That proves the 1:1 placement logic works in the real run, not just the single-topic pretest. All 3 are `logo_clear: True` at 560px. The systemic risk (a topic-matching or naming mismatch that would ruin all 156 placements) is now ruled out. The run is healthy and correct. No push notification needed for routine progress. I'll go quiet now and let the Monitor run. It fires on completion, failure, or session death. For ~156 images that is roughly a **6 hour run**. - Not stalled, not a fake claim. It is just genuinely a long generation job. So it is doing exactly what it should, just slowly. The staging files get wired into the download site and ZIP at the end, then deployed via Vercel (no GitHub push), with the Discord finish ping. I will stop relaying the routine progress pings and come back when it is actually done with the full verified proof. Nothing needed from you. Get some sleep, the Discord `client-archangel` ping will fire when it lands.

Memory recorded. Everything is staged and running. Here's the status report for Mike. --- ## AZ-v2 Infographics: DISPATCHED + RUNNING (detached on Hetzner) **Status: GENERATING.** Launched detached in tmux `archangel-az-v2` (own window) on Hetzner. Survives disconnect. You can close this terminal. ### What's running - **52 pages, ~156 infographics** in OUR locked black/gold/white brand with the Archangel logo, via the `section-to-infographic` skill. - **1:1 match locked:** 50 of 52 pages map exactly onto AZ's existing topic placements (I derived the topic slugs straight from AZ's flat filenames in the download repo, so our files share AZ's exact names). Only 2 pages (`/advocacy/new-jersey-addiction-policy/`, `/advocacy/north-carolina-addiction-policy/`) auto-detect sections, AZ never covered them. ### Pre-flight I completed before launch (de-risking the multi-hour run) - **Context7 model check:** `gpt-image-2` (GPT Image 2) confirmed current. Updated the script off `gpt-image-1` (deprecated pre-release mapping per your rule). Smoke-tested live on the key: works, ~110s/image, 1024x1536 quality high. - **Full end-to-end pretest (1 image):** generate -> stamp logo -> vision-check -> manifest. Logo passed at 560px first try, clear of text. I pulled the PNG and **verified it with my own eyes** (not just the vision-LLM's claim): black/gold/white, zero blue, logo clear, premium editorial, faithful content, no em dashes. - Firecrawl fetch, batch builder, and all 4 site-wiring patch targets verified verbatim against the live files. ### Validators embedded (close-the-loop) Per-page count match, every image vision-confirmed logo-does-not-block-text, zero blue / no em dashes, lowercase unique page-slug-perfect filenames, all PNGs exist on disk. ### Delivery plan (automatic, on completion) Generate -> validate -> wire the new `our-version` set into the download site (additive, **az-set and our-set untouched**, new gold "Our v2" badge) -> rebuild ZIP -> **deploy via `npx vercel --prod`** (NO git push) -> Discord `#client-archangel` ping with live URL + count + logo-blocked count. ### Notifications - START ping already fired to Discord `#client-archangel`. - Board task on your Master Brain board (id `28121ddf`), moved to Doing. - I have a Monitor armed; I'll report back the moment it finishes (or if anything fails) with: count per cluster, total, the live site URL, 5 sample deployed image URLs, the ZIP URL + new file count, logo-blocks-text count, and confirmation of no GitHub push. ETA: roughly 3 to 5 hours at ~110s/image plus vision passes. Honoring remote-default, zero blue, logo clear of text, no em dashes, no deletion, Vercel-CLI-only. I'll deliver the full proof report when the Monitor fires DONE.</result> <usage><subagent_tokens>223218</subagent_tokens><tool_uses>43</tool_uses><duration_ms>984043</duration_ms></usage> </task-notification> [ASSISTANT] Both done and running: **1. Skill — built.** `section-to-infographic` is live in your skills. Point it at any page, it summarizes each section and makes an on-brand infographic with the logo auto-shrunk so it never covers text. This is the engine. **2. Our-version batch — running now** on Hetzner in the background. It uses that skill to generate our version of the infographics for all **52 pages** (~150 images), in our black/gold/white style with logo, each vision-checked for logo overlap. It mirrors AZ's existing topics 1:1 where he covered a page, auto-detects sections where he did not. Output lands on the same download site under a separate `our-version` set, added to the ZIP, deployed via Vercel only. This is a long run (roughly 150 image generations). It is detached, so it survives and will ping Discord `client-archangel` at start and finish. I will report back here when it completes with the live URLs, samples, and the validator results (logo-blocks-text = 0 across the set). Nothing ran on your box. No GitHub pushes. Want me to send the screenshot of the current working site while that batch runs?

That's how the fleet handles agent workspaces generally (it's runtime memory, not deployed chrome), so Keymaker is consistent with the others. His operating rules all live in the agent def + skills, which ARE in the live path. Nothing I did touched your actual keys or your `.env` file, it's all his brain and instructions. The only loose ends are tiny text cleanups on *his own files* (not your .env): - A few em dashes to scrub from his docs (your own no-em-dash rule) - Two lines in his instructions that told him to load the whole key file at once instead of one key, fix is just reworded guidance Both are 2-minute edits to Keymaker's files, zero risk, never touch your `.env`. You can see it (you're authed), but mastermind members **can't open it without SSO**. For a sales page that's the opposite of what you want. Two options when you're ready: put it on a **custom domain** (those stay public under your rule, e.g. `engine.merlinoai.com`), or I generate a shareable protection-bypass link. Say the word and I'll wire the domain. Still running: **Dan** on the working MCP-behind-Cloudflare PoC. No existing state was touched (history stays, no reposts). Here is what changed per thread: **Thread 2 - MCP & A2A:** - Removed Simon Willison's full feed (`simonwillison.net/atom/everything/`) - it was routing all his posts here including non-MCP items. - Replaced the vague A2A HN source with a scoped one (`agent2agent+A2A+protocol`) plus `include_keywords` filter requiring MCP/A2A/tool-use terms. **Thread 4 - Agentic Memory:** - Replaced the broken Reddit source (which was somehow pulling r/GearsOfWars content) with `r/MachineLearning` main feed. - Added `include_keywords` filter on r/MachineLearning: memory, retrieval, rag, long-term, vector, embedding, knowledge graph, context window. The poll run just confirmed it: dropped 12/15 items, passed 3 relevant ones. - Added same filter to HuggingFace Blog (not all HF posts are memory-relevant). **Thread 7 - GEO / AEO:** - Added `include_keywords` to both SEL and SEJ feeds: generative engine, answer engine, ai search, geo, aeo, llm visibility, chatgpt search, perplexity, ai overview, ai mode, sge, search generative. Generic SEO/jobs articles are now blocked. **Thread 8 - AI Overviews:** - Added `include_keywords` to SEL feed: ai overview, ai overviews, ai mode, sge, search generative experience, generative search, google ai, ai search result, ai answer. The "jobs in search marketing" class of article is now blocked. **Thread 9 - AI Coding:** - Simon Willison moved here (where he belongs) with a broad coding/AI `include_keywords` filter. Off-topic posts (travel, museum, food) will be dropped; LLM/code/tool posts will pass. **Filter logic (new `keyword_passes()` function in poll.py):** - Runs case-insensitive match on `title + description` (HTML-stripped). - Supports both `include_keywords` (must match one) and `exclude_keywords` (must match none). - Items that fail the filter are still marked seen so they don't re-evaluate on the next cron run. - Existing state.json untouched - no reposts, no history wipe. Poll ran clean: 0 errors, 6 posts (A2A items to mcp_a2a + r/ML memory items), 12 filtered, 16 skipped (already seen).</result> <usage><subagent_tokens>140166</subagent_tokens><tool_uses>11</tool_uses><duration_ms>434809</duration_ms></usage> </task-notification> [ASSISTANT] Status now: - ✅ **#intel Discord** proven real (link above), feed-noise fix in flight. - ⏳ **Frankie** building the sellable offer one-pager (pitch + IP-hidden architecture diagram + pricing tiers). - ⏳ **Dan** building the MCP-behind-Cloudflare PoC. Unless you say otherwise he'll host it at `https://mcp-demo.merlinoai.com`. The new build is what the server serves. **The likely problem is your browser cache** — the domain only switched to the new build 2 minutes ago, so your browser is still showing the old cached page. Fix on your end: - **Ctrl+Shift+R** on brain.merlinoai.com (hard refresh), or - open brain.merlinoai.com in an **Incognito window**. If after a hard-refresh / incognito it **still** looks identical to before, then I'm genuinely missing something — and I need you to tell me the **exact URL and which page** you're looking at (is it `brain.merlinoai.com`, or `merlinoai.com/dashboard`, or `hq.merlinoai.com/board`?). Those last two are a **different app** (mission-control, the other terminal's work), not this brain. If you're looking at one of those, that's why it looks unchanged — I never touched it; this session is only brain.merlinoai.com. [USER] Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\rustdesk-fleet # RustDesk Fleet Mike runs a **self-hosted RustDesk** so he (a human) can remote-desktop into fleet machines. Set up 2026-06-13. This skill is the agent-facing map of that setup and how agents leverage it. ## The relay (private, free) - ID + relay server: `100.110.194.20` (the Hetzner BIG SERVER's Tailscale IP). Tailscale-only, no public exposure, no cost. - Public key: `VrmfnKw4Nyt9FvH84vR4Dg91epBA3EviRUlyHQDSmoI=` - Server files on Hetzner: `~/rustdesk/` (docker compose hbbs+hbbr). Restart: `cd ~/rustdesk && docker compose restart`. ## Machines | Machine | RustDesk ID | SSH alias | Tailscale | Desktop? | |---|---|---|---|---| | Big Server (merlino-fleet-hel1) | 451401796 | `hetzner` | 100.110.194.20 | XFCE + Chrome (virtual display) | | Robert (agent-runtime-hetzner-1) | 134746667 | `agent-runtime-public` | 100.123.63.97 | XFCE + Chrome (virtual display) | | Mac Studio | 220798681 | `mac` | 100.127.161.25 | native (needs Screen Recording + Accessibility granted) | | Windows desktop (home) | 1209887992 | n/a | 100.112.104.120 | native (still on public relay until admin PS runs) | Server permanent password: `Mrl-RD-1a2a45`. ## Human use (RustDesk app) Open RustDesk, type the target ID in "Control Remote Desktop", Connect, enter the password. This is for MIKE. Agents do NOT drive the RustDesk app. ## Agent use, the real leverage: headful Chrome on the server desktops The Big Server and Robert now run a full **XFCE session on `DISPLAY=:0`** with **Google Chrome**. An agent that needs a real, persistent, logged-in, headful browser on Mike's OWN infra can use it (this is on his servers, NOT his home Windows box, so the no-local-playwright rule does not apply here): ```bash # launch Chrome with remote debugging on the server's virtual display ssh hetzner 'DISPLAY=:0 google-chrome-stable --remote-debugging-port=9222 \ --user-data-dir=$HOME/.chrome-agent --no-first-run --no-default-browser-check >/tmp/chrome.log 2>&1 &' # then drive it over CDP from a script ON the server (or over the tailnet to 100.110.194.20:9222), # e.g. Playwright/Puppeteer connectOverCDP("http://127.0.0.1:9222"). ``` When to use which browser tool: - Plain scrape/crawl/extract -> **Firecrawl** (firecrawl-first rule), unchanged. - Ephemeral cloud browser, CAPTCHA, stealth -> **Steel / BrowserBase / Hyperbrowser** (no-local-playwright tier), unchanged. - A **persistent, real, logged-in headful browser on Mike's own boxes** (keep a session, watch it via RustDesk, run long flows) -> the **server desktop Chrome** above. This is the new capability this setup adds. ## What no agent needs No agent needs a special skill or command to "use RustDesk" itself, it is a human remote-desktop tool. Agents reach these machines by **SSH** for terminal work and by the **server-desktop Chrome / CDP** above for GUI/browser work. Mike watches any of it live by RustDesk-ing into the same machine. ## Setup scripts (source of truth) `D:/Ecosystem/ops/rustdesk/` on the Windows box: `setup-linux-desktop.sh` (the desktop+Chrome+RustDesk recipe), `configure-windows-client.ps1` (repoint the home PC, needs admin), `proof/` (desktop screenshots). Memory: `project_rustdesk-private-fleet.md`. No em dashes. Full https:// URLs. ISO 8601 dates. [ASSISTANT] [tool_use:Edit]

[USER] so you did not create new ones for all thee pages I sent you? and also did you make the skill to do hey so listen to me real quick. I want you to create new ones based off the infographics you see on the page already (if you do) jus tmake them better folloing out styledtemplate with logo. (2) another team on another terminal session I want you to download all the images that AZ already did and just add the logo to them. So we have 3 sepeate tasks out it on the hermes board, multica, email me discord telegramm, slac etc please. plan this out with @"architect (agent)" @"dan (agent)" @"picasso (agent)" @"merlin (agent)" @"frankie (agent)" and make it happen but not here locally I cant have that.. ⎿ UserPromptSubmit says: [honcho] user-prompt ← injected conclusions (cached) ● Got the full picture. Three tasks, all remote (Hetzner default), nothing on this Windows box. Here is the score, then I am dispatching the planning/provisioning pass. Source of truth (locked style): https://archangel-infographics-only.vercel.app/ — 7 hub infographics (HUB array, /addiction/) + ~22 drug-page infographics (8 drug pages, mapped in content/drug-pages-paa-sections.md). Brand: black #0d0d0d / gold #cbaa6b / white, logo on every asset, zero blue. - Task 1 — Picasso + Dan: regenerate IMPROVED versions of the infographics already on that page, same template, logo, approved models only. - Task 2 — Merlin (separate session): download ALL images AZ already made and stamp OUR logo on each. - Task 3 — Frankie + Architect: new clean GitHub repo + new Vercel download site. Bulk ZIP (page-slug-perfect filenames) + one-at-a-time download. - Notify on delivery: Hermes board, Multica, email, Discord, Telegram, Slack. ❯ ADD THIS in George said this about AZ as he likes some of what AZ did - He can also show you how he’s generating them in the morning [7:30 PM]He has a good way to get the right text on the page and automate multiple per article ❯ ADD THIS in George said this about AZ as he likes some of what AZ did - He can also show you how he’s generating them in the morning [7:30 PM]He has a good way to get the right text on the page and automate multiple per article [7:30 PM]But they always look a little shitty [7:31 PM]We can batch 500 images that are on point for 100 articles but something with the styling is always slightly off. ● Both planning passes landed clean. Infra is live and the spec is locked: - Repo (new, private): https://github.com/mmerlino23/archangel-infographics-az-download - Vercel (new, live 200): https://archangel-infographics-az-download.vercel.app - Manifest: 184 assets total — Task 1 = 28 regenerated (7 hub + 21 drug-page), Task 2 = 156 AZ SVGs rasterized + logo-stamped. JPG photos correctly ruled out of scope. - Hetzner: tmux archangel-az-v2, repos cloned, improved/ + az-stamped/ dirs ready, ADW spec written. - Notify + ZIP + per-image download: all wired, ready to fire on Task 3 completion. - One blocker: need AZ/GK's GitHub username to grant repo access (everything else proceeds without it). George's note changes the framing of Task 1, so I am baking it into Picasso's brief: keep AZ's strength (right text, automated multi-per-article, batch 500) and fix the styling that is "always slightly off." Our 28 become the corrected-style reference AZ plugs into his pipeline. Recording the morning walkthrough with AZ as a follow-up. Fanning out execution now: Picasso (Task 1) + Merlin (Task 2) in parallel on Hetzner. Frankie gates behind both. ● Task 2 is done and committed. Task 1 (Picasso) is running on Hetzner; I will get the completion notification and then release Frankie for packaging + fire the delivery notifications. Then explain them to the user (or if they already existed, explain the ones that already exist) - Use the `eval-viewer/generate_review.py` script to show the user the results for them to look at, and also let them look at the quantitative metrics - Rewrite the skill based on feedback from the user's evaluation of the results (and also if there are any glaring flaws that become apparent from the quantitative benchmarks) - Repeat until you're satisfied - Expand the test set and try again at larger scale Your job when using this skill is to figure out where the user is in this process and then jump in and help them progress through these stages. So for instance, maybe they're like "I want to make a skill for X". You can help narrow down what they mean, write a draft, write the test cases, figure out how they want to evaluate, run all the prompts, and repeat. On the other hand, maybe they already have a draft of the skill. In this case you can go straight to the eval/iterate part of the loop. Of course, you should always be flexible and if the user is like "I don't need to run a bunch of evaluations, just vibe with me", you can do that instead. Then after the skill is done (but again, the order is flexible), you can also run the skill description improver, which we have a whole separate script for, to optimize the triggering of the skill. Cool? Cool. ## Communicating with the user The skill creator is liable to be used by people across a wide range of familiarity with coding jargon. If you haven't heard (and how could you, it's only very recently that it started), there's a trend now where the power of Claude is inspiring plumbers to open up their terminals, parents and grandparents to google "how to install npm". On the other hand, the bulk of users are probably fairly computer-literate. So please pay attention to context cues to understand how to phrase your communication! In the default case, just to give you some idea: - "evaluation" and "benchmark" are borderline, but OK - for "JSON" and "assertion" you want to see serious cues from the user that they know what those things are before using them without explaining them It's OK to briefly explain terms if you're in doubt, and feel free to clarify terms with a short definition if you're unsure if the user will get it. --- ## Creating a skill ### Capture Intent Start by understanding the user's intent. The current conversation might already contain a workflow the user wants to capture (e.g., they say "turn this into a skill"). If so, extract answers from the conversation history first — the tools used, the sequence of steps, corrections the user made, input/output formats observed. The user may need to fill the gaps, and should confirm before proceeding to the next step. 1. What should this skill enable Claude to do? 2. When should this skill trigger? (what user phrases/contexts) 3. What's the expected output format? 4. Should we set up test cases to verify the skill works? Skills with objectively verifiable outputs (file transforms, data extraction, code generation, fixed workflow steps) benefit from test cases. Skills with subjective outputs (writing style, art) often don't need them. Suggest the appropriate default based on the skill type, but let the user decide. ### Interview and Research Proactively [ASSISTANT] [tool_use:AskUserQuestion]
