 04 on each image
- **A real photo per stage** (generated fresh on gpt-image-2): a contractor measuring during the assessment, the written flat-rate quote on the counter with samples, an installer working in a dust-protected room, and the finished bathroom
- Day pill, large title, what happens, and the outcome on a clean checkmark line — **zero "In hand:"** anywhere on the site
This flows to all 6 service pages and the homepage. The 4 photos are generic to the stages, so they work across every service.
That's the third major component this session that's now photo-led and on-brand (hero, services grid, and the process timeline), plus the cost comparison. Take a look and tell me if the timeline lands — if it does, point me at the next thing, and if there's anything still off about it, I'll keep going since the goal loop is open.

Both Task 3 and Task 4 are done, verified, and committed. Clean stopping point.
---
**DELIVERED: Task 4 — disk knowledge ingested into Master Brain v2**
**VALIDATION:**
- Measured the real disk gap: **1.69M chunks** (not the ~150K I first ballparked). You chose the high-value + transcripts tier; vaults deferred.
- Generated 427,068 chunks on the desktop (light walk/chunk/filter), shipped a 143MB JSONL to Hetzner, embedded on Voyage in tmux.
- After dedup (within-batch + against the Task 3 rows), **v2 grew 123,960 → 291,189 (+167,229 net new unique chunks)**.
- Biggest gain: **transcript 44,769 → 176,089** (+131K — your full YT coach corpus). New scopes `source` 17,389, `resource` 7,388, `ghl` 1,567. Sample-verified: 2048-dim + doc_date + real content.
**VERIFICATION: FULL (data layer)** — independent re-query, not the script's self-claim.
**ISSUE HIT + FIXED:** `40P01` deadlock from concurrent inserts on the `content_hash` unique index → serialized inserts + within-batch dedup + transient-retry. Logged with a fix attestation.
**PROOF:** DB-layer (server-side work). Not yet live to brain-query / brain.merlinoai.com — that's Task 6.
---
**Session total (this resume):** Tasks 3 + 4 complete. **v2 = 291,189 clean, single-model (Voyage-3-large 2048d) chunks**, up from a broken mixed-model 264K. Cost roughly within the original $75-90 envelope.
**Models:** Voyage for the ~550K embeddings; Opus 4.8 for orchestration/debug/verify. Correct tiers.
---
**Three things still open before the brain goes live (Task 6):**
1. **Vaults curation (deferred)** — the 1.26M vault chunks are mostly third-party API-doc clones (stripe/facebook/asana/pinecone/etc.) + a 36K-file Master-Vault, partly duplicating v2's `sop` scopes. I can produce a per-sub-vault value/dup breakdown so you cherry-pick what's worth embedding.
2. **HNSW index (deferred)** — must be built once now that the bulk loads are done, before query cutover. One command, runs server-side.
3. **Task 5 (recency/supersession) + Task 6 (repoint brain-query + brain.merlinoai.com to v2)** — this is what makes it live and recency-aware.
Want me to keep going (build the HNSW index + Task 5 + repoint), produce the vaults curation breakdown first, or stop here?

A session-scoped Stop hook is now active with condition: "use premium animations, componatcts feat, framer, /impeccable animate, polish, audit, crituque use fan out sub agents and workforce ultrathink". Briefly acknowledge the goal, then immediately start (or continue) working toward it — treat the condition itself as your directive and do not pause to ask the user what to do. The hook will block stopping until the condition holds. It auto-clears once the condition is met — do not tell the user to run `/goal clear` after success; that's only for clearing a goal early.

## Done — everything you asked for
All in the sandbox at **http://127.0.0.1:9410/**:
1. **Services + Cities mega menus** — image-thumbnail dropdowns (14 service thumbs, 8 city thumbs + 10 chips), "All services →", mobile tap-to-expand. Hover **Services** in the nav.
2. **Real-company proof on every listing** — these are real businesses from DataForSEO, so each listing now has: a **Verified real business** block, a **Visit official website** button showing the real domain, a **See reviews on Google** link, and the real star rating + review count. e.g. http://127.0.0.1:9410/roofers/blackburn-sons-roofing-inc/
3. **Blog** — http://127.0.0.1:9410/blog/ — **8 posts written through your skills** (article-pipeline + content-humanizer, scored 87-89), each with hero image, read time, related posts. Caught and fixed a 500 (a WordPress `$more` global collision).
4. **Before/after pictures** — **12 real paired photos** (same house, old roof → new roof) on a drag-to-compare slider across 9 service pages. e.g. http://127.0.0.1:9410/roof-replacement/ → "See the difference."
5. **Video** — homepage reel section with VideoObject schema. I built it **free** from your real roofing photos (ffmpeg Ken-Burns slideshow, ~18s, zero API cost) rather than spend on Creatify after your limit. http://127.0.0.1:9410/ → "Orlando roofing, up close."
**Verified:** 0 PHP errors, all assets serve, checked with my own browser screenshots. Reported to Discord (#powd).
**Two honest notes:**
- The video is a photo-slideshow reel (real footage of crews/drone shots would be the paid Creatify/Kling pass — say the word and I'll spend on it).
- Real company **proof** links out to each roofer's real site + a Google search for their reviews. If you want me to pull and embed their actual Google review text/photos, that's a DataForSEO/Maps enrichment pass I can run next.
What's next?

# Sonic Boom, High-Conversion Design Layer
You're running Sonic Boom, the layer that makes Sonic-built sites convert. Most agency sites are "fine." Sonic Boom sites win calls and form submissions.
This skill operates in **two modes**:
1. **Stage 3.5 mode**, invoked after the homepage is built in `sonic-build`. Apply patterns to homepage + downstream templates.
2. **Standalone retrofit mode**, invoked on existing WordPress sites (no rebuild). Audit the current site, apply Sonic Boom patches, deliver a change log.
**Always read first:**
- `BRAND-BRIEF.md` (voice, positioning, pillars)
- `STYLE-GUIDE.md` (palette, typography, image direction)
- If retrofit mode: scrape the existing site (homepage + 3 service pages) to baseline current state
---
## The 6-section scroll-telling architecture
Every high-converting page tells a story across the scroll. This is the structural skeleton, fill it with brand-aware content from the BRAND-BRIEF.
```
[1. HOOK] Above fold, 5 seconds to win
↓
[2. PROBLEM] "Here's the pain you're feeling"
↓
[3. PROOF] "Here's why people trust us"
↓
[4. SOLUTION] "Here's how we solve it"
↓
[5. EVIDENCE] "Here's what success looks like"
↓
[6. ACTION] "Here's the next step, multiple ways to take it"
```
**Hard rule:** Every page (homepage AND service templates) follows this skeleton. Content varies; structure does not.
---
## Section 1, The Hook (above fold)
### MUST include:
1. **H1 with specific outcome**, not the feature, the result
- BAD: "Mold Remediation Services" (feature)
- GOOD: "Get Your Home Mold-Free in 3 Days, Without the Hassle" (outcome + benefit)
2. **Subhead with proof element**
- "Trusted by 1,200+ homeowners across [city]"
- "Licensed, insured, and EPA-certified, 24-hour emergency response"
- "[X] years serving [region], [Y] families and counting"
3. **Primary + secondary CTA**
- Primary: action-oriented, brand-yellow ("Get Free Inspection" / "Book Consult")
- Secondary: lower commitment ("See Our Process" / "Read Reviews")
4. **Trust badge row**, directly under the CTA pair
- Review aggregator: "4.9 from 247 Google reviews"
- Certifications/licenses (industry-specific badges)
- Years in business or "Family-owned since [year]"
5. **Visual**, choose ONE based on niche:
- **Healthcare/legal:** real practitioner photo (warmth + credibility)
- **Home services:** before/after split or service-in-action photo
- **Restaurants/hospitality:** signature dish or atmosphere photo
- **B2B services:** workflow visualization or dashboard mockup
- **Never:** generic stock illustration, AI art that looks AI, gradient with floating shapes
### Anti-pattern bans (NEVER do these):
- Gradient hero with no real subject
- Generic stock photo of "diverse smiling team in office"
- Hero copy that's about the company ("Welcome to ABC Plumbing!")
- "Learn More" as the only CTA
- Hero takes up 100% of viewport (always show 10-20% of next section to invite scroll)
---
## Section 2, Problem awareness (1-2 sections)
The visitor doesn't know they have a problem yet, show them you understand it.
### Pattern: "You're not alone if..."
```
You're tired of:
- Mold smells you can't trace
- Patches that come back in 3 months
- Insurance arguments that drag on for weeks
- Contractors who disappear after the deposit
```
Use the BRAND-BRIEF's **pain points** section to source these. Lead with emotional pain, not features.
### Layout pattern:
- 3-4 pain points in a vertical or 2x2 grid
- Each pain point has an icon (custom, NOT Lucide defaults, use brand color)
- Each pain ends with a contrast: "We do it differently."
---
## Section 3, Proof (social + credibility)
Place proof BEFORE you describe the solution. Reverse the usual or

Update re-running with the correct `--entrypoint wp` override (that was the bug — every wp-cli call was silently hitting the keepalive `tail` entrypoint and doing nothing, which is also why earlier "verifications" of the bulk build need re-checking). Monitor will surface RESULT.txt at DONE. Holding for that.

Fixed and verified.
**The broken formatting:** the hero floated navy H1 text directly on the bathroom photo at 15% overlay, unreadable, and it tripped the no-ai-slop rule you added today (no text floated on photos with dark scrims).
**The fix:** hero text now sits in a solid white card (navy headline, accent "BEFORE/AFTER" eyebrow, navy CTAs), the bathroom photo is clean with no scrim, offset to one side so the image still reads as the star. The allowed pattern per the new rule. Trust badge is now a solid white chip too, not glass-with-white-text.
**Verified on Opus, real screenshots:**
- Desktop 1440: white card left, clean photo right, readable
- Mobile 375: card centered, sticky call bar, readable
- Toggle works: eyebrow flips BEFORE to AFTER, photo crossfades dated to remodeled bathroom, card stays legible in both states
**Proof:** `proof\postfix-hero-1440.png`, `postfix-hero-after-1440.png`, `postfix-hero-375.png`
**Saved to memory:** the white-card-not-on-photo hero pattern, so no agent floats text on a photo again. Discord `powd` updated.
The whole build now stands clean: 102 pages, before/after hero readable and functional, all Dan's criticals/majors resolved, images everywhere on gpt-image-2 + free codex lane. Sandbox at http://127.0.0.1:9401. Say the word and I deploy it to a live host with a public POWD page.

The template factory is functionally complete (P0 + P1 + P2). Here's where it stands.
**The full pipeline works end-to-end:**
```
/site-cloner <url> → bank named template (registry.json)
→ brand.md (everything file) → compile-brand.mjs → brand.json
→ fetch-gbp.mjs (DataForSEO) + enrich-brand.mjs (audit fills the gaps)
→ renderers: Next.js / HTML / WordPress (one brand.json → any stack)
→ batch-build.mjs (N brands × 1 template → N sites)
```
**Proven this session:**
- **Rebrand:** changed `brand.json` → live HTML changed (name, colors, content). Data/renderer split is real.
- **3 stacks live/installable:** Next https://aurora-ai-saas.vercel.app · HTML https://aurora-ai-html.vercel.app · WP block-theme zip.
- **Batch:** 2 brands built clean with a results table.
- **GBP enrichment (just now):** pulled real DataForSEO data for Wimpy's Plumbing & Air (4.9★/1634) and the audit auto-filled 12 fields — phone, address, lat/lon, hours, GBP url, aggregate rating, category, map embed, directions. Exactly the local-business autofill you described.
**Model routing (as asked):** Sonnet built the mechanical batch CLI, Opus built the judgment-heavy enrichment audit + GBP wiring + verification.
Everything's documented at `F:\Projects\templates\_system\README.md` and saved to memory.
**3 tail items remain — 2 need a decision from you:**
1. **Live WordPress proof** — the theme zip is ready but needs a WP host to install + screenshot. You have Cloudways (`45.55.240.198`) — want me to install it there and prove WP live? (You said "ignore that" earlier about a different question; confirming the host is fair game now.)
2. **Second site end-to-end** — give me a beautiful URL and I'll run the whole factory on it to prove it generalizes beyond neon.
3. Full review *text* (vs aggregate) — minor, needs DataForSEO's async reviews endpoint; I can add it anytime.
Which do you want next — WP-live on Cloudways, a second clone, or both?

```
[1. HOOK] Above fold, 5 seconds to win
↓
[2. PROBLEM] "Here's the pain you're feeling"
↓
[3. PROOF] "Here's why people trust us"
↓
[4. SOLUTION] "Here's how we solve it"
↓
[5. EVIDENCE] "Here's what success looks like"
↓
[6. ACTION] "Here's the next step, multiple ways to take it"
```
```
You're tired of:
- Mold smells you can't trace
- Patches that come back in 3 months
- Insurance arguments that drag on for weeks
- Contractors who disappear after the deposit
```
Reverse the usual or
[ASSISTANT]
⚡ **Sonic Boom complete.** Ran the full audit-and-improve pass on the build.
## Score: 78 → 94 / 100
The audit found the homepage already had the 6-section scroll story (from Stage 3.5), but flagged three real gaps. Biggest one was an actual bug.
**What I fixed:**
1. **Mobile nav was broken** (`display:none`, no replacement, mobile users could only navigate via the footer). Now there's a real hamburger menu: full slide-down panel, Browse-cards accordion with all 7 paths, Guides dropdown, animated X. This also satisfies the new no-AI-slop "real working menu" rule.
2. **Desktop mega menu added.** "Browse cards" opens a 2-column panel (all 7 approval paths with one-line descriptions); "Guides" dropdown for the 5 roundups. Opens on hover, click, and keyboard; closes on Escape/outside-click.
3. **Sticky mobile CTA bar.** Always-visible bottom bar ("No-PG cards" + "Compare top cards"), blurred glass, safe-area aware. Most of this traffic is mobile, this keeps the action one tap away.
4. **Hero trust row.** Three honest chips: independent (not a lender), terms verified with each issuer, we show who gets denied.
5. **Sitewide GA4 tracking** (was homepage-only).
**What I refused to fake:** testimonials, star ratings, "1,200+ customers", press logos. A brand-new affiliate site has zero customers, and faking social proof in a finance niche breaks the accuracy pillar and FTC norms. Those sections get real data later, not invented data now.
**No-AI-slop rule check: PASS.** White default, clean image on white (no dark scrim, no gradient behind it), real working menu on desktop + mobile.
**VERIFICATION: FULL** , re-crawled all 66 URLs after the changes, still 66/66 200, zero duplicates, zero problems.
**POWD** (on F: drive, this desktop): `F:\Projects\products\biz-credit-compare\powd\` , `boom-desktop-menu.png` (mega menu open), `boom-mobile-menu.png` (mobile menu open), `boom-mobile-home.png` (sticky CTA + hamburger). I viewed each to confirm.
Docs written: `SONIC-BOOM-AUDIT.md` (pre, 78) and `SONIC-BOOM-COMPLETE.md` (post, 94, with the GA4 event spec).
Still sandbox-only (`http://127.0.0.1:9412`), so no public URL yet. The deploy-fresh path to a live host is in `FINAL-REPORT.md` , say the word and I'll deploy it for a real clickable URL + public POWD.

Neighborhood hero confirmed clean: sand background (light), slate dark text, photo as a clean banner, no overlay. Discord posted.
# ⚡ No-slop redesign live
**LIVE:** https://miamirooffinder.com **POWD:** `proof\mrf-noslop-home.png`, `mrf-noslop-hood.png`
Enforced the no-ai-slop rule across the site, structural fixes, not tone-downs:
- **Hero:** was a dark-scrim photo with text floating on the darkened image (the #1 banned pattern). Now a **clean split**: text on the left on white, the before/after roof photo clean on the right, the "Every roofer vetted" badge as a white pill on the photo (legible without darkening it). The toggle still works.
- **No more dark color blocks:** the stats band, final CTA, and the estimator result are all light now (they were solid slate slabs).
- **Neighborhood + service heroes:** killed the dark backgrounds and gradient overlays. Photos render clean as banners, headings/copy are dark ink on a light (sand) background. Confirmed: hood hero bg = sand, h1 = slate.
- **Real image mega menu:** "Neighborhoods" and "Services" now open mega dropdowns with **real photo thumbnails** (16 cards total), hover/focus/click/escape all wired, mobile collapses to clean links. No bullet-dot lists.
Verified: clean split hero on white, mega menu renders 16 image cards, zero horizontal overflow at 375px, zero em dashes.
Straight talk on the friction: the subagents keep dying on your account's **monthly spend cap** (raise at https://claude.com/settings/usage), and the main session hit Anthropic's transient throttle once. I finished this pass myself in-session to route around both. The one thing still carrying old (overridden, non-rendering) dark CSS rules in the file is cosmetic dead code, the live output is clean; I'll sweep those out on the next pass so the stylesheet is tidy too.

Done, all three verified with my own screenshots (used the local `browse` daemon, not subagents — kept off your spend limit).
## Fixed
**1. Service section → big, 4 per row.** The tiny chips are now large cards with a photo on top and a bold label, 4 across (→ 2 → 1 on mobile). http://127.0.0.1:9410/ , scroll to "Find roofers by service."
**2. The real "no content / funky layout" bug.** It wasn't missing content, it was a **broken reveal animation**: sections were set to `opacity:0` and when the scroll observer didn't fire, whole blocks stayed invisible, leaving big blank voids. That's why `/roof-replacement/` had a gaping gap and `/how-much...` looked empty. Now content is **always visible**; the motion is a harmless transform-only nudge that can never hide anything. Service, city, service-by-city, and answer pages all render fully now.
**3. Answer page.** Same fix restored its bottom CTA (was blank). http://127.0.0.1:9410/how-much-does-a-new-roof-cost-in-orlando/
**Verified:** service-page void gone, answer CTA shows, big service cards, 320px scrollWidth = 320 (no overflow), 0 PHP errors. Committed `4061cf6`, reported to Discord (#powd).
That reveal bug was almost certainly behind several of the "this looks bad / thin" complaints across the build, since it hit every page using the animation. Sandbox stays live for review.
The remaining honest gap: the answer pages are lighter than the service/city pages (one main section vs several). If you want them as deep, I can have Shakespeare expand the answer template next — but that's content depth, not a broken layout, so I left it rather than burn more on it without your go.
