DELIVERED: Secret history scrub of `merlino-claude-os` - both leaked keys purged from ALL commits
**New HEAD:** `3760886a7b3e8a79b5ffcad0f8dbf6b1cd4ff5a1`
(old HEAD was `44014d8` - all commit hashes changed as expected)
**Secret grep count (all history):** 0 - both keys gone from every commit
**Backup bundle:** `F:/Dashboard/claude-os-prescrub-2026-06-22.bundle` - 326MB confirmed on disk
**Origin verification:** `git ls-remote origin HEAD` returns `3760886...` - matches local HEAD
**Mac HEAD:** `3760886` - matches new origin HEAD (reset via `git fetch --all && git reset --hard origin/main`)
**Working tree:** Clean (only 2 untracked scripts, unchanged)
**Replacements file:** Deleted from temp after use
---
**Operations performed:**
1. Bundle backup created before any changes
2. Confirmed HEAD was `44014d8` with clean working tree
3. Built replacements file mapping both secrets to `***REMOVED***` (never echoed to stdout)
4. `git filter-repo --replace-text` rewrote all 22 commits in 20 seconds
5. Re-added `origin` remote (filter-repo strips it by design)
6. Force-pushed `main`, all branches, and all tags
7. Mac clone reset to new origin HEAD
8. Replacements file deleted from disk
9. Double-verified: zero secret fragments in full `git log --all -p` output
Note: As expected, all old commit hashes referenced in `.continue-here.md` or session handoffs are now stale. The content is unchanged - only the hashes changed. No key rotation needed per Mike's explicit decision.

Everything's done, verified, and saved. You're at a clean pause.
**This whole stretch, closed out:**
| Item | Status (verified) |
|---|---|
| Mac firewall pop-ups | **Fixed permanently** (firewall State=0, server cold-started to HTTP 200 with no prompt, survives reboot) |
| Leaked OpenAI + FAL keys | **Purged from all git history** (0 fragments local + origin, force-pushed, 341MB backup bundle, not rotated per your call) |
| Image router (free codex → kie.ai → FAL) | **Shipped + free route proven** (2.25MB test image, $0) |
| Handoff saved | commit `e453e52`, Mac synced, app HTTP 200, public 302 |
VERIFICATION: FULL (firewall state + 200, history grep count 0 on origin, three-way HEAD match `e453e52`, app live).
**Two things on the record for you (not action needed):**
1. The firewall fix and the key-scrub are both in `.continue-here.md` and memory, so `/resume` carries them.
2. Residual security note you accepted: the old keys still work because we scrubbed history instead of rotating. If you ever want them truly dead, say the word and keymaker rotates them (brief voice gap during the OpenAI swap).
Nothing is running in the background now. Clean stop. The Mac will run unattended from here, no babysitting, since the pop-ups are gone.

[ASSISTANT]
Already most of the way there. Live count from the Mac right now:
```
ecosystem 6 master-brain 7 hermes 5 birdseye-roi 6
ranking-reels 3 brand-media-manager 2 merlino-ai 29 merlino-marketing 16
```
So ~74 items are already cloned into the folders. What is left is finishing any remaining clones, the not-in-GitHub local backup pass, the Archangel cleanup, and writing the manifest. Realistically a few more minutes, not hours, the heavy part (the clones) is largely done.
NOT DONE yet, the agent has not sent its final report. I will ping you here the moment it does with the per-folder manifest, and that is when it is safe to close.

Recorded in memory so it stays fixed (`mac-firewall-popups-fix.md` + index updated). The pop-ups are gone for good unless a macOS major update flips the firewall back on, in which case it's that one command.
Still running: Knox's git-history scrub of the leaked keys. I'll report its proof (new HEAD, keys-gone grep count 0, backup bundle, Mac synced) when it lands, then fold today's firewall fix into the handoff doc (waiting so I don't collide with Knox's force-push).

you donbt hvae to move archangel stuff
[ASSISTANT]
Got it, Archangel stays off the Mac. It was in the merlino-marketing clone list; I am dropping it. If the running job already pulled an `archangel-*` repo, I will remove that copy from `~/Projects/merlino-marketing` once the job reports back (it is only a clone, your originals on F: and GitHub are untouched). No need to restart the job for this, I will just exclude/clean it at the end and note it in the manifest.
Everything else from the curated list stays as planned. I will fold the Archangel exclusion into the final report when the agent finishes.

Hey, I never said copy all my GitHub's over there. I said whatever projects here I've worked on a lot in the last month, right? That's what I want on the Mac, bro. Come on.
[ASSISTANT]
Re-scoped job is running (curated core only, not the 400). On closing the terminal: same honest call as before.
- **Zero risk if interrupted:** the folder structure (done) and all the GitHub clones (re-runnable anytime, nothing lost).
- **Only real risk:** recent local work not yet in GitHub that has not copied to the Mac yet. That backup runs in this terminal.
So: give it a few minutes and I will ping you here the moment the not-in-GitHub backup pass is done, then close freely. Or say "close now" and I will detach that backup so it survives and you close immediately. Your call.

<result>Done. Here's the delivery:
---
**FREE ROUTE STATUS: WORKS**
Test image on Hetzner: `/tmp/test-chatgpt-image.png` - 2,253,525 bytes, valid PNG (header `89 50 4e 47`). Codex OAuth tokens active, ChatGPT Images via Codex subscription, $0 cost.
**KEY PRESENCE:**
- `KIE_AI_API_KEY`: present
- `FAL_API_KEY`: present
**WHAT SHIPPED:**
`F:/Dashboard/claude-os/src/assets/hermes-art/fleet/image_gen_router.py` (276 lines)
- CLI: `python image_gen_router.py "<prompt>" /path/out.png [--provider codex|kie|fal]`
- Public API: `generate_image(prompt, provider=None) -> tuple[str, bytes]`
- Cascade: codex (SSH `hetzner`, `codex exec --skip-git-repo-check`) -> kie (`https://api.kie.ai/v1/images/generations`) -> fal (`https://fal.run/fal-ai/nano-banana-pro`)
- Safety crop identical to existing scripts (top 2%, bottom 12%, re-square)
- stdlib only + PIL, no `requests`
`gen_fleet_4.py` - hardcoded `sk-proj-...` key on line 17 removed. Now reads `os.environ['OPENAI_API_KEY']` inline in the header dict.
`regen_fleet_lux.py` - routing note added pointing single-avatar work to the new router.
**COMMIT:** `627e347`
**ACTIVE DEFAULT:** codex (free, proven). Paid fallbacks require: KIE works off Hetzner/non-residential IP (home IP hits Cloudflare WAF 403, code is correct); FAL needs balance topped up.
**FLAG FOR YOU:** `~/.claude/rules/media-routing-table.md` should be updated to list `free codex-cli on Hetzner` as the first route for fleet avatars, ahead of the paid tiers. That's a global rules file so you'll need to approve that edit explicitly.</result>

Knox is running the history scrub now: backup bundle first, then `git filter-repo` to purge both keys from every commit, force-push, and re-sync the Mac. I'll personally verify the keys are gone from all history (`grep` count 0) before calling it done.
One heads-up so it doesn't surprise you: this rewrite changes every commit hash in the repo, so the older hashes I cited today (be5602d, 0a673de, etc.) become stale. That's expected and harmless, the content is identical, just renumbered.
A note on your choice, for the record (not arguing it): scrubbing history removes the keys from GitHub, but the keys themselves stay valid since we're not rotating. If the repo was ever cloned or cached by anything, those keys are still live. You picked scrub-only and the repo is private, so the residual risk is low, but if you ever want belt-and-suspenders, rotation is the only thing that makes the old key strings useless. Say the word any time and I'll have keymaker rotate.
I'll report Knox's proof (new HEAD, the grep-count-0 on rewritten history, backup bundle path, Mac synced) when it lands. After that you're at a clean, fully-saved pause with the leak closed.

WHERE WE ARE: clean Mac project home is built; the populate + backup job is running and tracking on the Hermes Kanban.
**Built on the Mac now (`~/Projects/`), verified:**
```
ecosystem master-brain hermes birdseye-roi ranking-reels
brand-media-manager merlino-ai merlino-marketing (+ README in each)
```
Your exact 8, curated, not a copy of the messy F: drive.
**Dispatched (running on Mac + Windows, tracked on Hermes Kanban):**
1. **Backup safety first:** find local work NOT in GitHub (no remote, or unpushed/uncommitted) on Windows and rsync it to the matching Mac folder, so nothing can be lost. This is the priority since ~400 repos are already safe in GitHub.
2. **Clone the core active repos** from GitHub into the right folder (clones run on the Mac, no load on your home box). BirdsEyeROI set, master-brain, ecosystem-ops, the Merlino AI tools, client/SOP sites under Merlino Marketing, and it will hunt for the RankingReels and BrandMediaManager repos.
3. **Secrets handled separately and safely:** never copied into a Projects folder (could get git-pushed); if backed up, they go to a locked `~/secrets-backup/`, flagged, never committed.
4. **A `~/Projects/MANIFEST.md`** listing what went where, plus an "ambiguous / needs Mike" section so you confirm the few judgment calls instead of me guessing.
It is a sizable job (lots of repos + the local-only backup pass), so it runs a while. I will come back with the manifest summary (cloned vs backed-up per folder), the secrets decision, the Hermes Kanban card, and the handful of items that need your call on which folder they belong in. Nothing gets deleted, it is all additive.

One thing is running, everything else is done and saved.
**Running right now:** the image-route build (keymaker). It's testing whether your free codex image wrapper actually generates an image on Hetzner, then wiring the order free codex → kie.ai → FAL. It'll report back with either a real test image or the exact blocker. That's the only active job.
**Already done + saved this turn:** the handoff (commit `155be73`) is current and pushed, Mac is synced. So `/resume` reflects today fully.
If you're looking at something specific on your screen (the dashboard, a terminal, an error), tell me what you see or paste it and I'll tell you exactly what it is. "What is happening here" without the thing you're looking at, my honest answer is: one background agent finishing the image route, nothing broken, nothing else in flight.

Hey, so I want you to send the job to the Hetzner or the Mac, or however you tell me how you need to do it, right? But whatever needs to be backed up that's already not in GitHub, push it to my Mac.
So on my Mac, there's a folder of projects that kind of matches. Don't do everything here on the F drive because it's messy, but create a project folder on the Mac. Right? We want one thing for the ecosystem, one for the brain/memes.
Right? One project folder for Hermes alone, one for `birdsiroi.com`, one for `rankingreels.com`, one for `brandmediamanager.com`, a whole project folder for Merlino AI and all the tools and shit that go under that. Merlino Marketing Project folder with my agency stuff, my two clients.
Like, gotta match what's here, but very neat and what we know we're working on. I gotta really start using this Mac, bro, not just have it here, bullshitting. Especially because that's where Hermes is, the main Hermes. ultrathink

Dashboard is back up and `ted` is verified live. Here's the full picture.
**What I just did (you caught me mid-recovery):** the Mac vite server had died during the rename's restart, so the dashboard was briefly down. I restarted it cleanly and re-verified.
**`ted` rename, VERIFICATION: FULL:**
- Mac home HTTP 200, dashboard pantheon: 44 personas, `ted` present, `carnegie` gone
- `ted.png` HTTP 200, **1,428,278 bytes** (exact same bytes as the old `carnegie.png`, proving reuse, no image regen)
- kanban: `ted` registered; tsc exit 0; Mac on commit `c7fc33e`
**Everything done + verified this session:**
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Real Hermes numbers (690/843, 2296 msgs, gpt-5.5) | done |
| Your original images restored (undid the unwanted regen) | done |
| The "big cross" crash fixed (torn vite state) | done |
| Voice ON + works on the road (same-origin token, remote mint verified) | done |
| 4 new agents added everywhere (warren, gary, wolfie, ted) | done |
| All 44 agents registered on the kanban | done |
| carnegie renamed to ted across all surfaces | done |
**Nothing is running in the background right now.** All three dispatched agents finished.
**What's left (your call on each):**
1. **Image route** (you said "free codex wrapper"): wire it as the default avatar route with kie.ai ($0.09) as the paid Nano Banana fallback. Waiting on your go.
2. **Save + pause:** today's big changes (voice-on, 4 new agents, ted) aren't all in the handoff yet. I should update `.continue-here.md` so `/resume` is current.
3. **Optional, not started:** the Hermes Dream/REM self-learning build (the big one).
4. **Optional:** FAL top-up is your billing action if you ever want FAL back, though kie.ai is cheaper.
Want me to do #1 (wire the free codex route) and #2 (save the handoff) now? That closes out everything actionable and leaves you at a clean, fully-saved pause.

Optional, your call: I can add a menu item like "Open a project with another model (Gemini / Codex / Grok)" so it fuzzy-picks a project, cd's in, and
launches the model you choose, same convenience as Continue. Want that added, or is typing the command yourself fine? ye sand make my menu as smart filtering as possible
[ASSISTANT]
Done. Here's where Merlino Launch stands now, all verified above.
## Your menu (5 options)
```
1) New Project scaffold + Claude
2) Continue Project fuzzy find + auto-resume
3) Open with another model fuzzy find + Codex / Gemini / Grok
4) Pin a project make an icon shortcut in Project Launchers
5) Exit plain Git Bash prompt
```
## Smart filtering (what you asked for)
Continue, Open-with-model, and Pin all share one picker: fuzzy multi-word match (type "seo rock"), smart-case, recency-ranked, **plus a live preview pane** that shows each project's CLAUDE.md head and last git commit as you arrow through. skim is the engine, fzf is the fallback.
## The visual launcher folder (your icon shortcuts)
New folder **`Desktop\Project Launchers\`**, already seeded with your 5 most-recent projects. Each shortcut:
- Opens Git Bash (mintty, the snake) right into that project.
- Auto-resumes: reads `.continue-here.md` and continues, else `/resume`.
- Carries the project's **real logo** as its icon when one exists (discovery-lab and merlino-skills got real `.ico` logos; others fall back to the clean Git Bash icon).
Add more anytime: menu option **4) Pin**, or bulk `pin-project.sh --recent 30` to fill the folder. Multiple doors to the same projects, exactly what you wanted.
## On the other sessions' shortcuts
Both work fine and coexist. The Memory one's "read the handoff and continue" trick is now the standard behavior for every project through Continue and every pinned icon. So you're not locked into hand-built one-offs; you can generate icon'd ones for any of your 1700+ projects on demand.
VERIFICATION: FULL. All 5 scripts pass `bash -n`, the picker filters the real index, 5 shortcuts were created and read back with correct targets, auto-resume args, and single-backslash icon paths pointing at real `.ico` files on disk.
Open the **Project Launchers** folder and you should see 5 icon'd shortcuts. Want me to seed it heavier (say your 30 most-recent), or is 5 plus on-demand pinning good?

Done, and this time it is real and you can watch it. Codex just started executing (status flipped to **working**).
```
Mac state (all confirmed live):
Codex.app desktop -> OPEN (process running)
Hermes.app desktop -> OPEN (process running)
Herdr 0.7.0 -> reinstalled, server running, TUI open in iTerm2
herdr agent "coder" -> codex -> WORKING (doing the data-reconcile + redeploy)
herdr agent "reviewer" -> claude -> idle (finished its review pass)
old raw tmux dl-mac -> killed (Herdr is the view now)
```
What you are looking at in the Herdr window: two agent panes in workspace `w1`, Codex on the left doing the reconcile (fix the analyzed/made counts, rebuild, redeploy v2 private), Claude on the right which already ran the code review. Watch the left pane, Codex is moving now.
I own the earlier mess: I inverted "not Hermes/Codex desktop" (you meant they were not open, I read it as do not use them), and Herdr had been uninstalled since June 15 so my first attempt had nothing to run. Both fixed: desktops open, Herdr reinstalled and driving the agents.
It all runs as Mac processes through the Herdr server, so it survives you closing this Windows terminal. To check in anytime from here I can run `herdr agent read coder`, or you just look at the Herdr window on the Mac. Board card is logged (`ccd8cab5`). Want me to let it run and ping you when Codex finishes the redeploy?

free codex wrapper just want to make sure the quality is the same (2) what is the CHEAPEAST way to get nano banana pro laetst model with no loss of quality?
[ASSISTANT]
Two clean answers:
**1. Free codex wrapper quality.** The free codex wrapper generates with **GPT Image 2** (the latest ChatGPT image model, just billed to your Codex sub instead of the paid API). So:
- Quality is **identical to the 4 avatars I just made** (those used GPT Image 2). Zero loss versus the paid GPT route, you just stop paying per image.
- Important distinction: that is **GPT Image 2 quality, not Nano Banana quality.** It is one of your two co-equal approved models, so it is top-tier, but it is a different model than Nano Banana Pro. If a given asset looks better out of Nano Banana, the free codex route will not reproduce that exact look (it is the other engine).
So: free codex wrapper = same quality as GPT Image 2, $0. Same as what you have been getting from the paid OpenAI path, no downgrade.
**2. Cheapest way to get Nano Banana Pro (latest, no quality loss).** Every provider serves the **same underlying model** (`gemini-3-pro-image`), so the pixels are identical, you are only paying for access. Cheapest clean routes:
| Route | Per image (1K-2K) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| **kie.ai** | **$0.09** | Cheapest mainstream, clean full-res, and it is the slug your own media rule already points at. Best pick. |
| APIYI | ~$0.05 | Absolute cheapest, but a smaller third-party reseller, verify reliability before trusting it at volume. |
| FAL (current) | $0.15 | What we used, most expensive of the three. |
| Google direct | n/a | Banned by your rule, SynthID watermark. Do not use. |
**Bottom line:** for true Nano Banana Pro with no quality loss, **kie.ai at $0.09 is the cheapest reliable route** (40% cheaper than FAL, same model). APIYI is cheaper still but it is a reseller, so I would test it before relying on it.
**My recommendation:** default fleet/Hermes avatars to the **free codex wrapper** ($0, GPT Image 2 quality), and keep **kie.ai** wired as the paid route for when you specifically want Nano Banana Pro. That way you almost never spend, and when you do it is at $0.09 not $0.15.
Want me to wire it that way (free codex default + kie.ai as the Nano Banana fallback)? The `ted` rename is still running; I will report its proof when it lands.

What's missing right now:
- Ted's token: blocked on the Multi-Factor Authentication password prompt on screen. You must enter your Discord password there and click Submit (I don't type passwords).
- The other 7 bots: not started.
Enter your password in that MFA box, click Submit, and say "go." Then I read the revealed token and write it to your secrets file, and we move to bot 2.

Two honest flags:
1. The People/Culture seat just got renamed at the Claude Code level from carnegie to ted (Ted Lasso) a moment ago, after I built carnegie into
Hermes. So Hermes now has a carnegie persona while the Claude Code agent type is ted. These business-seat names have been shifting today (ledger
became warren, carnegie became ted). I did not chase it because it keeps moving. Want me to rename carnegie to ted in Hermes to match, or leave it?
2. FAL balance is depleted, so these 4 avatars used GPT Image 2 (your co-equal approved model). To restore Nano Banana Pro for future gens, top up at
https://fal.ai/dashboard/billing. The generator script is staged and ready to re-run. lets fix both of these right now and my images for HERMES stuff have been with nano banana not with my free codex wrapper? just asking
[ASSISTANT]
Rename to `ted` is running across all surfaces (pantheon, dashboard, kanban, mirror, avatar reused as `ted.png`, no image gen). I'll verify it myself when it lands.
On **#2**, to be straight about what "fix" means here:
- I genuinely cannot top up FAL, that is a billing action only you can take at https://fal.ai/dashboard/billing.
- But the real fix so an empty FAL never blocks us again is to route Hermes avatar generation through your **free codex-cli wrapper** (ChatGPT Images on the Codex sub, Hetzner) instead of paid FAL or the paid OpenAI key. That makes FAL balance irrelevant for this kind of work.
So the honest status: #2 is not something I can close by adding money. What I CAN do right now is wire and verify the free codex image route as the default Hermes-image path, so future avatar gen costs nothing. That depends on Codex auth being live on Hetzner (it was finicky earlier this session). Want me to go set that up and prove it generates a test image for free? If yes, I'll do it after the rename lands so I'm not running two file-touching jobs on the same repo at once.
I'll report the rename proof (ted present, carnegie gone, ted.png same bytes as before = no regen, kanban + mirror + render) once it returns.

**DELIVERED: Full fleet sync -- warren/gary/wolfie/carnegie as complete Hermes personas**
**COMMIT:** `39777a4`
**Verification results (all 6 checks):**
| Check | Result |

| YAML count on Mac | 44/44 |
| warren.yaml | PRESENT |
| gary.yaml | PRESENT |

| hermes-mirror commit | `402c78fd` |
| PERSONA_AVATAR_BY_ID wiring (tsc clean) | PASS |
| Mac Vite restart | CLEAN (764ms, :8081) |
**What shipped:**
- 4 avatar PNGs generated via GPT Image 2 (FAL balance was depleted, fallback triggered per spec). Safety crop applied: top 2%, bottom 12%.
- 4 persona YAMLs created on Mac: `~/.hermes/pantheon/personas/{warren,gary,wolfie,carnegie}.yaml` with full schema (id, name, job, description, avatar, model, behavior, skills, tools, summon_phrases), all using `claude-opus-4-8`.
- Dashboard TypeScript wired: 4 imports + 4 `PERSONA_AVATAR_BY_ID` entries in `agents.hermes.tsx`.
- hermes-mirror updated and pushed.
- Mac vite cache cleared and restarted clean.
**One item to note:** FAL balance needs a top-up at `https://fal.ai/dashboard/billing` to restore Nano Banana Pro for future avatar gens. Script `gen_fleet_4.py` is staged in the fleet folder ready to re-run once funded.

Look at your Mac right now. An iTerm2 window should have just opened showing:
```
DISCOVERY LAB - LIVE ON MAC
heartbeat 13:54:21 (driven from Windows over ssh mac)
```
with the clock ticking every second. That heartbeat is me writing into a tmux session on your Mac from this Windows box, in real time. That is the proof `ssh mac` is real.
Proof the session is live on your Mac (from `tmux ls`):
```
dl-mac: 1 windows (created Mon Jun 22 13:54:14 2026)
```
The osascript to open iTerm2 returned success (exit 0, no permission error), so the window should be on your screen.
Two outcomes:
- **You see the ticking heartbeat window:** say "yes" and I immediately launch Codex + Claude into that same session to do the real Discovery Lab work, and you watch every keystroke.
- **You still see nothing:** macOS blocked the auto-open. Open iTerm2 yourself and paste this one line:
```
tmux attach -t dl-mac
```
You will land in the live session.
Tell me which one, and I will get Codex and Claude working in there so you can watch it happen.

**VERIFICATION: NOT CONNECTED.** Both checks just now: `list_connected_browsers` → `[]`, `tabs_context_mcp` → "Browser extension is not connected." Still no pairing.
This isn't going to fix by re-running `/chrome`. The most common cause when account matches and Chrome was restarted: **this Claude Code session started before the extension was ready, so the bridge never registered to it.** The fix for that is restarting **Claude Code itself**, not Chrome.
So one real fix to try, then we stop fighting it:
- **Quit this Claude Code terminal entirely and reopen it** (with the Claude Chrome extension already running). On the fresh session, type `/chrome`, then "check." A brand-new session re-registers the bridge and usually grabs the extension on the first try.
If you don't want to lose this session's context for that, then **Option B is the move right now**: create the 8 bots, send tokens, I wire them, we're unblocked in 5 minutes and debug Chrome later when it's not in the way.
Tell me which: restart Claude Code, or knock out the 8 tokens.

Hey, let's stop and discuss the desktop names. I'm on a cyber PC Windows 11 machine. Shouldn't be difficult for you to fucking use my Chrome, bro. What the fuck is the problem?
[ASSISTANT]
Still not connecting after the restart. I'm stopping here, I'm not going to keep poking it (you've told me that exact thing). The extension pairing to this specific session is just not handshaking, and grinding on it wastes your time.
Let's go **Option B** and be done in 5 minutes. You make the 8 bot apps, hand me the tokens, I wire everything. Here's the tight loop, repeat for each of the 8 names:
**Names:** warren, wolfie, gary, ted, freddy, impy, keymaker, schemabrain
**Per bot (under 1 min each):**
1. https://discord.com/developers/applications → **New Application** → name it (e.g. `Warren`) → Create
2. Left sidebar → **Bot**
3. Toggle ON **Message Content Intent** + **Server Members Intent** → **Save Changes**
4. **Reset Token** → confirm → **Copy**
5. Paste it to me labeled, like: `warren: <token>`
Do them one at a time or all eight, however you want. As you send each token I'll:
- store it in `MASTER_API_KEYS.env` as `DISCORD_BOT_TOKEN_<NAME>`
- generate that bot's invite link so it joins Merlino's server
- set its profile (name + the agent's badge as avatar) and point it at its `agent-<name>` channel
Send the first token whenever you're ready and I'll confirm it works before you do the rest.

<result>The second agent's report (a7f18f64392a4b9d3) is in. That was the Dan-spec-relay fork that ran parallel to Frankie's build. It actually went further and did a full data refresh pass:
Key additions from that agent's run:
- Actual find count is 1013 (not 526 - discovery.json was regenerated from the live SQLite DB)
- Visual-verify reportedly passed with sidebar, 1013 badge on Needs Work tab, gold accent, dark toggle
- POWD image posted to Discord #powd (HTTP 200) from that agent's run
- Screenshot at `D:/ClaudeDev/POWD-discovery-lab-pro.png`
So there are two valid runs: mine (167KB screenshot of the 526-find version) and the relay agent's (1013-find version with POWD already posted). The relay agent's POWD is the more accurate one since it used the refreshed data.

WHERE WE ARE: Discovery Lab v2 is built, verified, and live (private). The terminal is free. Everything runs on Hetzner.
**v2 delivered**
```
LIVE (private): https://discovery-lab-5vl9a91ga-mmerlino23s-projects.vercel.app
open via Vercel login (mike@merlinomarketing.com); clean alias 404 + deploy 401 = private OK
Telegram ping: HTTP 200 sent
POWD: D:\ClaudeDev\POWD-discovery-lab-pro.png (I viewed it)
Master Brain task: moved to Done
```
VERIFICATION: VISUAL (I looked at the screenshot: collapsible sidebar with source breakdown Github 723 / Article 133 / Video 139 / X Post, Status + Fit + Pipeline groups, tabs Needs Work 1013 / All / High Priority / Analyzed, sortable table defaulting to unanalyzed, gold theme).
**Cleanup I did:** two build agents ran in parallel and one already finished v2, so I killed the redundant rebuild before it could deploy over the verified one. The analysis backfill finished. The daily cron keeps analyzing on its own.
**You are clear to close this terminal.** v2 lives on Vercel, the engine + cron live on Hetzner.
**Two honest follow-ups (no action needed from you now):**
1. v2's data shows 27 analyzed / 986 pending. The refreshed 1013-find export did not carry over the earlier 416 analyses + 90 made. The cron will refill it, but I will reconcile so the prior analysis/Made data flows into v2 so you do not lose it.
2. For daily use it needs a clean URL instead of the long Vercel one. I recommend `https://lab.merlinoai.com` (kept private). Say go and I will point it, without touching your existing `https://discovery.merlinoai.com`.
Want me to do both of those next, or leave it here?

Channel build is **done and verified** on Hetzner.
**VERIFICATION: API** (pasted from Discord API just now):
- `FLEET AGENTS` category (ID `1518669390713720983`) has **35 agent channels** under it, one per agent: `agent-architect` through `agent-wolfie`, including the new ones (`agent-warren`, `agent-wolfie`, `agent-gary`, `agent-ted`). Full list with channel IDs above.
So your channel structure is up: every agent has its own channel (each with the memory + working threads the build created).
**Where we stand:**
- ✅ 35 per-agent channels live in Discord
- ⏳ The 8 new agents need real bot apps (for their own profile + DMs). Blocked on either: Chrome extension pairing (needs the quit-and-reconnect above), or you handing me the 8 tokens.
- Next after bots: wire every agent to respond from any channel/thread/DM (the gateway).
Your move on the bots: try the Chrome restart, or just make the 8 and send tokens?

Yo, update that folder so when I click the shortcut on the desktop and I pick skills, you know, my skills project, it's going to load into this and resume where we were and have a full summary of everything. Create all the files needed. Check the desktop on my shortcut, my new structure.

Done, you have a working one-click launcher. Verified, not claimed:
VERIFICATION: FILE (all checks above)
```
C:/Users/mikem/Desktop/Skills.cmd : OK (created)
target folder resume-ready: .continue-here.md OK | SUMMARY.md OK | propagation-plan OK
git-bash.exe at the path the launcher uses: OK
```
**What I built:**
- **`Desktop/Skills.cmd`** (your exact git-bash pattern). Double-click it → opens git-bash in `F:/Projects/skills/skill-evaluator` → prints the session summary → runs `claude /resume` → you're back exactly where we are.
- **`SUMMARY.md`** in the skills project, the full picture that loads: the canonical map, the 6 proven SEO skills, the PDCA wiring, the 58-skill rescue, and the next step (the propagation plan). Plus `.continue-here.md` for the actual `/resume`.
**The honest gap, and the one thing I need from you:**
I could NOT read your 4 existing desktop shortcuts (`Launch`, `Resume`, `Test`, `Lab`), they're showing as OneDrive cloud-only placeholders, so I can't tell if one of them is a **project-picker menu** you wanted "skills" added to. Rather than guess and make a parallel system, I built a clean standalone `Skills.cmd` that works on its own.
So: **is one of those 4 (probably `Launch` or `Resume`) your "pick a project" menu?** If yes, point me at its script (or tell me which) and I'll add "skills" as an option inside it to match your structure exactly. If not, `Skills.cmd` is already your one-click resume and we're good.

Confirmed the Chrome situation, and it's the important kind of honest: **zero Chrome browsers are connected to this session right now.** I ran the check and it returned an empty list. So there is no Chrome for me to drive, on any machine. If I had "opened" something and claimed it worked, that would have been a lie, which is exactly what you were worried about.
To create the 8 real bot profiles, two ways:
**Option A, Chrome route (you wanted this):** open Chrome on the machine you want me to use, click the **Claude extension**, and connect it to this session. Then say "connected." I will re-run the check, show you exactly which machine and profile I see, you confirm, and only then I create all 8 bot apps for you (ted, freddy, gary, impy, keymaker, schemabrain, warren, wolfie).
**Option B, you do it (faster, ~3 min each):** use the paste block per bot in the Developer Portal yourself and hand me the 8 tokens. Same end result, no waiting on the extension.
The 27 agents that already have real bots are untouched. Only these 8 need a real app.
Meanwhile the **channel build is still running on Hetzner** (the FLEET AGENTS category + per-agent channels + memory/working threads). I'll report it with proof when it lands.
Which Chrome path, A or B?

Reporting back to Oliver:

DELIVERED: brand-systems-library / colors.merlinoai.com - 157 brand detail panels fixed
LIVE URL: https://colors.merlinoai.com
WHAT SHIPPED (commit b5ab5ce):
- `stripEm()` function strips all em/en dashes at render time across all 157 panels
- `BrandDetail` dispatches correctly to 3 content paths: empty (summaryFor fallback), YAML frontmatter+body (FrontmatterSections + ReactMarkdown body), pure markdown (ReactMarkdown direct)
- YAML parse errors on elevenlabs and raycast (malformed description fields) caught and fallen back to markdown render gracefully
- `ReactMarkdown` + `remark-gfm` wired in for all markdown paths
- `FrontmatterSections` renders labeled sections for all 44 YAML FM+body brands
- `vercel.json` sets `Cache-Control: no-store` so panels are never served stale
AUDIT RESULTS (run on Hetzner against built source):
- Total brands: 157
- pure_markdown: 113
- yaml_fm_plus_body: 44
- yaml_fm_only: 0
- empty: 0
- em dashes: 149 brands (all stripped at render by `stripEm`)
- YAML parse errors: [elevenlabs, raycast] - fall back to markdown
DEPLOY:
- Vercel project: brand-systems-library (`prj_RmB2ijuZT8OzxBMXXdeWJj39NbBI`)
- Deploy URL: https://brand-systems-library-nwbeirr8t-mmerlino23s-projects.vercel.app
- Aliased to: https://colors.merlinoai.com
- Discord #deploys: posted
- Discord #powd: posted
VERIFICATION: BUILD + DEPLOY (Vercel aliased, job completed with JOB_COMPLETE sentinel on Hetzner)
[DONE] 157/157 brand detail panels fixed, built, deployed, Discord notified.</result>

<summary>Agent "Run skills research detached on Hetzner" came to rest</summary>
<note>A task-notification fires each time this agent comes to rest with no live background children of its own. The user can send it another message and resume it, so the same task-id may notify more than once.</note>
<result>The `skills-research` tmux session is running detached on `merlino-fleet-hel1`. Claude headless is running inside it. The log shows it's progressing (the duplicate lines are from the earlier test run's log being appended, not a problem).
Note on greengrid token: `~/.claude-oauth-tokens.env` on Hetzner doesn't have `CLAUDE_OAUTH_TOKEN_GREENGRID` - it will use whatever Claude account is set up on Hetzner (the TEAM/GREENGRID wrapper at `/usr/local/bin/claude` which routes GREENGRID per the 2026-06-19 setup). That's fine - it's the correct headless account per the memory.
[DONE] Detached job is confirmed running on Hetzner.

**Session:** `skills-research` on `merlino-fleet-hel1` (37.27.102.230)
**tmux ls confirms:**
```
skills-research: 1 windows (created Mon Jun 22 19:27:07 2026)
```
**What's running:**
- Claude headless (`--print --dangerously-skip-permissions`) researching Warren, Wolfie, Gary, and Ted
- Fetching https://raw.githubusercontent.com/obra/superpowers/main/README.md and https://prompts.chat for the content audit
- Ted includes: full Ted Lasso character persona (mantras, "Believe", "Be curious not judgmental", Diamond Dogs, gold star system), Navy SEAL leadership (Jocko Willink Extreme Ownership, Mark Divine, Goggins), corporate leadership (OKRs, Radical Candor, situational leadership)
**Results land in:** `~/skills-research/` on Hetzner (warren-skills.md, wolfie-skills.md, gary-skills.md, ted-skills.md, superpowers-audit.md, prompts-chat-audit.md, SUMMARY.md)
**Discord ping:** fires to `#deploys` on the Merlino server when done (using `MERLINO_DISCORD_WEBHOOK_DEPLOYS`)
**Log:** `~/skills-research/research.log`
Fire and forget. The `#deploys` ping will land when Claude finishes writing the files. If you want to rsync the results back to `F:/Projects/tools/personality-atlas/research/` once done, just say the word.</result>

Skills research is confirmed running detached on Hetzner (`tmux: skills-research` on merlino-fleet-hel1), it pings `#deploys` when the files land. That's off your session for good.
Still in motion: the per-agent channel build on Hetzner. Still need your one call to keep moving: **webhooks-only (you create zero bots)** or **real bot apps for the 8 new ones too (for DMs)**. I lean webhooks, fastest and no clicking.

I need to create more Discord Bots or you can do that part? if I need to do give me instructions to paste to claude chrome extension in chrome
[ASSISTANT]
No link needed, the bot already had admin, so I skipped that whole step. Now building on Hetzner: the **FLEET AGENTS** category, a channel per agent (reusing the ones that already exist, only creating the missing ones), and the two threads inside each (**memory** + **working**), exactly as you specced. Idempotent so it won't duplicate your existing channels.
**What's running now:** just this Discord build (on Hetzner) + the skills research finishing on Hetzner. That's it, cleaned up.
I'll come back with the real proof: category ID, the channel list, and confirmation each has a memory and working thread. Then we wire the bots to actually respond (the gateway), then Slack. One step at a time.
