PAA Content System: Research to Blog Post
Complete PAA-to-content pipeline: prioritization matrix, question clustering strategy, blog post structure optimized for featured snippets, and multi-channel distribution.
Agent trigger phrases: paa content, people also ask, featured snippet content, write content from paa, paa blog post, question-based content.
"PAAs are Google literally telling you what to write about. It's like having the test answers before the exam. Use them!" — Michael Merlino
PAA Prioritization Matrix
Score each question based on Search volume, Competition KD, Commercial intent, and Local relevance. Target score 8+ first.
Question Clustering
Don't write separate posts for related PAAs — cluster them into one comprehensive piece. Example: Main PAA "How much does roof repair cost?" clustered with supporting PAAs like "What factors affect roof repair cost?" and "Is it worth repairing an old roof?" to outrank thin posts.
PAA Blog Post Structure
H1: [Main PAA Question as Title]
Introduction: 150-200 words
Response Formulas by Question Type:
- Worth/Value Questions: [Product] lasts X-Y years, requires [benefit], and offers [benefit].
- Cost Questions: The average cost of [product] in [location] ranges from $X to $Y.
- VS/Difference Questions: The main difference between [X] and [Y] is [primary distinction].
- Disadvantage Questions: The main disadvantage of [product] is [specific problem].
AI Stop Words — Banned from Snippets:
Moreover, Furthermore, Thus, Hence, Based on, According to research, In conclusion, It's important to note, Additionally, Nevertheless, Therefore, Consequently, As a result, In fact, Indeed, Notably.

Article Pipeline: 4-Step Research-First Workflow — Content SOP
STEP 1: SERP Analysis (MANDATORY)
Before writing, analyze top 5-10 results for format, word count, H2/H3 structure, and content gaps. Identify featured snippet formats and competitor E-E-A-T signals.
STEP 2: Social Research (MANDATORY)
Mine Reddit and YouTube for real user language, complaints, and unmet needs. Extract recurring questions and specific phrases to incorporate into the article.
STEP 3: Article Planning
Create a section-by-section strategy. Map unique insights from social research and SERP gaps to specific H2s, content types, and meta elements.
STEP 4: Section-by-Section Writing
Write one section at a time. Apply the E-E-A-T checklist: intent alignment, direct answers, data precision, citation density, experience markers, expertise signals, authority anchors, and trust elements.
Article Pipeline Overview:
- Prevents generic AI content by mandating research before drafting.
- Focuses on competitor gap analysis and customer voice.
- Includes title formulas and meta description best practices.

Both engines share the same UI: open Settings > Local Models to configure each.
Engine 1 — sd.cpp (bundled)
- Runs on the same machine as the app. Metal GPU on Apple Silicon, CUDA/Vulkan/ROCm on Linux/Windows.
Engine 2 — HTTP client to a user-run server.
- The server runs Python + PyTorch on a CUDA/ROCm GPU; the desktop app only sends prompts and receives results.
Model Comparison:
- Z-Image Turbo: Diffusion, 1.5 GB, 8-step turbo, heavy on memory.
- Z-Image Base: Transformer, 2.1 GB, 50-step high-quality, heavy on memory.
- Dreamshaper 8: Diffusion, 2.1 GB, 20-step versatile, lightest tested option on Mac.
- Realistic Vision v5.1: Transformer, 2.1 GB, 25-step photorealistic.
- Anything v5: SDXL, 6.9 GB, 20-step anime/illustration.
- SDXL Base 1.0: SDXL, 30-step high-res.
Z-Image models require two shared auxiliary files: Qwen3-4B Text Encoder (2.4 GB) and FLUX VAE (335 MB).
How to use:
1. Open Settings > Local Models in the desktop app.
2. Install the sd.cpp inference engine (one click auto-downloaded).

LLM Wiki
A pattern for building personal knowledge bases using LLMs.
This is an idea file, designed to be copy-pasted to your own LLM Agent (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode/Pi, etc.). Its goal is to communicate the high-level idea, but your agent will build out the specifics in collaboration with you.
The core idea:
Most people's experience with LLMs and documents looks like RAG: you upload a collection of files, the LLM retrieves relevant chunks at query time, and generates an answer. This works, but the LLM is rediscovering knowledge from scratch on every question. There's no accumulation. Ask a subtle question that requires synthesizing five documents, and the LLM has to find and piece together the relevant fragments every time. Nothing is built up. NotebookLM, ChatGPT file uploads, and most RAG systems work this way.
The idea here is different. Instead of just retrieving from raw documents at query time, the LLM incrementally builds and maintains a persistent wiki — a structured, interlinked collection of markdown files that sits between you and the raw sources. When you add a new source, the LLM doesn't just index it for later retrieval. It reads it, extracts the key information, and integrates it into the existing wiki — updating entity pages, revising topic summaries, noting where new data contradicts old claims, strengthening or challenging the evolving synthesis. The knowledge is compiled once and then kept current, not re-derived on every query.
This is the key difference: the wiki is a persistent, compounding artifact. The cross-references are already there. The contradictions have already been flagged. The synthesis already reflects everything you've read. The wiki keeps getting richer.

Phase 3 dispatched. Carlos is conducting all 5 lanes in background.
3A — Flip ingester config to Memz Supabase + apply watermark migration
Ingest the 5 remaining collections (Tags, Persons, Websites, Hints, Events) into Memz
3B — Build Memz's cross-memory tentacles: clients into Brain, Hindsight, Honcho, Mem0 + a unified memz_query() so Memz the agent can answer across every store
3C — Frankie: source filter on memz-stlk so we finally get a real visual POWD
3E — VPSI cloud backup mining (deferred from Phase 1)
Memory hygiene done. Updated the no-timetables rule to cover hour/minute estimates too.
What I'll do when Carlos reports back:
Synthesize the lane results, show you the POWD screenshot, and tee up Phase 4 options — either SSE live-delta listener, Discord/MCP integration, or retiring memz-stlk in favor of pure Brain integration.

Master Brain = the all-knowing memory thing you described.
- Has the 3D graph + galaxy view + chat (Jarvis-style)
- Has 555K rows of every kind of memory + knowledge
- Has Ne04j entity graph
- Started March 2026
Memz (memz-stlk.vercel.app) - a smaller dashboard with overlapping features.
- Has Dashboard, Search, Timeline, Agents — same names as Brain
- Has 16K rows (mostly Pieces)
- No 3D, no Galaxy, no Chat
- Started May 2026 (same day the one-brain-project.md rule was written)
Translation: Master Brain is the bigger, fuller version of what Memz was trying to be. Your one-brain-project.md rule was right the first time.

[Command-Line Output]
Rough cost analysis for SOP ingestion:
- OpenAI API (text-embedding-3-small): $15-40 for 5 unfinished SOPs.
- Embeddings: $0.02 per SOP (practically free).
Recommendation:
1. Top up $25 Anthropic + $5 OpenAI credits.
2. OR: Re-architect ingest as an agent task (using Claude Max plan) instead of a script.
Agent Task Approach:
- Dispatch subagent to read corpus and write MDX.
- Cost: $0 in API credits (uses Max plan), but slower due to agent overhead.
- Note: Embeddings still require OpenAI ($1).
Status:
- 6 tasks (3 done, 3 open).
- Current tasks: Wire Obsidian vault, stress test environments, skill cleanup.
- Dan needs to refactor (1 hour) if choosing the agent-task route.

Aqua Voice v0.14.2
Settings:
- Microphone: Default (Mic (2- Insta360 Link 2))
- Transcription Model: Default
- Deep Context: 1.1
History:
- 6 hours ago (00:09): "What does Dan think about this? And I have a question. Let's test and see how that MCP works. Does it actually work?"
- 7 hours ago (00:17): "So I'm going to let you grab only the top skills you know that'll work, so you're not grabbing that many skills. Or grab them all and then your job is to test and go through them and self-learning, figure out which ones we actually need and how to set them up properly."
Notes:
- 0 credit cost, but Dan has to refactor (1 hour).
- 5 stalled SOPs ingest in mountain time.
