TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): I'm switching to Hermes. The vibe, the mission, that alone sold me. But the idea that the Hermes agent grows with you, that's gonna be better on day 30 than day one. That got me hooked. Also because I'm tired of fixing my OpenClaw agents, and I'm not the only one. This is now the fastest growing GitHub project. It just topped OpenClaw on the OpenRouter token usage. This thing's taken the world by storm. It can't be that good, can it? Is it actually worth diving into yet another tool, another harness? Let's talk about it. I've been using it for a month, and it's the only agent I felt comfortable enough with to give to my wife. She calls hers honey. It's her BFF. I'm telling you this thing is different. Let me show you the five things, the five reasons that made me switch all my stuff from OpenClaw to Hermes. Actually, here's a teaser. The vibe, the memory, the fact that it learns. Also, we're gonna build our very own IT Hogwarts themed troubleshooting wizard. Easy for me to say. It's literally magic. And also went a bit too deep, I think. I ended up talking to one of the cofounders, Jeffrey Quesnelle. So you're gonna hear from him too. Now I'm trying so hard to not use the phrase right now because I told you I would chill out on that this year. But this, it's something special, and I don't want you burning tokens on tools that will frustrate you. This one's worth your time. So get your copy ready. It's time to enter our self improvement loop. Self improvement loop. What does that mean? That's number four. It has to do with a skill system, and it's probably the best reason on this list. But hold on. Don't go there yet. You haven't installed it yet, and that's my goal with this video. You're gonna walk away with Hermes running, and it's actually pretty easy. They even have an OpenClaw migration path. How nice of them. But, hey, I get it. You might be where I was about a month ago. AI tool fatigue. Don't give me another tool. I'm full. Get it away from me. But Nous Research, the company behind Hermes, told me to try it, and I said, fine. But let me hit you with number one real quick. Look at this site. How can you not try this for the vibes alone? We're gonna install this here in a moment. Don't worry. But just sit here and appreciate t [ASSISTANT] {"tldr":["NetworkChuck switches from OpenClaw to Hermes (Nous Research) after 1 month of use, citing vibe, memory, learning ability, and skill system","Hermes is now the fastest growing GitHub project and topped OpenClaw on OpenRouter token usage","Install is one command, Python-based, runs anywhere including VPS (demo uses Hostinger KVM2)","Has an OpenClaw migration path so you can run both side by side for testing","Tutorial builds an IT-themed troubleshooting wizard agent to show off the skill system / self-improvement loop"],"tools":[{"name":"Hermes","url":"https://hermes.nousresearch.com","description":"Nous Research agent harness, Python-based, OpenClaw competitor with skill system and persistent learning memory"},{"name":"Nous Research","url":"https://nousresearch.com","description":"Open-source AI company behind Hermes agent"}],"skill_candidates":[{"slug":"hermes-vs-openclaw-eval","description":"Side-by-side eval harness for running Hermes and OpenClaw on the same VPS and benchmarking token usage, memory persistence, and skill self-improvement on identical tasks"},{"slug":"hermes-bootstrap-vps","description":"One-command Hermes install on a fresh Ubuntu VPS with SSH setup, root hardening, and first-agent persona configuration"}],"verdict":"dont-miss","verdict_reason":"Hermes is a direct competitor to OpenClaw (which Mike actively runs on his Mac) with a skill system and self-improvement loop that maps straight onto Mike's existing skill-driven Claude/OpenClaw architecture, plus an explicit migration path worth evaluating."}

Channel: Metics Media Video title: How to Upload & Host your Website on Hostinger (2026) TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): - Hey, I'm Dan, and in this tutorial, I'll show you exactly how to upload and host your website on Hostinger. I'll walk you through every single step so that you feel confident your site goes live without any issues. And I'll show you how to easily make changes to your site after you've first launched, whether you coded your site yourself, or if you've built it with the help of AI. By the end of this video, your site will be live at a real domain name that anyone, anywhere, can visit. The first thing we need to do is get you signed up for Hostinger. Right now, your website only lives locally on your computer, and it's probably a folder of HTML files, and maybe some CSS and JavaScript as well. I'll show you how to move these files onto Hostinger, so that your site will be accessible to everyone on the internet 24/7. Hostinger is great because it's very affordable. They include a free domain with your first year, and the whole setup only takes a few minutes. So to get the best deal, make sure to sign up using our exclusive partner link in the description down below. This will get you an extra 10% off any Hostinger plan. Once you click that link, you'll join me here on this page. Go ahead and click Start Now to see all the available plans. For most people uploading a website, the Premium plan has everything you need. You can host up to three websites, you get 20 GB of storage, and most importantly, it includes a free domain for the first year. You can always upgrade later if you need to. So go ahead and click Choose Plan under Premium. On the next page, you'll be asked to pick how long you want your hosting plan for. The default is 48 months, which is your chance to lock in the best rate for the longest period of time. But if you want to get started today at a more affordable price, you can shorten this period down to 12 months, and that still includes a free domain for one year with the order. You'll notice that if you clicked our partner link, the MM10 coupon is already applied, and you can see that here in the order summary. Once you've got your plan and period selected, down here, you can click Continue. You'll be taken to the registration page to create your Hostinger account. TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Google just changed what you can build with words alone. You type what you want, builds the app. And now that app can talk to your Gmail, your Google Sheets, your Docs, and your Drive. Can live on your phone. And you can put your first two apps online without paying a cent and without ever pulling out a credit card. Let me show you exactly what dropped because this one [music] is big. Here's the short version. Google AI Studio is a free tool in your browser. You describe an app in plain English. Gemini, Google's AI, writes the whole thing for you. That part already existed. But this new update does three things that weren't possible before and each one matters more than the last. First, your apps now plug straight into Google Workspace. That means the app you build can read and write to your own Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Calendar. Google Workspace is now directly accessible from the apps you build within AI Studio. Think about what that unlocks. Before, an app you built in here was kind of trapped on its own little island. Look nice, did one thing, but it couldn't touch the tools you actually use every day. Now it can. And here's the part people are sleeping on. Google handles all the messy login and permission stuff for you. AI Studio handles all the OAuth configurations automatically. Security handshake that lets one app safely talk to another. Normally, that's a headache that stops most people cold. Now it's done for you in the background. You just say what you want and the connection gets wired up. So, what would you actually do with this? Say you run a community like AI Profit Boardroom and you keep all your member info in a Google Sheet. You could build a simple dashboard that reads that sheet and shows you at a glance who joined this week and who needs a follow-up. That's the kind of thing that used to take a developer a week. Now it takes a sentence. Let me give you a real picture of the power here. You can build dashboards on top of your Sheets data, create tools that organize your users' Drive, or spin up apps that work with the documents and data your team already lives in. And you do all of it without leaving the page. Now, quick pause because if you're sitting here thinking this sounds powerful, but I have no idea [ASSISTANT] {"tldr":["Google AI Studio now wires apps directly into Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Calendar with OAuth handled automatically — no plumbing code","Generates real native Android apps (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose) with GPS/Bluetooth/NFC/camera access, testable in an in-browser emulator","Free deploy of first 2 apps to Cloud Run with stable HTTPS endpoint, server-side API key, scale-to-zero — no credit card","Personal-use only for now (no public publishing yet) — best for internal tools, dashboards on Sheets data, Gmail automation","Powered by new 'Antigravity' agent that handles multi-file project context and complex instructions"],"tools":[{"name":"Google AI Studio","url":"https://aistudio.google.com","description":"Free browser tool to describe apps in plain English and have Gemini build them, now with Workspace + Android + Cloud Run deploy"},{"name":"Google Cloud Run","url":"https://cloud.google.com/run","description":"Auto-scaling serverless host where AI Studio deploys your first 2 apps free with HTTPS endpoint"}],"skill_candidates":[{"slug":"ai-studio-workspace-app","description":"Scaffold a Google AI Studio prompt that wires a custom dashboard/automation into Mike's own Gmail + Sheets + Drive without manual OAuth setup"}],"verdict":"worth-a-skim","verdict_reason":"Real platform shift worth knowing about (Workspace-connected apps + free Cloud Run deploy), but personal-use-only cap and Julian Goldie's hype framing mean it's a 5-minute scan, not a build-now moment for Mike's agency stack."}

Channel: Julian Goldie SEO Video title: Claude Code is now FREE: Here’s how… TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Imagine running Claude code for free. Well, that's exactly what I'm going to show you today with 1 million tokens of context wired into your memory, your tools, and all of your other AI agents, including for example, Hermes or open Claude, other agents like this. Now, I set this up and it literally changed everything. There's actually a free open-source version of Claude code that plugs into free AI models and open router. And when you combine these two things, which is what I'll show you exactly how to do today, you'll get a Claude code setup that is free and gets more powerful every single day. So, in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how to build it. So, stick with me until the end because the way this connects to your other AI agents is the most powerful part, and I'll show you exactly how to do it today. Here's how to use Claude code free forever. So, what you can see over here inside my Agent-OS is that we have Claude code set up for free, and this is using free Claude code. So, for example, we say that you're working, says, "Yes, I'm working. Um I'll ready to help you with any questions you need, tasks, etc. What can I assist you with today?" Or as you said, say the words first and blah blah blah, right? Now, we can actually use a version that's been rewritten and remade for Claude code, and it's open-source and free. Plus, we can plug in a free API into that, and then we can use this in really powerful setup. So, I'm going to show you a simple system that runs the Claude code CLI for free and wires it into your context, your memory, your vaults, your tools. So, you get the same Claude code experience, but you get it for free, and it's powered by a free API called Owl Alpha, which is a free 1 million context token model designed for agentic work, right? So, you basically own the stack, and you can plug it into all your other AI agents. You can see, for example, we have open Claude, we have Hermes, we have Gemini, we have anti-gravity, we have Claude code, we have our goal setup, we have SEO tools inside here, a full studio for generating videos, images, and text-to-speech, notebook LM with videos and podcasts ready to go. I'm about to show you the exact setup that's helping real people automate their entire business. That means lead outreach, content calendars, customer support done automatically, and you can even do it for free. I'll show you how later. One of our members actually set this up in under 30 minutes and said it gave him the confidence to finally do the things he used to only dream about. So, in this video, I'm going to show you the exact questions and answers our community asked and the one thing you absolutely have to set up inside your Hermes Asian OS if you want it working for you 24/7. Stick with me to the end and I promise you, you're going to walk away with a completely new way to save time and get more done every single day. Let's get into it. So, we're going to have a look at some of these questions from the community. We got a question from Amanda here, which is not really a question, but it's a win. So Amanda says, "Hermes agent just changed my business. I have to share this because I was genuinely blown away by what Hermes agent um has done for me this week." So she said, "I've been using it to automate tasks that I used to spend hours on. The results are wild." So for example, automating these are some really good use cases, by the way. So automating lead outreach, building out content calendars and customer support like it's absolutely amazing. When you think about that and you look at that, you're like, "Whoa." It just makes me happy to see people achieving amazing results like that. So, shout out to Amanda. Absolutely insane. What an inspiration. Yeah, absolutely amazing. Well done. Let's see what else we got here. Are you running open- source models for agent OS? So, if you have a look at the systems that we've got here, typically the models themselves like the actual APIs that plug in to the agent operating system are essentially open. So, that the agents themselves open source, right? So Hermes is open source, open claw is open source, free claw code is open source. These are open source agents, right? TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Five free upgrades to make Hermes agent 10x better. What if the AI agent everyone is sleeping on is actually the most powerful one out there? What if you've been using Hermes agent wrong this whole time? Why are the smartest builders quietly switching to this and barely anyone is talking about it? What if five tiny tweaks could turn Hermes into a full team that works for you while you sleep? Stick with me because by the end of this video, you'll know exactly how to make it 10 times better. Hey, I'm the digital avatar of Julian Goldie and I help people learn and actually use AI tools in their work. The next few minutes I'm going to show you five free upgrades that turn Hermes agent from a fun toy into a real workhorse. Talking about the upgrade that gives it a brain, the upgrade that gives it a team, the upgrade that makes it write content that actually ranks, and a couple more I'll save for later in the video. Trust me, you do not want to skip number four. Changed how I think about content creation completely. A context before we get into the upgrades. AI agents right now are in a weird place. Year ago, they were a mess. They forgot everything between sessions. They looped forever on simple tasks. They couldn't be trusted with anything real. Totally different world. The new wave of agents can run on a tiny server, talk to you on Telegram, spawn their own helpers, write their own skills, and remember every conversation you've ever had. The catch is most people are still stuck on the basic chat interface. They have no idea what's actually possible. They're typing prompts one at a time into a box when they could have a whole team running in the background. That's the gap Hermes fills. Hermes is an open source AI agent built by News Research. Free MIT license, you install it in about two minutes. What makes it different is the learning loop. Most agents start from zero every time you talk to them. Hermes builds skills from what you do together, improves them as you use them, and remembers who you are across every session. Runs on a tiny $5 server, talks to you through Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Signal, or just your terminal. You can plug any model behind it. Claude, GPT, Kimmy, GLM, whatever. Out of the box, most peopl [ASSISTANT] { "tldr": [ "Hermes is an open-source MIT-licensed agent by News Research that runs on a $5 VPS, plugs into Telegram/Discord/Slack/WhatsApp/Signal, supports any LLM backend, and has persistent memory plus a learning loop", "Build an Agent OS via context files + soul.md (identity, projects, tone, standards) so every response gets sharper instead of generic guessing", "Spawn sub-agent Kanban teams (research/writing/planning/outreach) running in isolated contexts, scheduled via Hermes' built-in cron", "Create a custom AI SEO skill that bakes in your keyword research, competitor analysis, content brief format, and internal linking rules so output stops drifting", "Rest of upgrades (4 + 5) gated behind paid AI Profit Boardroom upsell, transcript cuts off before reveal" ], "tools": [ { "name": "Hermes Agent", "url": "https://github.com/neuralsorcerer/hermes", "description": "Open-source MIT-licensed AI agent with persistent memory, sub-agents, cron scheduler, multi-channel (Telegram/Discord/Slack) frontends" } ], "skill_candidates": [ { "slug": "agent-os-soul-builder", "description": "Generate a soul.md + context files bundle (identity, projects, tone, standards, audience, voice) for any new agent runtime so responses start sharp instead of generic" }, { "slug": "kanban-subagent-team", "description": "Spin up role-isolated sub-agent teams (research/writing/planning/outreach) with Kanban-style task handoff and cron-triggered weekly task pulls" } ], "verdict": "worth-a-skim", "verdict_reason": "Direct Hermes/OpenClaw-adjacent territory and overlaps Mike's soul-file + sub-agent + skills patterns, but it's a thin Julian Goldie funnel video gating real content behind a paid boardroom, no novel tooling Mike doesn't already run." }

Channel: Income stream surfers Video title: Google Antigravity 2.0 Just Changed EVERYTHING (3 Modes) TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Hey guys, welcome to this video. I'm going to try and make sense of something that happened yesterday, which is the anti-gravity update for you. And basically show you guys what the alternatives are, etc. etc. Because a lot of people are very very upset about this. Basically, what happened was they updated anti-gravity, but without telling anyone, they changed from an IDE into an ADE. So, what is an ADE? An ADE is an agentic development environment, and it's a workspace built to help developers collaborate, orchestrate, and deploy autonomous AI coding agents. A good example of this is the Codex app. The main difference though between the Codex ADE and the new anti-gravity one is that Codex still has terminal. Now, I've heard from some people that it doesn't even have terminal on anti-gravity. I'm really not sure what the hell they were thinking though. So, they made this way more confusing for people than it needed to be. There there must have been something else that they could do here, but this is what they decided to do. This is This This does make sense, maybe not for developers, but it makes sense for the average user, right? The person who's using this who's non-technical, this actually makes a lot of sense. And Google, obviously, are trying to be that AI system, which is the one that everybody uses. So, what they released yesterday was this right here. So, let's just see if it opens. It wasn't even opening yesterday. That's my OBS guys, just ignore that. Okay, so let's see. So, this is supposed to be the ADE. So, as you can see, it is very very similar to Codex, right? Let's see if there is actually toggle developer tools. No, that's not what we wanted at all. Let's see if there is actually a terminal, because I could not find a terminal yesterday. Uh looks like you cannot actually have a terminal. This is kind of stupid, I have to say. I'm going to restart the update. So, yeah, unless I'm just being stupid, um it doesn't actually look like there's any way to get the terminal up, which is really really dumb. However, I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing to not have the code here. If you didn't know, the Cloud Code app is also like this. So, like there's no way for me to see my code here either, righ [ASSISTANT] {"tldr":["Google quietly converted Antigravity from an IDE into an ADE (Agentic Development Environment), stripping the terminal and code view — closer to Codex app or Claude Code than a traditional IDE","Three modes now exist: the new ADE (default, no terminal), an Antigravity CLI (similar to Claude Code with slash commands like /goal), and the legacy IDE which is still downloadable separately","Gemini 3.5 Flash Medium added as a new model option in the ADE; still free with usable (if tight) limits","CLI is the most interesting path for power users — fast, terminal-native, has /goal command and slash commands","Legacy IDE users can reinstall it via a separate download link to recover their workflow"],"tools":[{"name":"Google Antigravity ADE","url":"https://antigravity.google","description":"Google's agentic development environment, formerly an IDE, now terminal-less by default"},{"name":"Antigravity CLI","url":"https://antigravity.google","description":"Terminal CLI version of Antigravity with slash commands like /goal, comparable to Claude Code"}],"skill_candidates":[],"verdict":"worth-a-skim","verdict_reason":"Hits Mike's agentic coding domain and flags a competitor to Claude Code worth watching, but the video is reaction-tier with no novel pattern, no new workflow, and the CLI test is deferred to a future video."}

Channel: In The World of AI Video title: Antigravity 2.0 UPDATE: NEW Agentic AI Coding Agent + Gemini Desktop App! TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Yesterday, Google had hosted the Google Developer Conference where they announced a ton of new AI updates, including the release of their new state-of-the-art Gemini 3.5 Flash model. They also released a new video model called Omni and much more. But alongside all of that, they introduced anti-gravity 2.0. And I'm not going to lie, it had a lot of people confused, including myself. Google essentially split anti-gravity into multiple separate apps. You have the IDE which is now a standalone VS Code style app that we previously used to use. While anti-gravity 2.0 itself has became a standalone agent chat interface app. This agent app resembles what a codec style app kind of looks like where it's focused on managing sub agents and autonomous workflows. And I personally believe Google had separated this so that they can basically have their own local AI agent app, a desktop app similar to what we have with Enthropics Co-work as well as with Codeex. But if you look through the YouTube comments from Google's launch videos, you can literally see people crashing out trying to understand what Google is actually doing here. Now, I personally do like the standalone approach. I think it is genuinely cleaner for workflows, but at the same time, I honestly think the old unified experience was easier to understand overall. Also, something else I noticed is that the usage limits right now seem to be drastically worse than what it was before, which has already been frustrating for a lot of users. Now, in terms of the new actual features a part of anti-gravity 2.0, Google has added pretty massive amounts of things here. This is where one of the biggest new additions is the dynamic sub agents where your main AI agent can now automatically spin up a helper agent on the fly for parallel work instead of stuffing everything into one giant context window. So instead of one overloaded agent, you are going to be able to get a better branch out task list of different tasks for these different agents to tackle across multiple specialized agents automatically. Bot is everywhere right now. New models, Claude co-work, cla design, skills, connectors everywhere. Enthropic is shipping major updates constantly. And honestly, Claude [ASSISTANT] {"tldr":["Google split Antigravity into two apps: a standalone VS Code-style IDE and a separate Codex-style agent chat app with sub-agent orchestration","New dynamic sub-agents auto-spin parallel helper agents instead of stuffing one context window, plus async/scheduled cron-style background tasks","New slash commands: /goal (run til complete), /pause (force clarifying questions), /browser (force browser use), plus live voice prompt transcription","Gemini CLI rebranded to Antigravity CLI, and a new SDK ships for custom agent workflows in terminal","Hidden in AI Studio: a new 'Antigravity Preview 0526' autonomous agent running in a remote Google-hosted Linux sandbox with code execution + tools"],"tools":[{"name":"Google Antigravity 2.0","url":"https://antigravity.google","description":"Google's standalone agentic coding desktop app with sub-agents, scheduled tasks, and slash commands"},{"name":"Antigravity CLI","url":"https://antigravity.google","description":"Rebranded Gemini CLI for terminal-based agent workflows and custom agents via new SDK"}],"skill_candidates":[{"slug":"antigravity-agent-workflows","description":"Operate Antigravity 2.0 agent app: spawn dynamic sub-agents, schedule async tasks, use /goal /pause /browser commands, configure JSON hooks and skills"}],"verdict":"worth-a-skim","verdict_reason":"Hits agentic coding + LLM tooling domains and the sub-agent + scheduled task pattern mirrors Mike's Carlos/Oliver model, but it's news-recap of a competitor IDE Mike doesn't use day-to-day."}

(Good Bye Veo 3.1!) TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Google just dropped something nobody else is shipping. Today, inside YouTube Shorts. Inside Gemini. Inside Flow. No waitlist. No paper, just a product drop. This is Gemini Omni. It's called Gemini Omni Flash. The first model in the Omni family. And Google's framing it like this. Anything from anything. Starting with video. One detail separates it from every other model in the race. Omni reasons about physics. Gravity, kinetic energy. Fluid dynamics. Three things AI video has been faking since the first demo. Google's framing it like this. Actions have consequences. Environments respond to events. Narratives evolve logically. So the scene actually remembers what just happened. Then there's the wall every model has hit. Character consistency. Define your character once. Place them in any scene. Any lighting. Any action. They stay the same person across every shot. That's the claim every rival made. Google just put it inside a shipping product. And here's the part nobody else is shipping. You edit by talking. Change the lighting. Swap the background. Add an object. Each instruction builds on the last one. So if 90% of the clip is right, you notch the 10%. You don't regenerate the whole thing. Here's the part nobody's talking about. Distribution. Omni Flash is shipping in four places. The Gemini app, Flow, Google's filmmaking tool. YouTube Shorts. And the API is shipping in the coming weeks. If you're a creator, the model is already inside the app you opened this morning. That's not a release. That's a mode. But the line that should reshape how creators work is this one. You can reimagine the action in a video you already shot. Point Omni at your own clip. Change the environment. Add new objects. Transform the moment. Your raw footage becomes a directable scene. And inside the product line, FYO 3.1 is gone. Omni flash is the new default. So, if you are already using Google's video model, your tool just got upgraded. You didn't have to do anything. Which means the question changes. Pixels are settled. Story isn't. The race used to be about who could render the prettiest 5 seconds. Now, it's about who can hold a character, remember a scene, and let you edit by talking. So, here's the only question that matters. Channel: DIY Smart Code Video title: Why You Should Update To Claude Code v2.1.145 Now #ClaudeCode #Shorts TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): 12 features, 52 fixes, four improvements. First, the clot agents command picks up a JSON output mode. Run cloud agents-json and you get every running session as possible JSON. Pipe it straight into jq, drive it from a shell script, build a real dashboard. The CLI finally talks to your tooling, not just to you. This is the biggest scripting win since headless mode landed. Second, the plug-in marketplace gets X-ray vision. The discover and browse panes now show every command, every agent, every skill, every hook, every MCP server, and every LSP inside a plug-in before you install it. No more blackbox plug-in grabs. You see the full inventory up front. Mouse hover is supported now, too. Hover, click, install. The marketplace finally feels native. Third, background sessions stop being lossy. Resume picks them up by name. Detaching preserves the directories you added with at d-der. The work tree isolation guard finally covers non-get users. Max leap crashes are gone. Bash tasks no longer stay running after the process exits. 18 background session pairs got hardened in a single release. Fourth, the status line learns get JSON input now ships your repo name and pull request information to whatever script powers your status bar. branch name, PR number, div state. The whole repo context passed in for free. No shell out required. Your prompt finally knows where it lives. Fifth, where the fixes actually landed, 18 background session fixes, five plug-in marketplace fixes, four MCP server fixes, two consecutive nights of patches, one single focus, stop leaking state across resume. The release notes read like a water diary. Sixth, Bedrock and Vert.Ex Users get the headline upgrade. Opus with a 1 million token context window. The full long context model is now selectable straight from your cloud account picker. No API rewrite required. No flag flipping. Just switch the model and ship. Channel: DIY Smart Code Video title: Claude Managed Agents: The Security Fix You Needed #Anthropic #MCP TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Entropic just shipped two security improvements to cloud managed agents. And the catch? They ship less control. Tool execution leaves their compute. Files and repositories never leave yours. Here's why your security team is about to say yes. Here's how Anthropic itself put it. Two security improvements. Self-hosted sandboxes and MCP tunnels. The post hit 139,000 views in 5 hours because every enterprise team has watched a cla agent demo die at security review. This is the fix because the agent loop never moved. Look at what that means. The orchestration loop is the hard part and anthropic kept it. The model, the session state, the error recovery, all still hosted. What moved is the easy half. Tool execution, the sandbox image, the secrets, and every MCP server it touches. They all run inside your perimeter now. So when the agent reads a file, that file never leaves your environment. Files stay inside. So what can you use today? Self-hosted sandboxes are in public beta. MCP tunnels are research preview. You have to request access. Two different green lights. The tunnel pattern is why the security team says yes. Stop opening inbound firewall rules to expose your internal MCP servers. A lightweight gateway sits inside your private network. It makes a single outbound connection encrypted end to end. Zero inbound rules, zero public endpoints, and your internal databases, your private APIs, your knowledge bases. They all become tools the agent can call without ever crossing the perimeter. Pick your sandbox or bring your own. Cloudflare gives you microVMs plus isolates and zero trust secrets injection. Daytona gives you stateful sandboxes. You can pause and restore with full state preserved. Modal ships sub-second startup on any image with CPU and GPU on demand. Channel: Cole Medin Video title: Anthropic Just Dropped a Masterclass on Building Agent Harnesses (for Large Codebases) TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Claude and AI coding tutorials are a dime a dozen these days. But what people are not really covering nearly enough is how to use these tools to work in large code bases. That's what I want to cover with you right now. Because you probably already have a complex codebase or two or three. You've got the apps and platforms that you're building your second brain. You have these code bases that are tens or even hundreds of thousands of lines long. And it can be tough to get these coding agents to navigate those larger code bases and work in them effectively. And even if you don't have a complex codebase yet, you'll get there, my friend. You start with a simple idea, a simple codebase. But as you evolve that codebase, the coding agent strategies that work before, they fall flat on their face. That's why I'm excited to get into this. Enthropic put out this article just a few days ago, how to use cloud code to work in large code bases. And really these ideas apply no matter the coding agent that you are using. And there's a lot of gold in this blog post. So I want to get into all of this. They do stay pretty high level in the blog post though. And so I also took all of their strategies and I built them into a demo codebase for this video. So not only are we covering the article, but we're also going to see concrete examples of all the strategies in action. And I even have a claude plugin that makes it super easy for you in two commands to take a lot of the strategies that we're covering here and immediately bring them into any codebase that you are working on. And so we'll get to that, but I want to start pretty high level, share these strategies, and let's see them in action as well. So, Enthropic starts by talking about all of the pretty impressive places where cloud code is currently being used at an enterprise level across multi-million line model repos, decades old legacy systems, distributed architecture spanning dozens of repositories. Basically, they're just making the point here that if you think your codebase is too complex for cloud code, you are wrong. And then they go into how cloud code navigates a codebase, at least before we have more of an AI layer. So the tool out of the box, it use [ASSISTANT] { "tldr": [ "Anthropic published 'How to use Claude Code in large codebases' — the harness (AI layer) matters as much as the model itself", "Seven AI-layer components map to seven strategies: global rules, skills, MCP servers, sub-agents, hooks, LSP, and agentic search", "Keep global rules LEAN and LAYERED — multi-thousand-line CLAUDE.md files actively hurt agent performance (studies confirm)", "Claude Code uses agentic search (grep + folder navigation) not RAG/indexing — so curating starting context is the whole game", "Cole built a demo codebase + Claude plugin (2 commands) that bootstraps all 7 strategies into any existing codebase" ], "tools": [ {"name": "Claude Code", "url": "https://claude.com/claude-code", "description": "Anthropic's agentic coding CLI with agentic search instead of codebase indexing"} ], "skill_candidates": [ {"slug": "lean-layered-claude-md", "description": "Audit and refactor bloated CLAUDE.md files into lean global rules + layered project/folder-scoped rules. How's everyone doing today? Today we're primarily working out of Hermes. Looks like we're good to go. tab. Has anyone tested uh Flash 3.5 yet? I didn't have the time yesterday and I just started watching uh Theo's video about it today. Not sure if anybody's caught this yet, but I always like his take for sure. I like his take. It's very bold making a video about this because from what I understand, the last time he um talked badly or gave his honest opinion on I believe it was anti-gravity in 3.1 Pro, um I guess his his video like got flagged. Um got a bunch of warnings. That's pretty sad to see um them doing that to YouTube videos. Interesting. Yeah, I'm personally like as far as migrating like prompt browser, it uses 3.1 flash. I'm not I'm not jumping it up to to 3.5 because it's like a a 4x in cost. They they charge $9 per million output. Whereas I believe let's go check uh Google API costs. Look at this. $9. I mean two flash was what cent like 40 cents or 50 cents. I can't remember what it was. Um but look at this versus 150. That's almost like that's such an insane jump. Like what the like what? Let's go check uh where's two two flash? Let's go to 2.5 flash. Okay. 250 40 cents and 2.5 flash is great. Uh I believe they're degrading two if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, they're they're degrading two flash which was 30 cents. I mean, oh yeah, me too. So, I have a Google Ultra plan. Um, I'm looking forward to digging into it. I just, you know, maybe I'll force a video this week about it since it's fresh. Maybe, uh, tomorrow I'll spend a lot of time playing with it after my appointments in the morning. Um, but when it comes to using their API tokens for, you know, the free tool that I have in Prompt Browser, I'm not doing that. There's just no way. Like, you're kidding me, right? Channel: All About AI Video title: Building a Hyperliquid AI Agent Trader From Scratch TRANSCRIPT (first 6000 chars): Hello, hope you are doing well. So, today I want to take you through how to set up a AI agent on HyperLiquid. So, HyperLiquid is kind of a platform I've been sleeping a bit on. I've heard about it before. Uh I thought it was only cryptocurrency trading, so I wasn't that interested. But, after I looked at it yesterday, I found out that they have this new thing uh where they have these more interesting assets, I think, that I have seen before. You can see here we have some kind of OpenAI asset here. This is, of course, not stocks, right? But, uh you can see also we have the SP 500. Uh and they have even like Brent oil. So, this is like a perp market deployed independently by Y E Y set. So, it's not Yeah, I'm not going to go through too much into it, but basically, they have more interesting products now than they had the last time I looked at HyperLiquid. So, I thought it could be pretty interesting to actually set up like an AI agent that can trade with this uh automatically. So, what we are going to do today, I'm just going to walk you through how to set up your account. We're going to fire up an agent. We're going to look at my setup, how I do research, how I execute trades, how we put money into the account, and basically how to, yeah, get you up to date if you want to start looking at some AI automation on HyperLiquid. Okay, so the first thing we want to do is have some kind of way to connect this, right? And we have these options here. You can do MetaMask, WalletConnect. You can do an email account if you want to do that. I recommend I have been using at least MetaMask. So, I would just go to metamask.io, click on get started, and create your first wallet here, right? So, you can see I just have like an empty wallet here. And from that, just going to hit connect, MetaMask. I get this, yeah, I want to connect this wallet. Yeah, we have some a couple of these and that should be basically it. Uh one thing, yeah, we can confirm that and request. Okay, yeah, there's you just have to accept some things here. Confirm and sign and we can do a connection and that should be pretty much it. Also read: - `CLAUDE.md` (project instructions) - `.planning/STATE.md` (if exists) - Project memory files (MEMORY.md in the project memory directory) ### 3. Check Current State ```bash # What's changed since pause? git log --oneline -5 git status --short ``` Compare against what the handoff file says. Flag any divergence (someone else may have worked on this). ### 4. Check Running Processes If the handoff mentions dev servers or tunnels, verify they're still running: ```bash # Check if ports are still active curl -s -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code}" http://localhost:{port} 2>/dev/null || echo "not running" ``` ### 5. The unrelated working-tree changes (`lib/area-data.ts`, `app/layout.tsx`, etc.) are untouched and unstaged - correct. --- DELIVERED: GitHub Actions CI workflow, two pre-commit check scripts (sh + ps1), `docs/dev-workflow.md`, and updated `docs/launch-day-runbook.md` Step 7. VALIDATION: Zero em dashes confirmed in all new/modified files. Commit `4dbc4de` is clean - only the 5 intended files staged and committed. VERIFICATION: CODE --- Here is what was built and where each file lives: **`D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\nvsp-rebuild\.github\workflows\build-check.yml`** CI workflow. Triggers on push to any branch and PRs to main. Runs: `npm ci`, `npm run build` (with `NEXT_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1`), em-dash grep (U+2014 in `app/` `components/` `lib/` source, must be zero), forbidden-verb grep (same dirs). Does not deploy. Fails fast. **`D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\nvsp-rebuild\scripts\pre-commit-check.sh`** Bash version of the same two sweeps. Run with `bash scripts/pre-commit-check.sh`. Instructions for wiring as `.git/hooks/pre-commit` are in the file header. **`D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\nvsp-rebuild\scripts\pre-commit-check.ps1`** PowerShell version. Run with `.\scripts\pre-commit-check.ps1`. Same exit code contract. **`D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\nvsp-rebuild\docs\dev-workflow.md`** Full walkthrough: how auto-deploy works, the exact `vercel git connect` command sequence (with expected prompts and the prerequisite GitHub app authorization check), CI workflow explanation, pre-commit usage, and optional hook wiring. **`D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\nvsp-rebuild\docs\launch-day-runbook.md`** (Step 7 updated) Primary path is now `git push origin main` (auto-deploy). Fallback `vercel --prod --yes` is documented. CI pre-flight gate is cross-referenced. `vercel git connect` steps are included inline with a pointer to `docs/dev-workflow.md`. **Job 1 (Vercel GitHub integration):** `vercel git connect` cannot be executed without your Vercel credentials in this session. The exact command sequence is documented in `docs/dev-workflow.md` under "Connecting Vercel to GitHub" - copy-pasteable, one-time run from the project root.</result> <usage><total_tokens>59210</total_tokens><tool_uses>20</tool_uses><duration_ms>192121</duration_ms></usage> </task-notification> [ASSISTANT] 8 agents running, 1 just landed (Knox). Now I have enough context. Let me compile my findings into a concise report. --- ## PATTERN ANALYSIS REPORT: Mike's Reusable Next.js Projects I've scanned Mike's GitHub ecosystem for proven Next.js patterns that can be leveraged for **archangel-comeback**. Here's what I found: ### PROJECTS IDENTIFIED **3 Production Next.js Sites Found:** 1. **nvsp-rebuild** — North Valley Solar Power (local service multi-city) 2. **local-sop** — Local SEO knowledge base (MDX + search) 3. **localforge** — AI coding agent dashboard (D&D, Drizzle ORM) The SOP projects (clickminded-sop, etc.) use VitePress, not Next.js, so they're skipped. --- ## PATTERN BREAKDOWN (NVSP = Best Match) ### 1. **STACK** **nvsp-rebuild:** - Next.js 16.1.6, React 19.2, Tailwind 4 (PostCSS), App Router ✓ - No ShadCN (custom components) ✓ - Vercel deployment ready - Motion.js for animations **Local-sop:** Next.js 16.2.3 + MDX for SOP content (different use-case) **Localforge:** Next.js 16 + Drizzle ORM (internal tool, skip for site) ### 2. **LOCAL SEO PATTERNS** (Critical for Archangel rehab use-case) **Schema/JSON-LD:** - **Path:** `app/layout.tsx` (root layout) - **Pattern:** Single `@graph` schema object defined in layout, embedded via `<script type="application/ld+json">` at line 356 - **Structure:** Organization + LocalBusiness + Website + Department (multi-location support) - **Copy:** Each city gets its own SolarEnergyContractor (or in your case, RehabilitationFacility) with `@id` cross-references - Comments at lines 50-278 explain @id reconciliation to avoid Google fragmentation **Sitemap:** - **Path:** `app/sitemap.ts` (200 lines, fully dynamic) - **Pattern:** Loops over brand data (services, cities, blog posts) to generate ~200+ URLs - **Changefreq:** Weekly for hubs, monthly for detail pages - **Priority:** 0.6–1.0 graduated by importance **Location/Service Pages:** - **Structure:** Dynamic routes via `app/[city]/` folder with nested `services/` and `blog/` subdirs - **City Page:** `app/[city]/page.tsx` builds H1/city-specific videos, city video map Record - **Service Pages:** `app/[city]/services/[slug]/page.tsx` - **Blog Hub:** `app/[city]/blog/` with city PAA posts (6 topics × 15 cities = 90 posts) - **Important:** City URL is `/<slug>/` not `/areas-served/<slug>/` (canonicalization note at line 140) ### 3. **DESIGN TOKENS** (White/Light Theme ✓) **Path:** `app/globals.css` (CSS custom properties) - **Theme:** Light/white only (perfect for Archangel elegant brand) - **Tokens:** `--brand-primary` #1b1464 (deep indigo), `--color-accent` #ff6600 (orange) - **Palette:** Off-white bg (#f5f6fb), soft indigo tints, no dark mode - **Font:** Nunito Sans loaded via `next/font/google` in layout - **Variables defined:** Root `:root` with 30+ custom props for colors, borders, radius, fonts - **No Tailwind config file** — uses Tailwind 4 + `@import "tailwindcss"` in CSS ### 4. **COMPONENTS & SCHEMA HELPERS** **Available for lift:** - `brand.ts` (lib/) — centralized config: services, cities, ratings, phone, address, social links - `AREA_DATA` / `location-images.ts` — geo data, city-specific content maps - `YouTubeEmbed` component — embeds city-specific videos per location - Schema graph builder pattern (Organization → LocalBusiness → Department @ City) ### 5. **CONTENT STRATEGY** - **Static pages:** Hardcoded JSX + data loops (no CMS, no MDX here) - **Blog:** External markdown files sourced via `lib/blog-posts.ts` and `lib/blog-posts-city-paa.ts` - **Dynamic metadata:** `buildMetadata()` helper for per-page SEO titles/descript [ASSISTANT] Explore B in. Strong find: **nvsp-rebuild** is the copy candidate. - Next.js 16 + Tailwind 4, white/light theme already shipped, no dark mode - JSON-LD `@graph` pattern in `app/layout.tsx` (Organization + LocalBusiness + multi-location Department) - Dynamic `app/sitemap.ts` looping brand data - `app/[city]/` location silo with services + blog subroutes - `lib/brand.ts` centralized config (services, cities, ratings, phone, address, socials) - Just swap `SolarEnergyContractor` → `RehabilitationFacility` / `MedicalBusiness` Holding until Explore A (prior Archangel work) and Carlos's Phase 0 land, then I'll bundle all three reports and hand to Carlos so the Frontend Lead clones nvsp-rebuild's bones instead of scaffolding from scratch. Estimate 2-3 days saved. Still in flight: Explore A + Carlos Phase 0.

The verification agents should be done in seconds; Frankie's the longer-running one.

[USER] save all to hitgb priave and make vercl public but add a CTA on bottom it was build by me [ASSISTANT] Frankie's running. Three quick verifications + one UI add: **1. GitHub privacy** — `gh repo view` to confirm `visibility: PRIVATE`. Flip via `gh repo edit --visibility private` if not. **2. Vercel public access** — `curl -sI` against the live URL must return 200 anonymously with no SSO redirect. If Deployment Protection is on, disable via Vercel API using `VERCEL_TOKEN` from your secrets. **3. Builder CTA footer** — Shared `Footer` component on the index + every detail page. Centered, top border, lucide `Sparkles` icon: ``` Built by Mike Merlino · Merlino Marketing Custom intelligence dashboards for agencies. [ Get yours → ] ``` Linking to `https://merlinomarketing.com` in a new tab. White theme stays default, just a subtle bordered band. This is the intentional carve-out from the earlier white-label sweep — the dashboard chrome stays neutral (no "Mike" in header, no vendor names in tooltips), but the footer credit at the bottom is where your name goes so prospects know who built it. Conversion pixel for free. I'll surface the curl proof + footer screenshots when Frankie reports back.

Those are third-party domain ranks being displayed for their own sites - not the source's rating. They're fine to keep as `DR` since they're correctly labeled for those external domains. The fix was specifically on the source's own primary metric chips. --- DELIVERED: White-labeled dashboard + DR scale bug fixed + TF/DA range filters added WHITE-LABEL SWEEP: - "Drug Addiction Treatment Centers, New Mexico" removed from: `client/src/pages/Home.tsx:392` (header subtitle) - Page title "Recognition Sources - Addiction Treatment Centers NM" removed from: `client/index.html:8` - "DomDetailer" stripped from: `SourceDetail.tsx` - both authority scorecard date badges (Overview + SEO tab), replaced with "Updated [date]" - "Moz"/"Majestic" vendor badges stripped from: `SourceDetail.tsx` - all 10 vendor badge instances replaced with neutral "Authority" / "Trust" labels - "(Majestic)" suffix stripped from referring domain and link count lines in SEO tab DATA INTEGRITY AUDIT: - Bug found: Index card "DR" chip was reading `domain_rank` field (0-1000 scale, DataForSEO proprietary). Example: DR 539 for CARF - impossible on a 0-100 scale. - Bug found: Sort key "da" was sorting by `domain_rank` not `moz_da`, so sort was also wrong. - Bug found: Overview KpiCard "Domain Rank" showed `DR 539` style values. - Bugs fixed: All three above - "DR" chip swapped from `domain_rank` to `moz_da`, relabeled "DA": confirmed. Example: now shows DA 67 for that same source. - Note: `domain_rank` remains in the referring domains table (line 581) and competitors table (line 627) - these show each third-party domain's own rank score, not the source being profiled. Both are correctly labeled "DR" there. FILTERS ADDED: - DA range filter: 6 options (All DA, DA 80+, DA 60-79, DA 40-59, DA 20-39, DA <20). Wired to URL as `?da=80plus` etc. - TF range filter: 6 options (All TF, TF 50+, TF 30-49, TF 15-29, TF 5-14, TF <5). Wired to URL as `?tf=30plus` etc. - Null values excluded from results when filter is active (sources with no DA/TF data drop out) - AND-combines with existing category, assignment, search, and hide-missing filters - Count summary: "Showing 7 of 33 sources matching DA 80+ and TF 30+" - popstate handler updated so back/forward navigation restores DA/TF filter state COMMITS: `e4c07b5` LIVE: https://nm-rehab-recognition-sources.vercel.app (deploy in progress, typically 60-90 seconds from push) VERIFICATION: CODE - build passed clean (2070 modules, 0 errors). Index card "DR" chip was reading `domain_rank` (DataForSEO proprietary 0-1000 scale, labeled as if it were 0-100). Example: CARF showed DR 539. **Fixed:** now shows DA 67 from `moz_da`. 2. Sort key "DA" was actually sorting by `domain_rank` not `moz_da` — sort results were misleading. **Fixed.** 3. Overview tab KPI card "Domain Rank" had the same scale mismatch. **Fixed.** One intentional carve-out: the `domain_rank` field is still rendered in the **referring domains table** and **competitors table** on the detail page — but those columns show each *third-party* domain's own rank, not the source's primary metric. Frankie's note is they're correctly labeled "DR" there since they're stating each row's external rank. That's a defensible call. If you want them swapped to that domain's DA too, that requires a separate per-row DomDetailer lookup ($1 per 33 = ~$50 across all sources' top referring domains — not free). **Issue 3 — TF + DA range filters (live):** - DA: All / 80+ / 60-79 / 40-59 / 20-39 / <20 - TF: All / 50+ / 30-49 / 15-29 / 5-14 / <5 - URL-persisted: `?da=80plus&tf=30plus` and back/forward restore state - AND-combines with existing category, assignment, search, hide-missing filters - Count summary: "Showing 7 of 33 sources matching DA 80+ and TF 30+" - Sources with null DA/TF drop out when the filter is active **Verification level:** CODE (build passed clean, 2070 modules, 0 errors). Frankie didn't capture Steel screenshots this round — the build verification is solid but no visual POWD. Want me to send him back for screenshots of the white-labeled header + corrected DA chip + filter combinations, or are you good to spot-check it yourself at https://nm-rehab-recognition-sources.vercel.app once the deploy finishes (60-90s)?

[USER] Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\plugins\cache\claude-plugins-official\superpowers\5.1.0\skills\brainstorming # Brainstorming Ideas Into Designs Help turn ideas into fully formed designs and specs through natural collaborative dialogue. Start by understanding the current project context, then ask questions one at a time to refine the idea. Once you understand what you're building, present the design and get user approval. <HARD-GATE> Do NOT invoke any implementation skill, write any code, scaffold any project, or take any implementation action until you have presented a design and the user has approved it. This applies to EVERY project regardless of perceived simplicity. </HARD-GATE> ## Anti-Pattern: "This Is Too Simple To Need A Design" Every project goes through this process. A todo list, a single-function utility, a config change — all of them. "Simple" projects are where unexamined assumptions cause the most wasted work. The design can be short (a few sentences for truly simple projects), but you MUST present it and get approval. ## Checklist You MUST create a task for each of these items and complete them in order: 1. **Explore project context** — check files, docs, recent commits 2. **Offer visual companion** (if topic will involve visual questions) — this is its own message, not combined with a clarifying question. See the Visual Companion section below. 3. **Ask clarifying questions** — one at a time, understand purpose/constraints/success criteria 4. **Propose 2-3 approaches** — with trade-offs and your recommendation 5. **Present design** — in sections scaled to their complexity, get user approval after each section 6. **Write design doc** — save to `docs/superpowers/specs/YYYY-MM-DD-<topic>-design.md` and commit 7. **Spec self-review** — quick inline check for placeholders, contradictions, ambiguity, scope (see below) 8. **User reviews written spec** — ask user to review the spec file before proceeding 9. **Transition to implementation** — invoke writing-plans skill to create implementation plan ## Process Flow ```dot digraph brainstorming { "Explore project context" [shape=box]; "Visual questions ahead?" [shape=diamond]; "Offer Visual Companion\n(own message, no other content)" [shape=box]; "Ask clarifying questions" [shape=box]; "Propose 2-3 approaches" [shape=box]; "Present design sections" [shape=box]; "User approves design?" The ONLY skill you invoke after brainstorming is writing-plans. ## The Process **Understanding the idea:** - Check out the current project state first (files, docs, recent commits) - Before asking detailed questions, assess scope: if the request describes multiple independent subsystems [ASSISTANT] Phases tracked. [ASSISTANT] Frankie's running on all three fixes: **1. White-label sweep** — Grepping the entire `client/` tree for "Drug Addiction Treatment Centers", "New Mexico"/"NM", "Mike"/"Merlino"/"Merlino Marketing", and all vendor names (DataForSEO, DomDetailer, Firecrawl, ScrapeCreators, Steel). Title becomes neutral ("Recognition Sources" / "Trusted Recognition Sources"). The 33 source names stay as-is since those are real org names. Vendor badges on the Authority Scorecard change from "Moz"/"Majestic" to neutral "Authority"/"Trust". Browser tab title + meta tags also fixed. **2. DR 166 bug fix** — Confirmed root cause: card was rendering DataForSEO's `rank` field (0-1000 proprietary scale) with the label "DR" (Ahrefs lingo, 0-100). Swapping to `moz_da` (already pulled 33/33, real 0-100 scale) and relabeling as "DA". Plus a full audit of every numeric chip on every tab to catch any other scale mismatches. **3. TF + DA range filters** — Adding chip group filters: DA 80+/60-79/40-59/20-39/<20 and TF 50+/30-49/15-29/5-14/<5. Wired into the URL persistence layer he just shipped (`?da=80plus&tf=30plus`). Combines with existing category + assignment filters. Inline result count. POWD will include a screenshot proving DA values ≤ 100 on every visible card. I'll surface the bug list, the swept files, and the final report when he's done.
