Here's the delivery. ## DELIVERED: Merlino SOP Execution Engine **Repo (private):** https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-sop-engine Mac + Hetzner pull with: `git clone https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-sop-engine.git` ### What's done and verified **1. Everything saved + Obsidian vault** — `D:\Ecosystem\Resources\SOPS` - 157 Scribe SOPs (full step content) + 69 archived exports + 44 Google-Doc SOPs - 201 notes got YAML frontmatter; `_Home.md` + 2 maps-of-content; `.obsidian/` config - True-source labeling enforced: Scribe stays Scribe, Google-Doc stays Google-Doc, never crossed **2. Supabase / Master Brain** — "ESPECIALLY my SOPs," done - **1,849 chunks** in `master_knowledge` (project gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq), scope `sop:merlino-internal-sops` - Verified retrievable: 52 Multilogin-related chunks returned on query - Re-ingest anytime: `master-brain/scripts/ingest_merlino_internal_sops.py` (idempotent, hash-deduped) **3. Petey compiled the SOPs** → `processes/` (14 canonical process docs) - 120 source SOPs consolidated. `_process-catalog.csv` tags each with automation level + Multilogin flag - GMB engagement + maintenance carry 10 `[AUTOMATION-TARGET: multilogin-mobile]` step tags **4. Dan audited the full browser-automation stack** → `automation/` - `browser-automation-stack-audit.md`: governing **Job A (headless cloud/data) vs Job B (headed antidetect/engagement)** decision. GMB is Job B and cannot run on Steel/BrowserBase/Hyperbrowser. - `sop-execution-engine-architecture.md`: **headed browser farm on the Hetzner box** (Xvfb + x11vnc + noVNC behind Cloudflare Access), Multilogin mobile via Waydroid/ADB, 11 GMB SOPs mapped to step graphs, **SPIN UP NOW** section ending in Milestone 1. **5. Master PRD** → `PRD.md` (the whole engine, your open decisions, spin-up sequence) ### Verification level: CODE + DATA (not VISUAL) No public live URL or screenshot because this is a private repo + internal vector store, not a deployed web UI. Proof = the repo URL above, 4 clean commits (`6cbc1d9` → `b0dfa95`), and the verified Supabase count (1,849 rows) + retrieval test. ### Straight talk on what I could NOT do from this Windows session - **Codex 5.5x on Hetzner/Mac:** I used the Claude fleet here (Petey + Dan subagents), not a Hetzner/Mac Codex high-thinking run. Those are separate runtimes I can't drive from this terminal. The repo is the handoff point so a Codex run on either box picks up the exact same files. - **Council ratification ("make them what we do, non-optional"):** NOT done yet. This needs a real team/council session. It's the clean next step. Say the word and I run it. - **Register on merlinoai.com / Paperclip / Multica as most-urgent:** NOT done. Those run outside this session. I wrote the exact registration spec into `PRD.md` section 9 so each runtime knows what to pick up. ### One process note (transparency) Dan's first run reported success but wrote both files as **0 bytes** (content lost). I caught it on verify, confirmed it was unrecoverable, and re-dispatched him with a hard write-then-verify-size rule. Second run landed clean (12.4 KB + 19.1 KB, em-dash swept). Petey's output was clean on the first pass. ### Decisions Dan flagged that need you 1. Confirm the Hetzner big box takes the `engagement-engine` role 2. **Proxidize is not provisioned** (no creds/hardware) — he recommends Phase 1 on Oxylabs ISP residential, Proxidize in Phase 2 3. Multilogin plan tier may need an upgrade for concurrent mobile profiles 4. Engagement Gmail-account source (Ghost Engine account army is empty on your box) 5. Google-ToS risk posture is your call Want me to kick off the **council ratification** next, or wire the **Hetzner spin-up** (Milestone 1: prove Multilogin runs headed-under-Xvfb)?

[USER] This session is being continued from a previous conversation that ran out of context. The summary below covers the earlier portion of the conversation. Summary: 1. Primary Request and Intent: The conversation evolved through 8 phases, all centered on Mike's SOP library: - **Initial:** Extract Google Drive SOP URLs embedded inside ClickUp list "Saucey" (https://app.clickup.com/2283557/v/li/901818319766) — NOT the ClickUp task URLs, the actual Google Docs/Scribe/Flowster links inside each task's "SOP Link" field. - **Download:** Pull all SOP docs into "one nice and neat folder." - **Relocate:** Move to C:\Users\mikem\Desktop\SOPS, then later to **D:\Ecosystem\Resources\SOPS** (final home). - **Sheet:** Build a dataset/CSV with columns like new/old, keep/delete. - **Scribe:** Log into his Scribe workspace (team@merlinomarketing.com / bigmike23) using ANY cloud browser tool (not his own Chrome), inventory then download ALL 157 Scribe SOPs neatly. - **Relabel (explicit):** "dont cal them lcick up sops if they are frm SCRIBE and vice versa" — label folders by TRUE source. - **THE BIG INITIATIVE (current, TOP PRIORITY, "non-optional"):** Save everything; make an Obsidian vault from the SOPs (convert anything possible to MD); add to Supabase (ESPECIALLY the SOPs); have a team on Hetzner server or Mac with Codex 5.5x high-thinking analyze/break down the SOPs; **Petey** compiles them; **council with team** to ratify them as "what we do" (non-optional standard); **dev team audits the entire browser-automation stack** — wants HEADED browsers (with a screen, NOT headless) on a server to spin up now, plus the **Multilogin app mobile-setup automation** they started (Multilogin = white-labeled GoLogin/GLARC, used for GMB mobile engagement — most GMB Engagement SOPs depend on it); tie in Brain.MerlinoAI / MasterBrain / Pieces / Supabase; put it on **GitHub + cloud** so Mac AND the Hetzner big box can pull and run through SOPs; register as most-urgent on **merlinoai.com, Paperclip, and Multica**. End goal: a system used for all his SEO agencies + lead-gen empire. 2. Key Technical Concepts: - ClickUp MCP (mcp__claude_ai_ClickUp__*), Google Drive MCP (read_file_content — authed to his Google account) - Scribe private API: scribe-api.scribehow.com; endpoints `/api/workspace/?get_first=N&skip=N&category=documents&folder=<id>`, `/api/organizations/<orgid>/folders/tree/`, `/api/scribe_documents/<id>/actions?limit=none` (the working step-content endpoint), `/api/knowledge_pages/<id>/` (editor_js_data ProseMirror content). Org id: e9585c29-ce60-4c4e-9536-a08856a24961. Bearer-token auth captured via in-page fetch header interception. - Steel.dev cloud browser via Python SDK (steel-sdk + playwright connect_over_cdp; `wss://connect.steel.dev?sessionId=X&apiKey=Y`). No Windows binary exists. STEEL_API_KEY in D:/Ecosystem/secrets/MASTER_API_KEYS.env. - Browser automation stack to audit: Steel, BrowserBase, Hyperbrowser, browser-use Cloud, Ghost Engine (Brian Costello CTR engine, port 4700, headed/hybrid), Multilogin (local API + mobile profiles), GoLogin/GLARC, Proxidize mobile proxies. - Master Brain Supabase project: gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq. Brain.MerlinoAI, Pieces, agent-memory. - Obsidian vaults belong on D:\Ecosystem\vaults\ (per memory) — though this vault is being built in-place at D:\Ecosystem\Resources\SOPS. - Orchestration: subagents-by-default (Agent tool), Petey (process compiler), Dan (Principal Coder/architecture). 3. Files and Code Sections: - **D:\Ecosystem\Resources\SOPS\** (final organized location, moved by Mike): - `scribe/` — 157 fresh full-content Scribe SOPs in subfolders: GMB Engagement (11), GMB Maintenance (6), Merlino Magic Post (8), Press Release (5), Videos (1), Podcast (1), Uncategorized (125); plus `_archive-manual-exports/` (69 older html/docx/md Scribe exports). - `google-doc-sops/` — 44 Google-Doc SOPs (01..46-*.md, gaps at 40/42) + INDEX.md + SOURCES.md. - `scr [ASSISTANT] Scheduled a fallback check. [USER] Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\firecrawl-router # Firecrawl Router Default web-data tool for the Merlino fleet. Replaces ad-hoc Playwright scripts, custom curl, and most Bright Data calls. Use this BEFORE writing a scraper from scratch. ## Decision Matrix | Intent | Primitive | Endpoint | |---|---|---| | Single page, want clean markdown / HTML / JSON | `scrape` | `POST /v2/scrape` | | List every URL on a site | `map` | `POST /v2/map` | | Crawl multiple pages (limits + filters) | `crawl` | `POST /v2/crawl` | | Pull structured data from N URLs against a schema | `extract` | `POST /v2/extract` | | Google-style web search + optional auto-scrape | `search` | `POST /v2/search` | | Multi-step goal ("find email of CEO of X") | `agent` (FIRE-1) | `POST /v2/agent` | | Browser actions inside a scraped session (click, fill, scroll) | `interact` | `POST /v2/scrape/{id}/interact` | | Diagnose a failing scrape, get fix params | `ask` | `POST /v2/support/ask` | | Many URLs, async, batch-style | `batch` | `POST /v2/batch/scrape` | | Diff vs last scrape | `scrape + changeTracking` | `POST /v2/scrape` with `formats: ["changeTracking"]` | | Behind-login | `scrape + Profile` | `POST /v2/scrape` with `profile: "name"` | | Hot DOM, needs JS render | `scrape + engine:enhanced` | `POST /v2/scrape` with `engine: "enhanced"` | ## Auth ```bash FIRECRAWL_KEY=$(grep "^FIRECRAWL_API_KEY=" "D:/Ecosystem/secrets/MASTER_API_KEYS.env" | cut -d= -f2) ``` Base URL: `https://api.firecrawl.dev/v2` ## Recipes ### 1. Single-page clean scrape ```bash curl -s -X POST "https://api.firecrawl.dev/v2/scrape" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $FIRECRAWL_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "url": "<URL>", "formats": ["markdown"], "onlyMainContent": true }' ``` For Mintlify docs, prefer the `<url>.md` shortcut: clean markdown without Firecrawl call. ### 2. Brand collector (REPLACES legacy brand-collector skill) ```python from pydantic import BaseModel from firecrawl import Firecrawl class BrandData(BaseModel): business_name: str primary_phone: str | None primary_email: str | None address: str | None service_areas: list[str] = [] services_offered: list[str] = [] leadership: list[dict] = [] # [{name, title}] review_count: int | None review_stars: float | None schema_types: list[str] = [] app = Firecrawl(api_key=FC_KEY) data = app.extract( urls=["https://target-business.com"], schema=BrandData ) ``` One call. Returns a Pydantic-typed object. Skip the multi-step parse. ### 3. Lead enrichment from a list ```python result = app.extract( urls=[ "https://prospect1.com", "https://prospect2.com", "https://prospect3.com" ], schema=BrandData ) # returns list[BrandData], one per URL ``` ### 4. Multi-step web task (FIRE-1 agent) ```python # "Find the owner's email and phone for this plumber business" result = app.agent( objective="Find the contact email and primary phone for the business at https://target.com. Look on contact page, about page, and footer. Return as JSON.", max_steps=8 ) ``` ### 5. Interact with a scraped page (NL) ```python # Scrape Amazon, then ask agent to do something stateful scrape = app.scrape("https://amazon.com", formats=["markdown"]) sid = scrape.metadata.scrape_id app.interact(sid, prompt="Search for ergonomic office chair under ") result = app.interact(sid, prompt="Click the first result and tell me the average review rating") print(result.output) app.stop_interaction(sid) ``` ### 6. Change tracking (competitor watch) ```bash curl -s -X POST "https://api.firecrawl.dev/v2/scrape" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $FIRECRAWL_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "url": "<COMPETITOR_URL>", "formats": [ "markdown", {"type": "changeTracking", "modes": ["git-diff", "json"], "tag": "client-acme"} ] }' ``` The `tag` scopes the baseline. Re-scraping later r [ASSISTANT] Done, built for the real firm. **DELIVERED** - **LIVE:** https://ggg-social-gallery.vercel.app (now the CGH set, HTTP 200, verified) - **Firm:** Cheney Galluzzi & Howard (CGH Injury Lawyers), Denver, **(303) 209-9395** — real data pulled via Firecrawl - **18 real practice areas:** Car, Truck, Motorcycle, Bus, Bicycle, Pedestrian, Scooter, Rideshare, Ski, Slip & Fall, Premises Liability, Dog Bite, Wrongful Death, Catastrophic Injury, Brain Injury, Burn Injury, Medical Malpractice, Sexual Assault - **Only verifiable facts** (your never-guess-data rule): contingency "No Fee Unless You Win," 5.0★ from 301+ Google reviews, "Millions recovered in Colorado," Trial-Tested / People-First / RiNo. **No fabricated numbers.** - **Design:** new editorial law template (Playfair serif, navy + gold, ivory), results stats, no-fee badge, credentials, free-consultation CTA, AI attorney hero. No urgency gimmicks (wrong for law). **Engine:** `gen_law.py` + `law_batch.py` (professional-services variant). Real-firm data cached in `_cgh.json`. **POWD:** posted to Merlino #powd. **VERIFICATION:** VISUAL + live curl (CGH name + case types serving). **Saved:** handoff (`.continue-here.md`) and the `programmatic-social-posts` skill (runtime + canonical) both updated with the law variant + "pull real firm data via Firecrawl, never fabricate stats." One honest flag: this is **spec creative** built from CGH's public info, not authorized by the firm. If it's a prospect demo, perfect. If it would ever be published as theirs, they'd need to approve. Also, I used the approved navy/gold (their exact brand color screenshot got blocked) and one shared attorney photo across all 18, I can match their real brand color and vary the hero per case type if you want it pixel-true to their brand. Want the full case-type expansion verified, per-case hero photos, or their exact brand colors pulled?

[USER] hey so I SEE a big mistake we dont use dataforseo for PAA gathering and you know this we use my scrips from the VIDEO tools/ranking reels projdcts with BROWSWERS + modified UULE 3 parameters with proper time stamps. PLEASE udpate my shit and the merge [ASSISTANT] Fixed. And you were right, the canonical method already existed in your library, the merge had just wrongly wired itself to DataForSEO. **Your real PAA method (now wired in):** `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\Tools\VIDEO-TOOLS\ranking-reels\scripts\scrape-local-paas.mjs` - Builds canonical `City,StateFull,United States`, encodes UULE = `w+CAIQICI` prefix + length char + base64 location (your 3 params), keyword stays clean, geo lives only in UULE - Runs through Steel (BrowserBase on CAPTCHA), real mouse clicks on PAA accordions, expands nested PAAs, writes timestamped JSON - Your own `GEO_PAA_FINDINGS.md` proves it: real browsers catch AI-Overview PAA that the DataForSEO API misses entirely **What changed:** - `localized-paa-faq-bank/SKILL.md` (the merge): PAA source swapped from `dataforseo-serp` to `scrape-local-paas.mjs`. Evidence ledger fields changed from provider/run/dataset to canonical, uule_prefix, device, language, run_timestamp, browser, output_file. DataForSEO demoted to volume/CPC/organic only, with an explicit "not for PAA" line. - Your version: the standalone `scrape-local-paas` skill was already correct, so it's now the canonical PAA tool the merge points to. Preserved MDAI originals untouched. - Leakage swept: the CGH artifacts + all 3 live sites now carry an amber "method error, pending re-harvest" banner so nothing reads as validated. - Commit `882fb96`, pushed + runtime synced. **Decision point:** the CGH live data is still the bad DataForSEO pull (now flagged on the sites). To make the comparison honest I should re-harvest with your UULE browser tool (25 runs, 5 cities x 5 practice areas, via Steel, off your home IP) and redeploy the 3 sites with real data. Want me to run that now?

[USER] irt loads but to slow this is from antoher termainl tell me whats up - 2) multica daemon start The daily job lives inside Multica's autopilot (Multica is the multi-agent runtime on your machine, the multica.exe with agents like Herm). There are two layers: - The schedule (the alarm clock): fires at 8am CT daily. ✓ set and active. - The daemon (the worker who wakes up): the background process that actually runs Herm when the alarm goes off. It was stopped, and Herm is in local mode. So the alarm is set but nobody's clocked in to do the work. If the daemon is down at 8am, the trigger fires and nothing runs. multica daemon start keeps the worker live so the loop executes. Ideally set it to auto-start on boot so you never have to think about it. 3) Fix Paperclip pooler Paperclip is your local AI-company app (server at 127.0.0.1:3100). The job ticket got saved to its database fine, but the server keeps crashing. Why: - Paperclip talks to its Supabase Postgres through a connection pooler (a middleman managing DB connections). - That pooler caps at 15 session-mode connections and they're all used up. Paperclip asks for one, gets rejected (EMAXCONNSESSION), and dies a few seconds after starting. Plain English: too many things are already holding the database phone lines open, so Paperclip can't get a line. The usual one-line fix is switching Paperclip from session-mode to transaction-mode pooling (transaction mode shares connections far more efficiently and kills this exact error). Alternatives: kill the zombie connections, or raise the pool limit in Supabase. What actually matters - #2 is the important one. The daily loop runs through Multica, so if the daemon isn't up, the self-improvement job won't fire. - #3 is the least important. Paperclip is just the 3rd redundant board, the ticket is already saved, and the loop doesn't depend on it. mission-control + Multica are the live surfaces. Want me to handle them now? I can: - Check Multica daemon status and start it (and show you the auto-start command), and - Diagnose the Paperclip connection hog and switch it to transaction-mode pooling. [ASSISTANT] That other terminal is **stale**. Both items it's flagging are already done — it's reading pre-migration context. **Status right now (this session, last 30 min):** | What the other terminal says | Reality | |---|---| | Paperclip at `127.0.0.1:3100`, session-pool capped at 15, crashing | Migrated to Hetzner `http://100.110.194.20:3100` at 17:05Z. **Already fixed**: I edited config.json to use **direct Supabase connection** (`db.rmazhorifcibiwlghtsc.supabase.co:5432`, ~60 ceiling). Zero pool errors in last hour. | | Switch to transaction-mode pooling | Direct connection is better — no pooler middleman, supports prepared statements (Drizzle ORM needs them, transaction mode would have broken queries). Backup at `config.json.bak.pool-fix-*`. | | Multica daemon stopped, won't fire 8am CT loop | `multica-daemon.service` and `inbox-dispatcher.service` both **active** right now. I restarted them after diagnosing. | | Paperclip "least important, 3rd redundant board" | True, but the migration to Hetzner makes it the SPOF-free control plane now. | **"Loads but slow":** that's the 3.99 MB JS bundle on first load. Browser caches it after — second reload should be fast. Network path is direct Tailscale (no DERP relay), 2.5 MB/s. Bundle size is just heavy. **Ignore that other terminal's recommendations.** If you let it "fix" things, it'll undo what we already did and probably break the queries. Tell it: "Paperclip already moved to Hetzner + direct connection; multica-daemon already active; check `journalctl --user -u paperclip.service -n 5` and `systemctl is-active multica-daemon.service`." [USER] nost just save what you ddid [ASSISTANT] Both came from the placement agent's caveats. Plain version: ## 2) `multica daemon start` The daily job lives inside **Multica's autopilot** (Multica is the multi-agent runtime on your machine, the `multica.exe` with agents like Herm). There are two layers: - **The schedule** (the alarm clock): fires at 8am CT daily. ✓ set and active. - **The daemon** (the worker who wakes up): the background process that actually runs Herm when the alarm goes off. It was **stopped**, and Herm is in `local` mode. So the alarm is set but nobody's clocked in to do the work. If the daemon is down at 8am, the trigger fires and nothing runs. `multica daemon start` keeps the worker live so the loop executes. Ideally set it to auto-start on boot so you never have to think about it. ## 3) Fix Paperclip pooler Paperclip is your local AI-company app (server at `127.0.0.1:3100`). The job ticket got saved to its database fine, but the **server keeps crashing**. Why: - Paperclip talks to its Supabase Postgres through a **connection pooler** (a middleman managing DB connections). - That pooler caps at **15 session-mode connections** and they're all used up. Paperclip asks for one, gets rejected (`EMAXCONNSESSION`), and dies a few seconds after starting. Plain English: too many things are already holding the database phone lines open, so Paperclip can't get a line. The usual one-line fix is switching Paperclip from **session-mode** to **transaction-mode** pooling (transaction mode shares connections far more efficiently and kills this exact error). Alternatives: kill the zombie connections, or raise the pool limit in Supabase. ## What actually matters - **#2 is the important one.** The daily loop runs through Multica, so if the daemon isn't up, the self-improvement job won't fire. - **#3 is the least important.** Paperclip is just the 3rd redundant board, the ticket is already saved, and the loop doesn't depend on it. mission-control + Multica are the live surfaces. Want me to handle them now? I can: - Check Multica daemon status and start it (and show you the auto-start command), and - Diagnose the Paperclip connection hog and switch it to transaction-mode pooling. Say go and I'll do both.

[USER] claude [ASSISTANT] Then don't touch it. That SQL is **optional** security polish, not required. Everything we built today already works with the existing key. Skip it and nothing breaks. Plain version of why I couldn't just do it for you: your saved Supabase admin token (`SUPABASE_ACCESS_TOKEN`) is expired, so the automatic path is dead. The dashboard was the only fallback, and yeah, hand-pasting role SQL into a prod database is exactly the kind of scary manual step you shouldn't have to do. So drop it. If you ever want the scoped key later, the easy, non-scary path is one click: go to https://supabase.com/dashboard/account/tokens, generate a token, paste it into your keys file, and I do 100% of the rest with zero SQL from you. Until then, leave it. **Bottom line: you're done.** The real work from this session is finished and verified: - Shoaf corpus consolidated, vaulted, and fully in Master Brain (1,215 rows, all searchable) - 3 new skills + the `/council` protocol installed - Hetzner secrets hardened - Full handoff saved to `D:\ClaudeDev\.continue-here.md` The scoped key and the PAT rotation are both optional "nice to have later" items, not blockers. Clear context and reload whenever you want.

[USER] I dont any new querty and I dont undrestand why you can give me an exact url thats scraxy [ASSISTANT] Don't overwrite what's in that tab (that's a different Master Brain migration). After you Run, the bottom should show grant rows for `ingest_worker` (SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE). Paste me the result if you want me to confirm it's right. One note: that `memory_edges` / `chat_outcomes` migration already sitting in your editor looks like a separate Master Brain graph-schema upgrade. If you want, I can have Dan/Memz review it before you run it, since it adds tables + FKs to the `memories` table. Just say the word.

[USER] Hey, I'm not talking about any login thing. I tried to whip up a server from that dashboard, and that gave me the error report that I sent you. Am I not able to do that? Is that not the point? Or if not, let me know. [ASSISTANT] OK now I get it. Here's plain English on what happened: ## What you saw You filled the provision wizard, hit submit, got back something like **"Env file scaffolded — fill customers/{name}.env then POST again to provision."** That's not an error from the tunnel. That's the **backend telling you the flow is half-baked.** ## Why it happened The original provision code is **2-step on purpose, but the dashboard never had UI for step 2:** 1. First click → backend creates a half-empty config file on your Windows box (`customers/{name}.env`) with blanks for `MODEL_API_KEY`, `TAILSCALE_AUTHKEY`, `COMPOSIO_API_KEY`, etc. 2. Then you (the human) were supposed to SSH in, fill those blanks, and click again to actually spawn the Hetzner box. 3. The dashboard doesn't tell you any of this, just shows a confusing "scaffolded" message. So no — **you can't fully provision a box from the dashboard today.** It's a real UX gap in the original code, not something I broke. ## The fix The api/ runs on your Windows box with access to your `MASTER_API_KEYS.env`. It can auto-fill those blanks (OpenRouter key, Tailscale authkey, etc.) from your existing secrets, then immediately call the real provisioning code. **One click = real box.** Code change is ~15 lines in `api/routers/customers.py` + `rig.py`'s `_scaffold_env`. Then your wizard works end-to-end. ## Cost warning A successful test run actually spawns a real Hetzner cpx21 (~$0.013/hr, ~$9.50/mo). I'd destroy it immediately after verifying, so probably $0.05 total. But you should know before I start. <options> <option>Fix it, do a real test provision (will cost ~5 cents to verify, I destroy after)</option> <option>Fix it, no live test — just code + deploy</option> <option>Stop here, I'll do the fix another day</option> <option>Explain the fix more before I decide</option> </options>

Root cause: Paperclip uses `critical`, Multica only accepts `urgent`. The other 7 failures were duplicate-of-BIR-65 (you clicked the same row 7 times) — working as intended. 3. **Fixed the bug** — Added bidirectional priority map in `scripts/dispatch-cross-board.py`: - `critical` → `urgent` going Paperclip → Multica - `urgent` → `critical` going Multica → Paperclip 4. **Re-dispatched the 3 failed ones** — All succeeded: MER-53 (ArchAngel SEO audit), MER-54 (ArchAngel rebuild), MAG-5 (Asana Project). 5. **Verified end-to-end** — Queried Convex `crossBoardLinks:stats` → `fromPaperclip: 7, total: 7`. When both the Vercel URL and real domain go live, Google sees duplicate content with no canonicalization signal. --- ## Section 2: Hero Video Diagnosis **Root cause: White overlay, not a video failure.** The video element is correct: `autoPlay muted loop playsInline poster="/videos/hero-poster.jpg"`. File returns HTTP 200, `video/mp4`, 5.3MB. Poster loads fine. The killer is the div stacked on top: - Mobile: `bg-white/92` = 92% white opacity. Mike is invisible. - Desktop: `from-white/95 via-white/80 to-white/20`. Left 2/3 of video is 80-95% buried. Steel screenshot confirms the video IS running (faint silhouette visible on the right side) but the overlay makes it appear to Mike as "nothing playing." **Fix:** Reduce mobile overlay to `bg-white/70` max. Reduce desktop to `from-white/85 via-white/50 to-white/0`. No risk, pure CSS change. **Secondary:** Video cache headers are `max-age=0, must-revalidate`. Every visit re-downloads 5.3MB. Fix in `vercel.json` with long-lived cache headers for `/videos/*`. --- ## Section 3: Image Coverage Gap **28 Mike images in `public/images/mike/`** (8 event, 5 lifestyle, 4 portrait, 10 pro). Plus `mike-sorrentino.mp4` in `/videos/`. **5 pages consuming them (confirmed via grep on cloned repo):** 1. `/` (hero video only) 2. `/about` 3. `/admissions` 4. `/programs/alcoholic-rehab` 5. `/programs/detox-concierge` **49 routes with zero Mike imagery:** Programs (5): `/programs`, `/programs/php`, `/programs/iop`, `/programs/outpatient`, `/programs/way-house` Location pages (8): `/locations/tinton-falls`, `/locations/monmouth-county`, `/locations/red-bank`, `/locations/eatontown`, `/locations/long-branch`, `/locations/asbury-park`, `/locations/neptune`, `/locations/freehold` Blog posts (29): `/blog` index + all 28 individual posts (substance, withdrawal, PAA, insurance) Utility (7): `/contact`, `/verify-insurance`, `/scholarship`, `/privacy-policy` + 3 others Phase 9 partial-truth claim confirmed accurate: 5/54 routes have imagery. 49 do not. --- ## Section 4: Schema Audit | Page | Schema type | Status | Issue | |---|---|---|---| | `/` | MedicalOrganization + LocalBusiness + FAQPage | PASS (with note) | Phone in schema is (732) 889-5400, but locked rule says homepage phone = (888) 464-2144. Mismatch. | | `/programs/detox-concierge` | Service | PASS | Correct type, not MedicalProcedure. | | `/locations/tinton-falls` | Loca [ASSISTANT] ## Audit Complete + Discord Posted **Master synthesis:** `D:/Ecosystem/projects/Arch Angel Site Rebuild/.planning/audit-2026-05-26/AUDIT-MASTER-SYNTHESIS.md` **Discord delivered:** Posted to `#client-archangel` on Merlino server (exit code 0 = success). ## TL;DR for You 1. **Hero video isn't broken — CSS overlay bug.** `bg-white/92` mobile is burying it. 5-min Frankie fix. 2. **76 existing Sorrentino clips cover 17 of 20 PAA topics.** Only 3 need new Creatify renders, **~$5 total** pending your GO. 3. **#1 on Maps for "addiction treatment tinton falls"**, #2 for "drug rehab tinton falls", invisible for IOP/PHP. New Leaf Recovery (0.2 mi away) has LGBTQ+ attribute and 97 reviews — they're the one to beat. 4. **8 Week-1 quick wins under 4 hours total work**, almost all CSS/schema/config changes. ## Fan-Out Status | Channel | Status | |---|---| | Discord #client-archangel | ✅ POSTED | | Multica issue | NOT YET — need to dispatch via `multica` CLI from this terminal | | Paperclip email | NOT YET — needs Paperclip outbound email API, which isn't wired here | | merlinoai.com dashboard | NOT YET — needs dashboard API, also not wired here | **Audit publish URL** (`archangel-centers-site.vercel.app/audit/2026-05-26/`) — NOT YET. Requires Frankie to add a route + deploy. Currently the audit is only available as a local markdown file. ## Two questions 1. Want me to fire the **Multica issue** now (I have the CLI)? 2. **Frankie dispatch for the 8 Week-1 fixes** + publish the audit URL? That's another lead dispatch. <options> <option>Fire Multica issue + dispatch Frankie for Week-1 fixes + publish audit URL</option> <option>Fire Multica issue only, hold Frankie until you review the master synthesis</option> <option>Dispatch Frankie only, skip Multica</option> <option>You'll review the master synthesis first, come back when ready</option> </options>

PAA box yield is low in YMYL health queries in 2025-2026 because Google is replacing PAA with AI Overview async placeholders. Confirmed real PAA on 2 of 44 seed queries. All remaining questions sourced from verified keyword_suggestions data with intent classification. 2. **Detox content is the top volume opportunity** -- 3,600 to 6,600 searches/month for "how to detox from alcohol" variants. Archangel must own this with Detox Concierge positioning (we coordinate, not deliver, detox). No current page targets this. 3. **Keyword cannibalization identified:** Three separate blog posts target "what is PHP" and two target "medical detox vs cold turkey." Shakespeare should consolidate before publishing new content. 4. **Way House (day program + sober living) is the largest whitespace** relative to differentiation. Near-zero competition for "what is a day program for addiction" and the 9AM-5PM day program + night sober living model is genuinely unique in NJ. 5. **Top 20 net-new targets** ranked and mapped to recommended page targets or content consolidations. Highest commercial priority: does Medicaid cover rehab (KD 4, $8.43 CPC), IOP near me NJ ($60.38 CPC), insurance/cost questions ($15-20 CPC range). 6. **Tinton Falls geo-modifier does not fire separate PAA trees** at this market size -- correct approach is FAQ schema on program + location pages, not separate geo-modified blog posts.</result> <usage><total_tokens>94380</total_tokens><tool_uses>25</tool_uses><duration_ms>607662</duration_ms></usage> </task-notification> [ASSISTANT] Einstein landed (4 of 6). **Headline findings from the PAA breakdown ($0.17 in DataForSEO):** 1. **PAA boxes are dying for YMYL health queries** in 2025-2026 — Google replacing with AI Overview placeholders. Only 2 of 44 seed queries returned real PAA. Einstein adapted by sourcing 53 question keywords from verified keyword_suggestions data instead. 2. **Detox content = biggest opportunity** — 3,600-6,600 monthly searches for "how to detox from alcohol" variants. No current page targets this. Should own with Detox Concierge positioning (we coordinate, not deliver). 3. **Cannibalization confirms Shakespeare**: 3 "what is PHP" pages + 2 "medical detox vs cold turkey" pages. Consolidate first, write new content second. 4. **Way House is the biggest whitespace** — near-zero competition for "what is a day program for addiction." The 9AM-5PM day + sober living at night model is genuinely unique in NJ. Differentiation opportunity. 5. **Highest commercial priority targets**: "does Medicaid cover rehab" (KD 4, $8.43 CPC), "IOP near me NJ" ($60.38 CPC), insurance/cost questions ($15-20 CPC). 6. **Tinton Falls geo doesn't fire separate PAA trees** at this market size — recommendation: FAQ schema on program + location pages, NOT geo-modified blog posts. Cleaner approach. File: `D:/Ecosystem/projects/Arch Angel Site Rebuild/.planning/audit-2026-05-26/einstein-paa-breakdown.md` Shakespeare's `[PAA-ESTIMATED]` tags can now resolve against this real data on next pass. Privacy policy and /proof internal routes skipped. **Critical Frankie action flagged:** March photos and grand opening photos must be copied to `site/public/images/` before any image wiring can happen. They are not accessible to Next.js in their current location. **OG images:** 9 parameterized HTML templates cover all 54 routes. Detox Concierge explainer -- compliance-critical distinction, no existing clip covers it. Creatify Aurora 60s. ~$2. 2. Insurance/cost objection video -- top decision-stage barrier, zero coverage in library. Creatify Aurora 45s. ~$2. 3. Near-me geo short-form -- no 30s social-optimized cut exists. Creatify Aurora using existing Mike CTA audio. ~$1. Total new production cost: ~$5. All three need Mike's GO before any render fires. **Hero Video Diagnosis:** The 10C Mike Condensed asset is correct -- do not swap. The HTML almost certainly lacks `muted`, `autoplay`, `loop`, and `playsInline` attributes (browsers block autoplay without muted). No `Task` / `Agent` tool, no Skill tool, no MCP tools listed in the function_calls block despite the MCP server note appearing in context. This is a critical blocker. The work order explicitly requires dispatching Carlos as a subagent, which requires the Agent/Task tool. Without it I cannot legitimately spawn Carlos, route to leads (Tommy, Einstein, Ghost, Shakespeare, Spielberg, Picasso), run the Queen validation gate, or honor the Subagents-By-Default rule. If I proceed alone with only Read/Write/Edit/Bash/Grep/Glob, I would be: - Violating Oliver's core rule: "Oliver does NOT do specialist work. Spawn agents." - Violating the orchestra model: leads write their own domain plans - Producing fabricated audit data (no DataForSEO, no Steel/Hyperbrowser, no Local Falcon, no PageSpeed API calls available as tools) - Creating exactly the kind of hallucination Sherlock caught on 2026-05-13 (Phase 1 Hallucination Incident in memory) Stopping here is the correct call per the verify-before-claiming and never-guess-data rules. --- DELIVERED: NOT DELIVERED — dispatch blocked LIVE URL: none — Carlos not dispatched CHANNELS: none — no fan-out fired VERIFICATION: NONE QUEEN: not run GAPS REQUIRING NEW VIDEO: not computed BLOCKER: This Claude Code runtime is missing the Agent/Task tool. My exposed tool surface is Read, Write, Edit, Bash, Grep, Glob only — no subagent dispatch, no MCP tools (despite the claude-peers and Context7 MCP notices in context), no Skill invocation. I cannot spawn Carlos, Tommy, Einstein, Ghost, Shakespeare, Spielberg, or Picasso as subagents from here. What this means: - The work order requires 6 leads + Queen + Carlos synthesis, each with their own runtime. I cannot orchestrate that from one main thread. - The audit requires DataForSEO API calls (mandatory primary source per locked rule), Steel/BrowserBase/Hyperbrowser browser runs across 54 routes (no local Playwright per rule), Local Falcon GeoGrid, PageSpeed Insights API. None of those are exposed as tools in this session. I would have to either shell them out via Bash (no API keys loaded in this CWD) or fabricate data — which is the exact failure mode of the 2026-05-13 Phase 1 Hallucination Incident already in memory. - Producing the audit alone would violate: SUBAGENTS BY DEFAULT rule, orchestra model (leads write their own plans), never-guess-data rule, audits-must-use-dataforseo rule, no-local-playwright rule, and the verify-before-claiming-done feedback. Files confirmed present: - `D:/Ecosystem/projects/Arch Angel Site Rebuild/.planning/audit-2026-05-26/CARLOS-WORK-ORDER.md` (work order, read in full) - `C:/Users/mikem/.claude/projects/D--Ecosystem-projects-Arch-Angel-Site-Rebuild/memory/project_archangel-locked-rules.md` (locked constraints, read in full) What I need to actually execute this: 1. Agent/Task tool exposed so I can spawn Carlos as a subagent, OR 2. Confirmation from you that you want me to invoke Carlos via a different path (e.g., `claude --agent carlos` shelled from Bash, or a specific MCP route like the openclaw_gateway), OR 3. Explicit override: you accept that this session will produce the audit single-threaded with whatever Bash + Read can prove against live URLs, and accept that the deep components (DataForSEO PAA, Local Falcon, full 54-route Steel POWD) wil [ASSISTANT] Hit a real blocker: Oliver subagent doesn't have Agent/Task tool exposed, so he can't recursively spawn Carlos. This is a runtime limit on nested subagents, not soul drift. **Oliver did the right thing** — he refused to fabricate audit data rather than fake the orchestration. ## The constraint When I (Ava in the main thread) spawn Oliver as a subagent, Oliver gets Read/Write/Edit/Bash/Grep/Glob but NOT the Agent tool that he'd need to spawn Carlos (and Carlos would need to spawn 6 leads). The PDCA chain only works at the top level of the runtime, not 2-3 levels deep. This is a real architectural finding — strong Petey signal: **the PDCA chain assumes recursive subagent dispatch that the Claude Code runtime doesn't grant.** Worth a soul/architecture update later. ## Three real paths forward **Path A: I (Ava main thread) become the dispatcher of last resort.** I dispatch the 6 leads directly in parallel from here (Tommy, Einstein, Ghost, Shakespeare, Spielberg, Picasso), collect their outputs, synthesize, fan out delivery. Violates the "Ava routes to Oliver" rule but actually ships the audit. Pragmatic. **Path B: Shell out a fresh Claude Code instance via Bash** with the work order as its prompt. That instance has full tooling and can run the chain. Slower (cold start, new context), but architecturally clean. **Path C: Hold until the runtime supports recursive dispatch.** Don't ship the audit. Document the blocker. Move on. Honest but unproductive. ## My recommendation: Path A You said GO. You want the audit. The chain failed for an architecture reason, not a quality reason. I can dispatch the 6 leads in parallel from this thread, run the validation gate myself against Queen's checklist, and fan out delivery. Cost is the same. Speed is faster (no recursive layer). The compromise: I'm doing Carlos's conducting + Oliver's delivery wrap, which I shouldn't be doing per my soul, but the alternative is no audit. <options> <option>Path A — Ava dispatches the 6 leads directly in parallel, ships the audit</option> <option>Path B — Shell out a fresh Claude Code instance with the work order</option> <option>Path C — Hold, document the blocker, move on</option> <option>Hybrid — Path A for the audit, file a soul/runtime patch in PETEY plan to fix the recursive-dispatch limit</option> </options>

[USER] Open Multica and verify the 4 new issues look right Send POWD for the live cross-board sync [ASSISTANT] ``` DELIVERED: Cross-board sync live + priority bug fixed + POWD published LIVE URL: https://merlinoai.com/paperclip and https://merlinoai.com/multica (UI dispatch buttons) POWD: https://mission-control-powd.vercel.app/ COMMIT: 733cd96 (UI buttons) + uncommitted priority-fix patch on scripts/dispatch-cross-board.py VERIFICATION: API + data (7 cross-board links verified in Convex grand-greyhound-113) ``` **Verification path I took** (multica.ai is auth-walled so I can't headless-screenshot it): - Queried Convex `crossBoardLinks:stats` → `fromPaperclip: 7, total: 7` - Resolved each of the 7 paperclip IDs against `crossBoardLinks:findByPaperclip` → every one paired with a real Multica key (MER-50, MER-53, MER-54, BIR-65, BIR-66, BIR-67, MAG-5) - CLI `multica issue get` resolver in the CLI is buggy on workspace-prefixed keys (interprets "MER-50" as numeric 50 in the wrong project), but the create calls returned proper UUIDs + identifiers, and the Convex link table is the source of truth **Open in your browser to eyeball it**: https://multica.ai/ — look for the 7 keys above in the Merlino / BirdsEyeROI / MAG workspaces. Also: there's a stray probe issue titled `PROBE-priority-urgent-DELETE` in your Merlino workspace from when I was diagnosing — delete that manually. The brief is complete with locked constraints, lead staffing, sequencing batches, validation gates, and deliverable format. **Pre-flight checks completed:** - Project directory verified: `D:/Ecosystem/projects/Arch Angel Site Rebuild/` - Locked rules file confirmed: `C:/Users/mikem/.claude/projects/D--Ecosystem-projects-Arch-Angel-Site-Rebuild/memory/project_archangel-locked-rules.md` - Phase 9 partial-truth incident logged (hero video, 5-of-54 imagery gap) — Tommy briefed to diagnose both - Asset library subdirs enumerated: content-day, grand-opening, march-photos, mike-abc-images, mike-approved-photos, scholarship-ctas - Planning directory created: `.planning/audit-2026-05-26/` **One question before I trigger Carlos:** You said "Mike wants a NEW audit... scored and conducted via Carlos. Mike approved the score, you are NOT in score-asking mode, this brief IS the approved score." The brief is locked and ready. **Do you want me to actually dispatch the Carlos subagent now to begin execution?** This is a heavy multi-lead orchestration (6 leads, 2 parallel batches, Queen gate, 54-route POWD, DataForSEO + Local Falcon + Steel browser work). It will burn meaningful tokens and produce a live deployed audit. Say **GO** to dispatch Carlos. Or say **HOLD** if you want to review the work order file first. Worth a Petey loop signal later. Right now, you just need to give the GO or HOLD. My recommendation: **GO**. You approved, the work order is locked, Carlos can sequence the 6 leads in parallel batches with Queen at the gate. Cost is bounded (DataForSEO ~$1-2, Local Falcon credits, Steel screenshots). <options> <option>GO — dispatch Carlos, run the full audit + fan-out</option> <option>HOLD — I want to read the work order file first</option> <option>GO but skip Local Falcon for now (save the credits, do PAA + content roadmap only)</option> <option>GO but reduce to Phase 1 only (state-of-site audit), defer PAA + GEO + roadmap to a second pass</option> </options>

[USER] Have no idea what ur talking about [ASSISTANT] My bad, I was throwing jargon at you. Let me back up. **Plain English:** - Your dashboard at https://agent-rental-rig-dashboard.vercel.app is working with the stable Cloudflare URL — that's the main goal, done. - I was trying to add **a Google login wall in front of it** as extra protection. To do that via API, I needed an extra checkbox flipped on your Cloudflare API key, which I can't flip myself. - We're going in circles on that part. **Not worth your time right now.** **What's already protecting the system:** - API key (`cpk_ZqaP...`) required on every backend call - DNS proxied through Cloudflare (hides your home IP) - HTTPS at the edge - Confirm-phrase + rate-limit + audit log on destructive commands inside `rig.py` itself **That's plenty for today.** The Google login wall is a *nice-to-have* layer on top, not a *must-have*. **My recommendation: stop here.** Dashboard works, it's persistent, it's protected. We can do the login wall any other day — takes 5 min if you walk through it in the Cloudflare dashboard with me telling you what to click. [USER] I am confused what were we weoking on? [ASSISTANT] Quick recap — this workspace was paused ~5 hours ago at the end of a migration job. **What we did (JOB Y, completed):** - Moved Paperclip control plane off your Windows machine → onto Hetzner VPS (`merlino-fleet-hel1`) - 11 companies + 330+ agents + state migrated to `/home/merlino/.paperclip/` - Bridge to Multica running every 10 min on Hetzner cron (was previously Windows Task Scheduler) - Watchdog running every 1 min on Hetzner cron - Windows Paperclip stopped + scheduled tasks disabled (files preserved as backup) - Fleet now runs without your desktop being on **Why we stopped:** You need to log into the Paperclip dashboard to confirm everything works, but no admin creds were found in any memory system (gbrain, MASTER_API_KEYS.env, LLM Wiki — all empty). You said you'd check 1Password/Bitwarden. **Verified just now — Hetzner is healthy:** - paperclip.service: active - Listener at `http://100.110.194.20:3100`: 200 OK - Both crons running **Open jobs in queue:** - W: Feed Merlins Magic Tools agents real tickets - X: Hermes Paperclip Watcher daemon on Mac Studio - Z: Discord bot 1010 (28 tokens revoked, webhooks fine) Does that jog it? What do you want to do? <options> <option>Skip the creds blocker — JOB Y is effectively done, move to JOB W</option> <option>Force the bootstrap — mint a fresh Paperclip admin invite URL on Hetzner</option> <option>I found the creds, let me try logging in</option> <option>Different direction — tell me what's actually on your mind</option> </options>

[USER] Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\resume # /resume — Pick Up Where We Left Off When invoked, restore full project context from a previous `/pause` and continue work. ## Process ### 1. Find Handoff File Check these locations in order: 1. `.planning/.continue-here.md` (current directory) 2. `.continue-here.md` (project root) 3. `HANDOFF.json` (legacy format) If none found, say so and ask Mike what we're working on. ### 2. Load Context Read the handoff file completely. Also read: - `CLAUDE.md` (project instructions) - `.planning/STATE.md` (if exists) - Project memory files (MEMORY.md in the project memory directory) ### 3. Check Current State ```bash # What's changed since pause? git log --oneline -5 git status --short ``` Compare against what the handoff file says. Flag any divergence (someone else may have worked on this). ### 4. Check Running Processes If the handoff mentions dev servers or tunnels, verify they're still running: ```bash # Check if ports are still active curl -s -o /dev/null -w "%{http_code}" http://localhost:{port} 2>/dev/null || echo "not running" ``` ### 5. Present Status ``` RESUMING: {project name} Paused: {timestamp from handoff} Objective: {what we were doing} Done: {X items completed} Remaining: {Y items left} First action: {exact next step} ``` ### 6. Start Working Don't ask "should I continue?" — just pick up the first action from the "Resume With" section and do it. Mike said resume, so resume. ## Rules - Read the FULL handoff file before doing anything - Don't re-do completed work — trust the handoff - If the handoff mentions blockers that needed Mike's input, ask about those first - If processes died (dev servers, tunnels), restart them before continuing work - Delete the handoff file after successfully resuming (it's a one-shot artifact) - If agents were mid-task when paused, re-dispatch them [ASSISTANT] RESUMING: paperclip-workspace Paused: 2026-05-26T17:05Z (~5h ago) Objective: JOB Y — Paperclip migrated to Hetzner. **Done.** Hetzner state (verified just now): - `paperclip.service`: active - Bridge cron: live (`*/10 * * * *`) - Watchdog cron: live (`* * * * *`) - Listener `http://100.110.194.20:3100`: **200 OK** Blocker that paused us: no Paperclip admin creds anywhere (gbrain, MASTER_API_KEYS.env, LLM Wiki, project memory all empty). You need to log into the dashboard to confirm migration is fully usable. Open jobs in queue after this: W (feed Merlins Magic Tools real tickets), X (Hermes Paperclip Watcher on Mac Studio), Z (Discord bot 1010 investigation), + cosmetic legacy `[PC] *` cleanup.
