Heads up: Mac claude is at an interactive question — wants your call on polish direction. My asset message likely got queued into the prompt text. **You need to attach to the Mac session to answer.**
What Mac is asking right now:
```
Celebrity polish direction for Sites #2 and #3:
1. Match Site #1 (use it as gold standard)
2. Luxury medical / white + gold (Cedars-Sinai vibe)
3. Warm + hopeful recovery
4. Custom / type your own
5. Chat about this
```
Plus a `PAA topics` question coming after.
## Attach now
```bash
ssh mac -t tmux a -t archangel
```
Or open https://app.happy.engineering and connect to Mac.
## Asset inventory is shipped
- File on Mac: `~/projects/archangel/ARCH-ANGEL-ASSETS.md`
- File on Windows: `D:/ClaudeDev/multica-ops/ARCH-ANGEL-ASSETS.md`
- Documents: 451 videos + 2,094 images at `E:\ARCH ANGEL`, top dirs to use (mike-approved-photos, grand-opening, cta-and-tour-videos, selected-site-media, etc.), Bunny CDN URL pattern `https://addiction-treatment.b-cdn.net/<relative-path>`, and the priority rule (local public/images first → Bunny CDN second → ask Mike third → NEVER stock/gradient).
When you attach to Mac and answer the polish question, also paste this so the running session re-reads the asset inventory:
```
Read ~/projects/archangel/ARCH-ANGEL-ASSETS.md now. That's the full Mike Sorrentino client media library. Use those assets for every visual addition. No stock, no gradients.
```

That last background search finished, nothing new in it: same Pieces traces and the two ops docs I already read, plus Multica-workspace chats that don't touch the brain box's SSH setup. No hidden alternate access method anywhere.
So the picture is settled and I'm not going to keep digging. Bottom line, unchanged:
- The key is `id_ed25519_server`. I have it. The box rejects it. No reachable machine can SSH in.
- Restoring access = that key gets re-added on the box, by one of two means.
Standing by for your call:
- **"reboot it"** → I run the Hetzner Robot rescue, restore the key, reboot back (~5 min brain.merlinoai.com downtime, nothing deleted).
- Or you paste the key line in a live shell on `37.27.102.230` (Hetzner web console or an open session) and I verify from here.

May 27, 06:48 PM
[USER]
why do I have to restart windows for that to work with MAC?
[ASSISTANT]
You don't. They're independent.
**The Mac doesn't need your Windows restart for anything.** Mac has the repos, the docs, Happy CLI installed. It's standalone.
**The only things tied to your Windows PC are:**
- This Claude session you're chatting with (me) — dies if you restart
- The bunny upload — dies if you restart, but resumes via the manifest
**You can do all of these right now in parallel without restarting:**
1. Keep chatting with me here on Windows
2. Open https://app.happy.engineering on your phone or browser
3. Start a Claude session pointed at Mac
4. Both sessions run simultaneously, on different machines, on different parts of the work
The restart was YOUR call earlier ("I have to restart my PC"). If you don't need to restart Windows for some other reason (Windows update, hung process, memory issue), don't. We can keep going here AND fire up Mac in parallel.
<options>
<option>Don't restart — keep going here AND I'll spin up Mac work in parallel right now</option>
<option>Still need to restart Windows for a separate reason — proceed with the handoff plan</option>
<option>Just want Mac running, this session can die — I start the Mac session now</option>

**YES — confirmed end-to-end.** Just fired a synthetic event signed with the real secret, and Ty's GHL contact `XYohJeH4wZt5byiGU9qK` updated live.
**Before:** 4 tags, last updated 2026-05-27T02:16Z (yesterday's manual fix)
**After:** 10 tags, last updated 2026-05-27T18:24Z (just now)
**6 new tags added by the webhook:**
- `stripe-verified`
- `stripe-pi_synthetic_test_2026_05_27`
- `webhook-test-2026-05-27` (from the `ghl_target_tag` in the test payload)
- `tier-growth`
- `sku-video-pack-10`
- `src-webhook-verification-test`
That's the full path proved: signed Stripe POST → signature verification → metadata read → GHL contact lookup by `metadata.email` → `POST /contacts/{id}/tags` → real write recorded with new `dateUpdated`.
**Earlier honest miss:** the first signed-POST test today returned 200 but the GHL side silently 401'd because the PIT in Vercel was stale. I caught it after the fact when I tested the token manually, updated the env, redeployed — but didn't re-fire the event until now. Updating the POWD page to reflect the actual verified state.
**Cleanup needed:** the 6 test tags I just added are pollution on Ty's real contact. Want me to remove them?

3. Connect to Mac (Happy CLI is installed there at v1.1.7)
4. SSH in or use Happy's terminal to: `cd ~/projects/archangel && cat NEXT-SESSION-PROMPT.md`
5. Start a new Claude session in `~/projects/archangel`, paste the contents of `NEXT-SESSION-PROMPT.md`
6. Work resumes: celebrity polish + 20 UULE PAA articles
## Separate: Bunny upload on Windows
After your PC reboots, one terminal command resumes:
```
cd D:/ClaudeDev/multica-ops && python bunny-upload-archangel-fast.py
```
Manifest preserves the 647 files already done. ~3.4 MB/s × remaining ~42 GB = ~3 hours.

Hold on, don't run that here. If I (or you) run that `echo` line on **this Windows box**, it just appends the key to Windows's own `authorized_keys` and does **nothing** for the brain box. That line only matters when it runs **on `37.27.102.230` itself**.
And I just proved the problem is real: I tested every fleet machine I can reach into the brain box right now:
| From | root | merlino | mike |
|---|---|---|---|
| vps1 | denied | denied | denied |
| vps2 | denied | denied | denied |
| vps3 | denied | denied | denied |
| Windows / Mac | denied | denied | denied |
| hp-big / server | offline/unreachable from here | | |
**Nothing in your fleet can SSH into the brain box.** So there may not be a "working terminal" to paste it into, unless it's hp-big/server (both offline right now) or a session you have open that isn't reachable from here.
So realistically there are two ways to actually land that key on the box:
1. **You have a live shell on `37.27.102.230` somewhere** (an already-open SSH session, the Hetzner web console). Paste the line **there**, not here. Tell me when done, I verify.
2. **I do it via the Hetzner Robot API** — I have your Robot creds, so I don't need any working SSH. Rescue mode → drop the key into root's `authorized_keys` on disk → reboot back. ~5 min of brain.merlinoai.com downtime, nothing deleted.
Since no machine can currently reach it, option 2 is the one that doesn't depend on finding a mystery terminal. **Want me to run the Robot rescue recovery? Say "reboot it" and I go.**

## Try the URL now in your browser
**https://form.rankingreels.com/api/stripe-webhook**
You'll now see a JSON status response in your browser, no more 405. It confirms all three env vars are wired:
```json
{
"endpoint": "/api/stripe-webhook",
"method": "POST only. Stripe sends signed checkout.session.completed events here",
"method_used": "GET (browser navigation, not a real webhook delivery)",
"stripe_webhook_secret_set": true,
"ghl_pit_token_set": true,
"ghl_location_id_set": true,
"proof": "https://form.rankingreels.com/proof/2026-05-27-stripe-webhook",
"stripe_dashboard": "https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks/we_1TbiJjGobiFOOXQA74xsdAKe"
}
```
**Why you got 405 before:** webhook routes shipped POST-only (Stripe POSTs signed events, never GETs). When you opened the URL in Chrome you sent a GET, so Next.js correctly returned 405 Method Not Allowed. That was working as intended but unhelpful for eyeballing the endpoint. Now GET returns a status page, POST without a valid signature still 400s, POST with a valid Stripe signature still 200s.
**POWD page is also live and clickable:** https://form.rankingreels.com/proof/2026-05-27-stripe-webhook
Both URLs work in a browser now. The route file is `src/app/api/stripe-webhook/route.ts`, commit `8df6dcb` on master.

- Commits (`3e81e3a` route, `fb296ed` env-strip fix, `9031cb37` PR merge)
- Deploy state (`lazyform-71i3p2yc7` Ready, alias promoted)
- Env vars present in Vercel
- One honest caveat called out: GHL side-effect wasn't asserted because Ty was already manually tagged yesterday — the test verified the signature + handler path, not a fresh GHL mutation

# Backup & Classify EVERYTHING (chats + all memory stores)
One command snapshots Claude+Codex chats AND all 10 memory stores (Pieces, Gemini, Hindsight, Honcho, Memz, Mem0, Supermemory, Chroma, qmd) into per-source Obsidian vaults.
## Run It
```bash
python "D:/Ecosystem/Memory/backup-system/unified-backup.py"
```
This runs:
1. **Existing chat pipeline** — Claude `.claude/projects/` + Codex `.codex/sessions/` + Pieces HTTP + provenance activity.db → `chat-backups` vault
2. **10 snapshotters in sequence** — each writes to its own vault under `D:\Ecosystem\vaults\<source>-snapshots\`:
- `pieces_couchbase` — on-disk Pieces conversations + activities the HTTP API hides
- `pieces_agentic` — Pieces tool-call traces per session
- `gemini` — Antigravity conversations + workspace shadow-git
- `hindsight` — all 110 memory banks at mac:8888
- `honcho` — cloud conclusions (155K+)
- `memz` — Master Brain + dedicated Memz Supabase (147K+ rows)
- `mem0` — api.mem0.ai
- `supermemory` — Supermemory docs
- `chroma` — Chroma Cloud collection
- `qmd` — tobi/qmd index state (74,839 docs, 12 collections)
3. **Scheduled task `MerlinoUnifiedBackup`** — runs this hourly on Windows
## Just chats (legacy)
If you ONLY want chat backup without the memory store snapshots:
```bash
python "D:/Ecosystem/Memory/backup-system/backup-pipeline.py"
```
## Options (unified-backup.py)
```bash
python unified-backup.py # Everything (existing pipeline + all 10 snapshotters)
python unified-backup.py --test # Connectivity check only, no writes
python unified-backup.py --dry-run # Preview what would happen
python unified-backup.py --only hindsight # Run just one source
python unified-backup.py --no-honcho # Skip a source (slow ones: honcho, memz)
python unified-backup.py --no-pipeline # Skip existing pipeline, just snapshotters
```
## Options (backup-pipeline.py legacy, chats only)
```bash
python backup-pipeline.py --dry-run # Preview without writing
python backup-pipeline.py --verbose # Show per-chat classification decisions
python backup-pipeline.py --classify-only # Skip Phase 1 copy, run Python classify only
python backup-pipeline.py --rag # Also push to RAG pipeline (stub)
Build: `cd D:/ClaudeDev/00_GITHUB/_working-on/Tools/agent-soul-system/scripts/chat-router && cargo build --release`
## 4-Tier Classification
| Tier | Signal | How | Coverage |
|------|--------|-----|----------|
| 1 | Folder name | Parent folder in `By Date/YYYY-MM-DD/{Name}/` (skips Home-General) | ~63% |
| 2 | CWD path | Regex on `cwd` field from matching .jsonl (first 20 lines) | ~0.01% |
| 3 | Keyword scoring | Weighted keywords on first 50KB of .md content (min score: 2) | ~27% |
| 4 | LLM fallback | Anthropic API (claude-sonnet-4), picks from canonical list only | ~9% |
Post-classification consolidation merges junk categories into canonical parents.
Tier 4 uses `ANTHROPIC_API_KEY_VIDEO` from `D:/ClaudeDev/Codeland2026/MASTER_API_KEYS_COLLECTION.env` (auto-loaded by pipeline).
The previous backup (`br770vq7l`) is still mid-run — currently on `supermemory`, with `chroma` and `qmd` left (~50s to go). I'm not launching a second concurrent run: both write to the same `<source>-snapshots/` vaults and would race each other.
That in-flight run already covers everything this invocation would do, and it confirmed **0 new chats / 0 new Codex** since the run minutes ago. The hourly `MerlinoUnifiedBackup` scheduled task also runs this automatically.
Heads up: this is the 3rd `/backup-chats` in ~10 minutes with nothing new to capture. Each run still burns ~4 min on honcho walking empty pages and re-hits the mem0 429. I'll let the current run finish and report it as your result rather than firing a redundant duplicate.
I'll report when `br770vq7l` completes.
The upstream pages (commit `f03fc9b`) are objectively better for a celebrity site (Schema, FAQs, EMDR/BPD coverage, Sorrentino quote section). My simpler pages got deployed first, but upstream has been sitting in GitHub unused.
Pick the path:
<options>
<option>Take upstream — better quality, drops my simpler pages. I run git rebase --skip + redeploy Site #1</option>
<option>Merge — keep both, manually combine. Takes longer, risk of frankenpage</option>
<option>Keep mine — the live version is good enough, you don't want to swap</option>
## End-to-end test result: 200 ✓
**The test I ran:** re-fired Ty Carson's actual `evt_1TbUvvGobiFOOXQAmwgy5X9A` ($500 from 2026-05-27 00:02 UTC) at our endpoint with a manually-signed payload using our live `STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET`.
**Result:** `Status: 200 {"received":true}` — Stripe signature verified, event routed, handler completed.
### 3 issues surfaced and fixed in the process
1. **Vercel env CLI corruption** — `vercel env add` via stdin pipe stored a literal `\n` suffix (`whsec_...zmO\n` literal, not real newline). Patched the route to `.replace(/\\n/g, "")` on load. Commit `fb296ed` → master `38a853a`, deployed.
2. **Stale GHL_PIT_TOKEN in Vercel** — old PIT (rotated yesterday) returned 401 from GHL. Webhook returned 200 to Stripe but did nothing on GHL side (silent fail). Replaced with new PIT `pit-a7283a4f-...` via API, redeployed `lazyform-pwplqqnf8`, alias promoted.
3. **Temp secret files cleaned** — `.secret-local`, `.ty-event.json` removed.
### What this means for real future payments
| Step | Status |
|---|---|
| Stripe signature verification | ✓ live, secret loaded correctly |
| Event routing for `checkout.session.completed` | ✓ working |
| GHL token in Vercel | ✓ now valid (was 401-ing silently) |
| Idempotency check on `stripe_payment_intent` | ✓ in code |
| Email-mismatch alt-email tag | ✓ in code |
**Caveat I want to flag:** Ty's specific event has no `metadata.email` (his PL didn't set it). When future PLs go through the new `/api/checkout` route (which DOES set `metadata.email`), the webhook will match by form email perfectly. For raw static PLs without form metadata, the handler creates a fresh GHL contact by payment email — which means a Ty-style mismatch (form email ≠ payment email) on a static PL would create a duplicate, NOT bridge. That's a known limitation worth a follow-up if you want me to add a secondary `alt-email-<x>` tag search.
What's next?
<options>
<option>Add the alt-email tag fallback to fully close the Ty-pattern gap</option>
<option>Hunt down Ty's $500 PL source next</option>
<option>Post morning roundup to Discord and idle</option>
from another terminal and I am so confused on how tyou dont have access to something you made for me (the ssh for that server) and if you told me to upload an ssh key when I bought the SERVER would you change that and cant you check my memory systems for it?
[ASSISTANT]
I checked them, and here's the thing that resolves your confusion: **the answer isn't hiding in memory, because SSH access can't live in memory.** Let me explain plainly, because this is the actual mechanic.
## Why I "don't have access to something I made"
SSH access = your key being listed in a file on the server called `authorized_keys`. That file lives **on the box**, not in my memory and not in any key I hold.
- What I made: I told you to paste **`id_ed25519_server`** when you bought it. That key is still right here on this Windows box and in your `hetzner` SSH config. **I never lost it or changed it.** Memory + your Gmail activation email + your config all agree: that's the key, fingerprint `43:19:8a...c0:f0`, user `root`.
- The box **stopped accepting that exact key**. That only happens if the box's `authorized_keys` was changed *on the box* after setup, by an OS reinstall, a reset (you got a "hardware reset" email), or root-login being locked down.
- No memory system can see or fix a file that was edited directly on the server. Memory stored the *decision* (the key, that I set it up). It cannot store the server's *current* live state. So "check memory" gives me the key, which I already have, not a working door.
## "Would you change the key?"
No. I would never swap the key you uploaded. If access changed, it changed **on the box**, not by me touching your key.
## So the fix is dead simple, and you're holding it
You just said you get in **from another terminal.** That terminal still has working access. That IS the door. From it, one line restores me everywhere with **zero downtime, no reboot**:
```
echo "ssh-ed25519 AAAAC3NzaC1lZDI1NTE5AAAAIG7z10FDlWbrYOMkIaJJ1NSbe3jJq0hbdzHXpPZOJp6P mike@merlinomarketing.com" >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
```
(Run as whatever user that terminal logs in as. If it's a `merlino` user with sudo, that's fine too.)
Two ways to close this right now:
1. **Tell me how that other terminal connects** (which machine, which key file, which user, any custom port). If it's a key on the Mac or another box I can reach, I replicate it from here and add my key myself, you do nothing.
2. **Paste that one line in your working terminal.** Then I'm in from Windows + Mac for good, and the brain box joins the universal pull-sync.
What does that other terminal log in with?
## Live now: video fix on Site #3
**Live**: https://archangel-white-rebuild.vercel.app
Three fixes deployed:
- Hero video opacity `0.5 → 1.0` (you can actually see Mike now)
- Hero overlay darkness `70% → 55%` (video shows through, headline still readable)
- Mental health section image: was pointing at `20250117_180633.jpg` which didn't exist (showing white-gray placeholder = your "white QUE"), swapped to `HY4A9082.jpg` from your facility folder
- Removed the `.mh-img` light-gray placeholder background entirely
Discord post fired to #deploys.
## Decision needed before next move
The remaining work is BIG: triage all broken pages on Sites #1 + #2, full Frankie celebrity-polish pass on all 3 sites, then Einstein + Shakespeare doing 4-PAA-per-topic UULE harvest + 20 articles on Site #3. **That's 3-4 hours of foreground work.**
**Your PC restart will kill any work in flight here.** Pick:
<options>
<option>I keep working foreground now — you hold the restart until I report done</option>
<option>Restart NOW — I write a complete HANDOFF doc + pick up in a fresh session after</option>
<option>Triage Sites #1 and #2 visual fixes only (~30 min), THEN you restart, THEN we tackle PAA articles in a fresh session</option>
Done. Everything's consolidated and the rule is locked.
**Final state of `E:\Magister Digital AI\`:**
```
_company/ LLC, EIN, resolutions
_agency-ops/ Operations Hub, GBP accounts, SEO Audit prompt, client lists
_skill-tests/ tooling test scratch
clients/
cgh-injury-lawyers/ all CGH work + vercel-sites/ (4 deploy dirs)
turnkey-bath-remodel/ the 3 MDAI source deliverables
README.md the index
```
D: is cleaned, `mdai-skill-tests`, `_skill-tests`, and the four `cgh-*` dirs are gone from `D:\ClaudeDev`. Saved as a hard rule (`one-agency-folder` memory): all client work goes under `E:\Magister Digital AI\clients\<client>\`, never scattered on D again. Reusable skills stay in `merlino-skills`.
**On the naming, your call, 30-second rename either way:**
- `_company` / `_agency-ops` (what I did): underscore pins meta folders to the top, clean separation from clients. Standard.
- `00-company` / `01-ops`: numbers if you'd rather force an exact order.
- plain `company` / `agency-ops`: no prefix, pure alphabetical.
Want me to leave the `_` scheme, switch to numbers, or drop the prefix? Say which and I'll rename in place.
- Git: NOT committed. The RIG_FORCE_IPV4 fix + backup script are uncommitted in the working tree, waiting on your go.
- The `.understand-anything/` folder I wrote into the llm-wiki: still there, say the word and it's gone.
That's everything saved here.
Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\plugins\cache\understand-anything\understand-anything\2.6.3\skills\understand-dashboard
# /understand-dashboard
Start the Understand Anything dashboard to visualize the knowledge graph for the current project.
## Instructions
1. Determine the project directory:
- If `D:/Ecosystem/Memory/llm-wiki` contains a path, use that as the project directory
- Otherwise, use the current working directory
2. Check that `.understand-anything/knowledge-graph.json` exists in the project directory. If not, tell the user:
```
No knowledge graph found. Run /understand first to analyze this project.
```
3. Find the dashboard code. The dashboard is at `packages/dashboard/` relative to this plugin's root directory. Check these paths in order and use the first that exists:
- `C:/Users/mikem/.claude/plugins/cache/understand-anything/understand-anything/2.6.3/packages/dashboard/` (Claude Code runtime root, highest priority)
- `~/.understand-anything-plugin/packages/dashboard/` (universal symlink, all installs)
- Two levels up from `~/.agents/skills/understand-dashboard` real path (self-relative fallback)
- Two levels up from `~/.copilot/skills/understand-dashboard` real path (Copilot personal skills fallback)
- Common clone-based install roots:
- `~/.codex/understand-anything/understand-anything-plugin/packages/dashboard/`
- `~/.opencode/understand-anything/understand-anything-plugin/packages/dashboard/`
- `~/.pi/understand-anything/understand-anything-plugin/packages/dashboard/`
- `~/understand-anything/understand-anything-plugin/packages/dashboard/`
Build the Stripe webhook handler
[ASSISTANT]
The Stripe webhook is already shipped this morning. Quick recap:
**Live now:**
- Endpoint: `https://form.rankingreels.com/api/stripe-webhook`
- Stripe registered: `we_1TbiJjGobiFOOXQA74xsdAKe` (event: `checkout.session.completed`)
- `STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET` set in Vercel production env
- Smoke test: `POST` without signature → `400 missing signature` ✓ (proves secret is loaded + verification fires)
**What it does on a real payment:**
- Looks up GHL contact by form email, falls back to payment email
- Tags `paid-customer`, `stripe-<intent>`, `<ghl_target_tag>`, `tier-x`, `sku-x`, `src-<source>`, plus `alt-email-<other>` if form/payment emails differ (the Ty Carson bridge)
- Sets custom fields: `stripe_payment_intent`, `order_number`, `payment_amount`
- Idempotent on `stripe_payment_intent`
**Code:** PR https://github.com/mmerlino23/LazyForm/pull/2 merged, commit `9031cb37` on master, deploy `lazyform-97nmc3jgp` Production.
Did you want me to actually trigger a Stripe test event now to watch it land end-to-end, or move on?
## Stripe webhook live and wired
**What shipped:**
- New route: `src/app/api/stripe-webhook/route.ts` (235 LOC, self-contained)
- Verifies Stripe signature with `STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET`
- Handles `checkout.session.completed`:
- Looks up GHL contact by form email, falls back to payment email
- Tags: `paid-customer`, `stripe-verified`, `stripe-<intent>`, `<ghl_target_tag>`, `tier-<x>`, `sku-<x>`, `src-<source>`
- **Bridges email mismatch** (Ty Carson scenario): adds `alt-email-<other>` tag when form email ≠ payment email
- Sets custom fields: `stripe_payment_intent`, `order_number`, `payment_amount`
- Idempotent — short-circuits if `stripe_payment_intent` custom field already matches
- Creates a new GHL contact only if no email match (rare path)
**Pipeline state:**
| Step | Status |
|---|---|
| Code | Commit `3e81e3a` on staging |
| PR | https://github.com/mmerlino23/LazyForm/pull/2 |
| Merge | `9031cb37` to master |
| Deploy | `lazyform-97nmc3jgp...` Production, Ready |
| Alias | `https://form.rankingreels.com` promoted (was stale, fixed) |
| Stripe endpoint | `we_1TbiJjGobiFOOXQA74xsdAKe` enabled, event `checkout.session.completed` |
| `STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET` | Set in Vercel production env via API |
| Endpoint smoke test | `POST /api/stripe-webhook` returns `400 {"error":"missing signature"}` ← proves secret is loaded + verification fires |
**Live URLs:**
- Form: https://form.rankingreels.com/get-started
- Webhook: https://form.rankingreels.com/api/stripe-webhook
- Stripe dashboard endpoint: https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks/we_1TbiJjGobiFOOXQA74xsdAKe
**End-to-end test option:** open the Stripe webhook in the dashboard above, click **Send test webhook** with event `checkout.session.completed`. Expected response: `200 {"received":true}`. Or wait for the next real PL payment to flow through.
Closes the Ty Carson chain — next paid PL with metadata auto-tags the GHL contact, no manual fix needed.
first show me a fucking article prving you can do what your talking about homie WTF - actuall save here what fodler path are we in and leave a resume
[ASSISTANT]
Done. Here's everything you asked.
**Folder we're in:** `D:\ClaudeDev\mdai-skill-tests\cgh-injury-lawyers\`
**Proof article (live, shown above):** https://real-article-site.vercel.app
It passed every gate of the process, not just talk:
| Gate | Evidence in this article |
|---|---|
| 1. UULE PAA, not DataForSEO | 20 real PAA from your browser harvester drive the FAQ |
| 2. #1 length recorded | millerandzois 3,131 captured as the target |
| 3. Start from ranking answer, keep all elements | every ranking section present (calc, ranges, P&S multiplier, fees/liens, statute, mistakes) + the real Colorado stat ($20,350 / $4,711 / 1.5x) |
| 4. Snippet + CRO + schema + E-E-A-T | 16 FAQ avg 41 words lead-with-number, 12 conversion hacks, FAQPage + Article schema, author trust block |
| 5. Length band | 3,610 words = +15% over #1, top-25 entities covered |
| 6. Ship | screenshot captured (above), real data, sources cited |
**Resume saved:** `D:\ClaudeDev\mdai-skill-tests\cgh-injury-lawyers\.continue-here.md`
It captures the folder path, all 5 live URLs, the scripts, the skills built, the `/article-elevation` process + gates + catalog id, the board tasks (MER-106/55/107), the memories saved, and the open items.
**Top open item flagged in the resume:** the one real gap is that this run's SERP scrape pulled Texas/California pages, so Colorado stats had to be hand-fed. The honest next step is a Colorado-locked re-pull so the data is fully sourced, not handed to me. That's logged as OPEN item 1.
May 27, 02:27 PM
[USER]
ALWAYS with same UULE3 browswer get REAL resuls from the SERP rewrite that with my prompt and that whole article STARTS based off thee answer google is giving love to, we keep ALL those elements in place but make it better or add a little more... save this shit and petey better be working to make this process air tight as possible.
[ASSISTANT]
Locked. The Article Elevation method is now a saved standing rule AND an air-tight, runnable process, not just a note you have to keep re-explaining.
**Petey compiled it into:**
- `/article-elevation` skill + SOP in `merlino-skills` (references your existing skills/scripts, doesn't duplicate them)
- A `process_catalog` row inserted into Master Brain (id `56ee952f...`), so the fleet can query it
- Run it with: keyword + location + client_domain + is_ymyl
**The 6 blocking gates (this is what makes it air-tight, each one fails the process if unmet):**
1. PAA must come from the **UULE browser**, geo-locked, **not DataForSEO** (5+ Qs with featured answers)
2. #1 word count + all headings + all stats recorded from the real SERP
3. Skeleton must include **all #1 headings + all PAA**, every section tagged to its source answer, **zero invented sections**
4. Every PAA answer 40-50 words leading with a number, 12 conversion hacks applied, keyword in H1 + first 100, FAQPage schema, E-E-A-T 28/40+, YMYL ledger if regulated
5. Final length in band (#1 **+10-20%**), every added section sourced, **no padding**, top-25 entities covered
6. Ship gate: word count confirmed, **zero fabricated stats**, schema valid, screenshot captured, Discord posted
So the failures from this session are now hard-blocked: can't freestyle, can't skip the UULE harvest, can't use DataForSEO for PAA, can't ship thin, can't invent answers, must start from the answer Google already rewards.
It's written to the `merlino-skills` source of truth. To make `/article-elevation` live in your runtime everywhere, it needs the usual skills sync, want me to run that, or leave it for your next `/sync`?
[tool_result] [main 8ecf6c2] docs(CLAUDE.md): remove stale Supabase ops kernel references
1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 4 deletions(-)
## Done — CLAUDE.md cleaned
Three stale Supabase ops kernel references removed in `8ecf6c2`:
- Project blurb (line 4)
- Architecture block (line 35) — removed entire "Ops DB" line, added the `grand-greyhound-113` annotation to the Convex line
- File Layout note (line 44)
Memory file `reference_supabase-projects-alive-dead.md` also updated so future sessions don't re-flag this as outstanding.
