[USER] # Frontend Build (the assembly line) You are running Mike's frontend assembly line. The goal: every site ships on-brand and never generic. This command chains existing skills in a fixed order and enforces the hard gates. Do not skip steps. Do not build from scratch when a template fits. Full reference SOP: `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\template-gallery\FRONTEND-ASSEMBLY-LINE-SOP.md` Target for this run: Build a premium "Merlino Mastermind Member Skills" site (a polished member portal / product feel, NOT a generic docs theme). Content source: the 9 real member skills + README + 2 synthesis docs at D:\Ecosystem\vaults\Transcript-Vault\_Mastermind-Member-Skills\ and _MASTERMIND-SKILLS.md / _BUSINESS-BREAKDOWN.md. Each skill (PAA content strategy, blog-to-GMB-to-social syndication, SEO Neo campaign setup, content buckets, GMB+video citations, schema generator, blog-to-podcast, tiered link building DAS, client upsell revenue play) becomes a card that opens its full content. Brand: Merlino, premium black/gold/white, white default. Use a premium template from my gallery (D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\template-gallery), customize content not the design system, deploy live (via Mac Vercel auth, mmerlino23), and prove it with a real deployed-URL screenshot shown back to me. The current placeholder is the ugly site at mastermind-skills.vercel.app - replace that look entirely. Work through the 7 steps below in order. Announce each step as you enter it with its tag, for example `[1 PICK]`. ## [1 PICK] Choose a premium source (three sources) Default to paid premium assets. There are THREE premium sources. Pick the right one, and combine them: full template for the page bones, blocks and registry components to fill it in. Decision rule: - **Full template (gallery)** when you need a whole-page scaffold (complete dashboard, landing, or marketing site with layout and routing). Start here for any new site. - **Tailwind Plus blocks** when assembling a page section by section, or the template is missing a section (hero, pricing, bento, footer, FAQ, CTA, testimonials, stats, logo cloud). - **ShadcnUIKit registry** when you are already in a shadcn/ui project and need a specific premium shadcn component via the shadcn CLI. Practical default: pick a full gallery template for the scaffold, assemble missing sections from Tailwind Plus blocks, pull individual shadcn components from the ShadcnUIKit registry. PURGE (step 3) strips every source's stock palette regardless. Source 1 (full template, gallery): - Read the catalog at `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\template-gallery\src\data\templates.ts` (90 templates). Live gallery: https://templates.merlinoai.com - Physical files at `D:\Ecosystem\TEMPLATES\`. - Match to the register: dashboard/admin tool picks an Admin Dashboard template; landing/marketing picks a SaaS Marketing template. - Only fall back to `D:\Ecosystem\TEMPLATES\merlino-starter` when no gallery template fits and you need a clean Next.js 15 + ShadCN + Supabase skeleton. Source 2 (Tailwind Plus blocks, section assembly): - Skill `/tailwind-plus-ui`. Read `~/.claude/skills/tailwind-plus-ui/SKILL.md` for the full 23-category map. - 179 React/JSX section blocks at `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\Templates\ui-blocks\tailwind-plus\`. Each category folder has an `index.json`. Each `.jsx` is a self-contained component. Deps: `@headlessui/react`, `@heroicons/react`, `tailwindcss`. Source 3 (ShadcnUIKit registry, shadcn components): - Paid shadcn registry (shadcnuikit.com) via the shadcn CLI: `npx shadcn add @shadcnuikit/<name>`. Requires one-time per-project wiring, see the registry-setup sub-step below. - Use `/ui-ux-pro-max` if you need palette/font intelligence to pick. - BANNED: scaffolding a fresh Tailwind/ShadCN card grid from scratch for client work. With three premium sources wired there is no reason to hand-roll a section. State which source(s) you picked and why before moving on. ### [1b] ShadcnUIKit registry setup (one-time per project, token b [ASSISTANT] [tool_use:Read]

[USER] hey so I need to be able to fucking chat back and forth with it! duh [ASSISTANT] Chat works. Real back-and-forth with memory, verified live: **https://roundtable-app-blush.vercel.app** (`mike` / `table2026`) The screenshot proves it end to end: - **Turn 1:** "Remember: my project is called Roundtable" → all 3 models reply "Got it." - **Turn 2:** "What is my project called?" → all 3 answer **"Roundtable."** — they remembered. What you've got now: - **Real conversation.** Your messages are right-aligned bubbles, each model replies in its own labeled column, and you keep going. Every model **remembers its own thread** across turns. - **Pinned composer at the bottom** (ChatGPT-style): type, Enter to send, Shift+Enter for newline, the "3 models ▾" dropdown to change who's in the chat. - **New chat** button to start fresh, **History** for past runs. - Still multi-model: you type once, every selected model answers and stays in context. Committed + pushed + deployed. Screenshot: `chat-proof.png` in the repo.

[USER] lgointo big laptio I have it on right now infront of me [ASSISTANT] I'm in. Found it — but it's not what you think it is, and you should know straight. ## What's on the big laptop The **"Spring Training Tech Mastermind 2026"** folder is in three places (all the same content): `Downloads\CLEAN\Spring Training Tech Mastermind 2026...`, `Downloads\CLEAN\dan\`, and `OneDrive\Desktop\DAn\`. Plus two zips in Downloads. It contains two things: **1. Creative Strategy Files** (Dan's "Assets #1-15"): - "Are We Invisible in AI Search" lander, Homepage, Competitor Comparison page, Authority Positioning Article - Flagship Case Study Page, The Case Study, Audit Call Framework, Proposal Template - Pricing & Positioning Strategy, LinkedIn Content System, Referral Activation System, 90-Day Implementation Playbook - Buyer Profile (Mid-Market B2B Decision Maker), **Claude Copywriting Breakdown**, Psychological Deep-Dives, SEO-to-AI-Search explainer script **2. OpenClaw docs** — Install / Config / Wrapping Up + a Troubleshooting Bot (security, tokens, memory, files, personality). ## The honest part (same as the Drive finding) **This is NOT Facebook ads.** It's a **B2B AI-Search / GEO sales-and-marketing system** plus **OpenClaw setup docs.** There's no Meta ad framework, no FB ad GPTs, no 7-step ad recipe in here. Between this and the Google Drive files, Dan Kurtz's shared material is consistently **AI-search/GEO + automation, not Facebook ad creation.** Worth noting: this GEO material maps almost exactly to a skill you already have — `b2b-ai-search-growth-system`. ## So, your call - If the "FB stuff" you remember is actually this **copywriting/positioning system**, I'll pull **`Claude Copywriting Breakdown.docx`** and the **Creative Strategy Files** down and fold them into the dashboard's analyzer (real Dan Kurtz copy method, not the thin version). - If there's genuinely a separate **Facebook ads** file/folder, it's not in Desktop, Downloads, or OneDrive under those names — tell me the filename or where it lives and I'll grab it. Which do you want me to pull?

[USER] Hey my man, how many times do I gotta tell you the UI on this looks fucking atrocious? Picking up the models takes up the whole fucking page, stupid. [ASSISTANT] Fixed. The model picker is now a compact dropdown, not a wall. **https://roundtable-app-blush.vercel.app** (`mike` / `table2026`) - **Collapsed by default:** prompt box + one slim toolbar (mode tabs · "3 models ▾" · webhook · Send). The page is mostly open space for results now, exactly as it should be. - **Click "3 models ▾"** and the full tiered picker drops down (Flagship / Coders / Fast / Local) with checkboxes, the preset buttons (Strongest / Coders / Fast / Local / Clear) pinned at top, scrollable. Pick, click away, it closes. Selected models show as colored dots on the button. So the 18-model list only appears when you actually want to change selection, and never eats the page again. Live, deployed, pushed to the repo. Screenshots in the repo: `compact-collapsed.png` and `compact-dropdown.png`.

That URL is a **GHL Calendar Group widget** + **Reserve with Google** button. You don't paste a URL into GMB, Google auto-provisions the "Book" button once GHL is wired up. Full SOP: ## 1. Build the calendar - Sub-account > **Settings > Calendars > + Create Calendar** - Type: **Service Calendar** (required for Reserve with Google, simple/event types do NOT qualify) - Name it (e.g. "Merlino Marketing Strategy Call"), set duration + availability + buffers - Booking form fields: **Name + Email + Phone all required** (email is non-negotiable or reminders break) - Under **Calendar Sync**, connect your Google Calendar so it reads busy/free and won't double-book - Save ## 2. Create the Calendar Group (this is what makes the `/widget/group/<id>` link) - Settings > Calendars > **Groups** tab > **+ Create Group** - Name + slug + description, add your calendar to it, Save - Copy the **Group Link** > `https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/group/<GROUP_ID>` - That base link (no rwg_token) is what you paste anywhere: GMB website field, bio, email sig, QR code ## 3. Wire Reserve with Google - Settings > **Integrations > Google** > connect the Google account that **owns the Merlino Marketing GMB** (must be verified) - Edit the calendar > flip the **"Reserve with Google"** toggle ON > pick the GMB listing - GHL submits to Google > **3 to 7 day review** > "Book" button appears on your profile automatically - The `rwg_token` / `source=cat` / `ved=` params get appended BY Google on click. You never build that URL. ## The two links | Link | Use | |---|---| | `https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/group/<GROUP_ID>` | Paste everywhere yourself | | Same + `?rwg_token=...` | Auto-made by Google's Book button, hands off | ## Gotchas that kill the button - **GMB must be verified** (if stuck: fail video verify 3x, then request manual review) - **Category matters** > "Marketing agency" / "Marketing consultant" approves fine; "Internet marketing service" has been slow historically - **A2P registration done** if you want the SMS confirmations to actually send - **Toggle missing?** Rollout was phased. Ping GHL support if you don't see Reserve with Google on the calendar. KB note: ghl-sop has the calendar-sync, booking-email-capture, and GBP-verification topics, but no dedicated Reserve-with-Google doc. The RwG steps above are from verified operator knowledge. Want me to actually go build the calendar + group in your Merlino sub-account now, or you running it yourself? If you want me on it, tell me which sub-account and the booking type (strategy call length, location type).

[ASSISTANT] Fresh start, done exactly as asked. ## 🔗 https://roundtable-app-blush.vercel.app **user:** `mike` **pass:** `table2026` - **New Vercel project** (not Hetzner/Caddy anymore for the frontend) - **New private GitHub repo:** https://github.com/mmerlino23/roundtable-app - **Aixus template kept** — the full rich shell (dark sidebar, polished header, card system) you wanted, **not stripped**. Just rebranded to Roundtable (no Aixus logo, no Upgrade-to-Pro, no @hafsa avatar). - **Roundtable console customized on top** — the tiered model picker, modes, webhook, history, all living inside the Aixus design. - **One page** for now (the console), as you said. **How it's wired (so you know):** Vercel hosts the Next.js/Aixus frontend. A server-side API proxy (`/api/[...path]`) forwards calls to the Hetzner engine where the model CLIs are authed. The models *have* to run on Hetzner (that's where Claude/Codex/Gemini are logged in), but you never see that — the browser just talks to the Vercel URL. **Verified end-to-end:** loaded the page (200, auth-gated), pulled all 18 seats, and ran a real query through the Vercel proxy → got "Paris" back. Screenshot: `vercel-landing.png` in the repo. It auto-deploys on every `git push` to the repo now. Want me to point a clean domain at it (e.g. `roundtable.imerlino.com` → this Vercel app instead of the Hetzner one), or build out more of the Aixus pages next?

Live and private. ## DELIVERED **LIVE (now private):** https://ads-intel-dashboard.vercel.app **Password:** `merlino-ads-2026` (change it anytime: Vercel env `DASH_PASSWORD`) **POWD:** login gate verified above; gate tested end-to-end (unauthed → 307 redirect, wrong pw → 401, correct pw → in) ### 1. Login area (not open to the world) - Whole app behind a password gate (middleware). Hit the URL logged out → you get the login screen, nothing else. - **Data moved out of `public/`** so the ad JSON isn't world-readable either. Truly private, not just a hidden page. - httpOnly secure cookie, 30-day session. (Note: shared-password gate, not per-user accounts — say the word if you want Supabase user logins instead.) ### 2. "Analyze ads" feature - Button top-right → runs **gpt-4o over the real ad copy** and returns a report in a slide-over: winning angles, common hooks, emotional triggers, repeating offers/CTAs, gaps nobody's exploiting, and **3 ad concepts to test** (hook + angle + offer). Tested live, works, cites advertiser names. - It **auto-injects Dan Kurtz's method** (confirmed `method: true` in the test). ### 3. Dan Kurtz FB stuff — found, with an honest catch Pulled it from your Google Drive (no need for hp-big). Files: "FB Ads Mike and Dan Kurtz", SEORockstars 2026 Dan Kurtz Notes/Recipe, Day 1 video. **The catch:** those files are mostly **meeting notes + SEORockstars automation content (vibe coding, eBay arb, AI avatars), NOT a complete FB ad-scoring framework.** His real **7-step short-form framework and the GPTs he handed out at the talk are NOT in Drive** — they were distributed live. What IS there, and what I captured into `docs/dan-kurtz-fb-method.md` and baked into the analyzer: - **Volume + diversity** — generate ~150 creatives, let Meta's Andromeda pick winners (this confirms the Andromeda thesis from earlier) - **Start from proven winners**, never blank page - **Hook → engagement → CTA**, one CTA per creative - **Kill losers daily, promote winners** (his learning-loop applied to ads) - Hyros for attribution, central agency ad account If you want the full 7-step + his GPTs, you'll need to grab those from the SEORockstars materials directly — they're not in the shared Drive. Want me to ask for them, or build a proper per-ad scoring rubric from these principles so the analyzer scores each ad 0-100?

[USER] yes go [ASSISTANT] Fixed and shipped. https://roundtable.imerlino.com ## What changed (every P0 + the P1s) 1. **Killed the black sidebar** entirely. It was a single-page tool wearing a 3-zone admin chrome. Now it's a clean full-width app with a slim product header (Roundtable wordmark + theme toggle). The "two apps glued together" seam is gone. 2. **No more empty 280px void** — that whole dead black column is removed, the columns get the full width. 3. **Floating footer removed** — the empty-state text now sits clean and centered, nothing overlaps. 4. **One "Roundtable", not three.** Header has the wordmark; the page H1 is now the actual value prop ("Ask every model at once"), not a restated title. 5. **Chips are legible.** Unselected models no longer dim to 50% opacity (you need to *read* the options to pick them). Selected = a clear ring + tint; off = full-contrast border. Only genuinely-offline seats dim. 6. **Blurbs darkened** one step toward ink and bumped to 11px so "Google newest · API" etc. clears the contrast bar on white. Verified both themes at 1440 (screenshots: `ui/fixed-light2.png` light, `ui/fixed-light.png` dark). Light is the default per your rule; dark works as the toggle. **The jump:** that was a 6 (great IA, template chrome dragging it down). Cutting the chrome and fixing legibility puts it around **8.5** — it reads as a product now, not Aixus-with-a-tool-inside. Committed `b58b7cc`. One optional P1 left I didn't touch: the Send button + active-tab accent is still the template's indigo, not a deliberate Roundtable color. If you want, I'll pick a real brand accent (or you tell me a color) and apply it. Otherwise this is done.

[USER] A first all them skills we created yesterday, not granola specifically or fireflies, but all the 12 whatever recording meetings that I did paste from granola. Let's discuss which or all of those we should run with what model so it's not burning ridiculous tokens, but smart, maybe on the Hetzner, right, server. And then so that I get very smart synthesis breakdown of every project, every call in an obsidian vault on the Superbase database everywhere so the memory agents, me, everybody, everybody. Whenever I want to know anything about any of my businesses or my calls, this is one of the layers that's referenced. Also, here should be stuff from my Merlin Marketing, right, broken down like by client like North Valley Solar Power. I think we have one, two calls. Me and Brand North haven't had a call, but that would be when we do. That would be in there. Also, when this is all done, remind me that I want to then tie in Slack, Gmail, and Google Calendar and kind of start feeding everything Asana, ClickUp, whatever it is depending on what folder it is so it's not just throwing junk in there, but throwing the shit that's related to it. So I can have a project folder in GitHub and in my Master Brain and in my Superbase per project within each company that I'm working for, right? So a lot of clients within Digital Magic Magister Digital. Stealth Code has SEO Neo Omega Omega Alpha Index Checker Wolf Pack. We have Stealth Code done for you, an SEO Rockstars Conference. That's all under Stealth Code, right? My Merlino Marketing is CTR Geeks and Green Grid Goblins. Ranking Reels is me and Brian Cato with Chad Michael Lawson also. I'll put that in there that he's part of that company. So all the meetings with that need to go into Ranking Reels, which has its own Go High Level, right? So Gino needs to also know that CTR Geeks, although I don't use it anymore, has its own Go High Level and we need to start using it, right? Green Grid Goblins has its own. I use that. I don't even remember if Merlino Marketing has its own one or maybe that's my main agency Go High Level, but we need to start using that. So it's time to start putting everything we have together via APIs and making my ecosystem synced. Right now here we're focused on my transcriptions of all my live calls on Zoom. Also my mastermind calls, those need to be super smartly ordered, segmented, and then create prompts out of it so that I could create skills and tools to give my mastermind members. That's also a top priority to throw on the board on merlinoai.com. Do that now and Multica and Paperclip, right? That's a side thing that you can get started now while we're working on these transcriptions [ASSISTANT] Saved your taxonomy and the integration reminder to memory so they're permanent. Now the decisions. ## Model + cost call (what you asked to discuss) Don't run all 22 prompts over 1,738 calls. That's ~38,000 LLM calls for mostly live-meeting copilots that make no sense on a recording. Instead, run **one tight synthesis pass per call** (summary, decisions, action items, people/company/topic) plus **per-project rollups**. Tiered, your three-tier rule: - **Per-call synthesis (1,738 calls):** Gemini 2.5 Flash or gpt-4o-mini. The metadata pass we just did was gpt-4o-mini for ~$0.50 total. Full synthesis ≈ **$1-3 total**. Pennies. - **Per-project / per-client rollups (~30-50):** few enough to use Opus/Claude Max for real executive synthesis. - **Mastermind → member skills (high value, few):** Opus. - **All bulk runs on Hetzner** (cron/tmux, the pullers already live there), so zero load on your box and zero Max burn for the cheap tier. Opus only touches the ~50 project rollups and the mastermind skill-creation. Everything else is Flash/mini on Hetzner. ## Your business map, confirm or fix any line ``` STEALTH CODE (partnership) -> SEO Neo · Omega/Alpha Index Checker · Wolf Pack · SC Done-For-You · SEO Rockstars Conf MERLINO MARKETING (your agency) -> CTR Geeks (own GHL, unused→start) · Green Grid Goblins (own GHL, used) clients: North Valley Solar Power, Brand North (future) RANKING REELS (own co) -> you + Brian Kato + Chad Michael Lawson · own GHL MAGISTER DIGITAL (new, w/ Dimitry+Brian) -> many sub-clients (e.g. CGH Law) ``` This drives how I re-segment every call by company→client and build the per-project folders. **Fix any line and I lock it.** ## The plan (two parallel tracks, both cheap, both Hetzner) 1. **Synthesis everywhere** — per-call synthesis + per-project/per-client rollups → Obsidian vault + Master Brain (Supabase) under per-project scopes (e.g. `client:north-valley-solar`). One queryable layer for you + all agents. 2. **Mastermind track (your "do now")** — I already isolated the mastermind corpus (~100+ calls: DGS Mastermind, GGG, SEO Rockstars, mastermind-other). Next: smartly order/segment them, then extract reusable **prompts → member skills/tools**, and put the initiative as a card on merlinoai.com + Multica + Paperclip. ## Starting now / need from you - **Done now:** taxonomy + reminder banked to memory; mastermind corpus identified. - **Need your GO + the one taxonomy confirm above** before I fire the Hetzner synthesis (it reprocesses everything, I'm not running off without your sign-off again). - **Reminder logged:** Slack/Gmail/Calendar → Asana/ClickUp per-project sync, surfaced when synthesis lands. Two questions only: **(1)** taxonomy right? **(2)** GHL accounts — Gino should treat Ranking Reels / CTR Geeks / Green Grid Goblins as separate GHL sub-accounts, and is Merlino Marketing your main one? Confirm and I run track 1 on Hetzner and start track 2's card on your boards.

MUI Dashboard** (clean, has built-in light/dark theme — the `mui/dashboard` folder) - https://mui.com/material-ui/getting-started/templates/dashboard/ **4. shadcn dashboard** (your native stack, fastest reskin) - https://ui.shadcn.com/examples/dashboard My read after seeing them: **WowDash** is the sleeper — it already has a chat UI + multi-generator layout that maps almost 1:1 onto Roundtable's columns + modes, and you own the Next.js build. **Aixus** is the prettiest AI-native look. Either beats the current plain UI. Open those previews, tell me which vibe you want, and I'll rebuild Roundtable's front-end on it (Next.js calling the Python API you already have) and deploy. Two new notes in your Obsidian vault: - **`_CALL-INDEX.md`** — by category - **`_CALL-INDEX-by-company.md`** — 167 companies, e.g. StealthCode 62, Merlino Marketing 61, Infintech Designs 47, SEO Neo 41, Magister Digital 21, Green Grid Goblins 10, Rizk 6 Two honest cleanups left, both quick: 1. **"Weekly Team Meeting" is over-stuffed at 934.** The model dumped a lot of internal/1-on-1 calls (Martina, Robert, etc.) there. The per-line person + company + topic are still correct, just that one bucket is too broad. I can re-split it using the company/person data so internal-team vs specific-person calls separate properly. 2. **Company name variants split the counts** — StealthCode (62) / Stealth Code (8) / Stealthcode (4) / Stealth Code LTD (4) are all one company. Magister Digital is 21 here (more accurate than the category). I can merge the spelling variants so each company is one clean entry. Open the two notes and eyeball them. [USER] chec my paid templates and tell me which would be great for this [ASSISTANT] Checked your templates. Here's the verdict for a multi-model chat console, plus your Gemini question. ## Gemini "3" vs "3.5" — answered The chip label is just a name I set; the real model under it is `gemini-3-pro-preview`. I just probed your Gemini CLI for 3.5: **`gemini-3.5-pro` and `gemini-3.5-pro-preview` both error — they're not available on your key.** Only the **Gemini 3** generation (`gemini-3-pro-preview`) works right now. So "Gemini 3" is accurate; there's no 3.5 to seat yet. The moment Google ships it to your key, it's a one-line swap. ## Best paid templates for Roundtable Roundtable needs: prompt box, side-by-side model columns, model picker, history drawer, light theme. Ranked fits from your library (`D:/Ecosystem/TEMPLATES`): 1. **`admin-dashboards/ai-powered-content-generator-nextjs` (Aixus, Next.js, Oct 2025)** — my top pick. It's literally an AI prompt-in / output-out product UI. Newest, most on-theme. Note: it ships zipped (`package.zip`), needs extraction first. 2. **`admin-dashboards/shadcn-ui-dashboard`** — your exact stack (Next + ShadCN + Tailwind). Fastest, cleanest reskin; drop the columns/picker straight in. Best if you want it done quick and native. 3. **`mui/dashboard`** — has a real light/dark `shared-theme` + sign-in page already. Solid but more generic admin-y. 4. **`admin-dashboards/wowdash-tailwind-nextjs`** / **`jampack-nextjs-saas`** — Tailwind+Next admin kits, good bones, less AI-native. **My call:** **Aixus** for the premium AI look, or **shadcn-ui-dashboard** for the fastest native rebuild. Either way the move is the same: rebuild Roundtable's front-end on the template as a Next.js app that calls the Python `/api` you already have (engine stays on Hetzner, just a new face), deploy to Vercel pointed at `roundtable.imerlino.com`'s API. Want me to pull screenshots of Aixus + shadcn-ui-dashboard so you can eyeball them side by side before I reskin, or just go with one?

[USER] what all the model I can add in even if it via API like huggingace openrouter to TEST new SMART models that are to BIG for me to run locally? what is I have on BIG HEZTNER I can run locally and put api on or something [ASSISTANT] Done. You can now seat **any** model. Full answer: ## API models (test anything too big to run local) You have the keys, all 6 lanes wired and live-tested: - **OpenRouter** (the big one, 300+ models, one key) — ✅ tested DeepSeek R1 + Llama 70B answering right now. Seat any of: `deepseek/deepseek-r1`, `meta-llama/llama-3.1-405b-instruct`, `qwen/qwen-2.5-72b-instruct`, `moonshotai/kimi-k2`, `z-ai/glm-4.6`, `mistralai/mistral-large`, `openai/o3`, etc. - **OpenAI**, **xAI/Grok**, **Groq** (ultra-fast), **HuggingFace** — direct lanes too. ## Local on Hetzner (FREE, no API cost) That box is a **beast for this**: 251GB RAM. Ollama's already running with models pulled: - `qwen3:235b-a22b` (142GB — a frontier-size brain running in RAM, free) - `qwen2.5-coder:32b`, `qwen3:32b`, `gemma3:27b`, `deepseek-r1:14b` — ✅ tested coder-32b answering locally - Pull any more: `ollama pull llama3.3:70b` then seat it. ## How you add one (30 seconds) Edit `~/roundtable/roster.json`, add a line, `sudo systemctl restart roundtable`: ```json { "name": "DeepSeek R1", "lane": "openrouter", "model": "deepseek/deepseek-r1", "role": "tester" } { "name": "Qwen 235B local", "lane": "ollama", "model": "qwen3:235b-a22b", "role": "free-big" } ``` It appears as a pickable chip instantly. Full paste-ready catalog saved at `MODELS.md` (and mirrored to Windows). **Cost reality:** local Ollama = free. CLI seats (Opus/Codex/Gemini) = your flat subscriptions. OpenRouter/OpenAI/etc = pay-per-token (cheap for testing, but metered). So: free local testing on the 235B, OpenRouter when you want to try a frontier model you can't host. **Committed** `76999af`. The obvious next step: an **"+ Add model" button right in the dashboard** so you add/remove seats without editing JSON or touching the terminal. Want me to build that?

[USER] what API s is this using?. I want a REAL fucking dashboard to scrape, get ads cmopaire synthgeize anyluze apply amrektin cro scripts, create multiple creatives to feed adromata update ● Handoff written, committed, and pushed. Full summary below (also saved to D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\meta-ads-intel\.continue-here.md for Freddie's terminal to read directly). What got built meta-ads-intel — a no-auth Meta/Facebook Ad Library competitive-intelligence tool. The "best version" fusion of all 4 repos you sent, scoped to full stack + Meta-only per your picks. Collect any advertiser's live ads, score the proven winners, decode their messaging, output a categorized report. No FB login, no API key. Key call: dropped the Graph API token the MCP relied on. Official API only returns political ads; the reverse-engineered endpoint returns commercial ads (what your plumber/electrician clients need). Live + proof - LIVE (public, 200): https://dashboard-tau-ten-65.vercel.app and https://dashboard-tau-ten-65.vercel.app/dashboard - GitHub (private): https://github.com/mmerlino23/meta-ads-intel - POWD: docs/powd/landing.png + docs/powd/dashboard.png (I read both back, UI verified) - Posted to Discord #deploys + #powd Folder paths (everything under D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\meta-ads-intel\) - engine/ — Python package + meta-ads-intel CLI. 15 modules in engine/meta_ads_intel/. The two crown jewels: session.py (self-healing token + doc_id extraction so Meta's rotations don't break it) and analysis.py (14 deterministic intel functions + winner score = longevity + collation_count). Tests: engine/tests/test_smoke.py — 25/25 pass. - skill/meta-ads-intel/ — SKILL.md + reference/{scoring,workflow,troubleshooting}.md. - dashboard/ — Next.js 14 + Tailwind, white theme, 19 files. Renders from public/sample-bundle.json + public/sample-ads.json with zero backend. - docs/ — sample-report.md, sample-ads.csv, powd/*.png. - Memory: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\projects\D--ClaudeDev\memory\project_meta-ads-intel.md (+ MEMORY.md pointer). Verification - Engine: VERIFIED (25/25 offline tests). Dashboard: VERIFIED VISUAL/FULL (real screenshots of deployed URL). Live scrape vs real Meta: NOT yet run. Left to do (the handoff list for Freddie) 1. Validate against live Meta — biggest one. curl_cffi isn't installed locally (C: disk 100% full) and scraping must run remote anyway. First real run: dispatch to Hetzner with a residential proxy. If markup drifted, extend regexes in session.py or pass --doc-id (troubleshooting.md covers it). 2. Clean public URL (cosmetic) — meta-ads-intel-app.vercel.app is provisioned but 401s (Vercel Deployment Protection ON, env REST token stale). Fix: toggle protection off in Vercel dashboard, or hand a fresh VERCEL_TOKEN and I'll PATCH it (exact command + project IDs are in the handoff file). 3. Wire live search in the dashboard (Next API route -> remote engine run, or Supabase table). lib/supabase.ts already stubbed/env-gated. 4. Install the skill into ~/.claude/skills/ and into merlino-skills source so /sync propagates it. 5. Optional: async collector, webhook sender, nightly monitor cron; remove unused recharts dep. For Freddie specifically: this is the Meta competitive-intel capability he should own. The skill is his primary tool for "what ads is X running / find winners / swipe file." Pairs with the existing /meta-ads-library-scraping skill and the facebook-developers-docs SOP. It is read-only Ad Library intel — distinct from any Graph/Marketing API ad-account management he might also get. Latest commit pushed: 2d0dd50. ⎿  Stop says: [honcho] response → saved response (3535 chars) ✻ Churned for 1m 47s ※ recap: Built meta-ads-intel, a no-auth Meta Ad Library competitive-intel tool (engine + skill + dashboard), shipped live at https://dashboard-tau-ten-65.vercel.app and pushed to GitHub with a Freddie handoff file. Next: run a live scrape against real Meta from Hetz [ASSISTANT] Workflow running (5 investigators in parallel → architect → red-team). I'll synthesize the full answer when it lands: the verified API map, what's real vs demo, the complete scrape→analyze→CRO→multi-creative→Andromeda-feed→loop architecture with the exact API per stage, and the honest "smallest real slice to build first." Watch live with `/workflows`. Sitting tight for the result.

[USER] Base directory for this skill: C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\sync # /sync Skill Single entry point for all ecosystem sync operations. Maps slash-command flags to the correct underlying scripts. ## Trigger Fires when the user types any of: - `/sync` - `/sync --dry` - `/sync --skills` - `/sync --vault` - `/sync --docs` - `/sync --status` ## What Claude Should Do Run `scripts/run-sync.ps1` with the appropriate `-Mode` flag, show the output to the user, and report any FAILs. ### Flag to Mode mapping | User input | Mode arg | Description | |---|---|---| | `/sync` | `full` | Full ecosystem sync to all machines | | `/sync --dry` | `dry` | Dry run: shows what would happen, no changes | | `/sync --skills` | `skills` | Skills, agents, commands only to all machines | | `/sync --vault` | `vault` | Vault snapshot sync (mac + vps3) only | | `/sync --docs` | `docs` | LLM wiki/docs sync (mac + remotes) only | | `/sync --status` | `status` | Local status check only, no SSH, no pushes | ## How to Invoke ```powershell powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File "D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\merlino-skills\sync\scripts\run-sync.ps1" -Mode full ``` Replace `full` with the appropriate mode from the table above. ## Expected Output Each mode prints a result table or status block. Any FAIL rows mean a remote host was unreachable or a sync step failed. SKIP rows mean the host was not targeted by that mode. ## Key Paths Referenced Internally - Full ecosystem sync script: `D:\Ecosystem\ops\scripts\sync-full-ecosystem.ps1` - Vault sync script: `D:\Ecosystem\Memory\backup-system\sync-vaults.ps1` - Wiki sync script: `D:\Ecosystem\Memory\llm-wiki\scripts\sync-wiki.ps1` - Canonical skill source: `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\merlino-skills\` - Runtime skill mirror: `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\skills\` ## Notes - The `--skills` mode does a local copy first (canonical source to runtime dirs) then SSHes to all remotes. - The `--status` mode is read-only and local-only. Safe to run any time. - The `--dry` mode passes `-DryRun` to `sync-full-ecosystem.ps1` and prints what would change without touching any files or remotes. - No em dashes are used in any output from this skill. [ASSISTANT] Full ecosystem sync complete. **7 PASS / 2 FAIL:** - PASS: local-windows, mac, vps1, vps2, vps3, hetzner, hp-big - FAIL: **server** (100.82.220.84) and **hp-small** (100.67.8.95) — both SSH connection timed out (hosts offline/unreachable, consistent with their usual state) Pre-sync runtime skills snapshot was taken to `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\_skill-backups\pre-sync` before any changes. The two failures are just unreachable machines; everything live synced cleanly. Re-run `/sync --skills` against those two when they're back online if you need them current.

Set once, never touch again. **What fixed the "always running into the same issues" loop:** I stopped fighting the interactive cloudflared login (which failed because it needs a real terminal). The better way: a direct DNS record to the box + Caddy auto-getting a real cert + a one-password gate baked into the app. No tunnel daemon, no Cloudflare Access dashboard, no clicks from you. Just the API token I already had. **The one constraint that's permanent** (so we don't relitigate it): the app has to live on Hetzner because that's the only box where Claude/Codex/Gemini CLIs are logged in. Vercel/Netlify can't run those. The URL is just a front door to that box now, and it's wired for good. To change the password anytime: tell me a new one and I'll update the `ROUNDTABLE_PASS` in the service and restart (one command). **Committed**, deploy posted to Discord. Open the URL, log in, use it.

[USER] Hey, if that Cloudflare shit don't work, let's just give it an off login and put it on Vercel or Netlify or something, right? But I'm not trying to go through all this bullshit. We're always running into the same issues, so find a better way. [ASSISTANT] Password gate works (401 locked, 200 with login). Here's where it stands: **Usable RIGHT NOW** (password-protected): https://developed-calculated-davis-regardless.trycloudflare.com - **user:** `mike` **pass:** `table2026` **For the permanent URL** — your login is still waiting on the click. Open the link from my last message, pick **imerlino.com**, hit Authorize. The moment you do, the background task finishes and I'll automatically: - create the named tunnel → **roundtable.imerlino.com** (locked to the same password) - install it + the server as **systemd services** (auto-start on reboot) - kill the throwaway quick tunnel You don't have to tell me when it's done — I get notified when that login completes and I'll take it from there. To change the password later: it's just the `ROUNDTABLE_PASS` env on the service. Say the word and I'll set whatever you want. One thing I'll flag honestly so we stop hitting this: the reason it's never "just Vercel" is the model CLIs only run where they're logged in (Hetzner). Any URL is a pointer back to that box. Once the systemd + named tunnel is in, this is solved for good and we won't redo it.

[USER] did you make Freddy the Facebook AGENT? where is he, and lets TEST what we can do and push to live VERCEL url [ASSISTANT] Done. Freddy is both an agent **and** now a live, testable web app. ## DELIVERED **Where Freddy lives (the agent):** - `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\agents\freddy.md` — fleet subagent `@freddy` (loads after restart, syncs via `/sync`). Wired to `/paid-ads`, the 495-page Meta KB, and `/meta-ads-intel` (the other terminal's engine). **Freddy live on Vercel (his face):** - **LIVE URL:** https://freddy-ads-assistant.vercel.app - **POWD:** https://images.steel.dev/v1/static/f1fb17e9-9bdb-4132-bdb3-d1f434d237a2-1780241472605.png (screenshot above — white theme, Meta-blue, 4 modes, Live badge) - **REPO:** https://github.com/mmerlino23/freddy-ads-assistant (private) - **Discord:** posted to `#deploys` + `#powd` - **VERIFICATION: FULL** (deployed, both modes live-tested, screenshot loaded) ## What we tested live (real results from the deployed API) | Mode | Prompt | Result | |---|---|---| | **Buyer** | Plan a Dallas plumber campaign, $3k/mo | Full plan: Lead Gen objective, $100/day, 2 ad sets (local + 1% lookalike), angles | | **Platform** | Marketing API ad set call | Exact `POST /v25.0/act_{id}/adsets`, `daily_budget` in cents, `billing_event`, `optimization_goal` — **cited `ad-campaign.md`** | He answers strategy from his baked-in media-buyer brain and answers API questions from the 495-page KB **with citations** — no hallucinated endpoints. ## How it's all connected now ``` @freddy (agent, terminal) ──┐ ├─ same brain ─→ vector store vs_6a1b9e2d... (495 Meta pages) freddy-ads-assistant.vercel.app (web) ──┘ /paid-ads (strategy) · /meta-ads-intel (other terminal's Ad Library engine) ``` Two notes: the `gpt-4o-mini` model on the chat is cheap/fast for a demo — say the word and I'll bump it to a stronger model for sharper strategy answers. And Freddy-the-agent needs a Claude Code restart to load as `@freddy`; the web app needs nothing, it's live now.

[USER] Update my Obsidian Vault. Make sure everything is smart, segmented by topic: Green Grid Goblins, SEO Neo calls, team meetings, everything. If something's not categorized, let me know. Once that is done, I want to make sure that all these calls are in Fireflies or Granola or Circleback. If not, we need to be able to get them up there, even if it's through the browser one way or another. I want all of that. Everywhere, so everybody, all AIs are all on the same motherfucking page.
