Because in this current shell: VERCEL TOKEN is not available to Python/sh, vercel CLI is missing. The exact local artifact is ready: /root/hermes-user-content/outbound/herman-sweep/index.html. Once you give me the token or expose it to this runtime, I can deploy it.
