What's live
- 133 .md content pages across 11 sections (getting-started, concepts, memory-api, memorybench, connectors, integrations, smfs, mcp, migration, cookbook, api-reference)
- AI chat widget (bottom-right) powered by OpenAI Responses API + File Search against vector store vs_6a0606ffb32481919d1d64da764a7329 (133 files indexed, status:
completed)
- VitePress 1.6.4 with Mermaid via CDN, custom purple brand theme, local search, cleanUrls
Notes from the build
- Firecrawl alone was insufficient — Mintlify-hosted docs returned mostly JS chrome (avg 587 chars). Pivoted to https://supermemory.ai/docs/llms-full.txt (680 KB) which
had the full content (median 3,811 chars per page).
- OpenAI Node SDK fails on Vercel serverless (confirmed prior memory note). Chat API uses raw fetch against api.openai.com/v1/responses instead. Now responds in ~6s with
citations.
- All external links/images stripped, Mintlify components (<Tabs>, <Card>, <Accordion>, <ParamField>, etc.) converted to plain markdown.
VAULT: 133 files copied to E:/Merlino Vault/Resources/SOP-Sites/supermemory-sop-docs/
Chat verification
Tested two queries — both returned coherent answers with citations:
- "How do I add a memory using the TypeScript SDK?" → cited openai.md
- "What is the MemoryBench CLI for?" → cited cli.md
VERIFICATION: FULL — all routes return 200, chat API returns valid responses with sources, vault has 133/133 files matching source.

● Here's what needs to happen so the rest of your ecosystem knows about this:
1. Master Brain → merlino-sops MCP (the big one)
Ingest the 133 .md files into Master Brain under a new supermemory scope/category. Once they're in Master Brain with that tag, the existing merlino-sops MCP automatically
exposes them via list_topics/get_topic/search with no code changes — same pattern as ghl-sop, seo-sop, etc. This is the single biggest unlock — every agent that already
calls merlino-sops gets Supermemory for free.
2. Standalone MCP (optional, redundant if #1 is done)
You already have mcp__supermemory-sop__* style infra running for ghl-sop etc. — if you want a dedicated server it's a 10-min copy of the ghl-sop server pointing at the
same content folder. But your [[feedback_one-mcp-not-fourteen]] rule says don't — use the unified MCP instead.
3. Agents that should know it exists (just a one-line awareness, not a full skill):
- memz — Supermemory is now another memory backend option alongside Hindsight/Mem0/Pieces
- dan / merlin — when designing agent memory architectures, Supermemory's graph memory + Super RAG is now a real option
- gino — Supermemory has GHL-style connectors (Slack, Drive, Notion); relevant for cross-tool memory
4. Skills to update:
- The [[project_memz-integration]] cross-memory tentacle file — add Supermemory as a 6th tentacle if you want it queryable from memz_query()
- No new skill needed; the MCP query path is the right access pattern
Recommendation: Just do #1 (ingest into Master Brain with scope: supermemory) and add a one-line note to memz/dan/merlin agent descriptions. That's ~30 min of work and
everything else follows. Want me to script the Master Brain ingest now?

✻ Crunched for 26s
※ recap: Built the Supermemory SOP site at https://supermemory-sop-docs.vercel.app with 133 pages and a working RAG chat. Next action is ingesting those 133 .md files into
Master Brain under a supermemory scope so merlino-sops MCP exposes them. (disable recaps in /config)
❯ I want my agents memory SAVED that is the most important part
⎿ UserPromptSubmit says: [honcho] user-prompt ← injected conclusions (cached)
● The gap right now: subagents save NOTHING durable. Main Claude Code persists via Stop hook → file memory + Honcho + Hindsight. But when Carlos dispatches Einstein, Tommy,
Frankie, Merlin, etc., they finish their task and their insights die with the subagent. That's the bleeding wound.
What needs to happen for "agents memory SAVED" to actually work:
1. subagent-stop-memory.js hook (the missing piece)
You already have subagent-start-memory.js that injects the memory stack INTO subagents. You need the mirror: a PostToolUse Agent hook that captures the subagent's final
output and POSTs key insights to:
- Hindsight (mac:8888/memories) — durable, searchable
- Mem0 (via MCP) — semantic recall
- Memz Supabase — your unified durable index

- Hindsight (mac:8888/memories) — durable, searchable
- Mem0 (via MCP) — semantic recall
- Memz Supabase — your unified durable index
- Optionally Honcho — for conversational continuity
Without this, every subagent run is a black hole.
2. Agent definitions — add the "save before you die" instruction
Each lead (einstein, tommy, ghost, sherlock, shakespeare, merlin, frankie, dan, etc.) needs a final-output protocol in their body:
Before returning, write your key findings/decisions/regressions
to memory via the Hindsight POST endpoint OR via Memz client.
Format: { agent, task, finding, why, when }
Right now only Oliver/Carlos have memory protocols. Specialists don't.
3. Memz as the canonical write-target (one source, fan-out reads)
Your [[project_memz-integration]] already has the fan-out for reads. For writes, every agent should write to Memz Supabase as the source-of-truth,
and Memz can replicate to Hindsight/Mem0/Honcho/Brain async. One write API, five backends informed.
4. The ~/.claude/agents/<name>/MEMORY.md files — these are per-agent memory but they're not being appended to by anything automatic. Either delete
them (misleading) or wire them up.
Recommendation, ranked by ROI:
1. Build subagent-stop-memory.js — biggest unlock, ~1 hour
2. Add "save before return" line to all 15+ lead/specialist agent bodies — 30 min
3. Wire Memz as the unified write endpoint — half a day
Want me to start with #1? I can write the hook script and wire it into your settings.json PostToolUse for the Agent tool. That alone stops the
bleeding.

What's missing to call either "fully hooked":
Supermemory:
1. Wire into agent-memory.py (every add call also POSTs to Supermemory).
2. SessionStart hook: query Supermemory by container user-mike and inject top results into context.
3. Hook on memory file save: when an auto-memory.md file is written under C:\Users\mikem\.claude\projects\*\memory\, push delta to Supermemory immediately.
Byterover:
1. brv init in D:\ClaudeDev\ (or per project) creates the .brv/ context tree.

3. Decide curation strategy (manual or hook-driven).
