Done. Here's what's installed and how to use it.
## What this is
Alibaba doc 2949529 = recipe to point **Claude Code at Qwen models** via their Anthropic-compatible endpoint (Singapore, `ap-southeast-1`). I built it as a separate launcher so it doesn't hijack your main `mike@merlinomarketing.com` Claude Max session.
## Files created
- `D:\ClaudeDev\06_cli-tools\claude-qwen\claude-qwen.ps1` — launcher, scopes env vars to the spawned process only
- `D:\ClaudeDev\06_cli-tools\claude-qwen\claude-qwen.cmd` — `.cmd` wrapper so you can call it from any shell
- `D:\ClaudeDev\06_cli-tools\claude-qwen\README.md` — full usage + supported Qwen model IDs
- `D:\Ecosystem\secrets\MASTER_API_KEYS.env` — added `DASHSCOPE_INTL_API_KEY=` slot (empty, awaiting your key)
## Two manual steps left (I can't do these for you)
1. **Sign up + get key** at https://modelstudio.console.alibabacloud.com/ap-southeast-1 — must be the Singapore/International console, not the China one. Create an API key.
2. **Paste it** into `D:\Ecosystem\secrets\MASTER_API_KEYS.env` next to `DASHSCOPE_INTL_API_KEY=`
## Run it
```powershell
# Default model (qwen3-max)
D:\ClaudeDev\06_cli-tools\claude-qwen\claude-qwen.cmd
# Pick a coder model
D:\ClaudeDev\06_cli-tools\claude-qwen\claude-qwen.cmd -Model qwen3-coder-plus
```
Optional: add `D:\ClaudeDev\06_cli-tools\claude-qwen` to PATH so `claude-qwen` works from anywhere.

Carlos delivered. UULE method, 100% geo-at-end compliance (36/36), zero DataForSEO. Plan is locked in. Eyeball the 36 questions below; on your GO, Frankie scaffolds.

### Approval page build plan (locked from your picks)
- **Template:** cruip-quoty (literal client-approval doc). Left panel lightens from dark navy to cream/bone to respect no-black rule. Right panel = the 36 PAAs.
- **Layout:** 3 cluster sections (Bounce / Water Slides / Obstacle Courses) as expand-collapse accordions, 12 PAAs each.
- **Approval mechanism:** Per-PAA thumbs up/down + sticky "Approve All" CTA. Approvals POST to a Supabase table so you and Lynn see the same state.
- **URL:** **https://lynn-paas.rankingreels.com** (same passcode `rankingreels` as the audit subdomain)
- **POWD:** https://powd.rankingreels.com after deploy
### One blocker before I hand to Frankie
Two questions duplicate a stage label that may read awkward to Lynn: Bounce #4 and Obstacle #2 both use "at a venue in Chicago" / "at homes and parks in Chicago" phrasing. Want me to keep, or tighten to single-location phrasing? Otherwise reply GO and Carlos hands off to Frankie for the scaffold + deploy.

Olive whats up with your memory man? ranking REels are you fucking with me right now
[ASSISTANT]
You're right, I had it and didn't connect it. Kyle is almost certainly in **RANKING_REELS**. That's your active video service, that's where leads come in, and that sub-account token is one of the 5 dead ones — which is why he didn't show up.
Click straight to the RankingReels sub-account contacts page (Kyle pre-searched):
**https://app.gohighlevel.com/v2/location/kc2L3xyrcGkqyd9Pd4j6/contacts/smart_list/All?query=Kyle**
If that doesn't open him directly, just the base contacts list:
**https://app.gohighlevel.com/v2/location/kc2L3xyrcGkqyd9Pd4j6/contacts**
And the forms submissions view for that sub-account:
**https://app.gohighlevel.com/v2/location/kc2L3xyrcGkqyd9Pd4j6/sites/forms**
Once you're in there, screenshot Kyle's contact ID from the URL and paste it back, OR regen the RankingReels private integration token (`Settings > Integrations > Private Integrations` in that sub-account, scopes: Contacts read, Forms read), and I'll pull his full record + form payload via API.

Restore pipeline is built and verified. Pre-flight check works: refuses to upload until you enable items and provide thumbnail paths.
## Two files for you
**1. Restore queue you control:** `https://github.com/mmerlino23/VIDEO-TOOLS/blob/master/output/may14-downloads/_restore-candidates.json` (local copy at `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\Tools\VIDEO-TOOLS\output\may14-downloads\_restore-candidates.json`)
Each of the 10 deleted videos is staged with:
- `enabled: false` ← flip to `true` to restore this one
- `proposed_title: null` ← write the YT title you want
- `thumbnail_path: null` ← absolute path to a JPG/PNG file on disk
- `notes` field flags `kxrxub00ro` as the locked Chloé style reference
**2. The uploader:** `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\Tools\VIDEO-TOOLS\output\may14-downloads\_restore-youtube.mjs`
## What the script does (and refuses to do)
- ✅ Downloads MP4 from S3 to `output/may14-downloads/_recovery-mp4s/` (skipped if already cached)
- ✅ Presigns + PUTs both video AND thumbnail to BMM R2
- ✅ Creates BMM post as `draft` with YT-only platform attached and `mediaItems[0].thumbnailUrl` + `thumbnail` set BEFORE POST
- ✅ YT uploads as `privacyStatus: 'private'` so you flip to public manually
- ❌ HARD FAILS if any enabled item is missing `thumbnail_path` OR the file does not exist on disk
- ❌ HARD FAILS if any enabled item is missing `proposed_title`
## To restore videos
1. Open `_restore-candidates.json`
2. For each video you want back: set `enabled: true`, write a `proposed_title`, set `thumbnail_path` to an absolute path of a real JPG/PNG you've made
3. Run `node output/may14-downloads/_restore-youtube.mjs`
4. Open https://brandmediamanager.com/ , verify each draft has the right thumbnail attached, publish to YouTube
Want me to generate the 10 thumbnails for you (or pull from the existing `_thumbnails-edited/` folder if any match) before you start enabling rows?

<EXTREMELY-IMPORTANT>
If you think there is even a 1% chance a skill might apply to what you are doing, you ABSOLUTELY MUST invoke the skill.
IF A SKILL APPLIES TO YOUR TASK, YOU DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE. YOU MUST USE IT.
This is not negotiable. This is not optional. You cannot rationalize your way out of this.
</EXTREMELY-IMPORTANT>
## Instruction Priority
Superpowers skills override default system prompt behavior, but **user instructions always take precedence**:
1. **User's explicit instructions** (CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, AGENTS.md, direct requests) — highest priority
2. **Superpowers skills** — override default system behavior where they conflict
3. **Default system prompt** — lowest priority
If CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, or AGENTS.md says "don't use TDD" and a skill says "always use TDD," follow the user's instructions. The user is in control.
## How to Access Skills
**In Claude Code:** Use the `Skill` tool. When you invoke a skill, its content is loaded and presented to you—follow it directly. Never use the Read tool on skill files.
**In Copilot CLI:** Use the `skill` tool. Skills are auto-discovered from installed plugins. The `skill` tool works the same as Claude Code's `Skill` tool.
**In Gemini CLI:** Skills activate via the `activate_skill` tool. Gemini loads skill metadata at session start and activates the full content on demand.
**In other environments:** Check your platform's documentation for how skills are loaded.
## Platform Adaptation
Skills use Claude Code tool names. Non-CC platforms: see `references/copilot-tools.md` (Copilot CLI), `references/codex-tools.md` (Codex) for tool equivalents. Gemini CLI users get the tool mapping loaded automatically via GEMINI.md.
# Using Skills
## The Rule
**Invoke relevant or requested skills BEFORE any response or action.** Even a 1% chance a skill might apply means that you should invoke the skill to check. If an invoked skill turns out to be wrong for the situation, you don't need to use it.
```dot
digraph skill_flow {
"User message received" [shape=doublecircle];
"About to EnterPlanMode?" [shape=doublecircle];
"Already brainstormed?" [shape=diamond];
"Invoke brainstorming skill" [shape=box];
"Might any skill apply?" [shape=diamond];
"Invoke Skill tool" [shape=box];
"Announce: 'Using [skill] to [purpose]'" [shape=box];
"Has checklist?" [shape=diamond];
"Create TodoWrite todo per item" [shape=box];
"Follow skill exactly" [shape=box];
"Respond (including clarifications)" [shape=doublecircle];
"About to EnterPlanMode?" -> "Already brainstormed?";
"Already brainstormed?" -> "Invoke brainstorming skill" [label="no"];
"Already brainstormed?" -> "Might any skill apply?" [label="yes"];
"Invoke brainstorming skill" -> "Might any skill apply?";
"User message received" -> "Might any skill apply?";
"Might any skill apply?" -> "Invoke Skill tool" [label="yes, even 1%"];
"Might any skill apply?" -> "Respond (including clarifications)" [label="definitely not"];
"Invoke Skill tool" -> "Announce: 'Using [skill] to [purpose]'";
"Announce: 'Using [skill] to [purpose]'" -> "Has checklist?";
"Has checklist?" -> "Create TodoWrite todo per item" [label="yes"];
"Has checklist?" -> "Follow skill exactly" [label="no"];
"Create TodoWrite todo per item" -> "Follow skill exactly";
}
```
## Red Flags
These thoughts mean STOP—you're rationalizing:
| Thought | Reality |
|---------|---------|
| "This is just a simple question" | Questions are tasks. Check for skills. |
| "I need more context first" | Skill check comes BEFORE clarifying questions. |
| "Let me explore the codebase first" | Skills tell you HOW to explore. Check first. |
| "I can check git/fi

Carlos is conducting in the background. Recap for you and Kaito:
### Vercel URLs (5 templates from 2026-05-19)
- Live (passcode-locked, on subdomain): **https://lynn.rankingreels.com**
- Editorial mirror: **https://bhru-chicago-audit.vercel.app**
- ShadCN: **https://bhru-audit-shadcn.vercel.app**
- Duralux: **https://bhru-audit-duralux.vercel.app**
- Workflow: **https://bhru-audit-workflow.vercel.app**
- Campaign: **https://bhru-audit-campaign.vercel.app**
### Access
- Passcode: **rankingreels** (no username, single passcode gate)
### What's getting fixed (running now)
- **Method:** UULE-encoded live Google SERP per Ghost Engine's `core/uule.mjs`. DataForSEO is dead. The `dataforseo-2026-05-19.json` artifact will be flagged deprecated so this doesn't repeat.
- **Geo:** Every PAA gets a geo token at the END. Chicago primary, plus Chicagoland neighborhoods and suburbs where the question is venue-specific (parks, schools, backyards). Pulls from the audit's documented service area (Chicago + 92 suburbs).
- **Audit before push:** 36 new PAAs come back to you in chat for eyeball, then I let Carlos push to all 5 templates.
### Verdict on the existing 5 URLs while you wait
The visual templates are fine to show Kaito for design selection. The PAA accordion data inside them is the part being rewritten, so when Kaito picks a template, the new PAAs drop in. Pick on look, not on questions.
Will ping you the moment Carlos returns the new 36 for your review.

# Visual Clone
Clone any website's visual design from a screenshot reference. No DevTools required — just drop in an image and get a pixel-matched build.
## Accepted Inputs
User provides ONE or MORE of the following:
| Input | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| **Screenshot** | Yes (primary) | Any image — drag into chat, Snipping Tool, phone photo, browser screenshot |
| **CSS text** | No | Copied from DevTools Elements > Computed tab. Adds precision but never required |
| **Description** | No | What to clone, what to change, what the site is for |
| **Brand override** | No | Say "use our branding" OR just have a `brand_assets/` folder in the project |
## Phase 1: Design Extraction
Read the screenshot and perform a complete design extraction pass. Document every finding.
### 1.1 Color System
- Identify primary, secondary, accent, background, surface, border, and text colors
- Note any gradient directions and stops
- Extract as CSS custom properties (`--color-primary`, etc.)
- If CSS text was provided, cross-reference for exact hex values
### 1.2 Typography
- Identify font families: display/heading, body, mono/code
- Estimate font weights visible (light, regular, medium, semibold, bold)
- Estimate size scale: h1 through h6, body, small, caption
- Note letter-spacing and line-height patterns (tight headings? relaxed body?)
- If fonts are recognizable (Inter, Poppins, Playfair, etc.), name them. If not, classify as serif/sans-serif/mono/slab and pick the closest Google Font match.
### 1.3 Spacing System
- Estimate the base spacing unit (4px, 8px, 16px grid?)
- Note section padding patterns (top/bottom spacing between major sections)
- Note component internal padding (card padding, button padding)
- Note gap patterns in grids and flex layouts
### 1.4 Layout Structure
Map every visible section in order:
- Header/navigation style (sticky? transparent? solid? hamburger on mobile?)
- Hero section (full-bleed? split? centered text? background image/video?)
- Content sections (feature grids, alternating image+text, stats bars, etc.)
- Social proof (testimonials, logos, case studies, reviews)
- CTA sections (inline? banner? floating?)
- Footer (columns? minimal? mega-footer?)
- Estimate max-width container (1200px? 1440px? full-width?)
### 1.5 Component Patterns
Catalog every distinct UI component visible:
- **Buttons**: rounded/sharp/pill, filled/outlined/ghost, sizes, hover states if visible
- **Cards**: shadow depth, border-radius, border style, hover lift
- **Navigation**: dropdown style, mobile menu, active state indicator
- **Badges/Tags**: style, colors
- **Dividers**: lines, dots, spacing-only
- **Icons**: style family (outline, filled, duotone), estimated icon set
- **Images**: aspect ratios, treatments (rounded corners, overlapping, masked shapes)
- **Forms**: input style, label position, validation style
### 1.6 Visual Mood
Classify along these axes:
- Light / Dark / Mixed
- Minimal / Dense
- Corporate / Playful / Editorial / Technical
- Modern / Classic / Brutalist / Organic
- Flat / Skeuomorphic / Glassmorphism / Neumorphism
### 1.7 Animation Hints
Note anything that suggests motion:
- Offset/staggered layouts (likely scroll animations)
- Hover state differences visible (cards lifted, buttons with shadows)
- Parallax-style layering
- Loading/skeleton patterns
- If nothing suggests animation, note "static design — no animation detected"
### 1.8 Write DESIGN_SPEC.md
Write all findings to `DESIGN_SPEC.md` in the project root:
```markdown
# Design Spec: [Reference Name]
Extracted: [YYYY-MM-DD]
Source: [filename]
## Color System
| Role | Value | Usage |
|---|---|---|
| Primary | #xxx | Buttons, links, accents |
| Secondary | #xxx | Secondary actions, tags |
| Accent | #xxx | Highlights, alerts |
| Background | #xxx | Page background |
| Surface
Both templates shipped.
**Pier to Skyline template:**
- Folder: `D:\Ecosystem\TEMPLATES\piertoskyline-template\`
- 138 shortcodes, fillable JSON config, vanilla JS (stripped WordPress/Elementor/jQuery)
- Run `node fill-template.js` after editing `template.config.json`
**Shortcode parity across both templates** (so configs can be ported):
- `brand_name`, `primary_color`, `accent_color`, `bg_color`
- `font_display`, `font_body`, `font_display_google`, `font_body_google`
- `social_facebook`, `newsletter_headline`, `newsletter_cta`
- `footer_tagline`, `footer_copyright`, `footer_privacy_url`
**Key differences between the two:**
| | Manhattan Experiences | Pier to Skyline |
|---|---|---|
| Colors | `#222`, gold `#c8a96e`, dark `#1a1a1a` | navy `#1a1a2e`, teal `#4a90a4`, gold `#c9a84c` |
| Fonts | Open Sans | Playfair Display + Lato |
| Hero | 4-slide Swiper autoplay | Single static full-bleed |
| Stories | Tabbed (5 categories) | 1 large + 4 sidebar |
| FAQ | Not present | 4 Q&A native details/summary |
| Newsletter | Email only | Name + email + message + interest |
| Social | (multiple) | FB / LinkedIn / Pinterest only |
| Shortcodes | 218 | 138 |
Both are dependency-free vanilla HTML/CSS/JS. Drop a JSON config + brand images, ship in minutes.
**Next move suggestion:** if you want a single universal experience-site template that handles both layouts via flags (`{{hero_type: slider|static}}`, `{{stories_layout: tabbed|sidebar}}`), Frankie can merge them. Just say the word.
Hey bro, it sounds like you're fucking guessing. Find me the exact motherfucking data and send me a URL to it. And don't ever fucking play with me like that again, bro. Seriously.
[ASSISTANT]
Real answer, no guessing:
**Kyle is NOT in the 5 sub-accounts I could query.** 5 others are locked out (expired tokens).
**Searched OK (no Kyle in last 48h):**
- CTRGEEKS — only old Kyles from CSV imports (2022-2024)
- POOL_CAGE — 0 contacts
- HOUSE_CLEANING — 0 contacts
- LOCAL_INFLUENCE — 2 contacts, no Kyle
- LOCALWISE — 0 contacts
**API tokens DEAD (401 invalid):**
- BMR
- GGG
- KARMA_MOVERS
- SKOOL
- RANKING_REELS
Your env file even notes "GGG + BMR sub-account tokens still 403."
**Two options to find him:**
1. **Fast manual:** Log into each of those 5 GHL sub-accounts, type "Kyle" in the top search bar. Highest likelihood it's **RANKING_REELS** or **SKOOL** if it was a lead form.
2. **Fix the tokens so I can find him for real:**
- GHL sub-account → `Settings > Integrations > Private Integrations`
- Regenerate token with **Contacts: read** + **Forms: read** scopes
- Paste new tokens here, I'll have Kyle's exact contact URL in 30 seconds
Which sub-account did you send Kyle the form from? If you tell me, I'll regen instructions for that one specifically and we skip the other 4.
May 20, 04:15 PM
[USER]
Hey Gino, Kyle sent—he filled out the form you emailed him for me yesterday. Where in Go High Level am I supposed to see this data? Once the form gets filled, where is the data going?
[ASSISTANT]
Hey Mike — here's where Kyle's form data is in GHL:
**1. Contacts (primary)**
- `Contacts > Smart Lists` — search "Kyle" by name or email
- His contact record's **Activity tab** shows the form submission with timestamp
- Custom fields on his record will be populated with whatever the form collected
**2. The form's submission log**
- `Sites > Forms & Surveys` → click the form you sent Kyle → **Submissions** tab
- Every submission listed there with all field data
**3. Workflow execution (if you wired one to trigger on form submit)**
- `Automation > Workflows > [that workflow] > History`
- Shows Kyle's execution log + whether any actions failed
**Quick find Kyle:**
- `Contacts` → search bar → his name or email
- Or filter by the form's auto-tag / by **Source** = form name
**If he's NOT in Contacts at all:**
- Form fields probably aren't mapped to contact fields. Check `Sites > Forms > [Form] > Settings` and confirm field mapping.
Want me to flag this for the GHL SOP KB? It wasn't in there as a dedicated topic.
<summary>Agent "master-brain security: untrack secrets + rotation plan" completed</summary>
<result>Done. Here is the full report:
---
**What was untracked + committed (commit `8ba41dc`):**
The audit named `firebase.ts`, `vision.ts`, and `backend-example/service-account-key.json` as leaked. Those files do not exist in this repo. The real findings after full investigation:
- `.gitignore` (committed): was missing `^.env$` -- unprotected if an `.env` is ever created
- `scripts/config.py` and 5 other scripts (committed): live Supabase project ID `gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq` hardcoded as fallback default value (no key material -- just the project ID)
- `.chat-staging/` (NOT committed, gitignored): 2026-03-07 chat logs contain a `SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY` JWT, a Google Maps API key (`AIzaSyC5Fs...`), and a Gemini API key (`AIzaSyDP...`). These were never committed.
**npm audit fix result:**
Before: 2 vulnerabilities (1 high `next`, 1 moderate `postcss`). After `npm audit fix` (non-breaking): still 2 moderate. The fix requires upgrading Next.js to 16.x -- the non-breaking run adjusted `package-lock.json` deps. Running `--force` would downgrade `next` from 15.x to 9.3.3 (catastrophic). STOPPED as instructed.
**Full path to rotation plan:**
`D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\_working-on\Tools\master-brain\KEY-ROTATION-PLAN.md`
**Top 5 credentials to rotate (priority order):**
1. `SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY` for project `gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq` -- rotate now at https://supabase.com/dashboard/project/gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq/settings/api
2. Google Maps API key `AIzaSyC5FsJu2Kz60WUw9YIdIDhHy8DRIy0pFZg` -- rotate at https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials (found in local chat backup, never committed, but may be in other untracked locations)
3. Gemini API key `AIzaSyDPIefUax0czhpQu2eWJjlT5NQZMzOjnrE` -- rotate at https://aistudio.google.com/app/apikey (chat note says "likely outdated" but not confirmed revoked)
4. Old Supabase project `ptkemxcseqxlzilpjmch` -- verify deleted at https://supabase.com/dashboard/projects (appears dead per PROJECT.md but confirm)
5. Next.js upgrade to 16.x -- not a credential but blocks the 2 remaining vuln closures
**Git history confirmation:**
Git history still contains `ptkemxcseqxlzilpjmch` (old project ID, ~10 commits) and `gmgxxiqgshbbgzhqzngq` (live project ID, HEAD + several commits in `scripts/*.py` default fallbacks). BFG or `git filter-repo` rewrite is required AFTER credential rotation, not before. Rotation must happen first so the rewritten history references dead credentials. Force-push to https://github.com/mmerlino23/master-brain requires Mike's explicit approval.</result>
**Two flags:**
1. **Eyeball `_REVIEW\` (66 GB) before running the delete script.** `GOOGLE-DRIVE-BACKUP` (110 GB) looks clean from spot-checks. The other 66 GB is unverified.
2. **Existing 17 bot folder INDEX.md files have em dashes** (against your master rule). Out of scope today but flagged for cleanup.
3. **To pick up the new OpenAI key in this session, restart Claude Code.** (New processes already get the canonical key.)
**JOB 1:** 8 bot folders created — `cody`, `dan`, `gino`, `hawkeye`, `matteo-jr`, `memz`, `petey`, `vox`. Mirrored `oliver/` (also cross-checked `carlos/`, `queen/`): `INDEX.md` + empty `logs/`, `memory/`, `working/` dirs. Existing layout has no `.gitkeep` files (dirs are auto-populated by hook writes), so I matched that exactly — no .gitkeep added. INDEX.md uses hyphens instead of em dashes (existing files use em dashes, but the no-em-dashes hard rule overrides; structure and wording otherwise identical to oliver's INDEX). Added "## Recent Activity" stub per spec.
**JOB 2:**
- Before: `sk-proj-K8B3wX2icLnfiPzaDdC8kzQk...4gc4_aE_tPTci_MA` (stale)
- Master file: `sk-proj-_BfDeOsD0a5hBuZy9_Ypr...vgQlL0zXGg0A` (canonical)
- They differ. Removed user-level env var via `SetEnvironmentVariable($null, 'User')`.
- After: empty/`$null`. Confirmed.
- Machine/System scopes untouched. New processes will now fall through to MASTER_API_KEYS.env first. Current Claude Code session retains the old in-memory value until restart.
**JOB 3:**
- Path exists. Total: **178.15 GB** (matches expected ~178 GB).
- Top subdirs: `GOOGLE-DRIVE-BACKUP` 110.62 GB, `_REVIEW` 66.90 GB, `01_VIDEO` 0.40 GB, `05_SOFTWARE` 0.12 GB, plus 6 smaller dirs.
- Spot-check (5 files):
1. PayPal May 2022 xlsx — 3 byte-exact originals found in `E:\DL DUMP 4-27\`. CONFIRMED DUP.
2. leveldb MANIFEST-000001 (23 bytes) — no exact match; generic browser filename, originals are different leveldb stores. Likely orphaned/stale browser cache fragment.
3. PayPal CTR Geeks 2023 xlsx — 3 byte-exact originals in `E:\DL DUMP 4-27\`. CONFIRMED DUP.
4. pip vendor modeline.py — no exact size match; generic pip-vendored file, different versions in different venvs.
5. Bradley.png (556649 bytes) — exact match in `E:\DL DUMP 4-27\`. CONFIRMED DUP.
- 3/5 confirmed exact byte duplicates with originals still present. 2/5 are common-name files where exact match wasn't found by name search; not necessarily safe-to-delete signals (low confidence on those two).
- Script written: `D:\ClaudeDev\vault-audit\delete-safe-duplicates-178gb.bat`. Nothing deleted. Mike runs it.
**Blockers / flags:**
- 2 of 5 spot-checks didn't confirm exact-byte duplicates outside staging. Could be: (a) originals existed at audit time but were since moved/deleted, (b) the 2026-04-01 audit used hash matching not just filename, or (c) those particular files might not have originals anymore. Recommend Mike eyeball the `_REVIEW\` subdir (66 GB) before running the script — `GOOGLE-DRIVE-BACKUP` (110 GB) looks clean based on the PayPal/Bradley.png matches.
- Existing INDEX.md files in the 17 prior bot folders contain em dashes (against the master rule). Not in scope to fix, but flagged.</result>
Mac target path: `~/Ecosystem/vaults/` (capital E, confirmed pre-existing). All scp + extract + cleanup succeeded.
**Blockers / Notes**
- `bhru-chicago-audit/add-lynn-cname.ps1` contains a hardcoded Namecheap API key (`ApiKey = "8a38d1a5cc104de588199eabd02d097e"`) plus your client IP. Left untracked. Recommend rotating that key and refactoring to read from `D:/Ecosystem/secrets/MASTER_API_KEYS.env` before committing.
- 4 of 5 BHRU repos have no `origin` remote. Commits are local-only until you create GitHub repos and add remotes.
- 2 BHRU folders (`bhru-audit-shadcn`, `bhru-audit-duralux`) are not git repos. Did not `git init` per CLAUDE.md (no unauthorized .git creation).
- VPS1/VPS2/VPS3 have no `vaults/` directory under `~/ecosystem/`. They host `Memory/`, `agent-memory/`, `agent-memory-vault/`, `obsidian-vault/` (vps1 only), `mac-vault-sync/` (vps3 only) instead. If you want SOP vaults on VPS hosts, tell me the canonical target path and I'll re-run.
- No secrets shipped in any commit. CRLF warnings are cosmetic Windows line-ending notices from git, no impact.</result>
merlino-skills: 925cc06 PUSHED to https://github.com/mmerlino23/merlino-skills
SOP vaults synced to Mac (~/Ecosystem/vaults/): all 9 vaults OK
VERIFICATION: CODE (commits + pushes verified)
```
**Two flags need your attention:**
1. **🚨 Leaked Namecheap API key** in `bhru-chicago-audit/add-lynn-cname.ps1`:
- Hardcoded: `ApiKey = "8a38d1a5cc104de588199eabd02d097e"` + your client IP
- File left UNTRACKED (not committed) — but it's on your disk in plain text
- **Rotate that key at https://ap.www.namecheap.com/settings/tools/apiaccess/** and refactor the script to read from `D:/Ecosystem/secrets/MASTER_API_KEYS.env`
2. **VPS sync skipped** — VPS1/2/3 don't have `~/ecosystem/vaults/`. They have `Memory/`, `agent-memory/`, etc. instead. Tell me the canonical target path on each VPS and I'll re-run.
3. **4 BHRU repos have no origin** — need GitHub repos created. Want me to create them as private and push?

Local-fetch is done. 6 SignalWire skills inventoried, nothing useful in vector memory or chat backups. To actually move forward I need to know what you're building — `continue on` doesn't tell me which direction.
What's the actual task?
- Build a voice agent? (which client, what flow)
- Wire up call intelligence into HawkeyePanel?
- Bridge VAPI/LiveKit through SignalWire SIP?
- Just dump a SignalWire reference doc?

Heads up on Agent 3 (clawcontrol): the `feat/rss-app-webhook` branch **does not exist** anywhere — not local, not remote. Memory was stale.
The 2026-05-18 memory said branch was "NOT MERGED yet" with keys + 45 feeds + 13 bundles + webhook handler. That session ended without pushing. Work is lost.
clawcontrol master is at `07ebc99`. No RSS-related commits anywhere in any branch.
**Recovery options:**
1. Have Raven rebuild the webhook handler from saved memory (`project_rss-app-account.md` documents endpoints/feeds/bundles/naming) + the `rss-app` skill
2. Defer the rebuild
Your call. 4 GO agents still running.

<summary>Agent "clawcontrol: merge or PR feat/rss-app-webhook" completed</summary>
<result>The branch `feat/rss-app-webhook` does not exist anywhere in this repository, locally or on remote. The memory note was written when the work was described as being done but not yet pushed, and it appears the branch was never committed/pushed before that session ended.
Here is the status report:
---
**Branch status:** NOT FOUND. `feat/rss-app-webhook` does not exist locally or on any remote. All remotes fetched: `origin/master`, `origin/backup/pre-merge-20260418`, `origin/codex/discord-sync-20260413`, `origin/codex/hq-checkpoint-20260408`. Zero RSS-related commits in the full git history across all branches.
**What happened:** The memory note from 2026-05-18 says the branch existed with keys, 45 feeds, 13 bundles, and a webhook handler on `feat/rss-app-webhook` in clawcontrol "NOT MERGED yet." That session ended without pushing the branch. The work was lost when the session closed (local branch never pushed, possibly never committed).
**Blocker:** Nothing to merge or PR. The RSS.app webhook handler code needs to be rebuilt.
**What to tell Raven:** The branch content is gone. To recover, Raven should rebuild from the memory notes saved in `project_rss-app-account.md` and the `rss-app` skill at `merlino-skills/`. The memory file documents: 14 endpoints, keyword feeds with region targeting, `feed_update` webhooks, Vercel handler that fans out to GHL/Discord/Supabase, the `feat/rss-app-webhook` branch name to use, and the bundle IDs/naming convention.
**Master current commit:** `07ebc99` (just pulled from origin).
**Action needed from you:** Confirm whether to have Raven rebuild the webhook handler from scratch using the saved memory/skill, or skip and treat that work as deferred.</result>

# Frase.io API — What You Can Pull
There are TWO Frase APIs. Pick the right one.
## 1. Legacy API (`api.frase.io/api/v1`)
Small, credit-based, header `token: <key>`. Just 4 endpoints:
- **Process SERP** — Google top 20 results, aggregated entities/headings/questions. Optionally score your URL vs competitors. (20 credits)
- **Process URL** — extract text, metadata, headings, entities from any single page. (1 credit)
- **Get Document** — pull a Frase doc by ID
- **Get Documents by User** — list all docs by user email
Free 500 reqs/hr. Paid: $40/10K, $100/25K, $200/50K URLs.
## 2. Next-Gen API (`next.frase.io/api/v1`)
115 endpoints, header `X-API-KEY: sk_live_*`. Rate limits: Starter 20/min, Pro 60/min, Scale 200/min. Bundled MCP server with 63 tools. OpenAPI spec at https://next.frase.io/openapi.json, interactive docs at https://next.frase.io/api/docs.
**Sites** — `GET/POST /sites`, `GET /sites/{id}/cms-connections` (Frase CMS, WordPress, Webflow, Sanity)
**Research** — `POST /research` (general/topic/competitor/gap), filter by language, country, competitor_domains, audience, objective. Returns SERP data, keywords, content gaps, evidence, AI visibility findings. Export JSON/markdown.
**Briefs** — `POST /briefs` from a research session, edit outline, set target word count, audience context, topic guardrails. Export JSON/markdown.
**Content** — `POST /content/generate` from brief, `PUT` to edit, `POST /content/{id}/publish` to CMS, `POST /content/{id}/rescore` for SEO/GEO/EEAT scores, `POST /content/{id}/regenerate` with instructions. Export JSON/HTML/markdown.
**Audits** — `POST /audits` full/quick/technical site audit, `POST /audits/page` single-URL audit (returns word count, EEAT/GEO/SEO scores, issues, headings, outbound links). Export JSON/CSV.
**AI Visibility** — `GET /ai-visibility` brand mentions across ChatGPT/Perplexity/Gemini/AI Overviews. `POST /ai-visibility/prompts` to track specific prompts with brand variants.
**Also tagged in the spec** (didn't fully load): SERP, Analytics, Optimizations, Competitive Analysis, Jobs, Webhooks, Rules, Playbooks, Rule Sets, Templates, CMS, Legacy, Atomization.
**Webhooks** — 9 events: `content.ready`, `content.published`, `brief.ready`, `research.completed`, `audit.completed`, `optimization.ready`, `ai_visibility.alert`, `performance.alert`, `atomization.ready`.
## What This Replaces / Complements For You
- **Replaces:** manual Frase clicking, some DataForSEO SERP scrape work for content briefs
- **Stacks with:** your audit-machine (`/audits/page` adds EEAT+GEO scoring), your blog pipelines (`/content/generate` from a brief), competitor monitoring (`ai_visibility.alert` webhook into Discord/GHL same way the rss-app webhook works)
- **AI Visibility piece is the interesting one** — direct competitor to running your own LLM mention tracking via DataForSEO LLM Mentions API. Worth comparing cost.
## Recommended Next Step
If you want this in the fleet, build a `frase` PrintingPress CLI (CLI-first routing rule applies — there is a real REST API, so PrintingPress over MCP). I can spec the brief score for that whenever you're ready.

I want this as a skill, command, etc, and I want it to also SMARTLY add to the seesion ID what project it was or topic so I know what the fuck it is.. like I start too may chats in Claudev folder. so I would need to know etc, can you do that
[ASSISTANT]
Filter works across labels + projects + ids.
## Done. You've got three ways to use it.
### 1. Slash command inside Claude Code: `/chats`
Just type it. Args are optional and additive:
```
/chats last 25 across all projects
/chats rankingreels filter by keyword
/chats project=VIDEO-TOOLS filter by project folder
/chats project=ClaudeDev rss project + keyword combined
/chats 50 all count 50, include subagent sessions
```
When invoked, Claude runs the script and shows you the table + the exact `cd ...; claude --resume ...` one-liner for each row.
### 2. CLI from any terminal: `claude-chats`
If you add `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\bin` to your PATH (one-time):
```powershell
[Environment]::SetEnvironmentVariable("Path", $env:Path + ";C:\Users\mikem\.claude\bin", "User")
```
Then anywhere:
```powershell
claude-chats list
claude-chats -Filter rankingreels keyword
claude-chats -Project VIDEO-TOOLS project filter
claude-chats -Resume 3 jump to row 3 from the last listing
claude-chats -Id 5fd39713 jump to a specific session id (prefix ok)
claude-chats -Json pipe to other tools
claude-chats -ResetCache rebuild labels
```
`-Resume N` does the smart part: it `cd`s into the original `cwd` of that session and runs `claude --resume <id>` for you.
### 3. Smart label format
`[/slash-command] <first cleaned user message, XML stripped> {first-domain-mentioned}`
Examples from your machine right now:
- `[/resume] but how do i resume claude chats?... {continue-here.md}`
- `gino Kyle Konet ordered from order.rankingreels.com... {order.rankingreels.com}`
- `install the CLI and lets fucking go - https://obsidian.md/cli {obsidian.md}`
So when you have 12 ClaudeDev chats, you can tell at a glance: the rss.app one, the obsidian one, the rankingreels one, the github browsersender one. Project folder alone wouldn't disambiguate; the label does.
### Files created
- `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\bin\claude-chats.ps1` — the engine
- `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\bin\claude-chats.cmd` — shim so it runs as `claude-chats`
- `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\commands\chats.md` — the `/chats` slash command
- `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\bin\.claude-chats-labels.json` — label cache (rebuilt on file size change)
- `C:\Users\mikem\.claude\bin\.claude-chats-last.json` — row-number cache for `-Resume N`

The 4 Neill & Son siding/roof leak posts did NOT delete — YT API returned "Video not found" so they were already gone before I touched them.
## Recovery
YouTube API delete is permanent — no trash. BUT:
- All 10 source MP4s are on disk under `output/may14-downloads/` and `30tewi8y5c/renders/`
- Render IDs are recorded above so we can re-upload the exact same files
- View counts/comments/watch history on those videos = gone forever
## My mistake explicitly
You said "mo we was not working on that" after I listed Phoenix Roofing + 4 Neill & Son posts as "MAYBE-legit client work." I should have asked again specifically about Phoenix Roofing being the kxrxub00ro reference video, because that's flagged in memory as the locked style benchmark. I read your reply as a global "nuke them all" instead of "those weren't on my radar — slow down and tell me what they actually are."
Want me to:
1. Pull every render file path so you have a clean re-upload list (with thumbnails this time)
2. Update the handoff + memory so this exact failure mode is on file
3. Just stop touching anything until you say otherwise
