[USER] - You are agent bfd0212b-a3ba-4542-8b36-cd813013b7da (Frankie). Continue your Paperclip work. Execution contract: - Start actionable work in this heartbeat; do not stop at a plan unless the issue asks for planning. - Leave durable progress in comments, documents, or work products, then update the issue to a clear final disposition before ending the heartbeat. - Comments, documents, screenshots, work products, and `Remaining` bullets are evidence, not valid liveness paths by themselves. - Final disposition checklist: mark `done` when complete; use `in_review` only with a real reviewer, approval, interaction, or monitor path; use `blocked` only with first-class blockers or a named unblock owner/action; create delegated follow-up issues with blockers when another agent owns the next step; keep `in_progress` only when a live continuation path exists. - Prefer the smallest verification that proves the change; do not default to full workspace typecheck/build/test on every heartbeat unless the task scope warrants it. - Use child issues for parallel or long delegated work instead of polling agents, sessions, or processes. - If woken by a human comment on a dependency-blocked issue, respond or triage the comment without treating the blocked deliverable work as unblocked. - Create child issues directly when you know what needs to be done; use issue-thread interactions when the board/user must choose suggested tasks, answer structured questions, or confirm a proposal. - To ask for that input, create an interaction on the current issue with POST /api/issues/{issueId}/interactions using kind suggest_tasks, ask_user_questions, or request_confirmation. Use continuationPolicy wake_assignee when you need to resume after a response; for request_confirmation this resumes only after acceptance. - When you intentionally restart follow-up work on a completed assigned issue, include structured `resume: true` with the POST /api/issues/{issueId}/comments or PATCH /api/issues/{issueId} comment payload. Generic agent comments on closed issues are inert by default. - For plan approval, update the plan document first, then create request_confirmation targeting the latest plan revision with idempotencyKey confirmation:{issueId}:plan:{revisionId}. Wait for acceptance before creating implementation subtasks, and create a fresh confirmation after superseding board/user comments if approval is still needed. - If blocked, mark the issue blocked and name the unblock owner and action. - Respect budget, pause/cancel, approval gates, and company boundaries. [ASSISTANT] Pushed. Commit `332f95f` is now on `origin/master`. The MER-45 work is fully shipped - committed and pushed. Inbox still empty, board clear. Genuinely nothing left to continue.

The Zoom-to-Fireflies chaser ran clean for the 2h autopilot cycle. **What happened:** - Ran the canonical one-shot `D:\Ecosystem\ops\zoom-fireflies-chaser\chaser.py` (exit 0). No Zoom media downloaded locally. - **0 meetings in the 26h window** → 0 queued uploads, 0 failures, 0 Chaser tasks, no blockers. - Verified the empty result is real, not a failure: ran a read-only pre-check that confirmed Zoom S2S OAuth and the recordings-list call both succeeded and genuinely returned zero recordings. The prior 05-21 recordings have aged out of the window and were already in Fireflies. - Confirmed all credentials present (Zoom S2S + Fireflies). State file `last_run_at` refreshed to 2026-05-25T11:06:19Z. Issue renamed to "Zoom-to-Fireflies Chaser: 2h autopilot run", result posted as a comment, status set to **in_review**. Note on metadata: nothing pinned. No PR, deploy URL, or blocker this run, and the only durable fact (last run time) already lives in the state file, so there's nothing that clears the bar for the issue's metadata bag.

Each heartbeat, you wake up, check your work, do something useful, and exit. You do not run continuously. ## Authentication Env vars auto-injected: `PAPERCLIP_AGENT_ID`, `PAPERCLIP_COMPANY_ID`, `PAPERCLIP_API_URL`, `PAPERCLIP_RUN_ID`. Optional wake-context vars may also be present: `PAPERCLIP_TASK_ID` (issue/task that triggered this wake), `PAPERCLIP_WAKE_REASON` (why this run was triggered), `PAPERCLIP_WAKE_COMMENT_ID` (specific comment that triggered this wake), `PAPERCLIP_APPROVAL_ID`, `PAPERCLIP_APPROVAL_STATUS`, and `PAPERCLIP_LINKED_ISSUE_IDS` (comma-separated). For local adapters, `PAPERCLIP_API_KEY` is auto-injected as a short-lived run JWT. For non-local adapters, your operator should set `PAPERCLIP_API_KEY` in adapter config. All requests use `Authorization: Bearer $PAPERCLIP_API_KEY`. All endpoints under `/api`, all JSON. Never hard-code the API URL. Some adapters also inject `PAPERCLIP_WAKE_PAYLOAD_JSON` on comment-driven wakes. When present, it contains the compact issue summary and the ordered batch of new comment payloads for this wake. Use it first. For comment wakes, treat that batch as the highest-priority new context in the heartbeat: in your first task update or response, acknowledge the latest comment and say how it changes your next action before broad repo exploration or generic wake boilerplate. Only fetch the thread/comments API immediately when `fallbackFetchNeeded` is true or you need broader context than the inline batch provides. Manual local CLI mode (outside heartbeat runs): use `paperclipai agent local-cli <agent-id-or-shortname> --company-id <company-id>` to install Paperclip skills for Claude/Codex and print/export the required `PAPERCLIP_*` environment variables for that agent identity. **Run audit trail:** You MUST include `-H 'X-Paperclip-Run-Id: $PAPERCLIP_RUN_ID'` on ALL API requests that modify issues (checkout, update, comment, create subtask, release). This links your actions to the current heartbeat run for traceability. ## The Heartbeat Procedure Follow these steps every time you wake up: **Scoped-wake fast path.** If the user message includes a **"Paperclip Resume Delta"** or **"Paperclip Wake Payload"** section that names a specific issue, **skip Steps 1–4 entirely**. Go straight to **Step 5 (Checkout)** for that issue, then continue with Steps 6–9. The scoped wake already tells you which issue to work on — do NOT call `/api/agents/me`, do NOT fetch your inbox, do NOT pick work. Just checkout, read the wake context, do the work, and update. **Step 1 — Identity.** If not already in context, `GET /api/agents/me` to get your id, companyId, role, chainOfCommand, and budget. **Step 2 — Approval follow-up (when triggered).** If `PAPERCLIP_APPROVAL_ID` is set (or wake reason indicates approval resolution), review the approval first: - `GET /api/approvals/{approvalId}` - `GET /api/approvals/{approvalId}/issues` - For each linked issue: - close it (`PATCH` status to `done`) if the approval fully resolves requested work, or - add a markdown comment explaining why it remains open and what happens next. Always include links to the approval and issue in that comment. **Step 3 — Get assignments.** Prefer `GET /api/agents/me/inbox-lite` for the normal heartbeat inbox. It returns the compact assignment list you need for prioritization. Fall back to `GET /api/companies/{companyId}/issues?assigneeAgentId={your-agent-id}&status=todo,in_progress,in_review,blocked` only when you need the full issue objects. **Step 4 — Pick work.** Priority: `in_progress` → `in_review` (if woken by a comment on it — check `PAPERCLIP_WAKE_COMMENT_ID`) → `todo`. Skip `blocked` un [ASSISTANT] MER-44 is closed. Done. **MER-44: ArchAngel Centers - DONE** Both child deliverables complete ahead of the mid-week deadline: - [MER-47](/MER/issues/MER-47): Full SEO audit + rebuild spec (36-page tree, per-page targets, schema plan, redirect map) - [MER-48](/MER/issues/MER-48): Site rebuilt and QA-passed by Queen **Live:** https://archangel-comeback.vercel.app 35 routes, white/light theme, mobile-first, NAP consistent for Tinton Falls NJ drug rehab targeting.

[USER] - ## Paperclip Resume Delta You are resuming an existing Paperclip session. This heartbeat is scoped to the issue below. Do not switch to another issue until you have handled this wake. Focus on the new wake delta below and continue the current task without restating the full heartbeat boilerplate. Fetch the API thread only when `fallbackFetchNeeded` is true or you need broader history than this batch. Execution contract: take concrete action in this heartbeat when the issue is actionable; do not stop at a plan unless planning was requested. Leave durable progress and then give the issue a clear final disposition before ending the heartbeat: `done`, `in_review` with a real reviewer/approval/interaction path, `blocked` with first-class blockers or a named unblock owner/action, delegated follow-up issues with blockers, or `in_progress` only when a live continuation path exists. MER-46 routed and closed. ## What I did MER-44 was a **combined** "SEO audit + site rebuild" (critical, due mid-week). Per the request I made Frankie the delivery owner and subcontracted the audit on her behalf, decomposed into a sequenced, dependency-aware plan: | Issue | Owner | Status | Target | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [MER-44](/MER/issues/MER-44) umbrella | Frankie (delivery owner) | in_progress | Wed 2026-05-27 | | [MER-47](/MER/issues/MER-47) SEO audit + rebuild spec | Einstein (+ Tommy, Sherlock) | in_progress | Tue 2026-05-26 | | [MER-48](/MER/issues/MER-48) Site rebuild – frontend | Frankie | blocked by MER-47 | Wed 2026-05-27 | | [MER-46](/MER/issues/MER-46) routing task | Carlos | **done** | — | ## Sequencing rationale (domain lenses) - **Critical path:** MER-47 (audit/spec) → MER-48 (rebuild) → Queen visual QA. The audit spec is the head because IA/URL strategy, on-page targets, and schema feed the rebuild. - **Parallelization to compress it:** Frankie is cleared to start spec-independent groundwork (design system + components) now; MER-48 auto-unblocks when the spec lands via the first-class `blockedByIssueIds` link, so I'm not polling. - **Cost of delay / capacity risk flagged:** Wed mid-week for audit + rebuild + QA is aggressive. De-risked by refreshing the on-disk MASTER-AUDIT, parallel groundwork, and folding QA into MER-48 acceptance (live URL + POWD + Queen pass). If MER-47 slips past Tue, the Wed ship is at risk and I escalate to the CMO / Account Manager. Both leads already moved their tasks to `in_progress`, confirming the assignment wakes fired and execution is live. Decomposition pattern saved to memory for the retro/playbook.

[USER] - You are agent a8ba03e4-96ea-4781-8320-3301f7442d08 (Merlin). [ASSISTANT] Inbox is empty. MER-43 was the only assignment and it's now closed. No work to pick up this heartbeat - exiting cleanly.

Skip `blocked` un [ASSISTANT] MER-45 is marked **done**. All four deliverables were completed by the previous run before it hit the turn limit. [USER] [tool_result] Showing 0 comments. [] [ASSISTANT] Done. The Zoom-to-Fireflies chaser sweep is complete and the issue is in `in_review`. **Run result (05:05 UTC sweep):** - Ran `D:\Ecosystem\ops\zoom-fireflies-chaser\chaser.py`, exit 0, 26h lookback - Meetings checked: 0 · Recordings found: 0 · Queued uploads: 0 · Upload failures: 0 · Chaser tasks: 0 · **Blockers: none** - Zoom Server-to-Server OAuth succeeded, Fireflies key loaded, both APIs reachable. No Zoom cloud recordings in the window, so nothing to queue. Steady state. - No Zoom media downloaded locally (Fireflies pulls server-side via `uploadAudio`); dedupe state file means 2h reruns won't re-upload. **What I did not do, on purpose:** - No parallel cron. The 2h cadence is driven by Multica autopilot (this issue was autopilot-triggered), so adding my own scheduler would double-fire. - `chaser_tasks_created` is 0 by design: this standalone script only queues Fireflies uploads. Slack/Chaser task creation lives behind `--create-chaser-tasks` in the master-brain `zoom_fireflies_chaser.py` variant, not this one. Result posted as a comment on GID-127; pinned `pipeline_status=healthy_no_recordings` for the next sweep. One thing worth flagging for you: there are two chaser implementations in the ecosystem (the standalone `ops/zoom-fireflies-chaser/chaser.py` I ran, and the fuller `master-brain/scripts/zoom_fireflies_chaser.py` with audit + Chaser-task flags). If you want each autopilot sweep to also open Slack Chaser tasks for recording gaps, point the autopilot at the master-brain variant with `--create-chaser-tasks` instead. Say the word and I'll wire that.

Skip `blocked` un [ASSISTANT] Heartbeat complete. **MER-24 — disposition: `in_review`, parked on a real interaction path** This wake was `issue_children_completed` (the dashboard child MER-42 finished), not a response to the open question. So I folded the child completion into the thread and confirmed the deliverable, rather than duplicating work or false-closing. What I verified and did this heartbeat: - Dashboard child MER-42 is `done` and **live**: https://estate-dashboard-weld.vercel.app (HTTP 200) - Core deliverables present in `D:/ClaudeDev/paperclip-workspace/merlino/`: `ESTATE-INVENTORY.md` (413 lines), `estate-inventory.json` (133 KB), `archive-manifest.json` (8 merge + 2 archive, **0 deletes**), plus reversible `archive-duplicates.ps1` / `restore-from-archive.ps1` - Posted a concise status comment on MER-24 folding in the child completion - Set MER-24 back to `in_review` (checkout had flipped it to `in_progress`) Why not `done`: you expanded scope to "mix/consolidate, then archive vs delete," and the prior run already created a pending `request_confirmation` ("Run the archive moves?", `wake_assignee`, bound to the plan doc). Moving folders needs your approval per company policy, so the issue legitimately waits on that one decision. That pending confirmation is the live path — I resume automatically when you accept or reject it. The single thing waiting on you: **accept** the confirmation to have me run the 8 safe moves, or **reject** to hold / change scope. Nothing has been deleted or moved.

[USER] give me the folder path exactly and also how will we send info hindsight then [ASSISTANT] **Exact folder path** (paste into Explorer's address bar): ``` C:\Users\mikem\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup ``` The launcher file in it: `hindsight-daemon.vbs`. Shortcut to open it fast: paste `shell:startup` into the Run box (Win+R). ## How info still gets into Hindsight (nothing changed) The fix only keeps the daemon **alive**. It did not touch the write path at all. The flow is identical to before: - **Daemon = the storage + API.** `uvx hindsight-api ... --port 9077` IS the Hindsight server. It holds the local embedded memory DB and exposes `http://127.0.0.1:9077`. - **Recall (read):** on every prompt, the plugin's `recall.py` queries `http://127.0.0.1:9077` and injects matches. That `<hindsight_memories>` block sitting at the top of your last few messages is the daemon answering live. That's your proof it's flowing right now. - **Retain (write):** on every response end (Stop hook), `retain.py` POSTs the transcript to `http://127.0.0.1:9077`, and the daemon embeds + stores it. - **Your custom hooks** (`subagent-stop-memory.py`, `chat-stop-memory.py`, `session-end-fanout.py`) also push to Hindsight on the same endpoint, plus your other stores (Memz, Mem0). **Before vs after the fix:** - Before: if the daemon was down, the retain hook had to cold-start it, which flashed the `uv.exe` window, then sent. - After: the daemon is already up (launched hidden at logon), so the hooks hit a live endpoint instantly. Zero window, same data in. So you send nothing manually. It's all automatic through port 9077, and that port is now guaranteed up. Health checked 200, daemon process is the same persistent one. If you ever want to push manually, you'd POST to `http://127.0.0.1:9077` or use `D:\Ecosystem\agent-memory\agent-memory.py`.
