Mike Merlino — AI, Web & Marketing Systems
Visual and structural direction locked, then we tighten the wording after your review.
Q: Can the sections be swapped for real case studies?
A: Yes. The structure is ready for testimonials, logos, screenshots, booking widgets, forms, videos, and real offer packages.
READY TO TURN THIS LIVE?
BOOK MIKE. BUILD THE BACKEND. GROW THE PIPELINE.
Target URL: mike.merlinomarketing.com once approved.
Q: Can this be made even closer to VaughnLabs?
A: Yes. This version is already close in feel. The next pass can mimic specific section ordering, animations, and exact CTA rhythm even tighter.
Next steps:
1. Approve the look and section order
2. Swap in final Mike-specific copy
3. Add real links, scheduler, and contact paths
4. Deploy and point DNS to the final subdomain
5. Email Mike
This CTA block is intentionally set up so we can later connect a real scheduler, form, GHL widget, or direct-contact workflow without redoing the page structure.

Personality & SOUL.md | Hermes Agent
SOUL.md is the agent's primary identity. It occupies slot #1 in the system prompt, replacing the hardcoded default identity.
Key Behaviors:
- Hermes creates a starter SOUL.md automatically if one does not exist.
- Existing user SOUL.md files are never overwritten.
- Hermes loads SOUL.md only from HERMES_HOME (default: ~/.hermes/SOUL.md).
- If SOUL.md is empty or missing, Hermes falls back to a built-in default.
- SOUL.md content is injected verbatim after security scanning.
Personality Management:
- SOUL.md = baseline voice.
- /personality = temporary mode switch (e.g., /personality teacher, /personality creative).
Built-in Personalities:
- helpful: Friendly, general-purpose assistant.
- concise: Brief, to-the-point responses.
- technical: Detailed, accurate technical expert.
- creative: Innovative, outside-the-box thinking.
- teacher: Patient educator with clear examples.
- kawaii/catgirl: Cute/Neko-chan expressions.
- pirate: Captain Hermes, tech-savvy buccaneer.
Custom Personalities:
Define named personalities in ~/.hermes/config.yaml under agent.personalities.
Example:
agent:
personalities:
codereviewer: >
YOU are a meticulous code reviewer. Identify bugs, security issues, performance concerns, and unclear design choices.
Recommended Workflow:
1. Keep a thoughtful global SOUL.md in ~/.hermes/SOUL.md.
2. Put project instructions in AGENTS.md.
3. Use /personality only for temporary mode shifts.

THE PROBLEM
Triplet graphs don't scale
Traditional knowledge graphs store everything as subject-predicate-object triplets. Connecting and traversing those paths is slow, inefficient, and expensive at scale.

How Graph Memory Works
Automatic memory evolution, knowledge updates, and intelligent forgetting
Supermemory builds a living knowledge graph where memories connect to other memories. Unlike traditional knowledge graphs with entity-relation-entity triples, Supermemory's graph is facts built on top of other facts.
Memory Relationships
When you add content, Supermemory extracts facts and automatically connects them to existing memories through three relationship types:
Updates: Information Changes
When new information contradicts existing knowledge:
1: "Alex works at Google as a software engineer"
2: "Alex just started at Stripe as a PM"
2 UPDATES Memory 1

THE PROBLEM: Triplet graphs don't scale
Traditional knowledge graphs store everything as subject-predicate-object triplets. Connecting and traversing those paths is slow, inefficient, and expensive at scale.
Supermemory takes a fundamentally different approach. Learn how it works.
[1/5] Triplet overhead: Traditional graphs decompose every fact into subject-predicate-object triplets. A single piece of knowledge becomes dozens of nodes.
Slow at scale: Path traversal across triplets gets exponentially slower as the graph grows. Multi-hop queries that are fast at 1K nodes become unusable at scale.
Expensive to run: Sparse triplet storage means more nodes, more edges, and more compute per query. Infrastructure costs scale with graph size.
