[Editor Content] Fix Hermes setup The first remote probe tripped over PowerShell treating ssh like a PowerShell parameter. I'm switching to ssh.exe explicitly and re-running the probes. Remote probe results: Mac, VPS1/Matteo, VPS2, and VPS3 are reachable. server is offline, hp-big answers but doesn't show existing runtime folders; VPS1 is at 90% disk, so I'm using overwrite backups only, not full folder clones there. The package build hit a robocopy failure on Codex skills, likely from a junction or locked path. I'm rebuilding the package with junction traversal disabled so it doesn't chase runtime links. Built a 7.6 MB no-delete sync package with agents, agent memory, LLM Wiki, and all three skill trees. Now I'm uploading it to the reachable Unix machines and applying it with rsync -a --backup so overwritten files get preserved. [Windows Crash Analysis] Most likely cause: CPU/RAM/BIOS instability. The i9-14900KF is in the exact Intel 13th/14th gen instability class. Intel says to use latest BIOS and Intel Default Settings for the Vmin instability issue; your system is still on 0x12B, while Intel later released 0x12F. Your DDR5 is also running at 6400, which is an overclocked profile and can absolutely create these random mixed BSODs. Next move: 1. Back up important files now. 2.
