8 builders running in parallel:
| # | Layout | What's distinct |
|---|--------|-----------------|
| 1 | Map full-bleed | Map IS the page, glass panels float over it (Local Falcon style) |
| 2 | Command cockpit | Icon rail + map + right stack of live metric cards, dense |
| 3 | 50/50 split tabs | Map left, tabbed module data right, equal weight |
| 4 | Editorial report scroll | Single column, reads like a premium client deliverable |
| 5 | Bento grid | Map as the big tile, varied-size metric tiles around it |
| 6 | Tracking timeline | Map + bottom scrubber of scan history (fills your tracking gap) |
| 7 | Three-pane + AI insight | Controls / map / analyst narrative panel |
| 8 | Fullscreen + bottom sheet | Google-Maps-app feel, draggable bottom sheet |
Each is a genuinely different structure, gold light theme, real Versailles/Miami geo-grid data, live Leaflet maps. I'll get notified as they finish, then assemble a gallery index and deploy it to one private Vercel URL you can click through and compare. Sit tight.

- REAL (known cost): Claude Max x3 ($200 each), Vercel Pro ($20) = $620/mo confirmed
- REAL (live balance): OpenRouter via `ld.subscriptions.openrouter.limit_remaining` (same pattern as existing SubscriptionStrip)
- PLACEHOLDER (null): All other `monthlyCost` fields are honestly null, not fabricated. Notes explain each.
- REAL (key presence): All `envKeys` arrays list actual key names found in MASTER_API_KEYS.env left-hand sides only
**Security: Zero secret values leaked.** The only grep hit on "secret" in subscriptions.json is the meta note warning NOT to put secrets there.
**Typecheck:** `bunx tsc --noEmit` exited clean with no output (zero errors).

wht do we have now
[ASSISTANT]
Here's exactly what's on the maps/geo-grid surface right now, live at https://brand-audit-engine-blue.vercel.app/workbench/geo-grid
**Top control bar (horizontal):**
- Business autocomplete (Google Places typeahead, shows name + address, GMB autofill)
- Keyword input + keyword chips you can stack, plus "suggested services" auto-pulled from the GMB
- Grid Size buttons: 3x3, 5x5, 7x7, 9x9, 11x11, 13x13 (9+ runs queue/trickle mode)
- Spacing buttons: 0.25mi up to 5mi
- "Run All Scans" button
**The map:** two renderers wired (`GeoGridMapGoogle` real Google map + `GeoGridMap` fallback). Pins colored by rank tier (green ≤3, amber ≤10, red ≤20, gray none). Live polling, results trickle in for big grids.
**9 scan layers** (switched from the left nav via `?panel=`):
1. `geogrid` - the map grid scan
2. `localfinder` - Local Finder pack
3. `aimode` - Google AI Mode
4. `overview` - AI Overview
5. `visibility` - LLM visibility (which models cite the business)
6. `news` - news mentions
7. `images` - images
8. `eeat` - E-E-A-T score
9. `info` - business info card
**Backend:** real DataForSEO runners, Supabase persistence. `geo_grid_runs` table exists for scan history (not surfaced in UI yet). Places workspace tables ready but not ported.
**The gaps** (what's NOT built): scan history/replay view, Places workspace, AI Overview *position tracking over time*.
So the machinery works. What's weak is the **layout** - it's a control-bar-on-top + one-panel-at-a-time view. That's why you said it needs new UI.
What's the new UI you're picturing? Or want me to screenshot the current one first so we're looking at the same thing?

I have tool that lets me reusme this its on a subomain IThink resume.melrinoai resume.imerlino.com maybe. so I can alway get back to old converstaions and load them up etc..
[ASSISTANT]
It's **SessionDeck**, not "resume".
- **Live:** `https://sessions.merlinoai.com` (307 = alive, redirecting, likely login/auth gate)
- `resume.merlinoai.com` and `resume.imerlino.com` do not exist (000, no DNS)
From your subdomain inventory: `sessions` = "SessionDeck (session management tool)" marked KEEP. That's your tool for getting back into old conversations.
Want me to:
- open it and confirm what it shows / whether it's loading your sessions, or
- add a `resume.merlinoai.com` alias pointing at it so the name you keep reaching for actually works?
Jun 21, 02:45 PM
[USER]
1 - this was dont no? if not what do you mean specifialoy so number two, Merlino's World, Rich Agent tab. Let's keep that on the to-do list for right now. I want to do it, but first I want to nail down where we all are with this.
The home subscriptions API spend model, that we're going to do also along with number two. Just hold on a second. Number four, Ecosystem Data Fixes, 3 Real VPOs. Also, yep, number two, three, and four, all will be done same time.
Then number five, Project Session. Yes, we can pull that in, but let's do that after we do some things I want to do. And then for the themes, that subdomain doesn't load. I haven't been able to see any other themes. But that part show me and I want to continue working. Then we'll work on other things, but I want to give you an update to this actual OS first, so answer all my questions. Have the team on Hetzner start building two, three, and four, and then five. And then let me know here about the themes and also number one.
[ASSISTANT]
Team's building. Here's your full update.
## Answers to all your questions
**#1 — Personas: partly done, not fully.**
- DONE: all **40 personas are live + synced** on the Mac (your 31 fleet agents + the stock Greek 9). They were restored from archive and pushed to the private mirror repo. The "not synced" badge is gone.
- NOT done (this is what "WS1" still means):
1. **Greek-style avatars** for your 31 agents so they match the art of the stock 9 (right now your 31 don't have matching portrait art).
2. **The merge decision** — whether to fold useful Greek archetypes (Athena→Queen, Alchemist→Merlin, Oracle→Memz, Scribe→Shakespeare, etc.) and keep the genuinely-unique ones (Mercury=cron tier, Philosopher=pure reasoning, Labyrinth=resume-from-disk research). **That one needs your GO** — I won't fold anything without it.
**#2 Merlino's World, #3 Subscriptions/Spend, #4 Ecosystem data — building now, in parallel.** Three agents are on it, file-partitioned so they don't collide (#2 → new `/merlino-world` rich agent gallery, #3 → home subscriptions panel, #4 → `/ecosystem` data fix with the 3 real VPSs + all subdomains + businesses). I'll integrate, wire the nav, push to the Mac live install, and verify. I'll report back with the live result.
**#5 Projects section — queued after.** Stays on the list, runs after this batch (and it's still gated on your C: cleanup for the real project inventory).
**Themes — the site works, the gate is what's blocking you.**
- I verified the app renders fine: **HTTP 200** on `/themes`, `/themes/avalon`, `/themes/matrix`, `/themes/anonymous` behind the tunnel.
- Why it "doesn't load" for you: `https://themes.imerlino.com` sits behind **Cloudflare Access email-OTP**. Hitting it redirects you to a login (that's the 302). You have to: open the URL → type your email → Cloudflare emails a 6-digit code → paste it → you're in for 24h. If you never finished that code step, the page looks like it just won't load.
- So you can see them **without fighting the gate**, an agent is capturing real screenshots of all 3 themes + the chooser and dropping them as PNGs in `F:/Dashboard/claude-os/proof-themes/` for you to open locally. It's also confirming your email is on the allowlist so the OTP actually sends.
## On the build target (so I'm not guessing over you)
The edits land in the canonical source **`F:/Dashboard/claude-os`**, then I push to the **Mac** (`~/claude-os`) and restart its tmux — that's the path to update **this actual live OS** (`claude-os.imerlino.com`). The Hetzner `~/merlino-os` clone is the separate **themed-variant** track (Avalon/Matrix/Anonymous). If by "team on Hetzner" you meant build WS2/3/4 into the Hetzner themed clone instead of the Mac base, say so and I'll redirect, but I read "update this actual OS" as the Mac base.
I'll come back when the screenshots are ready and as each workstream lands.

Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\resume
# /resume — Pick Up Where We Left Off
When invoked, restore full project context from a previous `/pause` and continue work.
## Process
### 1. Find Handoff File
Check these locations in order:
1. `.planning/.continue-here.md` (current directory)
2. `.continue-here.md` (project root)
3. `HANDOFF.json` (legacy format)
If none found, say so and ask Mike what we're working on.
### 2. Load Context
Read the handoff file completely. Also read:
- `CLAUDE.md` (project instructions)
- `.planning/STATE.md` (if exists)
- Project memory files (MEMORY.md in the project memory directory)
### 3. Check Current State
```bash
# What's changed since pause?
git log --oneline -5
git status --short
```
Compare against what the handoff file says. Flag any divergence (someone else may have worked on this).
### 4. Check Running Processes
If the handoff mentions dev servers or tunnels, verify they're still running:
```bash
# Check if ports are still active
curl -s -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code}" http://localhost:{port} 2>/dev/null || echo "not running"
```
### 5. Present Status
```
RESUMING: {project name}
Paused: {timestamp from handoff}
Objective: {what we were doing}
Done: {X items completed}
Remaining: {Y items left}
First action: {exact next step}
```
### 6. Start Working
Don't ask "should I continue?" — just pick up the first action from the "Resume With" section and do it. Mike said resume, so resume.
## Rules
- Read the FULL handoff file before doing anything
- Don't re-do completed work — trust the handoff
- If the handoff mentions blockers that needed Mike's input, ask about those first
- If processes died (dev servers, tunnels), restart them before continuing work
- Delete the handoff file after successfully resuming (it's a one-shot artifact)
- If agents were mid-task when paused, re-dispatch them

[USER]
what tech was he using vs mand what does this do and how to test it
[ASSISTANT]
## What it does (plain English)
Takes a recorded Zoom/Meet/Fathom call and turns advice moments into short, on-brand clips where **only you are exposed**. For the other person: their **face is hidden** behind a branded card, their **voice is pitch-shifted** so it's unrecognizable, and their **name/company/dollar figures get bleeped** (audio + captions). You keep their words, they stay anonymous.
## Tech: his vs yours
| Layer | Florian used | Yours (clip-anonymizer) |
|---|---|---|
| Voice anonymize | ffmpeg `asetrate/aresample/atempo` pitch shift (no ML) | **same** (it's the proven core, kept) |
| Silence trim | Silero VAD (torch) | same |
| Who's talking | Zoom speaker-view name-label template match (numpy/PIL) | same |
| Transcript | OpenAI **whisper-1** | **AssemblyAI** (your standard) via new `transcribe.py`; whisper still drops in |
| Face-hide card | Pillow, **forest-green/gold** | Pillow, **Merlino navy `#061E30` / copper `#BF7E5E`** |
| Final render | self-hosted **Remotion** in Docker | same (Remotion lane kept) |
| Where it runs | his Hostinger box + hardcoded `C:\Users\flori\...` paths | **Hetzner/Mac**, paths config/env-driven |
So: same engine (ffmpeg + Silero + speaker-view + Remotion), rebranded to Merlino, transcription swapped to AssemblyAI, personal paths removed, em dashes stripped.
## How to test it
**1. Hero feature (already passed, you can re-run in ~5s).** Proves the pitch-shift + bleep with no input video needed:
```bash
cd "F:/Projects/merlino-ai/clip-anonymizer"
PATH="/c/Users/mikem/AppData/Local/Microsoft/WinGet/Packages/Gyan.FFmpeg_Microsoft.Winget.Source_8wekyb3d8bbwe/ffmpeg-8.1.1-full_build/bin:$PATH"
ffmpeg -y -f lavfi -i "color=c=navy:s=320x240:d=6" -f lavfi -i "sine=frequency=220:duration=6" -c:v libx264 -pix_fmt yuv420p -c:a aac -shortest _in.mp4 -loglevel error
python voice_anonymize.py _in.mp4 _out.mp4 --intervals 1:4 --pitch 0.82 --bleep 2.0:2.3
# play _out.mp4: seconds 1-4 are deeper, 2.0-2.3 is silent
```
**2. Real test on an actual call** (the meaningful one):
```bash
export ASSEMBLYAI_API_KEY=... # from MASTER_API_KEYS.env
python transcribe.py your-call.mp4 # -> transcript.json
python voice_anonymize.py your-call.mp4 anon.mp4 --intervals <their-speaking-spans> --pitch 0.82
```
Open `anon.mp4` and listen: your voice unchanged, theirs deepened.
**3. Full pipeline** needs 3 assets first (`assets/logo.png`, `branded_bg.png`, themed `broll/*.mp4` — see `assets/BRAND.md`) and runs remote via `pipeline/cloud_clip.ps1 <clip>`.
Want me to run test #1 again and screen-record the before/after audio so you can see/hear it, or wire `ffmpeg` onto your PATH permanently so you don't need the long prefix?

Found it. This is your actual Claude OS project.
```
F:\Dashboard\claude-os
```
VERIFICATION: CODE
```
ls confirms: package.json, src/data/live-data.json (the dream dashboard data source),
scripts/, skills/, src/, .planning/, .continue-here.md
last active: 2026-06-20 (src/ modified 13:00, vite.config.ts 12:24)
stack: bun + vite + TanStack + wrangler (Cloudflare)
git remote: none configured (local-only repo, not pushed)
```
It decoded from your chat backups (`Dashboard-claude-os` slug, sessions on 06-17, 06-18, 06-20) where the recorded cwd was `F:\Dashboard\claude-os`.
Two notes:
- It sits at `F:\Dashboard\`, outside your `F:\Projects\` one-root structure. Want me to move it under `F:\Projects\` (likely `products/`) and fix the path references?
- No git remote. Nothing is pushed to GitHub. Want me to wire a private repo?

Done.
**401 loop fixed:**
- Removed the stale `CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN` from `~/.claude/settings.json` (backup saved as `settings.json.bak-20260621`)
- JSON re-validated ✓
- Confirmed the token is NOT in your OS environment vars or any other settings file — `settings.json` was the only source
**Next step on your end:** fully restart Claude Code, then run `/login` **once**. It'll now stick to your Max session instead of getting stomped by the dead token on every launch. No more daily 401s.
**Recap of the folders:**
- Data/runtime: `C:\Users\mikem\.claude-os\`
- Repo on this box: `F:\Projects\merlino-ai\fleet\claudeclaw-os`
- The dream-dashboard web app repo isn't cloned here — give me its GitHub name and I'll pull it into `F:\Projects`.
Side note while I was in there: your `GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN`, `RESEND_API_KEY`, and `HONCHO_API_KEY` are sitting in plaintext in `settings.json`. Fine functionally, but if you ever want them moved to a non-synced location, say the word.

ok do delte it and I Should not update the motherboard right
[ASSISTANT]
Done, folder's gone.
Since you deleted the crash-check script too, just tell me **"check crashes"** anytime and I'll run it directly.
Recap of where you stand:
- **XMP off, RAM at safe 4800** ✅ (verified)
- **No BIOS flash** ✅ (correct, hold off)
- **Watch for 2-3 days.** If no crashes, you're fixed. If it crashes again, that's the signal to flash BIOS 18.03 (I'll re-grab the file and walk you through it).
One thing worth doing next time you reboot into BIOS: make sure the CPU power profile is **Intel Default**, not ASRock's unlimited preset. That's the actual voltage cap that fixes the root cause. XMP off was the easy half.

what up witht aht folder I asked you about
[ASSISTANT]
That folder is `C:\Users\mikem\Desktop\MEMTEST-OVERNIGHT`. A past session built it as a **BSOD fix kit** for your random crashes. What's inside:
- **`READ-ME-FIRST.txt`** — click-by-click fix instructions
- **`PLAN.md`** — the full diagnosis (your i9-14900KF Raptor Lake instability) and 3-step fix plan
- **`Z790-C_18.03.ROM`** — the BIOS update file, ready to flash (you haven't done this yet)
- **`Z790-C_BIOS_18.03.zip`** — backup copy of that BIOS download
- **`CHECK-FOR-CRASHES.cmd`** — double-click to see if you've crashed recently
- **`START-HWiNFO.cmd`** — launches temp/voltage monitoring
**Bottom line:** it's the kit that gave you the advice you followed (disable XMP, load defaults). The BIOS `.ROM` file in there is the next step if your crashes don't stop in the next few days.
That's the whole folder. Nothing in it is running or hurting your PC, it's just instructions + a BIOS file sitting there.

Confirmed your changes took effect. Here's where you actually stand.
## The folder slowness has nothing to do with your PC
When you "clicked Claude," what was slow is **Claude Code's session startup** (it fires a bunch of memory/hook lookups every launch: Supermemory, Honcho, Pieces, Zep). That's a software thing on my end, not a hardware symptom. Don't read your computer's health into it.
## What that folder is
A prior session's BSOD diagnosis + fix kit. Root cause it pinned: your **i9-14900KF Raptor Lake "Vmin Shift" instability** (the known Intel 13th/14th-gen defect, 5-year extended warranty). The plan was 3 stages, lowest-risk first:
- **Step A:** disable XMP + set Intel Default power profile in BIOS ← you're here
- **Step B:** flash BIOS 18.03 (newer microcode 0x12F) if A doesn't hold
- **Step C:** RMA the CPU if it still crashes at safe settings
## Did your change work? Too early to tell, but it's applied correctly
- **XMP/EXPO is confirmed OFF.** RAM dropped 6400 → **4800 MHz** (verified live). That removes the memory-overclock as a variable. Good.
- **Crash history: 7 BSODs in 14 days**, newest **6/19 7:25 PM**. That was *before* your BIOS change. Your last boot was today **6/20 6:52 PM**.
- So: **zero crashes since the change, but only ~2 hours of uptime.** That's meaningless yet. You crashed at light load, sometimes days apart. You need **2-3 clean days** before "fixed" means anything.
- Thermal throttle events (27) and hard power-offs in that 14-day window are also all pre-change.
## One thing to double-check (important)
You said you "loaded default settings." On ASRock, **"Load Optimized Defaults" is NOT the same as the Intel Default power profile.** ASRock's defaults can still let the CPU pull aggressive voltage, which is the *actual* root cause here (XMP was secondary).
Next time you're in BIOS (F2/DEL at the ASRock logo → F6 Advanced):
- **OC Tweaker → load the "Intel Default Settings" / "Intel Performance" CPU power preset** (not the ASRock unlimited one). This is the voltage cap that addresses the degradation.
- **Advanced → CPU Configuration → CEP = Enabled/Auto.**
XMP being off is the easy half. The Intel power profile is the half that fixes the cause.
## What to do now
1. **Just use it normally for 2-3 days.** Don't flash anything yet, you're correct to hold.
2. Re-run the check anytime: double-click `CHECK-FOR-CRASHES.cmd` in that folder, or tell me "check crashes" and I'll run it.
3. **If it crashes again** at these safe settings → that's your signal to do Step B (flash 18.03). I can walk you through it.
4. If it still crashes after the flash → it's a degraded CPU, RMA under the 5-year warranty.
Want me to verify the Intel power profile is actually applied, or just leave it and check back in a couple days?

Here are your **20 Merlino AI concepts** (full grid above), all in your navy + copper. Numbered left-to-right, top-to-bottom:
**Row 1:** 01 M-Mountain (refined current mark) · 02 Sacred Geometry M · 03 Neural Network M · 04 Negative-Space M
**Row 2:** 05 Circuit M · 06 Serif Wordmark · 07 Modern Sans Wordmark · 08 Heraldic Crest
**Row 3:** 09 Infinity M · 10 Interlocked M+A · 11 Gradient Sphere M · 12 Stacked Wordmark
**Row 4:** 13 Diamond Mark · 14 Calligraphic M · 15 Hexagon Tech M · 16 Mountain-Range Wordmark
**Row 5:** 17 Abstract Node M · 18 Golden-Ratio M · 19 Circular Stamp Seal · 20 AI Chip M
Individual files are in `F:/Dashboard/claude-os/.logo-options/` (`merlino-ai-01.png` ... `-20.png`).
Given your vibe (premium + futuristic + a bit mystical), the ones I'd flag: **02** (sacred geometry), **03** (neural M, reads "AI"), **01** (closest to your existing brand), **11** (gradient sphere), **20** (AI chip). But it's your eye.
**Tell me the numbers you like** and I'll develop those into refined, high-res finals (and we can mix elements, e.g. M-mountain + neural nodes).
Still open: want me to set up the **launchd keepalive** on the Mac so the dashboard/tunnel stop dropping? That's the fix for the repeated outages.

Here's your real NVSP verdict, straight from the live run (`~/builds/skill-test-run/scores.json` on Hetzner):
```
189 skills run live against northvalleysolarpower.com | avg 7.98/10
9/10: 60 8/10: 91 7/10: 15 6/10: 7 5/10: 1 4/10: 2 3/10: 2 1/10: 2
```
VERIFICATION: API (parsed from Hetzner scores.json)
## What worked (151 skills scored 8+)
Your **SEO skills are gold.** The entire top tier (9/10) is SEO: paa-section-builder, article-outranker, geo-location-page, gmb-optimizer, gmb-secret-sauce, schema-stack, entity-seo, topical-authority-gap, programmatic-seo, keyword-researcher, article-elevation, content-gap-analysis, dataforseo-serp/gmb. This is your money engine and it's proven.
## What didn't (only 6 real misses + 2 broken)
- **2 produced nothing (1/10):** `geogrid-reporting-sop`, `excalidraw-diagrams` (empty output, likely harness error, not the skill).
- **The weak ones are almost all DESIGN skills, and the cause is the same: truncated HTML output** (token cap, not broken logic): `impeccable` (4), `baoyu-diagram` (5), `higgsfield-marketplace-cards`, `baoyu-infographic`, `whiteboard-explainer`, `visual-explainer-7styles`, `banner-design` (all 6). Their design choices graded strong, the output just got cut off.
- `geo-service-page` (3) and `local-seo-site-builder` (4) underdelivered on the actual page build.
## The takeaway so you stop looping
You now have three numbers and they finally make sense:
- **961** = every unique skill you own → now in one place: `C:\Users\mikem\MerlinoSkills`
- **189** = skills actually battle-tested on a real client (avg 7.98, 151 hit 8+)
- **180** = skills you trigger interactively (your lean runtime)
The honest signal: **your SEO library is excellent and proven, your design skills mostly work but choke on output length.** The fix for the design misses is raising output limits, not deleting them. The only true dead weight from the live test is the 2 empty ones.
Dashboard data is at `~/builds/skill-test-run/dashboard-data.json` (feeds your gallery at https://skills.merlinoai.com).
Want me to re-run just those 8 design skills with a higher output cap to confirm they're truncation, not broken?

**What changed vs the shallow first version:**
Section 0 (new): Where the dashboard lives, both localhost and Tailscale URLs, the Electron app, and the full sidebar route list. Includes the real kanban screenshot.
Section 1: Task lifecycle now covers ALL 9 states (triage through archived), HTTP 409/400 server enforcement details, and why tasks sit in todo.
Section 2 (new, the one Mike wanted): Every control inside a task rendered as 16 tinted cards. Title, body, status dropdown, assignee, priority, block reason, parent/child links, comments thread, events/run history, latest summary, result, attachments, home-channel notify toggles, recovery controls, specify, delete. All 16 documented with the action behind each one.
Section 3 (new): Chat tab correctly explained as an xterm.js/websocket PTY terminal chatting with the gateway agent, not per-task chat.
Section 4 (new): Assignment is by agent profile, all 16 active profiles listed, how assignee-empty vs set affects dispatch.
Section 5: Config settings rebuilt as a proper table with all 11 fields, current values, and the verification statement from the 91-second live proof run.
Section 6: Board toolbar with the reset errors, archive, nudge, and filter controls explained. Uses the real board screenshot.
Section 7: 6-step recipe with numbered circles.
VERIFICATION: CODE (the page is SSO-gated; the screenshot is from the local production build at localhost:3099, which is identical to the deployed output since it is a fully static Next.js export).</result>

Then, create files like `prime.md`, `spec.me`, `plan.md`, `project.md`, `claude.md`, and `resume.md` for this folder. We're going to go so I could clear context which is way filled and then Start over so you can build me a real fucking dashboard.
[ASSISTANT]
Done. Everything is staged for a clean restart. No build this turn, just the plan and the handoff you asked for.
**Set up (verified):**
- Project folder (the existing one, not a duplicate): `F:\Projects\merlino-ai\tools\5star-gmb-attribution`
- Desktop shortcut created: **`5 Star GMB Dashboard.lnk`** (opens that folder)
- 6 scaffolding files written + pushed to the private repo (commit `895d962`): `prime.md`, `project.md`, `spec.md`, `plan.md`, `CLAUDE.md`, `resume.md`
**The plan (what the fresh session builds):**
1. Pick the premium base layout (kit page, with screenshots) and confirm Supabase.
2. **Free Supabase DB** with all 1166 bookings (every column) + the CallRail calls + the attribution join. App reads from Supabase, not static JSON.
3. **5 real pages** in the sidebar: Overview, GMB Listings, All Jobs (the data room), Companies, Trends.
4. **Sortable tables everywhere + tabs** on the Jobs page (All / GMB / Other / Unmatched / Last 2yr), global Year/Month/Company filters.
5. Built on ShadCN UI Kit PRO (your registry key) + Aceternity accents, private deploy, verified on the live URL.
The scaffolding captures every fact, key, path, and gotcha (the assetPrefix bug, the alias re-add, deploy verification, real-data-only rule) so the next session does not re-discover or repeat the churn.
**You can clear context now.** When you come back, open the desktop shortcut, then tell me: **"read prime.md and start"** (or just `/resume`). It will load the plan and begin at Phase 0.
One thing to decide when you return (it is in resume.md): a brand-new free Supabase project for this data (my recommendation) versus reusing an existing one.

One thing you should know: your project-organizer moved this project mid-session to `F:/Projects/merlino-ai/tools/5star-gmb-attribution` (one-folder-per-project reorg). I found it, moved my new files into it, and everything above is built and deployed from the correct location. Nothing lost.
If the Hotel layout is the one, say so and I will leave it. If you want a different one of your kit pages, name it and I will swap it the same way.

## HERMES MAC DASHBOARD UI - COMPLETE FACTUAL INVENTORY
**Verified against: Hermes v0.17.0, Mac Studio, 2026-06-20. Active gateway: mac-main (PID 84087). Active board: mike-ecosystem.**
---
### SECTION 1: FIND THE DASHBOARD
**Two surfaces exist:**
**Surface A: Web dashboard (primary)**
- URL: `http://localhost:9119` (or `http://localhost:9119/kanban` direct to board)
- Tailscale: `http://michaels-mac-studio.tail9fd706.ts.net:9119/kanban`
- Source: `/Users/merlino/.hermes/hermes-agent/web/src/` (React/Vite app)
- Auth: session token injected into every HTML page as `window.__HERMES_SESSION_TOKEN__`. Dashboard frontend reads it and sends as `Authorization: Bearer <tok>` on all API calls. No login form - token is good for the session.
- How Mike opens it: via browser; no CLI invocation needed when gateway is running. Gateway starts on Mac via LaunchAgent `ai.hermes.gateway-mac-main`.
**Surface B: Electron app**
- `/Applications/Hermes.app` - ships the same web UI in a Chromium Electron renderer
- Source is in the `.asar` bundle (binary, not editable source)
- Mike can open this for a native-feel window without needing a browser
**Left sidebar navigation (all routes):**
Chat / Sessions / Files / Models / Logs / Cron / Skills / Plugins / MCP / Channels / Webhooks / Pairing / Profiles / Config / Keys / System / Documentation / (plugin tabs:) Kanban / Achievements
**Screenshot: `C:\Users\mikem\Desktop\hermes-kanban-loaded.png`** - board with triage/todo/scheduled/ready columns visible, toolbar buttons, task cards.
---
### SECTION 2: TASK DETAIL PANEL - EVERY CONTROL
When Mike clicks a task card on the kanban board, a task detail panel opens. All controls map directly to `PATCH /api/plugins/kanban/tasks/{task_id}` or specialized endpoints.
Verified from `/Users/merlino/.hermes/hermes-agent/plugins/kanban/dashboard/plugin_api.py` + live task `t_f76dc1a7` detail.
**TITLE** - editable text field. PATCH `{title: "..."}`. Always present.
**BODY / DESCRIPTION** - rich text (markdown rendered when `dashboard.kanban.render_markdown=true`). PATCH `{body: "..."}`.
**STATUS** - dropdown. Values: triage, todo, scheduled, ready, running, blocked, review, done. PATCH `{status: "..."}`. Transition rules enforced server-side:
- Setting "running" returns HTTP 400 (dispatcher-only, cannot be set manually)
- Setting "ready" returns 409 if any parent task is not done (server enforces parent completion)
- Setting "blocked" calls `block_task(reason=...)` which writes the block reason and fires a notify
- Setting "done" calls `complete_task()`
- Setting "archived" calls `archive_task()`
**ASSIGNEE** - dropdown, lists all profiles with a registered gateway on the board. Live values from `GET /board` `assignees` field. Current live assignees: `carlos, cody, dan, frankie, hawkeye, knox, linx, mac-main, matteo-jr, memz, merlin, oliver, petey, queen, raven, sherlock`. PATCH `{assignee: "<profile_name>"}`. Can also set via `POST /tasks/{task_id}/reassign` (with optional `reclaim_first: true` to kill an in-flight run).
**PRIORITY** - numeric field (0-10 scale). PATCH `{priority: N}`. Dispatcher picks highest-priority ready task per tick.
**BLOCK REASON** - text field that appears when status = blocked. PATCH `{block_reason: "..."}`. Also surfaced in `block_task()` which notifies home chan
[ASSISTANT]
Rebuild is running. This version actually covers what you called out:
- **Click into a task = every option:** status (with the real rules), assign agent, priority, parent/child deps, the comments thread (the real per-task chat), run history/events, latest summary, attachments, home-channel notify toggles, and the recovery controls (reclaim / reassign / terminate run) plus Specify and delete.
- **The Chat tab:** what it actually is (a full embedded Hermes terminal talking to your mac-main agent), and why per-task talk lives in a task's comments instead.
- **Assigning agents:** it's by agent profile (carlos, dan, cody, oliver, etc., 16 active), and how that changes who claims the task.
- **Orchestration settings:** the real Config to Kanban screen, all 11 fields with what each does and current value, plus the verdict: it's already set up right and matches your fleet (the 91s proof run confirmed it). Built around your actual screenshot.
- **Auto vs manual + the toolbar:** the dispatch toggle, Nudge, Reset Errors, filters, swimlanes.
- **A plain recipe** to get any task to actually run.
Real dashboard screenshots embedded, not just hand-drawn art. Deploys private, and I'll paste the 404/401 proof when it's back.
I'll report with the URL and proof once it finishes.

<result>All verified. Both edited modules transform cleanly through vite (athena-kenburns present 3x, `function bust` present 1x), page returns 200, no errors in the log.
Final spot-check confirmation of the busted asset URL actually carrying `?v3` would require a browser DOM render, but the code path is confirmed (`bust()` defined and applied at all 6 persona sites, transform clean). All three tasks complete. STOP.
---
## Report
All 3 Hermes-tab tasks done, pushed to Mac, verified live (HTTP 200, clean vite build).
**Model + Context7 note:** Checked Context7 (`/websites/fal_ai_models`) before generating. Confirmed `fal-ai/nano-banana-pro` is current (supports `aspect_ratio` incl. `21:9`, `resolution: "4K"`) and used it for both stills. For video used `fal-ai/kling-video/v2/master/image-to-video` exactly as Mike's media-routing rule names it (newer v2.1/o3 variants exist in docs, but I used the specified one per the no-override rule).
**TASK 1 - Banner:** Regenerated `src/assets/hermes-art/00-banner-wide.png` via nano-banana-pro at 21:9 / 4K. A vast Greek empire from afar: acropolis on a hill, white-marble temples and colonnades, golden domes, harbor with triremes, blue mountains and turquoise Aegean beyond, golden-hour sky. Downscaled 4K original (21MB) to 2560px (4.1MB) for web; still crisp in the 19:5 letterbox. No text. Spot-checked: clear, vivid, luxurious, passes the fleet bar.
**TASK 2 - Athena hero + animation path: CSS (not video).** Generated a new luxurious Athena-strategist still (gold armor, blue/purple robe, spear, before the temple over a golden empire at sunset) via nano-banana-pro at 4:5/4K, converted to `mission-athena.webp` via Pillow. Spot-checked: matches fleet quality, no text.
- **Image-to-video FELL BACK to CSS Ken Burns.** Kling i2v ran twice; both completed-with-error `file_download_error` (Kling's worker could not fetch the nano-banana fal.media source URL, inference_time ~3.7s = it never rendered). Per Mike's "after 2 tries, fall back" instruction, I swapped the Hermes `<video>` for `<img src={athenaImg}>` with a 16s ease-in-out slow-zoom (`athena-kenburns`, `prefers-reduced-motion` honored). **The grayscale -> color-on-view hover/drain logic (`colorActive`) is preserved.** Removed the now-unused `athenaLoop` import; the Claude-page video branch is untouched. (Old unreferenced `mission-athena-v2.mp4` left in place; no-delete rule.)
**TASK 3 - Cache-bust:** Added `const AVATAR_V = "v3"` plus a `bust(src)` helper (skips `data:` URLs) in `agents.hermes.tsx`, applied to all 6 persona avatar render sites (sidebar `avatarForSessionId`/`avatarForProfile`, image picker, PersonaCard, ProfileEditor, ManuscriptPage, profiles grid). The operator's localStorage-uploaded avatar is intentionally NOT busted (would corrupt data URLs). Confirmed `function bust` transforms clean via vite.
**Ship/restart/verify output:**
- Push: `PUSH_OK`
- Restart: `RESTARTED` (tmux `claude-os`, vite v7.3.3 ready in 746ms)
- `curl http://127.0.0.1:8081/agents/hermes` -> `200`
- vite log: no errors (only a node deprecation warning, unrelated)
- Edited modules transform clean: `athena-kenburns` x3, `function bust` x1
Note: I could not do a live browser DOM render of the `?v3` query from this environment, so verification of the avatar query string is at the code/transform level (CODE verification), not VISUAL. The image spot-check

aBro, this is garbage. So, use a different template. How about that?
Use one of... I have a bunch of templates, so go into my folder and prove to me you know what the fuck I'm talking about. And show me what other templates we could use.
And listen, don't send me to no bullshit URL of mine. You fucking take the time, you bitch-ass nigga.
Find what fucking template it is, go find a demo URL on the internet and send me a full clickable URL that I can click on, you fucking bitch.
[ASSISTANT]
Went into `F:/Projects/templates/templates/admin-dashboards`. Here is your actual dashboard template library (21 templates):
**React / Next.js (best fit, current stack):**
- shadcn-ui-dashboard (ShadCN UI Kit, what we are on now)
- wowdash-tailwind-nextjs (WowDash)
- jampack-nextjs-saas (Jampack)
- ai-powered-content-generator-nextjs (Aixus)
- intellectai-dashboard, restaurant-react-dashboard (Koki), jampack-react-bootstrap
**Bootstrap / HTML:** maxton, minia, duralux-crm, alpino, iconic, onedash, wowdash-tailwind-bootstrap, admin-flowdash, fitness (Gymove)
**Laravel:** nobleui, lahomes • **Flutter:** rasket
Now the live demos I verified are actually up right now (clicked each, all return HTTP 200), so you can see the look and pick:
1. **ShadCN UI Kit** (current): https://dashboard.shadcnuikit.com/dashboard/sales
2. **WowDash**: https://wowdash.wowtheme7.com/
3. **Maxton**: https://codervent.com/maxton/index.html
4. **Minia**: https://themesbrand.com/minia/layouts/index.html
5. **NobleUI**: https://www.nobleui.com/html/template/index.html
I could not find a working public demo for Duralux CRM or Jampack (their codervent/coderthemes paths 404), so I left them off rather than send you a dead link.
Tell me which one you want and I will rebuild the GMB dashboard on that template. Note: WowDash is the only other Next.js one with a verified live demo, so it ports cleanest; Maxton/Minia/NobleUI are gorgeous but Bootstrap/Laravel, so I would rebuild the look in our Next stack rather than run their code directly.
Which one?

I dont understand what you mean
[ASSISTANT]
My bad, I got too technical. Plain English:
**What you asked me to do:**
1. Find every skill on all your drives (C, D, E, F).
2. Copy them all into ONE folder on your C drive.
3. Tell you which skills are good and which are junk.
4. Then you go delete the scattered copies.
**Where I'm at right now:**
- I started a search across all 4 drives to find every skill folder.
- That search is **still running** because your D and E drives have a TON of folders to dig through. It's slow but it's working.
- I can't copy anything to C yet, because I need the full list first.
**What's done:**
- I already pulled the quality scores: out of 754 skills, 529 are good ("keep"), 67 are weak, 9 are junk to kill.
**What I'm waiting on:**
- The drive search to finish. The moment it does, I copy everything into one folder on C and give you the list of old folders you can safely delete.
That's it. Nothing for you to do but wait for the search. Want me to just focus the search on your E drive first so you can unplug it sooner?

Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\sync
# /sync Skill
Single entry point for all ecosystem sync operations. Runs on **git + ssh** (not PowerShell), so it works even when the Windows box has wedged PowerShell.
## Trigger
Fires when the user types any of:
- `/sync`
- `/sync --dry`
- `/sync --skills`
- `/sync --vault`
- `/sync --docs`
- `/sync --status`
## What Claude Should Do
Run the bash engine `scripts/eco-sync.sh` with the matching mode using the **Bash tool**, show the output, and report any FAIL rows.
### Flag to Mode mapping
| User input | Mode arg | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `/sync` | `full` | Mirror skills, commit+push all source repos to GitHub, pull-sync every remote |
| `/sync --dry` | `dry` | Show what would change (git status + host reachability), touch nothing |
| `/sync --skills` | `skills` | Mirror + commit+push skills/agents/rules, pull-sync remotes |
| `/sync --vault` | `vault` | Commit+push agent-memory-vault, pull-sync remotes |
| `/sync --docs` | `docs` | Commit+push llm-wiki, pull-sync remotes |
| `/sync --status` | `status` | Local git status + runtime counts only, no ssh, no push |
## How to Invoke
```bash
bash "D:/ClaudeDev/00_GITHUB/merlino-skills/sync/scripts/eco-sync.sh" full
```
Replace `full` with the mode from the table above. Use a Bash-tool timeout of 300000 (5 min) for `full`/`skills`/`vault`/`docs` since they SSH to five hosts; `dry`/`status` finish in seconds.
## How it works
1. **Save (durable):** commits and pushes the three source repos to the GitHub hub:
- `ecosystem-ops` (`D:/Ecosystem/ops`) - agents, rules, and the distributed skills tree
- `merlino-skills` (`D:/ClaudeDev/00_GITHUB/merlino-skills`) - canonical skills (mirrored into ecosystem-ops first so new skills propagate)
- `agent-memory-vault` (`C:/Users/mikem/ObsidianVaults/AgentMemory`)
- Non-fast-forward pushes auto-rebase and retry. Secrets are protected by each repo's `.gitignore` (`*.env`, `*.json` state).
2. **Sync (fan-out):** each reachable host (`hetzner`, `mac`, `vps1`, `vps2`, `vps3`) pulls both repos from GitHub and copies agents/rules/skills/reference into `~/.claude`, `~/.codex`, and the active `~/.hermes` profile. Pull auth for the private repos uses `GITHUB_PAT_LEGACY` from the secrets file as a per-command `http.extraHeader` (never written into any repo).
## Expected Output
Each host prints a block ending in `SYNC_OK` plus agent/skill counts. `[SKIP]` = host unreachable. `[FAIL]` = transfer or push failed. The run ends with `[done] /sync <mode> complete.`
## Notes
- No PowerShell anywhere. The legacy `scripts/run-sync.ps1` is kept only as a fallback and is not used by this skill.
- The Windows remotes (`server`, `hp-big`, `hp-small`) are intentionally not pushed to here; they pull from the GitHub hub on their own schedule.
- No em dashes are used in any output from this skill.
[ASSISTANT]
`/sync full` , all 5 hosts **SYNC_OK** (hetzner, mac, vps1, vps2, vps3).
I had to fix one reorg casualty first: `/sync` pushes the canonical `merlino-skills` repo, whose hardcoded path (`D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\merlino-skills`) the reorg had emptied. I:
- Put the **canonical** copy (newer, 2026-06-19, 12,616 files) at its F: home `F:\Projects\skills\merlino-skills` (the copy already sitting there was a stale 06-10 version, set aside).
- Repointed `SKILLS_SRC` to F: in all 3 engine copies (and cleaned a `-dup1` the earlier rewrite had injected).
- Ran the sync , clean.
```
hetzner agents=31 skills=689 SYNC_OK
mac agents=31 skills=640 SYNC_OK
vps1 agents=31 skills=685 SYNC_OK
vps2 agents=31 skills=680 SYNC_OK
vps3 agents=31 skills=680 SYNC_OK
[done] /sync full complete.
```
VERIFICATION: FULL. Fleet is synced off the new F: locations.
One tiny leftover: the stale skills copy is parked at `F:\Projects\skills\_merlino-skills-STALE-fcopy-20260620`, delete it whenever (it's superseded). Everything else is done , reorg complete, vaults on F:, sync green.

Hey, this updoi- this shit only shows a basic, basic shit. What about when I click into the task, all those options, being able to chat with it, assign people, you totally skipped over the orchestration settings, how it should be set up, like, come on, man.
[ASSISTANT]
Quick note while the real fix runs: the privacy lock came back verified.
```
hermes-board-explainer.vercel.app -> 404 (public alias removed)
deploy URLs -> 401 (SSO-gated)
```
(I'll re-lock after the rebuild, since redeploying can re-create an alias.)
Now the actual work: Matteo is in the live dashboard inventorying every control you asked about, click-into-task options, the chat, assign people/agents, and the orchestration settings screen plus how it SHOULD be set up for your system. Once he's back with the real UI and screenshots, I rebuild the explainer around that, not a watered-down version.
I'll report when he's done. This time it covers the parts that matter.

Obsidian wasn't running (nothing to close). Done:
- **The VAULT** D: original archived. ✓
- **`D:\Ecosystem\vaults`** (165GB) , still held by a background handle (not Obsidian; some indexer/daemon), so it stays on D: as a backup. Harmless: the F: copy (73 dirs) is live and `obsidian.json` points to F:. It'll free on reboot, then it's deletable.
Net: **everything's on F:.** All 13 Obsidian vaults under `F:\Projects\vaults\`, config repointed 13/13, the whole project tree organized by company, nothing lost. The only thing physically still on D: is that one locked 165GB backup copy.
VERIFICATION: FULL. You're set , reboot when convenient to release that last D: folder, and tell me when you want `/sync` repointed to the F: vault paths.

```
**This whole session, net result:**
- ~1,100 repos across 5 scattered roots → ONE root, organized by **company → project → work inside**.
- No more `tools` vs `products` split, no `sandbox` junk drawer.
- **All 13 Obsidian vaults moved to F:** and `obsidian.json` re-pointed 13/13. brain-ingest needs no code change (it takes `--vault <path>`); just point it at the F: paths.
- Nothing deleted , every original parked in `D:\_CONSOLIDATED-ARCHIVE`. Move-logs for undo.
- The law + Rust sweeper in `F:\Projects\CLAUDE.md` so it stays clean.
**Honest loose ends:**
1. **Close Obsidian once** so the config edits stick; if a vault shows missing, re-open it from `F:\Projects\vaults\`.
2. The 165GB `D:\Ecosystem\vaults` original + `D:\ClaudeDev\The VAULT` original are **locked** (a process holds them), so they stayed on D: as backups , clear them when the lock frees (reboot).
3. **`/sync`**: your vaults left `D:\Ecosystem`, so the old sync won't carry them. Since everything's on F: now, the sync config needs updating to F: (that's the "we'll update it anyway" you mentioned , say the word and I'll repoint `/sync` + re-enable Obsidian Sync on the F: paths).
That's the cleanup done end to end. Want me to repoint `/sync` to the F: locations next?
REGENERATED (37): gino, picasso, sherlock, spielberg, scribe, shakespeare, frankie, freddy, ghost, hawkeye, impy, keymaker, memz, merlin, petey, vox, willie (named/new-direction) + architect, automa, ava, carlos, cody, dan, einstein, knox, linx, matteo-jr, oliver, tommy (established-subject) + alchemist, athena, labyrinth, mapmaker, mercury, oracle, orpheus, philosopher, scribe (9 stock).
KEPT UNTOUCHED: raven, queen, schemabrain (verified by earlier mtime).
MODEL: FAL Nano Banana Pro `fal-ai/nano-banana-pro` via `https://fal.run/fal-ai/nano-banana-pro`. Context7 confirmed it as the current Google text-to-image model on FAL (`/websites/fal_ai_models`, source `fal.ai/models/fal-ai/nano-banana-pro/api`), params: prompt, aspect_ratio 1:1, resolution 2K, output_format png. NO teal wash, NO chromatic aberration, NO vintage filter applied. Only post-step is a safety crop (top 2% + bottom 12%, then re-square). The old `apply_chromatic_aberration` teal-overlay function from the prior run was discarded; the new script `regen_fleet_lux.py` leaves images clean.
MAP STATE: PERSONA_AVATAR_BY_ID has all 40 fleet ids pointing to `@/assets/hermes-art/fleet/<id>.png` (grep count: 40 fleet-backed). Only `messenger` stays on pantheon01 (base Hermes persona, not one of the 40). Added 9 stock fleet imports; pantheon02-10 imports left intact since they are still used by the decorative chat backgrounds and the persona catalog (no broken/unused imports). Hero, cloud animation, and Greek skin untouched.
PUSH/RESTART/HTTP:
- PUSH_OK (tar over ssh to mac:~/claude-os)
- RESTART_OK (tmux session claude-os, bunx vite dev :8081)
- HTTP: `http://127.0.0.1:8081/agents/hermes` = 200; route module transform = 200; vite log clean (no build errors, "ready in 806 ms").
SPOT-CHECK (4):
- gino: opulent treasurer at a marble-and-gold table, branching gold-coin channels, kingdom money map, ledgers. Clear, vivid, no text.
- picasso: laureled Greek master painting a Mona-Lisa-style portrait on his easel, jeweled robes, marble studio. On-direction, no text.
- sherlock: investigator with scrolls/books/magnifiers/lamplight in a grand library, no warrior, no lion. Sharp and rich, no text.
- spielberg: orator before a grand amphitheater with comedy/tragedy masks and tiered marble seats. Theatrical, vivid, no text.
All four are clear, crisp, saturated, luxurious, with zero text and zero faded/teal wash. Matches raven/queen/schemabrain clarity.
VERIFICATION: VISUAL (4 source images inspected; deployed route returns 200). Stopping here, no loop.</result>
