Here's where it stands. ## Installed and working now - **22 Claude Code slash commands**, prefix `/mtg-` (e.g. `/mtg-decision-coach`, `/mtg-action-items-from-meetings`, `/mtg-meeting-call-prep-notes`) in `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\commands\` - **22 Codex prompts**, same names, in `C:\Users\mikem\.codex\prompts\` - Each one has a **data-source header** auto-injected: it tells the model to pull transcripts from your Fireflies MCP (already live), the Google Calendar MCP, and the local call archive, and to never fake transcript content. - Single source of truth stays in `D:\Ecosystem\Resources\meeting-assistant-prompts\`. Re-run `install-commands.ps1` any time you edit a prompt and both sets regenerate. **Restart Claude Code** once so the new `/mtg-` commands load. In Codex they're available as prompts immediately. How they differ by tool: - **Claude**: commands pull live from Fireflies + Calendar MCP. The async ones (decision coach, action items, PRD, discovery themes) work great today. - **Codex**: no Fireflies MCP, so Codex reads from the local call archive folder. That folder doesn't exist yet, which is the second half. ## The second half: the call archive (not built yet) This is the puller that lands all your Zoom/Fireflies/Read calls as dated md files so both tools (especially Codex) can read them. I did NOT build it yet because it's the heavy, remote-default part and needs a few things confirmed: - **Fireflies**: ready, I already have the connection. Easy first source. - **Read.ai**: need to confirm you have an API key (Read's API is invite/enterprise gated, so this may not be available). - **Zoom cloud recordings**: needs Zoom API creds (Server-to-Server OAuth app). - **Granola**: read-only API, I can pull your Granola notes out into the archive too. Per your remote-default rule, the puller runs on **Hetzner**, not this Windows box, on a nightly cron. Side note: you now have a `granola-expert` skill available in your skill list, so there's likely existing Granola wiring I can lean on. **Next step, pick the scope:** - Start the archive with **Fireflies only** (I can do that now, it's the source I already reach), or - Wait and do **Fireflies + Granola + Zoom + Read** together once you confirm the Zoom and Read keys. Which way? If you just say "Fireflies now," I'll write the puller and kick the first pull on Hetzner.

That's the "not a clusterfuck" isolation, working. ## Two honest notes - The existing 334K memories use a sprawling old scope space (`hindsight:*`, `chat:*`, `pieces:*`…). New writes use the clean `agent:/team:/user:/project:` taxonomy. Mapping old→new is a **later migration**, not done today. - I did **not** flip hard RLS on the whole `memories` table (that could break the live app). Enforcement is at the function layer — Ava can only reach memory through these scoped RPCs with her keys. RLS hardening can come later once nothing else breaks. **VERIFICATION: FULL** (live RPC calls against the prod Brain, write+read+denial confirmed). Phase 1 is the spine. **Say "go Phase 2"** and I wire the ava box: SessionStart hook (last-8 inject), task handler → Supabase `tasks`, Hindsight install, agent-memory.py, identity files (soul.md/identity.md + your CLAUDE.md as her "about Mike"), and the APIs/MCPs she needs.
