[USER] wait check this updtate after you saee this we discuss and etc ● You're pointing at the exact failure mode that litters your own MEMORY.md: flat facts with no "as-of" stamp, so agents keep acting on the version that already changed. The pattern in your notes that proves it: - "Brian Hong = Infintech (NOT Denish)" - "Dori NOT Dory" - "GOOGLE_PLACES_API_KEY is DEAD, use GOOGLE_API_KEY_KML" - "stale 'no bridge' notes are WRONG" Every one of those is a manual patch over a missing edge: (entity) --changed_to--> (entity) @ date. A flat memory file can't express "true then, false now," so it carries both and an agent picks the stale one. What a temporal relationship graph fixes: - Supersession — old value isn't deleted, it's marked valid_until: Z. Recall returns the current one and knows the prior existed. - Entity edges — North Valley Solar --runs_fb_ads--> Dan Kurtz, not a sentence an agent has to re-parse and maybe contradict. - No "WRONG, ignore the old note" corrections, because the graph never asserts two live truths at once. Here's the gap you should know: you already run the tool for this. Graphiti is live on Hetzner (:8765) and it's bi-temporal by design (event time + ingestion time, edge invalidation). Per your own memory-stack decision it's a KEEP. The problem isn't that you lack a temporal graph, it's that agents read flat MEMORY.md, not Graphiti. The temporal layer exists; nothing routes recall through it. So one question before I do anything: Are you saying — wire agent recall through Graphiti so this stops happening (a build), or just capturing the insight (why the temporal graph is the right primitive) for me to bank as a pattern? [ASSISTANT] Saved everywhere. You can close this and resume from any machine. **Saved to:** - **Desktop shortcut** "Memory Stack (Claude).lnk" → resumes `/resume` right here (already wired, no change needed) - **Local:** `.continue-here.md` (full state + decisions + my recommendation) - **GitHub (resume from anywhere):** https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mmerlino23/merlino-memory/main/SESSION-CONTINUE.md - **Master Brain Supabase:** handoff row written (201) **What's locked in (no re-litigating next session):** - Hindsight is DONE — 35,219 facts, holds everything, $0 ongoing. - Graphiti is the temporal layer (per your own decision doc). It's running on Hetzner but empty — needs the corpus loaded. - Zep + Supermemory = dropped (not keepers). **The one decision waiting on you, with my recommendation (not a quiz):** - **Cloud copy → Zep Cloud Flex $125/mo.** Fully managed hosted Graphiti, 600 req/min so no more throttle hell, zero DB to run. Kept alongside your free Hetzner self-host. - **Extraction model → gpt-4o** (best graph quality, since cost isn't the driver). Not the cheap mini. Next session: you say go (or override the cloud pick), I load the corpus into Graphiti, predict the OpenAI cost first, report actual after. Nothing is running on your machine. Clean stop.

[USER] Nothing pending. Answer stands: the Memory Stack (Claude) desktop shortcut runs Start-Memory-Claude.cmd in cmd.exe (auto-launches claude "/resume" in D:\Ecosystem\Memory\memory-stack-build), while your normal terminal is git-bash with your profile drawing the snake. Same Claude, different console. ⎿  Stop says: [honcho] response → saved response (471 chars) but why and I was told I should NOT code in cmd...it lacsk thingsk if so why would u make me shaortcut using it? [ASSISTANT] First, the important correction: **I did not make that shortcut.** It already existed on your Desktop (`Memory Stack (Claude).lnk` pointing at `Start-Memory-Claude.cmd`). I only opened it up to read what it does. Someone/something created it earlier, not me in this session. Now the real question: does the cmd wrapper actually hurt you? **Short answer: no, not for Claude itself.** - The "don't code in cmd" rule is about using **cmd as your interactive shell** (no `grep`, `ls`, `ssh`, weak scripting, missing unix tools). That matters when *you* are typing dev commands. - That `.cmd` file isn't a coding session. It's just a launcher: `cd` to the folder, run `claude "/resume"`, done. cmd is only the window that boots Claude. - Claude Code on Windows runs its **own git-bash** for every Bash command internally, no matter which window launched it. So Claude's capabilities are the same whether you start it from cmd or git-bash. **The one real difference (cosmetic + minor env):** - **Look:** cmd doesn't read your bash profile, so no snake, different font/colors. - **Environment:** a cmd-launched Claude inherits **cmd's PATH**, not git-bash's login PATH. 95% of the time identical, but git-bash's profile sometimes adds tools/aliases cmd won't have. This is the only thing worth caring about. **Recommendation:** since you live in git-bash, change the shortcut to launch through git-bash too. Same environment, same snake, no surprises. One-line edit. Want me to switch it? I'd repoint the shortcut to open git-bash and run `claude "/resume"` in that folder.

[USER] E:\ARCH ANGEL\MUST USE question can you tell me which images vidoes were used on which exact pages on this https://archangel-centers-rebuild.vercel.app/ [ASSISTANT] Mapped it from the deploy source (`archangel-centers-rebuild` repo). It's a **single-page site**, so "pages" = sections down the page. Here's exactly what's used where. ## https://archangel-centers-rebuild.vercel.app/ **Videos: NONE.** There is not a single video on this page. **Images: 15 references (14 unique), ALL hot-linked from the live WordPress site** `https://archangelcenters.com/wp-content/uploads/...`. The site hosts no local copies. | # | Section (on-page) | Image file | What it is | |---|---|---|---| | 1 | **Header nav** (top bar) | `logo-new-white-hd.png` | Archangel white logo | | 2 | **Hero** — "A private path" | `ASP00385-1-scaled.jpg` | Hero photo ("Care at Archangel Centers") | | 3 | **Press strip** — "Trusted by leading press" | `people-magazine...logowik.webp` | People Magazine logo | | 4 | Press strip | `cnn-ent_dark.png` | CNN logo | | 5 | Press strip | `PIX11_White_600x248.png` | PIX11 logo | | 6 | Press strip | `nj1015b2.png` | NJ 101.5 logo | | 7 | Press strip | `943thepoint_logo.png` | 94.3 The Point logo | | 8 | Press strip | `north-1.png` | North NJ logo | | 9 | **Mike & Lauren story** — "Rewriting the situation" | `M-L-OG-1-1.webp` | Mike & Lauren Sorrentino portrait | | 10 | **Facility tour** — "Step inside our healing spaces" | `Image_20251210_202936_775.webp` | Facility interior | | 11 | Facility tour | `Image_20251210_202937_343.webp` | Facility interior | | 12 | Facility tour | `Image_20251210_202937_544.webp` | Facility interior | | 13 | Facility tour | `Image_20251210_203057_503.webp` | Facility interior | | 14 | **Locations** — Archangel Central, Tinton Falls | `Image_20251210_203055_548.webp` | Tinton Falls exterior | | 15 | **Locations** — Archangel East Windsor | `Windsor-Outside-with-Logo.webp` | East Windsor exterior | | (1) | **Footer** | `logo-new-white-hd.png` | Same logo reused | **Sections with NO media (text/icons only):** Programs, Addictions ("Real healing for real struggles"), How-it-works/About, Insurance ("verified within the hour"), the two pull-quote bands, and the final contact/CTA. ## Important callout **Nothing from your `E:\ARCH ANGEL\MUST USE` folder is used on this site.** Not the `facility-tour-short.mp4`, not the medallion video, not the FAQ/education graphics, none of the grand-opening event photos. This rebuild pulls everything live from the old `archangelcenters.com` WordPress media library instead. If "MUST USE" means those approved assets are required, this page is non-compliant: it has zero of them and zero video. Want me to swap the hot-linked WP images for the approved `MUST USE` assets (and add the facility-tour video to the tour section)? I can map MUST USE files to these slots next.

The rest are backup copies (especially on `E:/Vaults/_archive/`) and old Hermes/agent junk scattered around — which lines up with your vault-consolidation project (dedup with BLAKE3 → merge into Master-Vault). Full list saved to `D:/ClaudeDev/merlino-vaults-build/all-vaults-scan.txt`. [USER] yes [ASSISTANT] Build is still converging on Hetzner (full site rebuild per converge pass, ~2-3 min each). I've got a background poll watching for the done-marker and will report the final page count the moment it lands. No action needed from you. Where things stand: - 164 malformed frontmatter files fixed + committed + pushed (commit on mmerlino23/merlino-vaults). - Preflight confirms `frontmatter=0` inline during the build. - converge is mopping up a couple goalkicker book files that crash Quartz for body reasons (outside frontmatter scope) and will finish on its own. I'll follow up with the new page count vs the 10,212 baseline as soon as the rebuild marker drops.

[USER] save create planning and superpowers pause resume tuype files gbrain etc update claude.md make fiels in here so we are ogranized and ththen do a puase and make s shortcut on my dkesipt that will cd into fodler and resume what you save all up please. [ASSISTANT] Paused and organized. Everything's saved. ## Saved in the project (`E:\Magister Digital AI\_agency-ops\magister-audit-engine`) - **`CLAUDE.md`** — full project instructions: architecture (static + live layers), deploy command with runtime keys, the per-client run pipeline, your module list to wire, brand rules, known gaps. - **`.planning/STATE.md`** — what's done / in progress / next. - **`.planning/.continue-here.md`** — one-line resume + next actions. - **`.planning/HANDOFF.json`** — structured handoff (superpowers/gbrain style). - **`.planning/run-a-client.md`** — copy-paste SOP to onboard a new client end-to-end. - **`resume.cmd`** — in-project launcher. ## Desktop shortcut (working) **`Resume Magister Audit.cmd`** on your Desktop — double-click it: it `cd`s into the folder and launches Claude with a resume prompt that reads the handoff and continues (next = wire seo-citations). (The `.lnk` variant choked on this sandbox's PowerShell; the `.cmd` is the reliable double-click shortcut. To also get a `.lnk` later, run `.planning/make-shortcut.ps1`.) ## Notes - **gbrain skipped** — its local DB is broken right now (`PGlite failed to initialize properly`). The `.planning` files + CLAUDE.md are the source of truth; gbrain can sync later once its DB is fixed. - No git in this folder (it's a clean copy), so the pause is the `.planning` files, not a commit. **Live:** https://magister-audit-engine.vercel.app **Resume anytime:** double-click `Resume Magister Audit.cmd` on your Desktop. When you come back, I pick up at **module #2: seo-citations**.

[USER] in here he sahres alot including file structure find them and make a btemplate on how to use it and he has a boilerpoint template as well. set it up please [ASSISTANT] Done. Set up the Clief Notes layered-context system as a reusable, ready-to-use template. ## What I found in `D:\Ecosystem\sources\Clief Notes` - His **boilerplate** = `workspace-blueprint/` — a 3-layer agent-native workspace (CLAUDE.md map → CONTEXT.md router → per-workspace CONTEXT.md), branded to a fake "Acme DevRel" example. - His **file-structure docs** = `folder-organization-guide.md`, `START-HERE.md`, and the 4 `_examples/` (adapt / skill-integration / context-anatomy / common-mistakes). This is the same 60/30/10 layered-context model your global rule already references. ## What I set up — `D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\clief-templates\` (the exact path `~/.claude/rules/layered-context-60-30-10.md` already points to, but which didn't exist yet) ``` clief-templates/ ├── HOW-TO-USE.md ← the "how to use it" template (the main deliverable) ├── README.md ├── init-workspace.sh ← drops the scaffold into any project + fills placeholders ├── init-workspace.cmd ← Windows wrapper └── scaffold/ ← his boilerplate, genericized (33 files) ├── START-HERE.md, CLAUDE.md, CONTEXT.md ├── _workspace-template/ ← copy to add a new workspace ├── _examples/ ← the 4 teaching docs └── writing-room / production / community ← worked example workspaces ``` **What I changed vs. his raw boilerplate:** - Replaced all "Acme DevRel" branding with `{{PROJECT_NAME}}` / `{{PROJECT_SLUG}}` / `{{PROJECT_TAGLINE}}` / `{{DATE}}` placeholders the init script fills. - Excluded the 300+ file OOXML office-skills reference repo (noise, not part of the pattern). - Added `_workspace-template/` so adding a workspace is a copy-and-fill. ## How you use it ```cmd init-workspace.cmd "D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\your-project" "Your Project" "one-line tagline" ``` Copies the scaffold in, substitutes the project name everywhere, then you read `START-HERE.md` and adapt. **Verified (not just claimed):** ran it against a throwaway "Miami Botox" target — 33 files copied, `CLAUDE.md` rendered as `# Miami Botox — Workspace Map`, zero stray placeholders (except the intentional `{{WORKSPACE_*}}` ones in the workspace-template), and the non-clobber guard confirmed it won't overwrite a hand-edited file on re-run. Note: this is a local scratch path on the desktop (`DESKTOP-R1T5LD1`) — it will not be on your laptop/Mac until pushed. It's a folder under `00_GITHUB`, so it's ready to `git init` + push whenever you want it synced. Want me to do that?

Here's the actual answer to "what's in there and how much of my memory": ## HINDSIGHT (self-hosted, no rate limit) — everything's here - **189 banks, 126 project banks, 35,219 facts** extracted and queryable right now - **Live and growing** — oliver, einstein, chat all updated **today (2026-06-07)** - Your full corpus + all agent memories (oliver 3,499 · merlin 3,659 · ava 2,635 · carlos 2,479 · reference 991 · feedback 527) - 19 "empty" banks, but those are mis-named `project-*` duplicate stubs (wrong naming scheme); the real `proj-*` banks are full ## ZEP (cloud free tier) — can't even read it - **123 of 131 read calls got 429'd.** The free tier throttles *reads*, not just writes. I literally cannot audit it via API. - Your dashboard is the only truth: **~335 processed / 931 submitted, 55.61% error** - 931 submitted vs only **288 source files** = the old non-idempotent script re-pushed duplicates on every retry. Half failed to rate limit. So what's in Zep is a **partial, duplicated, half-broken fragment**. ## The verdict (straight) **Hindsight already holds all your memory — 35K facts, live, free, instant.** Zep free tier is not viable: the rate limit chokes both ingest and audit, and what landed is duplicated garbage I can't even count. You don't have a memory problem. You have a **too-many-tools** problem. Recommendation: 1. **Drop Zep.** It adds nothing Hindsight doesn't already have, and the free tier can't hold your volume. (Paid Flex = $125/mo just to stop the rate limits — not worth it when Hindsight is free.) 2. If you want a **temporal "what changed when" graph**, you already have **Graphiti self-hosted on Hetzner** (free, no rate limit) in the stack. Use that, not Zep. 3. **Drop Supermemory** too — redundant with Hindsight + Master Brain. Net stack: **Master Brain** (source of truth) + **Hindsight** (fact recall, has everything) + **Graphiti** (temporal) + **MEMORY.md/agent-memory.py** (working notes). Four layers, zero overlap, zero monthly cost. Want me to confirm Graphiti's current state on Hetzner so you can see it's a real replacement before you kill Zep?

Answer stands: the **Memory Stack (Claude)** desktop shortcut runs `Start-Memory-Claude.cmd` in **cmd.exe** (auto-launches `claude "/resume"` in `D:\Ecosystem\Memory\memory-stack-build`), while your normal terminal is **git-bash** with your profile drawing the snake. [USER] so zeop is 1000 episodes free (what are those) I see we have 335 and 931 graphs created with a 55.61 drrro rate in last 7 days my question is what is in there and not? how much of my memories? [ASSISTANT] While that runs, here's what your dashboard numbers most likely mean: - **"1000 episodes/credits free"** — your monthly free allowance. Each memory file you pushed burned ~8 of those. So ~120 files and you're tapped out for the window. That's exactly why the ingest kept dying on rate limits. - **335 and 931** — almost certainly **335 episodes processed / 931 total submitted** (or processed-vs-created). Zep ingests an episode, then builds the knowledge graph from it **asynchronously**. An episode sits `processed=False` until the graph extraction runs. - **55.61% error rate (7d)** — that's the rate-limit carnage from the bulk runs. When you blow past 300 req/window, Zep 429s the request and the episode never lands. So roughly half of what we tried to push **bounced**. The audit I'm running counts the ground truth: total graphs, total episodes, how many actually **processed** vs stuck, and which graphs are still **empty**. That tells you precisely how much of your memory made it in vs got dropped. Standing by for it to finish.

[USER] how do I restart [ASSISTANT] Your work is fully saved, so restarting is safe. To pick up where we left off: 1. **Close this session:** press `Ctrl+C` twice (or just close the terminal). 2. **Reopen a terminal in the project:** ``` cd D:\ClaudeDev\archangel-centers-master ``` 3. **Start Claude Code:** ``` claude ``` 4. **Resume:** type `/resume` — it reads `.planning/.continue-here.md` and picks up exactly here (header done, next = content-audit dataset + image de-darken pass). Two shortcuts if you'd rather not use `/resume`: - `claude --continue` (or `claude -c`) reopens the **most recent** conversation in this folder with full history. - `claude --resume` lets you **pick** from a list of past sessions. From any **other machine**, open this and it has everything: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mmerlino23/merlino-memory/main/SESSION-CONTINUE.md Nothing is running in the background, so you can close anytime.

[USER] I wan to cd into teh folder locally and work on the gthub (not shraed with anybody) set me up for taht and make me a /reuxme chosrt cut onmy desltop that will open this project like I have the memory stack short cut now [ASSISTANT] All set. Here's what you have now. ## Local working copy (fresh, latest, private) ``` D:\ClaudeDev\00_GITHUB\arch-tinton-vercel ``` - Fresh clone of `https://github.com/mmerlino23/arch-tinton-vercel` (the repo that deploys https://arch-tinton-vercel.vercel.app) - **Single clean `origin`** → no more 3-remote tangle. Latest commit `30e2ae1`. - Repo is **PRIVATE** (only you). - `npm install` done. `git status` clean. Ready to `npm run dev`. Why a fresh clone instead of your old folder: `D:\Ecosystem\projects\archangel-tinton-clone` was stale (last local commit 2026-05-30 WIP) and had diverged from all 3 remotes. The current code lived on the remote. I left that old folder untouched. ## Desktop shortcut (works exactly like Memory Stack) ``` C:\Users\mikem\Desktop\Archangel (Claude).lnk ``` Double-click → cds into the project → launches `claude "/resume"`. Same pattern as your `Memory Stack (Claude).lnk`, driven by a local launcher `Start-Archangel-Claude.cmd` inside the folder (git-excluded so it never gets committed). ## Notes - The launcher and shortcut point at the live-deploy repo, so commits + pushes here can go live on Vercel. - PowerShell wedged on the home box mid-task (the known cold-start issue), so I created the shortcut via cscript/VBScript instead. Result verified. Two quick things worth doing when you have a sec: 1. That exposed GitHub PAT baked into the old `_deployA` remote URL (`ghp_e5yYIA...`) is still sitting in plain text on disk. Worth rotating. 2. Once you confirm this new folder is your working copy, you can retire the stale `archangel-tinton-clone` folder (I won't delete it without your go-ahead).

[USER] dorp ti and restartt it if needed but lets tal about memory please. 2 things. 1) I want to upload memory bank to hindsight but you tell me the price u think its going to cost then I Do it and we see so I can get grip on how much it will cost to upload allt he memrories I Want to upload.. (2) I want to see what Zep will cost also doing the same.. side note Supermemory is not needed anymore or does not compaire or is different? I do want to minimize a mount of tools that do the SAME thing vs having stack that covers all form of memory, etc, [ASSISTANT] Got real numbers. One correction to what I said earlier: Hindsight is **not** local — it's wired to OpenAI `gpt-4o-mini` for fact extraction (key from `fleet.env`). That changes the math but the answer is still great for you. ## The cost models (verified, not guessed) **Hindsight** = OpenAI `gpt-4o-mini` ($0.15/1M input, $0.60/1M output) + embeddings ($0.02/1M). Self-hosted on your Hetzner box, so the only marginal cost is the OpenAI extraction calls. Pennies. **Zep Cloud** = credit model. **1 credit = 350 bytes ingested**, rounded up per episode. You pay to ingest, not to store. | Plan | Price | Credits/mo | Overage | |---|---|---|---| | Free | $0 | 1,000 | none (just rate-limited, 300/window) | | Flex | $125/mo | 50,000 | $0.0025/credit | | Flex Plus | $375/mo | 200,000 | $0.001875/credit | ## Your current corpus (the 292 memory files) **828,487 bytes / ~103K words / ~207K tokens.** | Tool | My predicted cost to upload ALL 292 files | |---|---| | **Hindsight** | **~$0.11–0.25 one-time** (≈350K input tok, ≈100K output tok on gpt-4o-mini). Already done, actually. | | **Zep Free** | $0, BUT corpus needs **~2,500 credits** and free tier caps at 1,000/mo → takes 3 monthly windows + the rate-limit grind you already hit | | **Zep Flex** | **$125/mo flat** — corpus only eats ~2,500 of 50,000 credits (5%) | **The headline:** at the 350-byte-per-credit rate, Zep gets expensive fast at scale. Hindsight is roughly **100x cheaper per MB** because gpt-4o-mini extraction is dirt cheap. Example, if "all the memories" means something like Master Brain's source (~hundreds of MB): Hindsight ≈ $30–50, Zep ≈ **$4,000+**. Not close. ## The calibration test you asked for Hindsight is already fully loaded and Zep is ~90% loaded, so the cleanest "predict then verify": - **Hindsight:** I predict the full 292-file load cost **~$0.11–0.25**. Verify against your OpenAI usage dashboard for 2026-06-06. - **Zep:** I predict the full corpus = **~2,500 credits**. Verify in the Zep dashboard credit meter (https://app.getzep.com). Or, if you want a fresh clean run: give me 10 files, I predict **~$0.004 (Hindsight)** and **~85 credits (Zep)**, you run it, we check the meters. Tiny numbers though — the full-corpus check is more meaningful. ## Supermemory — yes, it's redundant Supermemory is a hosted SaaS doing **session-recall for Claude Code** (the `super-save`/`super-search` plugin). It overlaps directly with your Hindsight + Master Brain layers. It does nothing your stack doesn't already cover — its only edge is frictionless auto-capture inside Claude Code. Right now you have **Hindsight + Zep + Graphiti + Master Brain + MEMORY.md/agent-memory.py + Honcho + Pieces + Supermemory** all injecting context. That's the actual problem. My recommendation for "cover all forms, minimize duplicates": - **Keep:** Master Brain (source of truth), Hindsight (cheap fact recall), MEMORY.md/agent-memory.py (working notes), **one** temporal layer. - **Pick ONE temporal:** Graphiti (self-hosted, free) **or** Zep (managed, $125/mo). Not both — they do the same job. Given the cost gap, Graphiti unless you specifically want Zep's managed dashboard. - **Drop:** Supermemory, and the already-dropped Mem0/Honcho/Pieces-as-memory. Two questions before I do anything: 1. **Scope of "all the memories"** — just these 292 files, or a bigger pile (chat backups, Master Brain source, etc.)? That swings the Zep number from $0 to thousands. 2. Want me to run the **full-corpus verify** now (read your OpenAI usage + Zep credit meter and compare to my predictions)? Content gaps —** 30 People Also Ask questions across CG Law's 3 money keywords (divorce / child custody / family law attorney Dallas), each with Google's current answer. **17 are GAPs** CG Law doesn't address on-site. Each is a ready blog post or FAQ block. **2. Competitor entity table —** the 4 firms owning the Dallas map pack, with ratings, review counts, and their **Google Knowledge Graph entity IDs**: - Modern Family Law (4.8★, 504 reviews, KG `/g/11ksyrq77h`) - McClure Law Group (4.9★) - OWLawyers® (4.9★) - CG Law appears in **none** of the packs, and has **no KG entity**. **3. Entity/trust audit —** CG Law's homepage schema: NAP score weak (no address/phone/email in schema), no Knowledge Graph, no Wikipedia/Wikidata, 0 FAQ schema blocks, no aggregate rating. **4. Thin pages —** 9 practice-area money pages stuck at ~300 words while the blogs run 800–1000. **5. Recommendations —** close the 17 gaps, rebuild the 9 thin pages, fix entity/NAP/FAQ schema, run review velocity to crack the pack. This proves the full pipeline: MCP Scraper → live SERP + PAA + entity + on-page data → polished client-facing report. The generator (`build-cglaw-report.py`) is reusable for any client; swap the domain and keywords. Want me to: - **Repoint to a custom subdomain** (e.g. `cglaw-report.merlinoai.com`) and post to Discord #deploys per your deploy rule, or - **Push the whole tool + report generator to a private GitHub repo** and `/sync` to Hetzner + Mac?

[USER] ok so what are you doing [ASSISTANT] Resuming the Memory Stack build. Specifically right now: - Background job `bhkpewq8x` is running `zep_complete.py proj` to fill the **13 Zep Cloud project graphs** that got left empty by rate-limiting on the last run. - It's idempotent: re-checks all 129 graphs, skips the 116 already populated, only fills the 13 empties. - Waiting on it to finish (slow because Zep free tier = 300 req/window, so it backs off 45s on each rate-limit hit). That's the only open execution item. After it lands I'll verify counts and report. The rest of the stack (Hindsight banks + MCP bridge) is already done and verified.
