Don't keep a fictional keeper. - Hold the canonical 4-layer doc (item 6) until Graphiti's status is settled AND the main session's Hindsight bank architecture lands, those two together define what the real stack is. Writing it now bakes in a decision you're still making. - Item 5 (rewrite the stale ops/current-*-state.md) is still safe to do now if MEMZ wants forward progress, just describe current reality (Hindsight self-host live, dropped-4 gated off, Graphiti dormant pending decision), not the aspirational 4. - Stage 2 Hindsight snapshotter stays HELD. The main terminal is mid-build on those exact banks. Code fix for clock-skew is fine; running it is not, yet. Net message back: B-lite.
