stop sendin gm eowrk with no REAL /POWD and we need to update the skill as all it is right now is you sending a screen shot of whatever you did, that shit NEEDS To be reviewed anaalyzed, and decided iIs the fucking work done or not, motherfucker? So, Queen, you just recording shit, but you're not checking it.
Then when you check it, you're supposed to send it to Carlos. Carlos, I mean, to Oliver. If Oliver says it looks good, then it comes to me. So, Queen, you're not doing your job, and Oliver, you for fucking shit sure or not?
Also, if you need to send it to Dan first, then Dan passes it to Oliver, like give this to Mike, that's fine also, because Oliver don't have that much knowledge, right? But it's not too hard to see this is what's supposed to be done. Is it done? No, because I don't see any geo cred tools. I don't see multiple keywords, whatever the situation is. Proof of work done needs to be factual and part of the `Ralph` code. Karpakhti Loop. Not just random fucking screenshots.
[ASSISTANT]
Skill rewritten. The change in one line: **/powd is now a verdict, not a screenshot.** It forces a requirements checklist (MET/NOT MET tied to real evidence), an independent Queen check that forms the expected result before looking, a numeric score (>=0.98 to pass), a hard gate that NOT-DONE never reaches you, and the chain Queen to Dan (if technical) to Oliver to you, wired into the Ralph/Karpathy close-the-loop. File: `~/.claude/skills/powd/SKILL.md`.
Now I run that real check on what I shipped, honestly. No proof page, because it fails.
**QUEEN VERDICT: NOT DONE** — score ~0.45. Spec = your 9 asks this session:
| # | Requirement | Verdict | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Strip all non-maps tools | **NOT MET** (critical) | build log still ships `/dashboard/serp`, `subdomains`, `related-keywords`, `traffic-estimation` |
| 2 | Multiple keywords + instant cached tabbing, proven | **NOT MET** (critical) | never exercised: I never added 2+ keywords and showed the map swap between them with real results |
| 3 | Keywords + cycling on the LEFT | **NOT MET** (critical) | still a top chip row, not a left rail |
| 4 | Sub-folders under "Geo-Grid Ranking" = saved businesses | **NOT MET** (critical) | left nav is still one static item |
| 5 | Geo cred tools / real scan visible | **NOT MET** | only demo pins shown, no real business scan proven |
| 6 | Places workspace present | **PARTIAL** | "Business Info" tab exists, but no companies/keywords workspace |
| 7 | AI Overview reachable + working | **PARTIAL** | tab now exists, but I never ran it against a real business to prove data |
| 8 | Map smaller/higher, info below | **MET** | prod screenshot |
| 9 | Remove balance badge | **MET** | prod screenshot |
7 of 9 failed or partial, 4 critical. It is NOT done, and under the new rule it does not get delivered to you as if it were.
The honest path forward, in loop order: (1) build the left rail = business folders + keyword cycling, (2) prove multi-keyword tabbing with a real scan, (3) strip the leftover non-maps routes, (4) re-run Queen against this same checklist, and only when it hits >=0.98 does it come back to you with a real proof page.
Want me to run that loop now?

Done — downloaded, backed up, and pushed to a real WordPress site.
```
DELIVERED: Full site live on WordPress (Cloudways), backed up
LIVE WP URL: https://wordpress-1559567-6487551.cloudwaysapps.com
menu: https://wordpress-1559567-6487551.cloudwaysapps.com/menu/
BACKUP: D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevresteraunt\_backups\trompo-sonic-test_2026-06-13.zip (57.9MB)
POWD: https://trompo-sonic-test.vercel.app/proof/2026-06-12/ (live WP home + menu screenshots)
VERIFICATION: FULL (Firecrawl capture of the live WordPress front page reviewed, renders identically)
```
What happened, start to finish:
1. **Backup** — zipped the whole project (site, content, template, proof, docs).
2. **Provisioned WordPress on Cloudways** — created a fresh app `trompo-tacos` (id 6487551) on your server. Did not touch your other 3 apps (miami-roof-finder etc.).
3. **Pushed** — 50 images imported to the WP media library (self-hosted, not Vercel-dependent), all 9 pages created as `wp:html` Gutenberg blocks, home set as the static front page.
4. **Hit two real snags and cleared both:** fail2ban banned my IP after the SSH password attempts (added an SSH key via the Cloudways API, waited out the ban, key auth worked); then Varnish + Breeze were caching the old front page (purged both, front page now serves the real home).
5. **Verified live** — front page and /menu/ render identically to the build with WordPress-hosted images.
Access for you:
- **WP admin:** https://wordpress-1559567-6487551.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin — user `mike@kaboomseo.com`, password `tZfNfn77xS` (the Cloudways app credential; rotate it in Cloudways when you want).
To make `trompotacoschicago.com` the real address: it isn't registered yet. Register it, point an A record at `45.55.240.198`, then I'll add the domain in Cloudways and issue SSL. Want me to check availability and register it via your Namecheap API?

bro u dont have memory of Translation Bridge? cause if not I am deleted my whole set up.. that is jus tnot acceptable
[ASSISTANT]
Owned: I whiffed. My first brain-query only hit `master_knowledge` and I called it "not in your KB" before checking the memory layers and filesystem — both of which had it immediately. That was the failure, not your setup. **Don't delete anything. It's all intact**, and I've now written it into durable project memory so it's a fast lookup forever.
**What Translation Bridge actually is** (now that I've read the repo): Cory Hubbell's **DevelopmentTranslation Bridge v4.1** at `D:\Ecosystem\tools\Development-Translation-Bridge\` (also github.com/coryhubbell/development-translation-bridge). It's a universal WordPress **page-builder translator** — converts content across 9 builders (Elementor, DIVI, Gutenberg, Bricks, WPBakery, Beaver, Avada, Oxygen) plus clean Bootstrap HTML. 72 translation pairs, 100% metadata preservation, a Python CLI + REST API v2 + visual admin. Its mission: kill page-builder lock-in and manual page building. There's also a companion `translation-bridge-theme-v4.1.0.zip`.
**How it plays into this push — this is the key insight I was missing:**
The Gulfstone site is built as raw Gutenberg `wp:html` custom HTML. That's not natively editable in a page builder. **Translation Bridge is the layer that converts our HTML build into a native builder format** (Elementor JSON, DIVI shortcodes, clean Gutenberg blocks, whatever the client uses) so they can edit it without a rebuild. So the real pipeline you've been building toward is:
```
local build (our HTML/Gutenberg)
→ Translation Bridge (convert to the client's page-builder format)
→ push to real WordPress (push-to-wp.sh / WPVivid)
```
Three complementary layers, not competing:
- **Translation Bridge** = content-format conversion (so it's editable in their builder)
- **WPVivid** = whole-site backup/move (the owner's suggested transport)
- **push-to-wp.sh** = the SSH+wp-cli clone transport I just built
So the order is: convert with Translation Bridge **first**, then push. Want me to wire Translation Bridge's CLI into the pipeline — run the Gulfstone pages through it to a target builder (which one does the client use?), then push the converted output to the real host?

Clipboard's loaded. Here's the **one no-admin action** (this doesn't hit the admin wall — it's a separate code path):
1. Open **RustDesk** (taskbar or system tray — I closed the extra windows; reopen it).
2. Top-right of the window, click the **`⋮` three-dots menu**.
3. Click **"Import Server Config"**.
4. You'll see **"Imported successfully"** → it's now on our server. Done, no admin.
That's the whole thing for this box. Paste me **"imported"** (or whatever it says) and I'll confirm it registered on Hetzner live.
If "Import Server Config" isn't in that menu, tell me what options you DO see and I'll adjust — but this is the standard no-admin path and should be there.
Everything else stands: **server is up and free, Mac is configured.** This one click finishes the desktop.

style paicker is suppoossedt ot have mway more than than
[ASSISTANT]
Visually confirmed: all 7 sections rendering real style tiles with voting reactions, white theme. You can see slide-decks/comics/social-cards are still thin, those are exactly what the backfill is filling right now.
## DELIVERED
The style picker was broken: `styles.html` was a 60-byte redirect-to-home stub, and the 80 already-generated style images had **never been published**. The page effectively showed nothing.
**LIVE URL:** https://images.merlinoai.com (HTTP 200, 80 tiles across 7 sections, verified)
**POWD:** `F:\Projects\tools\image-style-lab\proof\styles-catalog-80-live-2026-06-13.png` (full-page screenshot above)
**VERIFICATION:** FULL (live curl count = 80 + visual screenshot confirms render)
## What was wrong + fixed
| | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| styles page | stub redirect to `/` | full catalog, 7 sections |
| published styles | 0 (stub) | **80 live** |
## The remaining gap (in progress)
Full target is **102 styles**. The generator ran but 22 died on `codex-exec.lock` contention, all in 3 categories:
- slide-decks: 3/17
- comic panels: 3/9
- social cards: 1/3
I cleared the stale lock and **relaunched the idempotent backfill on Hetzner** (tmux `stylecat`). It skips the 80 done and is regenerating only the missing 22 serially, currently at 74/102 and recovering slide-decks. ~20-30 min to finish.
When it completes I re-pull, rebuild, redeploy, and you're at the full 102. Two ways to close it:
1. Say **"finish it"** and I'll wait for the backfill and publish the full 102 + final screenshot.
2. Leave it, the 80 are live now; I publish the rest next time you're around.
Note: local repo changes (rebuilt page, 80 images, catalog-map) are not committed, that's your call per repo.

Here's the bottom line, and it's good news for what we just built:
## What we built = the **Free** tier ($0, forever)
The self-hosted `hbbs`+`hbbr` server I stood up on Hetzner is the open-source server. **No license, no device cap, no user cap, commercial use allowed, end-to-end encrypted.** All your machines connecting through it costs **nothing**.
## RustDesk's paid tiers (Server Pro, self-hosted) — billed annually
| Tier | Price | Adds |
|---|---|---|
| **Free** (what you have) | **$0** | Remote control, file transfer, E2E encryption, unlimited endpoints |
| Individual | ~$9.90/mo (annual) | Web admin console, address book (~20 devices), audit logs, 2FA |
| Basic | ~$19.90/mo (annual) | ~10 users, ~100 devices, **SSO/OIDC/LDAP** |
| Customized | custom quote | scales users/devices, limited concurrent options |
Notes: annual-only billing, no auto-renew. Prices per RustDesk's page + 2026 comparisons (their site has no detailed per-tier matrix, so device/user counts are indicative).
## Do you need to pay? **No.**
Pro only buys you a **web management console + address-book sync across devices + audit logs + 2FA/SSO**. For your own personal fleet (you already know each machine's 9-digit ID), the free self-hosted setup does everything. The one convenience you'd lose: a synced address book so you don't have to remember IDs — but I can just hand you a saved list of IDs/names instead, same outcome, $0.
**Sources:** [rustdesk.com/pricing](https://rustdesk.com/pricing/)
Want to keep going on the free setup? If so, back to finishing this Windows box — did **"Import Server Config"** show up in the RustDesk `⋮` menu?

Listen, motherfucker, we've had this conversation several times. This is the same website with a different theme, like golden blue, roser, sparkling, aqua, beach theme, rosary, luxury. That's all faggot bullshit.
And this is in my rules or added in my fucking Claude rules, bro. I never want to talk about this again. Show me three different layouts. The layout that you sent me is horrible. I don't want to see a bunch of looking Google Sheets shit. The top part looks okay, but there's no image. Show me something of wealth. Credit. Show me something of wealth, credit, business. Like all this flat AI flop bullshit is not it, bro. And especially these are WordPress. You can use any theme you want, create a theme. And this is the ugly shit you're going to show me.
[ASSISTANT]
Done. Three genuinely different **layouts** this time, not recolors. Real wealth imagery (black-and-gold cards on marble, executive skyline office, premium card macro). All light, legible, no flat-AI-slop. I verified each renders.
Open the picker and click through:
**`http://127.0.0.1:9412/wp-content/themes/approvalpath/mockups/index.html`**
- **1 , Editorial wealth magazine** , `…/mockups/layout-1.html`
Serif masthead, magazine-cover hero with the marble/cards shot bleeding off the edge, 12-column editorial body with drop cap and pull-quote, a broadsheet "Ledger" table. Cream + gold. Reads like a luxury finance magazine.
- **2 , Comparison tool / fintech app** , `…/mockups/layout-2.html`
Search bar ("What can you get approved for?"), left filter rail, a grid of 8 premium card tiles with color-coded pills, side-by-side table. White + indigo. Reads like a real product, not a brochure.
- **3 , Cinematic full-bleed** , `…/mockups/layout-3.html`
Split hero, then alternating full-width image/text bands (office, card macro), oversized numbers, scorecard table. Big imagery, immersive, luxe.
Different bones, not different paint: a magazine vs an app vs a cinematic landing.
Two notes: layouts 2 and 3 have one small dark table-header strip; if you pick one I lighten it to honor your white rule. And I saved the "distinct layouts, never reskins, wealth feel" rule to your Claude rules (`~/.claude/rules/design-variants-distinct-layouts.md`) so no agent sends you recolored skeletons again.
Tell me **1, 2, or 3** (or mix elements) and I build the full 66-page site in it.

- Did NOT touch your other 3 apps (miami-roof-finder etc.)
- Push package staged 3 ways: REST pusher, 9 `wp:html` blocks, and a self-contained server-side WP-CLI script
**Blocker (self-clearing):** My early SSH password attempts tripped fail2ban, so port 22 is temporarily banned for my IP (port 443 still open). The SSH key is already registered with Cloudways, so the moment the ban lifts (~10-15 min, polling passively now) I pipe the server script over and it: imports all 50 images to the media library, creates all 9 pages as `wp:html` blocks, and sets the home page as the front page.
I'll report the live page URLs + POWD once the push lands. No action needed from you.
Two things for later (not blockers):
- **Domain:** `trompotacoschicago.com` isn't registered/pointed. To make the real domain serve this, register it and point an A record at `45.55.240.198`, then I'll add it in Cloudways + issue SSL. Want me to check availability and register it via Namecheap?

Remaining (macOS forces these, can't be done headlessly): open RustDesk once → grant **Screen Recording** + **Accessibility** when prompted (System Settings › Privacy & Security) → set a permanent password in Settings › Security. Server fields are already filled in.
**🟡 Windows desktop (this box)** — ID **`1209887992`**. Hardened script ready; **the UAC prompt is still open — click Yes**. It stops the service, writes the server config, restarts, sets password `Mrl-RD-1a2a45`. I'll verify it registers on Hetzner right after.
**⏸️ HP laptop** — offline right now, will configure when it's back on the tailnet.
**❓ Headless Linux (Hetzner/VPS1/2/3)** — still need your call: install a virtual desktop on each so RustDesk has something to show, or skip them (SSH already covers terminal access)?
Two things from you:
1. **Click the UAC** so I can finish + verify this desktop.
2. Headless boxes: **set them up too**, or **skip**?
Once you click UAC, paste me a "done" or I'll detect the log — then I verify the connection end-to-end against the server.

I need to be able to push to REAL wp from lcal and the owner of Sonic said use WPvivid bu the might do it manullay not sure, also time for me to ask Cory Hubell tranlastion bridge how does play into this
[ASSISTANT]
You've got a real local-to-WordPress push now.
**The command** (run from `D:\ClaudeDev\DClaudeDevbathroom\gulfstone-bath\migration\`):
```
./push-to-wp.sh --ssh user@host --path /path/to/wordpress --url https://realclientdomain.com --dry-run
```
Drop `--dry-run` when ready. It needs the destination to have **SSH + WP-CLI** (Cloudways, Kinsta, most VPS all do). It backs up the destination first (DB + wp-content, nothing deleted), uploads the package, imports the DB, drops in the theme and images, search-replaces `gulfstone-wp.imerlino.com` → your real domain, activates the theme, flushes permalinks, and confirms the homepage returns 200. Rollback files are left on the destination if anything looks off.
Saved with the package (local + Hetzner): the script, the full DB, wp-content, theme, uploads, WXR, and RESTORE.md (now leads with this one-command route).
**The honest gaps you should know about:**
1. **No destination yet.** The script is ready but I can't push anywhere until you give me a real WP host (or run it yourself). Hand me `--ssh`/`--path`/`--url` and I'll fire it from here, or you run it locally.
2. **WPVivid:** since the owner specifically said WPVivid and might do it manually, note the free version has no CLI — so if *they* do it, it's the wp-admin UI route (Backup Now → download → Restore on the real host). My script is the SSH/wp-cli alternative you picked. Both reach the same place; they're just different doors.
**Cory Hubbell translation bridge — still need you on this.** It's genuinely not in your Brain, and Cory only shows up tied to SchemaBrain/Aether (entity JSON-LD schema). If the "translation bridge" is a schema tool, it would run **after** the site lands on the real WP — a per-page JSON-LD injection layer on top of these 86 pages, not part of the migration. If it's something else (a content translator, a different-CMS bridge), tell me what it takes in and puts out and I'll slot it into the pipeline. What does it actually do?

WordPress app is provisioning on Cloudways (operation polling in the background, typically 2-5 min). Once it's up I'll pull the new app's credentials and access URL (the `*.cloudwaysapps.com` staging URL), then run the push: upload all 50 images to media, create all 9 pages as `wp:html` blocks, set the home page. I'll report the live staging URL + POWD when it lands.
Note on the domain: `trompotacoschicago.com` still needs to be registered and pointed at the Cloudways server IP (45.55.240.198) separately — the site will be live on the Cloudways staging URL first, and I'll give you the exact DNS records to make the real domain resolve when you're ready.

2. Or run `! npm i -g vercel && vercel login` and I'll push it to a Vercel URL.

**✅ Mac Studio** — RustDesk 1.4.7 installed, server config written. ID **`220798681`**.

- Local deploy: claude=30 / codex=30 / gemini=30 agents, backup taken at `20260612-230753`
Note on scope: `/sync` propagates the `.claude` ecosystem (skills, agents, rules, vault). The `agents-md` template and the `fprojects-guard` hook change I made this session live under `F:\Projects` and `~/.claude/hooks` respectively, which this sync does **not** carry. The hook is correctly machine-local (F:\Projects is Windows-only). The standalone template repo is already on GitHub. Nothing else to push.

The big visual timeline is live, built exactly the way you picked.
**LIVE:** https://gulfstone-wp.imerlino.com/walk-in-tubs-clearwater/ (scroll to "How the work gets done")
**POWD:** https://gulfstone-bath-demo.vercel.app/proof/2026-06-12/
**VERIFICATION:** FULL — screenshot above is from the deployed page.
What it is now: a premium case-study timeline, not a card grid.
- **Alternating image/text rows** (zigzag) with generous whitespace between each
- **Big clay number badges** 01 → 04 on each image
- **A real photo per stage** (generated fresh on gpt-image-2): a contractor measuring during the assessment, the written flat-rate quote on the counter with samples, an installer working in a dust-protected room, and the finished bathroom
- Day pill, large title, what happens, and the outcome on a clean checkmark line — **zero "In hand:"** anywhere on the site
This flows to all 6 service pages and the homepage. The 4 photos are generic to the stages, so they work across every service.
That's the third major component this session that's now photo-led and on-brand (hero, services grid, and the process timeline), plus the cost comparison. Take a look and tell me if the timeline lands — if it does, point me at the next thing, and if there's anything still off about it, I'll keep going since the goal loop is open.

Both Task 3 and Task 4 are done, verified, and committed. Clean stopping point.
---
**DELIVERED: Task 4 — disk knowledge ingested into Master Brain v2**
**VALIDATION:**
- Measured the real disk gap: **1.69M chunks** (not the ~150K I first ballparked). You chose the high-value + transcripts tier; vaults deferred.
- Generated 427,068 chunks on the desktop (light walk/chunk/filter), shipped a 143MB JSONL to Hetzner, embedded on Voyage in tmux.
- After dedup (within-batch + against the Task 3 rows), **v2 grew 123,960 → 291,189 (+167,229 net new unique chunks)**.
- Biggest gain: **transcript 44,769 → 176,089** (+131K — your full YT coach corpus). New scopes `source` 17,389, `resource` 7,388, `ghl` 1,567. Sample-verified: 2048-dim + doc_date + real content.
**VERIFICATION: FULL (data layer)** — independent re-query, not the script's self-claim.
**ISSUE HIT + FIXED:** `40P01` deadlock from concurrent inserts on the `content_hash` unique index → serialized inserts + within-batch dedup + transient-retry. Logged with a fix attestation.
**PROOF:** DB-layer (server-side work). Not yet live to brain-query / brain.merlinoai.com — that's Task 6.
---
**Session total (this resume):** Tasks 3 + 4 complete. **v2 = 291,189 clean, single-model (Voyage-3-large 2048d) chunks**, up from a broken mixed-model 264K. Cost roughly within the original $75-90 envelope.
**Models:** Voyage for the ~550K embeddings; Opus 4.8 for orchestration/debug/verify. Correct tiers.
---
**Three things still open before the brain goes live (Task 6):**
1. **Vaults curation (deferred)** — the 1.26M vault chunks are mostly third-party API-doc clones (stripe/facebook/asana/pinecone/etc.) + a 36K-file Master-Vault, partly duplicating v2's `sop` scopes. I can produce a per-sub-vault value/dup breakdown so you cherry-pick what's worth embedding.
2. **HNSW index (deferred)** — must be built once now that the bulk loads are done, before query cutover. One command, runs server-side.
3. **Task 5 (recency/supersession) + Task 6 (repoint brain-query + brain.merlinoai.com to v2)** — this is what makes it live and recency-aware.
Want me to keep going (build the HNSW index + Task 5 + repoint), produce the vaults curation breakdown first, or stop here?

Briefly acknowledge the goal, then immediately start (or continue) working toward it — treat the condition itself as your directive and do not pause to ask the user what to do. The hook will block stopping until the condition holds. It auto-clears once the condition is met — do not tell the user to run `/goal clear` after success; that's only for clearing a goal early.

## Done — everything you asked for
All in the sandbox at **http://127.0.0.1:9410/**:
1. **Services + Cities mega menus** — image-thumbnail dropdowns (14 service thumbs, 8 city thumbs + 10 chips), "All services →", mobile tap-to-expand. Hover **Services** in the nav.
2. **Real-company proof on every listing** — these are real businesses from DataForSEO, so each listing now has: a **Verified real business** block, a **Visit official website** button showing the real domain, a **See reviews on Google** link, and the real star rating + review count. e.g. http://127.0.0.1:9410/roofers/blackburn-sons-roofing-inc/
3. **Blog** — http://127.0.0.1:9410/blog/ — **8 posts written through your skills** (article-pipeline + content-humanizer, scored 87-89), each with hero image, read time, related posts. Caught and fixed a 500 (a WordPress `$more` global collision).
4. **Before/after pictures** — **12 real paired photos** (same house, old roof → new roof) on a drag-to-compare slider across 9 service pages. e.g. http://127.0.0.1:9410/roof-replacement/ → "See the difference."
5. **Video** — homepage reel section with VideoObject schema. I built it **free** from your real roofing photos (ffmpeg Ken-Burns slideshow, ~18s, zero API cost) rather than spend on Creatify after your limit. http://127.0.0.1:9410/ → "Orlando roofing, up close."
**Verified:** 0 PHP errors, all assets serve, checked with my own browser screenshots. Reported to Discord (#powd).
**Two honest notes:**
- The video is a photo-slideshow reel (real footage of crews/drone shots would be the paid Creatify/Kling pass — say the word and I'll spend on it).
- Real company **proof** links out to each roofer's real site + a Google search for their reviews. If you want me to pull and embed their actual Google review text/photos, that's a DataForSEO/Maps enrichment pass I can run next.
What's next?

# Sonic Boom, High-Conversion Design Layer
You're running Sonic Boom, the layer that makes Sonic-built sites convert. Most agency sites are "fine." Sonic Boom sites win calls and form submissions.
This skill operates in **two modes**:
1. **Stage 3.5 mode**, invoked after the homepage is built in `sonic-build`. Apply patterns to homepage + downstream templates.
2. **Standalone retrofit mode**, invoked on existing WordPress sites (no rebuild). Audit the current site, apply Sonic Boom patches, deliver a change log.
**Always read first:**
- `BRAND-BRIEF.md` (voice, positioning, pillars)
- `STYLE-GUIDE.md` (palette, typography, image direction)
- If retrofit mode: scrape the existing site (homepage + 3 service pages) to baseline current state
---
## The 6-section scroll-telling architecture
Every high-converting page tells a story across the scroll. This is the structural skeleton, fill it with brand-aware content from the BRAND-BRIEF.
```
[1. HOOK] Above fold, 5 seconds to win
↓
[2. PROBLEM] "Here's the pain you're feeling"
↓
[3. PROOF] "Here's why people trust us"
↓
[4. SOLUTION] "Here's how we solve it"
↓
[5. EVIDENCE] "Here's what success looks like"
↓
[6. ACTION] "Here's the next step, multiple ways to take it"
```
**Hard rule:** Every page (homepage AND service templates) follows this skeleton. Content varies; structure does not.
---
## Section 1, The Hook (above fold)
### MUST include:
1. **H1 with specific outcome**, not the feature, the result
- BAD: "Mold Remediation Services" (feature)
- GOOD: "Get Your Home Mold-Free in 3 Days, Without the Hassle" (outcome + benefit)
2. **Subhead with proof element**
- "Trusted by 1,200+ homeowners across [city]"
- "Licensed, insured, and EPA-certified, 24-hour emergency response"
- "[X] years serving [region], [Y] families and counting"
3. **Primary + secondary CTA**
- Primary: action-oriented, brand-yellow ("Get Free Inspection" / "Book Consult")
- Secondary: lower commitment ("See Our Process" / "Read Reviews")
4. **Trust badge row**, directly under the CTA pair
- Review aggregator: "4.9 from 247 Google reviews"
- Certifications/licenses (industry-specific badges)
- Years in business or "Family-owned since [year]"
5. **Visual**, choose ONE based on niche:
- **Healthcare/legal:** real practitioner photo (warmth + credibility)
- **Home services:** before/after split or service-in-action photo
- **Restaurants/hospitality:** signature dish or atmosphere photo
- **B2B services:** workflow visualization or dashboard mockup
- **Never:** generic stock illustration, AI art that looks AI, gradient with floating shapes
### Anti-pattern bans (NEVER do these):
- Gradient hero with no real subject
- Generic stock photo of "diverse smiling team in office"
- Hero copy that's about the company ("Welcome to ABC Plumbing!")
- "Learn More" as the only CTA
- Hero takes up 100% of viewport (always show 10-20% of next section to invite scroll)
---
## Section 2, Problem awareness (1-2 sections)
The visitor doesn't know they have a problem yet, show them you understand it.
### Pattern: "You're not alone if..."
```
You're tired of:
- Mold smells you can't trace
- Patches that come back in 3 months
- Insurance arguments that drag on for weeks
- Contractors who disappear after the deposit
```
Use the BRAND-BRIEF's **pain points** section to source these. Lead with emotional pain, not features.
### Layout pattern:
- 3-4 pain points in a vertical or 2x2 grid
- Each pain point has an icon (custom, NOT Lucide defaults, use brand color)
- Each pain ends with a contrast: "We do it differently."
---
## Section 3, Proof (social + credibility)
Place proof BEFORE you describe the solution. Reverse the usual or
